Will not go back to this location. Staff were not attentive and forgot about us on both occasions we visited. However, this last visit was the worst. First, we were sat at an obviously dirty table, waited a few minutes for our server and ended up having to ask the bar for a wet cloth to wipe out table. Took the staff two times to get all of the gunk off. Server came to take our drinks and immediately asked if we were ready to order. We politely asked for a couple of minutes. When she came back to take our order, she had to come back twice to be reminded that we asked for a starter. The starter was out for 2 minutes and then she brought our food. I ordered boneless wings (pictured) and asked for ranch. My wings had barely any sauce on them and when they were delivered to my table the server indicated they were out of ranch. Had I known this, I would have ordered something different. Overall, our visit felt very rushed and ultimately we will not visit this location again.

Once a year I come to this location in the hopes that it will have improved- it has only gotten worse. We were seated rather quickly, considering what appeared to be a staffing issue & for it being 645pm on a Sunday. The restaurant was freezing, it was 60* outside and it was warmer. We were informed that the ac was having issues. We ordered our drinks & food. Another large group was seated after us & left after not being greeted by a server for almost 15 minutes. The next group that was seated (inside I may add) was a large group and they had a dog- which I completely understand a service animal- but they were allowing the dog to roam in the area and to go up to other tables, no leash, no collar and no service animal working vest. We waited a good 45 minutes for the food. When it arrived, there was melted cheese in the fettuccine Alfredo, barely any Alfredo and tasted as if it had been sitting for awhile. The other meal was okay, not warm or hot at all but we figured we had waited so long already that what was the point of saying anything as service was already disappointing. We paid and left. We walked out at 8:10pm.

Excellent service from the bartender Melissa. The only time I come here is when she’s working. She’s really friendly, kind and professional. I been coming to this place for too many years and this is the best Manager I ever seen that go to every single tables to talk to the customers and that is valuable. I think his name is Zavier, very professional and kind with us. Thanks

Drinks were too sweet and portion sizes for dishes were not the same as other Applebee’s locations. Service was good; however, this is not the best Applebee’s in the area

Place was good and welcoming, too bad we received the cutlery after the food and nevertheless was plastic cutlery... Very uncomfortable and hard to use. Furthermore I'll add that the food was good neither. Received a dry and old-tasting mash of potatoes alongside a burnt chicken breast steak, which burnt was topped with a cream in hope to hide it. Music was very loud at the point I couldn't communicate with the server, that much that she herself pointed it out. I might say though that the server was a good looking and nice person, that was one of the very few pleasing facts about the place.

Picked up food and got home and was missing two sides from 2 of the 4 meals I ordered. Ordered the new powdered donuts and received plain donuts with only 1 of the 2 dipping sauces.

Awful experience. The ribs were overcooked The tacos were ok. The mashed potatoes and chicken were cold even though the skillet was sizzling The spinach dip was watered down and tasteless. I will never return or recommend Applebee's to anyone.

Worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant! Did not even get to eat, me and my family waited for 20 minutes in the table to get helped and nobody came up, so I stand to call a server and she said she was going to check who our server was, she never came back. We finally decided to leave but before we were planning to speak with the manager to clarify the situation, but he never showed up either!!! Then we figured that the problem of this restaurant was not only the unprepared and unprofessional staff, but also the manager that does not care for his business and customers, so why the staff would care?! I will never go back and spend my money in a such disrespectful place!!

Can’t ever get help from the employees when I come in to pick-up mobile orders. They avoid eye contact or acknowledging you. If you talk to them they treat you like “ yea whatever your not at a table, NO RESPECT FOR YOU” Lol. A sure reflection of what it’s like to eat here. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Waitress is very helpful, food is good, music is lively and it is open until dawn. The bad thing is that when you enter they leave you waiting because they don't have staff

A COCKROACH FELL ON OUR TABLE!!!!!!!!! This was absolutely disgusting 🤮. When we told the server and manager, they said sorry but just brushed it off as if it was normal.

