Absolutely the worst experience! My husband and I went for lunch and ordered the pork- it came out super dry. We sent it back and the waitress says they’ll take it off the bill. The second one comes out dry again, but we were hungry and ate it anyways. When she brought us the bill I couldn’t understand why the total was so much. Turns out the manager comes over and explains they only took off the first one that was sent back! Well… I would hope they wouldn’t charge me for a meal that was sent back! Unbelievable!!! The picture added is the second pork we received. ** UPDATE** The response says to email them so they can resolve the issue.. however, I haven’t received an call or email back!! I would love to speak to the general manager or owner about my experience

The past to times I have ordered the so called "shareable" French fries have been barely a handful. I am not paying $3.99 for 10 fries? It's a rip off. Shareable means the box should be at least half full. Also they have a packaging fee? That's a bit ridiculous. The food is great and I love the French fries so it's really annoying that I get short changed like this. I hope they fix this. Edit: To the owner who replied. I did leave feedback and still have not heard back. Is there an email I can use to make contact?

WHAT’S UP WITH THIS PLACE???!!!! Atmosphere? Oh, great! If you like to look at a TV every time you turn your head!! Not to mention it’s loud…. The real thing that annoyed me was 2nd. the waitress was nice but inept. She not only messed up our order (that was a simple NO cheese on the salad) but also the table behind us as well was having problems with their order. We never got enough settings, she wasn’t going to bring out our side, just a mess!! But, in 1st. place of worst things I received a slice of key lime pie with….oh yes…FINGER PRINTS ON IT!!!!!! I am so grossed out that I ate some before realizing!! NEVER coming back! ***I also had a rude waiter at one of the chains in Orlando***

Looking for beer and good food somewhere close to Tampa airport before a flight, we settled on this spot. Location is large and has a big outdoor/open sports bar. Perfect for us Canadian visitors. 2 of us had whatever the massive pile of chicken tenders and loaded fries is. And I also had some burried treasure ice cream cake. I ate entirely too much. I was full for 2.5 days. Good beer, good food good service. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and return again.

Miller’s Ale House in Tampa on Columbus near the airport is a great place to unwind. Whether you’re a solo traveler or getting together with family, it offers something for everyone. Michael, our server and bartender, was quick, friendly, and helpful. Jeremy, the store manager, personally greeted us and was quick to give us great information and even a few complimentary authentic Miller Ale House bucket hats. The food is absolutely scrumptious, especially those Miller Ale House specialty ZINGERS w/ Mac&Cheese. The beer is always cold. The food great, and the people welcoming! Perfect place to start or end a vacation or just to hang out with friends and family for the evening!

Miller's is a couple of minutes away from the airport. I was running late, and starving. Got there, sat at the bar i was immediately attended, and mentioned to the bartender i was short for time. I ordered a beer, and a delicious, savory, chimichurri steak salad. Man, it was awesome, the steak cut in pieces each one was better than the other made meticulously, and seared to perfection, juicy, and tender. The dressing, a vinaigrette i belief, complemented the combination where greens, and steak meet. I know there are Miller's nationwide...i will definitely go back. To be continued!

Zero stars!! Just gave my husband raw zingers that were not fully cooked! Lets hope he doesn’t get salmonella poisoning! I ordered zingers without breading, and they give me just six chicken nuggets not even lukewarm!! The Ryan waitress was phenomenal tho. Management, do a better job and look at the food before delivering to guests. This will be the last time we come here. Would not recommend my friends or football crew. Much better places around to watch the games. Stay away!!!!

Store number #077 Location is the place to come!!! Vanessa was an amazing waitress. She really took her job very serious and she tended to our needs and things we didn't know we needed. This was my first time and she was very knowledgeable of the menu, friendly and welcoming and she knew the house specialties. The cooks was amazing, the food quality was amazing, the place is clean the glasses was clean the silverware was clean. 💯😁 Even the floor manager Dab came and seen how we was treated. I love this experience and I'm so grateful to spend my hard earned money here. And my taste buds are still singing. ☺️ All in all this location is fantastic and I will return.

