The owner of this bar ruined the experience. The bartenders were kind and attentive. The karaoke guy was also solid. The owner sat drinking all night on the blocked off second floor. She would not let her bartenders serve the patrons tap water. She also would not let us use the bathroom at the end of the night after we had been buying drinks all night.

The DJ needs to be a bit more attentive to the music/vocal mix. Music was really loud, but the singer should not have to scream into the mic to be heard. I did one sing and could hardly hear the vocals over the music. Could be a really cool karaoke venue with the right DJ.

Went there last Friday and the bearded bartender made the wrong shots. I only tipped $5 (didn’t even stiff him) and he gave me the double bird and kicked me out. A few days later I saw my credit card statement showing he changed my tip to $50. Be better Double Decker…

Packed! If you like fun with a crowd this is your place. I sang to 1000+ people who loved every second. Karaoke 7 nights a week. What karaoke fan wouldn't dig this place!

Angela made this the worst experience. She made my friends and me so uncomfortable. She was rude and extremely disrespectful. If she wasn’t there the bar would have been nice but she made the experience awful and I won’t go again to never come across her again. Terrible attitude, very disrespectful.

A few issues: The male bartender in the front side bar (the one with a hurt shoulder) is incredibly rude. He was not only rude by calling me a "jerk" for asking him to fix HIS mistake, but he was noticeably rude to other customers. I even tipped him still... On top of that, he was opening pouring himself large amounts of liquor to consume while working which I'm sure added to his behavior. This can easily be spotted on camera, if the management cares. I think it is a business risk to have someone like that working there. The second issue with with the male bathroom attendant. This black gentlemen only HARASSED white customers for tips and didn't bother the black customers. He wouldn't allow me access to water, soap, or towels until I tipped. He did not get tipped so I had dirty hands. I used the restroom again later and noticed the same behavior with others as well as some people I was with making the same comments. He also shouldn't be allowed to smoke weed in the bathroom. While I don't mind it and you do you, I don't necessarily want my clothes to smell from it. Go outside! On a positive note, the staff (1 male, 2 females) on the larger bar were very nice, paid attention, and didn't mess up orders. Karaoke guys is always nice from this night and previous nights. Also the bartender in the cold, outside bar was really cool too. In general, I'm going to avoid DD and bringing guests there for quite awhile.

a live streamer i watch wanted to sing 1 song for her stream (80 people) but was denied because they was worried about customers safety , 10 minutes later the band DragonForce show up while live streaming to 700 people and is allowed to stay. Customer safety BTW

Waited for 2 hours and didn't get to sing the dg just picks what he wants. A girl that signed up the same time as us went within 20 mins. Drinks are like 10$ a shot and watered down

Come on guys you need to do something about ladies bathroom. One doesn't even have a toilet seat and neither stall has a door that locks. Ya'll are making money over fist you can fix the bathrooms! I don't even want imagine what the men's room looks like.

I am 25 YEARS OLD. I wait in line with a huge group of friends. The bouncer takes my Ohio ID and then says he can’t verify the authenticity. I tell him go scan my ID, take my passport, whatever. He tells me he’s not letting me in regardless. I don’t fight it. My group and I just leave and go elsewhere. But I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY HERE and I will tell everyone to avoid this place at all costs . Rude and unprofessional are understatements.I used to come here all the time. So sad this place has gone downhill due to bad employees. Spend your money at better establishments!!

It was a great place they had karaoke the bathroom had an attendant that was nice. The drinks were a lil pricey but they were good. My husband and I both had a watermelon 🍉 long Island. The people were cool they were just enjoying the night.

I manage bars out of state and I always make sure my bartenders take care of patrons. The bartender Danielle who was working at 2am on Feb 3, 2023 tried to convince me to write $25 I the tip line then she would "Do the math" for the total. I said that was less than what the drink was though. My drink was $28. She was trying to get a $25 tip on top of a $28 drink. Unacceptable for an alcohol-oriented estabilshment.

Well let's just said for that girl manager ....she can't handle an issue ... Just got my credit card handed to someone else ..n u know what they did to me ...cause I call them out on that...they scort me out ....yes ..was their mistake n didn't want to be responsible for that they call security n me cause they didn't want to deal with their Mistake....the manager and the girl that give my credit card to someone else had no idea what they were doing ....trowing me out cause I was asking for my credit Card was wrong .....the wrong way to deal with it .....I just cancel my credit card ..but the way they handle it .. has so much to say about how they deal with paying costumers.......maybe they thought I was just someone that will keep quiet.....nahhh let me tell u what double decker do.... They don't care about their costumers......this is the second time i have a bad experience with them ....I would like to hear from the manager n see what they can u do to fix the situation will not recommend to go there the bartenders are always rude anyways

Worst place I have ever been drinks are weak, and the bartender was slow only fun I had was the karaoke. The tall woman bartender with long hair was very rude too!