Place is terrible… music is extremely loud can’t even hear the waitress when you are trying to order. Ordered drinks and it took almost 25 minutes to get them. Bathrooms are disgusting… look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Workers didn’t seem to care people were standing at the hostess stand for 10 minutes plus. Definitely will not visit again.

Anthony was a great server he came to us numerous times to see if we where ok and he was super quick with drinks, appetizers and entree I was pleasantly surprised with the staff being so nice and entertaining with us... over all I loved it! My phone died so I only have my margarita but oooo amazing thank you always APPLEBEE'S

There are two servers I love dealing with. Melissa and Millie are so amazing they will leave you coming back again every time. They make you feel like you having a family meal at your own house without having to be home. They always make me feel like I'm home when they serve me.

So apparently this is what $24.44 will get you from this Applebee's location. It's actually sad cuz I gave you guys a chance after not eating Applebee's for years. No wonder why chili's has more locations then yall do, serving school cafeteria servings. Called the store and they said my "basket of fries" was 2 red solo cups full, I counted about seven fries or half 1 red solo cup. Honestly I'm so disappointed I wish I couldn't went to the location but I was busy making back the hard earned money you stole from me. Shame on the head chef, line cook, and whoever my partner spoke too. Give the dishwasher a shot they'll probably impress you compared to what's already being served.

Had a girls night out and the experience was great. Food and drinks were so good. Jose, who was our server was amazing. He had a great personality, very consistent, made sure to check on us the whole time we dined. Well mannered, shared conversations and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and go back to this location.

Had drinks at the bar and the bartender Lexi was so sweet. Not only were my drinks exactly how they should taste. She went out of her way to make sure everything was good. She is a true talent and will be back to get drinks from her in the future.

Not to.good.to.go in a Monday undestaff. Wait more than half a hour to get a services . Tables where unclean not so great at all

Milly was the best server! She’s bilingual, friendly and catered so nicely to my table. She gave me great food suggestions and even gave me fountain drinks to go.

I typically always visit this location. Today was terribly off! The host appeared to be extremely confused, I had to repeat we were a party of 7 over the course of our 27 minutes wait time. When seated it took over 35 minutes to get refreshments! The service has been horrible! Asked the host to speak to the manager, and the manager never came out! We got our food, ate and still sat waiting for our appetizers.. Definitely disappointed

Definitely there has been a lot of improvement here, the service was good and the food also, we did not wait to get in or for our food! 4 months ago: The food was fine but the service not so great, definitely some improvements to do.

Food was good. short wait. The servers were spread a little thin I think didn't see didn't see very much of her most of the meal. All in all a good place to go and eat. A bit expensive though not for a family on a budget

The waitress was very pleasant great spirit and motivation to take well care of us in terms of what was needed... Her smile as she waited our table said a lot to us all, her hard work and determination to please and satisfy us as she waited our table. Said alot alone. Very thankful to have her as our waitress... Workers are nice, food was good. Alot of fruit flies at the bar, uncovered salt for glass rim & some type of liquid. In need of a make over, dark & dingy.

The food was delicious. It appeared they didn't have enough staff on duty. The server was very nice and accommodating, however we were seated for at least 10 minutes prior to orders being taken and the food took a long time to be prepared.

Honestly feel bad for this place. If they could only get their staffing issues fixed, it would be a lot better. Tried several times to go in and give them another shot. Understandable during these time though. However, this location has had service issues way before the Covid pandemic. I am not sure how they manage to remain open. It’s a great location and very close to my office. Luckily there are other restaurants to choose from.

Our server Breanna was awesome! She was very attentive and super sweet. You can tell the location doesn’t have a lot of staff and the servers seem to run the entire place as well as take care of their tables. I feel like the manager on staff should be walking around and helping the staff but our server made the experience great!