Stayed at a nearby hotel and wanted to avoid overpriced hotel food, so we thought we would tryout curbside pickup at Miller's. While we have Miller's near to our local residence, we haven't actually gone there before and wanted to give this one a try. Ordering online was quick and easy, with the prices really reasonable. About 30 minutes after placing the order, we arrived at the location and alerted them to our arrival via text link. Food was brought out quickly, but one of the beverages was forgotten. We noticed it at the time, so we were able to go inside with the staffer and get it to save her an extra trip outside. Once we got back to the hotel to enjoy our food (Burger / Chicken Tenders / Fajita), we found only one of the items to be appetizing and tasty. The burger was delicious and would recommend. The chicken tenders were "fried", but had a weird grilled bland slimy flavor to them. The fajita had all of the usual ingredients, but just didn't wow the person eating it with flavor. We won't be back to this location, due to distance from home, but we'd like to hope this food experience was the exception.

Our order was all messed up...took nearly 40 mins to get a side of max and cheese...this wasn't the issue. The extremely slow service wasn't the issue..it was the quality of the food. I ordered a md rare 1/2lbs burger with extra garnish. I received an extra well done/charred 1/10lbs patty. About the bun...yikes. If you're looking in for a hella dry burger and bun..order this. It was BAD. However, the manager came over and offered to comp the $2 side of mac and cheese that took nearly 45 mins to come out(after we receive d our entrees)😂. The restaurant was around 35% full... probably around a 5:1 ratio(staff: customers). Service: 3/10 Food: 2.5/10 Honest review. We're back...been here about 10 times since my last review. 95% of the restaurant is vacant and we've been waiting for a table to the last mins. This is the third time that this has happened in the last 6 weeks. Please do better. Neverending. 3/21/23. We came in for kids night. I ordered a burger with a side of crab legs..my wife ordered a meal with upcharges as well...because it's kids night. To no surprise...they are claiming that they have no milk for the kids. They offered us tea, soda, lemonade (pure sugar), etc for our young children. We continue to support this place but they continue to disappoint. Will update the post accordingly. Agh, same day(3/21/23). It's still kids day. They do not have milk, they do not have applesauce. We work in retail...we understand the supply chain. There were significant shortages during the pandemic but realistically, this is just poor managing. Please do better.

Extremely unsatisfied. I literally threw away the zinger salad that I ordered to go. First, I realized there was no fork in the bag; they knew they were out of to-go materials and didn’t say anything. When I got to my destination and finally got a chance to eat, I was welcomed by stale, soggy, discolored salad and bland-tasting chicken zingers. NEVER going back there.

It has been a while since going to Miller's Ale House, first at this location. It was not busy, and the hostess appeared to have a problem with seating us. She wanted to seat us on tall chairs, but I asked for a booth. There were several available, but she took us to a table. So we were seated, and the server came up and took our drink order. She was very nice. The hostess was a little put off by us requesting a booth. At least, that is what I thought. So the sister in law orders a Rose wine, and I ordered a 23 oz beer. Miller Lite. We placed our food order, I got the Zinger Mac and Cheese, and it was good. I got the $3.99 shrimp. It was fried, and I wasn't too impressed. My sister in law got a salad, it was huge and she said it was very good however, the wine she ordered was not a rose, but a white zin. She sells wine for a living and thought they are trying to pull something off. She brought the wine back to the bar, and they explained that they were out of the Rose and thought she would be happy with a white zin. She wasn't. All in all, the food was good except the shrimp part, and the 23 oz was good, but I always have eyes bigger than my stomach. I should have just gotten the smaller draft. I would go back and try them out again.

Alright. So the service was great! Atmosphere was very comfortable and inviting. There was no wait and we went in during lunch. About 1230pm But man I was so disappointed by my rack of ribs.... That's something I always love to eat at restaurants and my top pic is Tgi Fridays. Seeing as they are closing I have to find a new spot. Sadly this is not it for my rib fix... Had my food have been on point they would have gotten 5 stars all around!!

