My husband and I have had to relocate, temporarily, due to Hurricane Michael. We found Seazen while staying in a hotel in Tampa. Once we knew we would have to remain here while our home and business are being rebuilt, we came to Seazen to see if they had any units available NOW. They did and we LOVE this apartment complex! Everyone here goes above and beyond. Michelle showed us around and took great care of us during the leasing process. She had also given me valuable info regarding the area. Michelle is always available for any question or need we may have regarding our apartment and amenities. Every unit has a streamline look with classic details. The pools aren't finished, yet, but they are working fast toward March. A dock is going in as well! There are 4 common areas on the 1st floor that are to die for. A pet grooming service will be available. There is a small, well stocked market for coffee, beverages and snacks. Packages are stowed in numbered lockers for residents. The fitness room will have beautiful equipment along with group fitness classes including Yoga & Cycling!! The parking deck has open parking or reserved spaces and the entry system is by laser beam. Seazen at Rocky Point is fabulous! The view of the water is gorgeous. Today- Michelle dropped me at the airport because my Uber account wasn't set up properly!! I agree with Charlotte- Michelle's customer service is truly Customer Care!!

We lived here for two years . And I must say it was the best run Apartments I ever lived in in my life . All staff took pride in their work and it was so beautiful and The Decor and Views was amazing . Literally no other apartment has measured up to our time there and I miss it . The amenities where top of the line . And our neighbors where wonderful. The Gym was awesome and pool views was like living in a Resort ! It is expensive but it weeds out a lot of issues that way. We the views from the rooftop was so pretty at sunset.

I lived at Seazen for 2 years and overall had a good experience, but I want to share a list of pros and cons. Pros: - The building has great amenities and community events. - The apartment walls are thick and, therefore, it’s very quiet. I could barely hear any noise from my neighbors. - The appliances are good and energy efficient - The property management staff is very helpful and the move out process is pretty smooth - The maintenance staff is very prompt to fulfill requests Cons: - There’s very limited designated visitor parking. If you’re the type of person who likes to have people over frequently it might be a struggle. - There are many dog owners that don’t pick up after their pets. The grass areas (and even the hallways sometimes) were very dirty with dog feces and it was very unpleasant. Once a dog peed on my welcome mat. - The grills at the pool were broken almost all the time i tried using them. - The rent increases were pretty significant and it seems like there’s not better pricing for current residents renewing. The unit were I lived is listed for the same price I was quoted in the renewal. Special shoutout to Hope Sandoval from the staff. Hope helped me a lot throughout my time at Seazen.

I am sort of surprised at the good reviews to be completely honest. The building is situated along the water which is nice, but also sits on Courtney Campbell Highway & near the airport so it can be very loud. The building itself is newer but feels old due to lack of maintenance/cleanliness. The hallways in the building are not air conditioned. Instead, it almost looks like they ran out of money during construction and instead installed fans. The result is this creepy feeling almost like you are outdoors or inside an unfinished basement. To add to that, this building offers trash valet where residents place their trash outside their doors each night for pickup. If you work late, like me, you are forced to walk down the hallway amongst everyone’s smelly trash. The units themselves are just OK. Substandard materials and not clean. Lots of wear tear, vents were dirty, food stains on the kitchen backsplash and dog hair throughout when I moved in. Speaking of dogs… they are everywhere. This entire building smells like a wet dog. They even have a room to bathe your dog near the lobby. Lastly, this building is not secure in my opinion. You are given a parking decal to enter the garage which can easily be given to a friend or stranger for that matter. To open you unit door, you just need to enter a code which again can be shared. Make sure you tour your actual unit before you move in.

I have lived in a lot of apartment complexes and this one is by far my absolute favorite. It was emotional to leave and I would have stayed had I not decided to purchase my first home. Kristen the manager was absolutely amazing. She is always looking out for the tenants and goes above and beyond. The entire staff is actually absolutely wonderful and professional and friendly. The residents here at Seazen were also amazing and I felt a true sense of community. If you are looking for a wonderful place to live look no further. The 2 pools are heated, the lounge is always a fun spot to hang out and the gym has everything you need.

Absolutely loved living here at Seazen. Great amenities for studying/working, hosting, and amazing location by the causeway to go on walks, runs, and bike rides right by the water! The office staff is always readily available to help! Hope was truly amazing, she goes above and beyond for her tenants and always answers and addresses matters with solutions and smiles. Really happy to call Seazen our home for the past couple of years! Thanks Hope and Staff!
