Utterly horrific living experience, the replies from “Pierhouse” on other comments are total lies. I have not been able to sleep for months as a result of the construction on Whiting Street. Construction from 7am-7:30pm Monday through Saturday. And I just received an email that they raised my rent $300! To live in an active construction zone. Pierhouse is the cheapest place to live in channelside for a reason. When I spoke to the leasing office today, they offered to let me submit a 30 day notice to vacate….while still paying the entirety of the rent until my lease expires! Why would I pay them to not live here? Have they lost their minds? How this is legal, I’m not sure, but I’m disgusted with ZRS Management. I hope whoever runs that sham of a management company sleeps well at night…

I am counting down the days until I move out of this complex. To start, please do not ignore the other reviews about the construction. It’s an absolute nightmare and I feel bad for whoever lives in my unit after me. Hopefully they provide you with ear plugs on your move in date because you will always be woken up by banging and shaking of the apartment. Besides the construction, Pierhouse is dirty and not kept up with. There is a major roach problem in the apartments and hallways. The property exterminator said this is because the roofs are not kept clean and the roaches will live up there and crawl in through the vents. I found this out after having a roach fall from the vent onto my bedroom floor. The gym is rundown and the equipment is broken. The hallways always smell musty and there is garbage left everywhere. Lastly, good luck ever receiving your packages since you will be sharing your unit number with 2-3 other buildings. I have had more packages lost than ever before and only some have been returned back to me. Please save your money and look into the other complexes surrounding Pierhouse!! This place isn’t worth it.

Looking to move to the area soon and heard great things about Channelside. Called and got a robot so i hung up. Nichole from the leasing office called me back, she was very pleasant and thorough with giving me the information i needed! One of the most fair priced in the area. Thank you Nichole for all your help!

Do not move here. Not only is it extremely overpriced ( you can get a much newer complex for under the same price ) but the main issue is the management. They do not properly take care of the premises, there’s always stains and smells all over the hallways, things get overgrown, and just a general lack of care for the property. Then you have how they treat their residents. I had a female neighbor who’s AC went out once and someone named Michael at the office told her it’s not that big of a deal and that she was overreacting when she left to stay at her mothers house for the evening. If you ever lose power or internet they basically tell you oh well, figure it out. And the icing on the cake was when I finally moved out, they took me to collections over a minuscule amount of money I owed and never tried contacting me once for payment prior. I lived there for over 6 years, paid them over $100,000 in the time I stayed there, and they couldn’t make a single phone call to me about a small balance before taking me to collections. I would have very easily paid it but now I have to deal with a hit on my credit score because these people have absolutely no sense of morals or what is right. I warn you do not move here. There are way better places who aren’t run by complete jerks.

Pierhouse is a centrally located, modern apartment complex with desirable amenities and largely young professional tenant pool. I like that there are a variety of shops, restaurants and bars, a grocery store and a walking/bike path all within a 5 minute walk from my apartment. The complex is also within a 10 minute walk from the Arena. My leasing agent, Nichole Dye, was very friendly and helpful, and did a good job of highlighting the various features of the complex and of the units I was there to tour.

I don't live here (yet) but I had a great tour with Nichole. She answered all my questions and was able to help me find layouts that would work for my needs. I don't need a lease for a few months but she promised to keep an eye out for me until then. I appreciate her going the extra mile.

I enjoyed living here for 2 years. Very peaceful and quiet community. Maintenance was great. They responded quickly to service requests. Parking for visitors is horrible. Visitors should get free parking.

Management does not care about their residents as much as they portray online. They will act like you are their most prized possession when touring but treat you inhumane once you are a resident. My best friends car got broken into today in their "gated" parking garage and they have NO CAMERAS? They will also basically tell you that its not their problem for anything that happens on the property either. #JusticeforCardi So happy I dont live there anymore!

I moved to Tampa from out of state and relied on the leasing office and virtual walkthroughs to make my decision on where I would be living from over 900 miles away. Nicole was very supportive and answered every single question I had with grace - I couldn't have asked for a better experience when it came to the application and completing the lease. I even had packages arrive for me ahead of my move in date - Sara kept them in the leasing office for me and held them for over 2 weeks with no issues. On move in day getting my keys was the easiest process I have ever experienced when moving into an apartment community - took no more than 10 minutes. The only recommendation I had would be allowing the elevator to be rented during move-in, but besides that I am very happy with my decision to live at Pierhouse!

We’ve been happily living in a one bedroom at Pierhouse for 2 years and decided it was time to get some more space, but didn’t want to leave this wonderful complex. Nichole was a huge help in aiding us to find a bigger room at Pierhouse for the right price.