The food here is usually very good. I really have enjoyed everything that I have ever ordered. The portions sizes are ridiculous. Everything is huge and you will guaranteed be full after your meal is finished, If you can finish it. My biggest complaint/criticism is that even if you take the epic portion sizes into the equation the food is expensive. Nachos are like $20. My burger was over $20. If you don't mind spending $30-$40 per person on your meal than it's not a big deal. Me I'm cheap so Miller's Is a splurge for me. I ordered the prime rib burger with loaded fries. The last time I got Miller's and it was fantastic. It's on the salty side but it was worth every artery clogging bite. If you like an extravagant burger it's something you should try. Also they now have started making their own pints of ice cream, and that ice cream is much better than Ben and Jerry's. I'm so glad I decided to try it. So do yourself a favor and go try it while they still have it just in case it's not a permanent thing, because it is just that dang good.

Great dine in location. Can be easily since from the highway and ample parking space. The food is good and they have various brands of drinks so you will surely find what you need. Service was superb and the guy at the bar was really friendly and helpful. Place an order and your food comes in no time so basically no much wait period but I believe this can vary based on the time of the day. One thing though is for tables to get clean up fast as soon as a customer leaves. Overall great experience and I will be back whenever I am in the area.

Really great sports bar. Nice ambience, in an extremely walkable neighborhood. The food was really great. I got the zinger melt/nachos, basically fries and chicken tenders topped with cheese, bacon, and scallions, blue cheese and ranch in the side. If your in mood for elevated grub, this is it and it really hits the spot. Great service too. Highly recommended if in the area.

Not impressed with this one. Ordered the salad/flatbread special and my flatbread fell flat. No cheese on it so I basically had limp flatbread with bacon, tomato and a sauce drizzle. Salad was nothing special. My husband ordered zinger Mac and cheese which was so salty he could barely eat it. No need to go out of your way for this one.

Would not recommend this restaurant if you want quality food. These people need help from Bar Rescue. The loaded French fries were brought to the table, BURNT! WTH! The guy brought it to the table as if he created a masterpiece, saying proudly, “enjoy your food.” Next, the Caesar salad was drenched with dressing and the lettuce was wilted. Their dressing was gross too. Yuck. Had them remake it w/o dressing and they didn’t add nearly any Parmesan cheese. There’s only 3 ingredients and they couldn’t get this right. The Nashville chicken sandwich has the worst sauce that I’ve ever had on that sandwich; it had no spicy taste to it. And we’ve had this sandwich from various restaurants. The “spicy honey” sauce on the wing dings were not spicy at all either. Tasted like they just drizzled honey over the chicken. Would not recommend. And finally, the rum punch was super sweet. I had to add water to it. Never again. There’s no quality control at this restaurant. I would recommend Bar Rescue to this branch of Miller’s Ale. Not worth the money or time.

Friendly staff. Great service. Had the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. Sauce was watered down and broccoli wasn't cooked. There are way better options on the menu than this. Overall great experience. Love going here. Can get crowded during game time.

The zinger mountain melt is probably the best $14.99 you’ll ever spend. Seriously. The shrimp scampi is also pretty good but the zinger is what keeps me coming back!! The service is pretty good and fast. The environment is very loud in a good way. And overall Millers Ale house is one of my favorites!!!

First off let me say our server Jensen was amazing! She knows the menu well and gave us outstanding recommendations on what to choose. She was attentive the whole time and a real pleasure. The food was delicious! Drinks were on point. Jacks buried treasure for dessert 😋 We will be back and ask for Jensen every time!

The food and drinks were delicious. Our server Pamela gave us great customer service. She took the time to give us food and drink recommendations as we weren't familiar with the menu. She constantly checked back in with us and topped off waters without asking. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere was family friendly. We will definitely be coming back to this location.

