    STAY AWAY FROM HERE, THEY ARE RACIST!!Worst management ever. We have been in that complex since 2014. A few month ago they gave us a notice they were kicking us out of our apartment to remodel so we have to pay more. We went to the office to try to get a new apartment and they lied to us that they had apartments for us. They prioritized outsiders from their own loyal residence. We went several times to talk to the manager, she knew we needed to talk to her and she VISIBLY avoided us. When they said they were going to call to say if we got accepted for a new apartment, they didn’t even open the office that day because they didn’t go that day. The manager was a racist white lady who my family only spoke Spanish so I had to translate for them and we always asked to speak to her and she would ignore us but attend other people. Today was the day we had to be out of that apartment and we had to pack up our life and get in our car and now we don’t have a place to stay!

    THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!! Dont walk RUN AWAY LITERALLY, the laundry room never been fixed they lied about there oldah fitness room the machines are old some dont work. All their workers quit, i moved here in June an saw different workers each time i went to the front office. The property manager is RACIST. Every-time i go to the office to report some issues WHICH THERES ALWAYS AN ISSUE WITH THEIR APARTMENTS, paint in the drains, bathtub rusting within the first week we moved in, the fridge don't work properly, the dishwashers are cheap they barely close properly. PAINT COMING OUT MY SHOWER HEAD WHILE SHOWERING, an when i call upfront to let them know they tell me i gotta wait a few days because they are behind, when the maintenance people come they tell me they’ve seen soo many other apartments in that same day with the same issue. They CHARGE YOU FOR FEES 3 months ago!!! The property manager accused me of lying about stuff on my lease then continued to say that if she enters my apartment an see SOMETHING THATS CLEARLY ON MY LEASE that she will kick us out lol then they give me a fake application when i asked to see the applications I FILLED OUT they said i cannot get to see it i should come back, i went up to the office back to back for 4days in a row an didnt get to see my application. Property manager tries to be little the renters an turning them away when they come to complain about the apartments falling apart, THE POOLS NEVER OPEN!!! You gotta ask a million times b4 someone goes to open it. I will have to move to legal actions if this continues. The property manager has no respect an thats why all the workers quit on her. THEY LIE ABOUT WHAT THEY TELL YOU WHILE VIEWING THE APARTMENTS!! Half the stuff i was informed i would have access to i never even got to see. They make you pay fees months later that you dont know about an when you ask for your application to see they give you a fake one or tell you that you have no access or whoever is in charge isnt there to show you😂giving me a fake application is the craziest part the girl at the front had her mouth on the floor when she saw my real application with everything there that i told them, yet they accusing me of lying. I would like for the owners to reach out please.

    I just moved here from nyc and I must say heather has been a huge help. After driving more than 10 hours that day I came a little past closing time and heather still helped us and showed compassion. The apartment I first moved into was a 2 bedroom and when I wanted to switch to 1 bedroom she made it happen the same day. She put us next to amazing neighbors and maintenance came to take care of our issue the very next day. Things can’t always be perfect but you can tell they are trying. Super nice neighbors, one of them even came to bring us food she cooked ! So far so good experience, I love my new apartment!

    I loved there for a year and was caught in the management transition to the new owners. The former New River apartments has been rebranded as Residences at Soho. Although the maintenance guys were nice people the overall experience was the worst for a place with such a beautiful location. I was promised to get a gap in my sliding door fixed but instead I ended up paying hefty electric bills for a year. The laundry room has been out of order forever and the AC unit was terrible and so is the new manager. Possibly the rudest woman I have ever crossed paths with. And top it all up ..as of today October 13, I have not yet been reimbursed my security deposit since I left in June 23. Don't set foot on that place

    So... I don't think I have ever written a review, but I definitely needed to take the time to post this review. I have lived in many rentals and have NEVER had the experience that I have had with Residences at Soho. I almost did not give them a thought after reading their reviews. But I took a chance anyways, and I am so glad I did! From the minute I opened the door to enter the office for my tour I was blown away. I can count on one hand the amount of times I have felt this welcomed coming into a business! The leasing consultant was at her desk, working with another family, but excused herself... met me at the door with a huge smile, shook my hand, introduced herself and let me know it would be a minute. Once it was my turn, it was all attention on me. She answered all my questions... she asked me all the right questions... and genuinely cared about what I was looking for, my budget, my time frame. Now... the apartments... they are absolutely beautiful! They are renovating the apartments and they look amazing. So after all that, I did apply last week, I was approved... and I move in to my new home in August. I will be adding to this review after move in. I feel that Residences at Soho deserves this recognition. They are not the same company that owned this property when the majority of these reviews were posted, so if you rely on reviews these are definitely misleading towards the current management... and you should at least check them out.

    Please do not even bother applying to the place. The apartment staff is very hostile. Yelling and screaming very unprofessional and the complex Manager likes to walk up in people’s face pointing her finger, talking to grown folks as If they are kids. After they have taken monies that are refundable and never refunding. She disregards personal space and then plays the victim. I have contacted the manager, her manager, the police, the management company, Sinatra and Company, and the BBB all with no resolution. Now I’m getting ready to go through small claims court to get my money back. This complex is run down. Trash all over the grounds. Dumpsters over flow with trash. Mold and mildew inside of numerous units. So many empty units because the area is infested with rodents, homeless people living in empty units. High drug and crime area. Units are very small. Complex is really old and worn down. Paint can’t help. Looks like a run down assisted living facility. Maintenance guys seen getting high with office staff on breaks. Always partying in the office, but never answer calls or return messages. Save yourself. Run now. Run fast. I JUST FILED A SMALL CLAIM WITH THE COURTS !!!!!!

    Great community, clean and spacious apartments. Modern kitchen and appliances. Big bathroom, big closet and lots of storage space. Angeleah from leasing team was responsive; accommodating and pleasant to work with.

    Good morning, I have been a tenant of this unit for 2/ years. Thank you first to God, then to the person who did the hiring process for me at that time, last month we handed over the unit, our contract expired, we did not want to renew because it is too much the problems here!!!! Now I ask if there are so many requirements for tenants!! Because as administrators they do not do their part, that is, they set the example, they are supposed to be people qualified to lead said unit!!! We delivered everything as it was delivered to us, very clean, with the equipment working, refrigerator, stove, light bulbs, except the dish washer that never worked!!! It has details that are not on our part. The Rodents destroy everything in their path. If you need proof, we have videos, photos, etc., please, I need my Deposit. We have been waiting for 32 days!!! Thank you