Great spot! Close to the airport and the international plaza. Food flavors are always on point. Plenty of options for drinks, lots of TVs for GameDay. The Ale House has been going for a while. So glad to see theyrr expanding. Zingers are always mmm

I decided to try this place out after hearing so many great things through the grapevine, I was seated very quickly and Pamela, my server was the absolute best. She started me off with some drinks and she was very attentive to my preferences and gave me lots of great recommendations and I ended up choosing the strawberry margarita and it hit the spot. For my main course I had the prime rib and it was smoked to perfection. I devoured it. LOL!! Pamela was sure to check in with me every couple of minutes to make sure I was satisfied, as I noticed she did with every guest. I will say that this was one of the best dine in experiences I’ve ever had and I will be back.

It's a pretty great place! Family friendly too! The food was filling and warm. The chicken fajitas, onion rings, rice with cilantro, fish and chips where good! The chicken wings are pretty big too! All of the meat was fully cooked! Oh and the waiter! Dean! What a nice guy! Very attentive and the food was here quick so great job on the cooks side as well!

My food was done incorrectly. Had the pleasure of meeting the kitchen manager Chelsea Horton. What a rude and unprofessional manager. Millers really dropped the ball giving this woman a position of authority. Attitude and no customer service whatsoever. She ruined my food and had an attitude about it when I pointed out that my dish was done wrong. I remember when Millers management cared about the quality of food and how they treat their patrons. Our waitress Stephanie Horton on the other hand was awesome. The company I work for built this location and I have been a customer of Millers since before it became what it is today. I will no longer come back to this location as long as Chelsea still works here. Being professional is priceless and what keeps customers returning to a place where u work and your pay comes from patrons returning and spending their money. Chelsea u suck!!! Stephanie was very professional and did her best to resolve our situation. Stephanie acted more like a manager than Stephanie Horton

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. My family and I waited over 45 minutes to be seated and they couldn’t accommodate a party of 9. We ask several times what’s the hold up and they stated their tables could not seat 9 people. We had to continue to wait for something to open up. The staff could care less. They were having open conversations among themselves and wouldn’t seat us. Poor customer service. The manager offered an apology but that was enough because the staff was extremely rude. Please offer more customer service training for your staff.

We were here from out of town for the Bears bucks game. And we had such a great time. The food was really good. We ordered nachos Mac and cheese. We got great service and the drinks were perfect. Jeff was a cool waiter. It’s a really great place to kick back and put your feet up.

Great spot for beer and food and catching the game! Jeremy the GM was kind enough to check on us and that mean a lot. He runs a great crew and we felt right at home thanks to the great service of bartenders Mike and Vinnie. I just love how fast the food came out and how consistent the food is not matter which ale house in Florida I go to.

I’ve been coming to Millers for a while now and their Queso Smash Burger has to be one of THE BEST burgers I’ve had in my life. The service is always good, between the hostesses and the servers and the timeliness of getting the food out from the kitchen! It’s always an amazing experience and I always feel welcome at Millers. You won’t regret dining here or even coming just for the bar!

I’ve been getting the zinger mountain melt from Ale House for the past 20 years. As of recently, their quality and attention to detail has suffered significantly. The last order I received the cheese wasn’t even melted. My wife’s pasta was not edible and the bread was hard as a stone. I understand these are tough post Covid times, but we also have decisions to make us where to spend our money and this place is making it very hard to continue to patronize.

The food and alcoholic drinks here are actually pretty good. The atmosphere is also nice, with a clean dining and bar area. The service leaves a bit to be desired however, even when the restaurant isn't very busy. Servers are polite, but slow. The main reason I'm writing this review however is on account of the restrooms. I entered the women's restrooms this evening and was immediately hit by a sewage odor. Proceeding into the restroom, it became too strong for me to even do my business. Bringing this up with a male family member, he described a similar experience in the men's restroom several months prior. As I left the restaurant and went out into the parking lot, I could smell a faint sewage odor from behind the building. I'm not one to write reviews, especially negative ones, but I really think management needs to take care of this problem, especially if it has been going on for several months as my family member corroborated. I had a very satisfying burger and beer, but the problem in the bathroom was enough to sour the experience for me. I wouldn't say I'd never go here again, but it made me seriously question the management. If any management is reading this, please, prove me wrong and do something about the bathroom situation!

Always good food and great place to watch football on Sundays. Wait staff is friendly and usually pretty attentive. If they are really busy, they slow down as they probably need more staff. Sit at the bar and they offer the full menu. Good service their too. The chicken is always good. Try the salad with the chicken and get sauces on the side. Always a good choice. Everything we have tried on the menu has been good. Luckily they have a new location opening soon closer to our home and we can visit more often.

We stopped at Miller's before attending the Monster truck jam at the stadium. They were packed, my husband and I were lucky and got a seat at the bar. Emily was our bartender and was extremely good under pressure! That lovely lady needs a raise! She was very impressive to watch manage the crowd!

Had an amazing time here, food was so good! I wasn't a fan of the Strawberry Don Julio Margarita as I couldn't taste the alcohol, it was more water down, very disappointed😞 other then that food was good, and our waitress was amazing! So sad they do not do anything for birthdays 🥺 I took my daughter for her 24th birthday, and when I asked, I was told they do not do anything, no one sang or anything, so sad.

Cool sports pub! Special shout out to Dan for providing such friendly and attentive service! Miller's is one of the better sports pub we've been to where the drinks, service, ambience and the food are all good! Which is great for a chain! We had the signature Zingers with the hottest of their sauces, the Five pepper spice and we loved it! The beers were good, and they had a great selection of our favorite local brewery, the Cigar City Brewery. The fried jalapenos were a mix of amazing and super salty bits, but it made a great snack with the beers we guzzled down. Ooohh! and their Ghirardelli brownie with icecream is drool worthy. This pub has made it to our revisit list!

Food was extremely bland - no salt or flavor on the steak. Waitress didn’t really seem to care. Service could’ve definitely been better. Sometimes you will give bad food another try but if service is not present - it ain’t worth the hassle.

Overall experience was just ok. Ordered and paid at the bar bc or table wasn't ready. Went to a table once available, and no one ever came to check on us. The guy kept paying by. I had to stop him and ask if he were ourserver. He said yes, but you paid at the bar. Even afterwards he never came to refill the waters or ask if we wanted another drink. The plan was to leave a cash tip, but after the experience we just left. I ordered the capt'n jack ice cream cake and it was just ok. It had too many ice chips in it as if someone left the freezer opened or something. It wasn't really smooth. The calamari was very soft and bland. The beer was good. Overall, it was just ok

My husband and i split the entrees. Good burger & salad. I removed bun for my diet, cooked perfect and great combo for black and blue burger. Zinger salad also good. Zingers definitely looked deflated. Not the zingers were use to from back in the day. Service was friendly food came out fast, drinks took a little longer. No wait. Easy in and out!

Millers is a casual dining restaurant that offers American cuisine at a reasonable price. I had ribs and fried shrimp with a baked potato. The food was decent, not amazing, but was in line with the price. Other people in my party appeared to enjoy their food as well.

  • 2/5 Jim R. 9 months ago on Google
Food ok, waitress was actually pretty good. They were not busy and the 10 minute wait turned out to be 25. Once our order was taken, almost 30 minutes to get food. Had some of the crunchiest onion rings ever. Prime rib was ok. Burger very good. I would only suggest you come prepared for and hour and a half to two hour experience. As a former operator, I would suggest they hire a contract cleaning company - not very clean and lack of staff will only make that worse.

We had a great time at Millers, for the most part becuz our server Dan was on point. Food served in a timely fashion and it was all delicious. Daniel was polite and helpful...and had a delightful sense of humor. That and a few cocktails we just enjoyed ourselves. Reasonably priced and highly recommend.

I always come to millers for good bar food. This time I got microwaved shrimp with half microwaved vegetables on a blazing hot plate. The shrimp were soggy and fell apart. The vegetables were cold in spots and hot in others. I come here so I don't get terrible microwaved food like at other chain restaurants. Unfortunately my experience this time will definitely draw me away from cooked food here in the future. The drinks are fine and service is ok but bartender definitely lied about it being microwaved. The incredibly hot plate and cold spots in the food made that obvious. The manager did seem to see my point and didn't change for the meal. Raised the service rating to reflect this.