The owner is the most ravenous out-of-control entitled drunk you’ll ever encounter in your life. Fun fact: she’s banned from at least some of the bars immediately around her because of her drunk antics. She inherited this lovely establishment from her parents and is running it into the ground because she can’t control her alcohol. Steer clear if you are not in the mood to be yelled at by a power hungry child

They didn’t return my card, then returned it with no receipt. My friend asked for a glass of water and they refused. We asked for management and they called my friend nasty. We were leaving and he very aggressively took the drink out of my friend’s hand. We were uncomfortable and intimidated. Never coming back.

My friend didn’t get her credit card or a receipt back after paying for our drinks. She had to ask for her card back and a receipt for our drinks and rudely the bartender gave it back after having to ask. I asked to speak with the manager and he came over to talk and told me that I was speaking “nasty” to him just for complaining that we didn’t receive our card or receipt and the manager proceeded to rip the drink out of my hand. I was not being nasty or rude at all, just expressing my concern for not having our card or a receipt for our purchases and then being treated rudely by the staff for just asking for a receipt. That manager is aggressive and very unprofessional. Riping a drink out of my hands was shocking to do as a manager of an establishment. If I could give negative stars I would and will no long be taking out of towners here. I hope that manger quits and realizes how unprofessional he is and should not be running an establishment.

1 stall in the bathroom has been out of order since before COVID. 1 stall, no toilet seat, and the other no lock on the door. Never any soap in the bathroom. Imagine a female bartender pouring drinks all night with no soap....the amount of money they overcharge for drinks and they are constantly busy. They can't afford soap? The karaoke is the reason people come here. Fun place to go because of the music. Oh and the projectors have burn in so much you can't even see what's playing. Put some money back into the business! Cleanliness is a zero. Fun a 10. Staff is a 10. Bring sanitizer.

Expensive drinks, the crowd was good, staff is ok. Wouldn't be my first choice in Tampa, but not too bad. If you like karaoke in dive bars, you'll probably like this place

Really disappointed that DDs (and all customers) had to pay $4 for water. Should be encouraging hydration and sober driving but drunks didn’t want to pay $4 and just left to drive or to drink more elsewhere… it actually feels like they’re encouraging drunk driving

It's way expensive now and it never used to be that way till recently for some reason. $23 for a double well vodka and redbull is ridiculous. I won't be going back there.

We enjoyed the people staff were friendly drinks so so expensive, it didn't matter what you had it was 10 dollars a glass. DJ was friendly but seemed like he didn't want to bother setting his sound and mic settings even when it was clear it needed it. We probably won't go back 6 rounds of 2 drinks 120 dollars. we heard some amazing voices 👍

Amazing crowd, the staff are incredibly professional and kind as all heck. I've been three times now, all for karaoke night, and it's always been incredibly enjoyable as well as safe. I'm very excited to go back and look forward to my next experience.

Been here every time I’m in Tampa. Great staff and KJs every time. Maybe there are other staff that aren’t as friendly but everyone was amazing the night I went Friday Jan 27th. Oh, btw, security is strict, but trust me, in this area you will appreciate it once you get to the other side. You will feel like a criminal, but be kind to them, they have a tough job and it’s absolutely necessary.

Had an amazing experience you get up there, and the whole bar is singing alone with you most fun I've had in a long time and Nate the bartender was fantastic!

My partner absolutely loves this place! It's literally one of the reasons he moved to Tampa. If he could live in this karaoke bar.... he most definitely would. He loves singing and music and I love too drink! Lol. #bestofbothworlds

I provided my credit card to Double Decker for a tab and it was never returned to me. No apologies, nor solution offered by the venue… I immediately opposed the card which was then used in the next hour for fraudulent transactions. Do not TRUST this venue

Always a fun time at D.D.! The bartenders are friendly and fun and mix them pretty strong.

So. Much. Fun. Karaoke is off the chain, drinks are great and reasonably priced, awesome service... HIGHLY recommend!

Had a great time at this spot, music was great and karoake was a lot of fun. Drinks were a little weak, thank God I had a couple before I went out. The club was strick on social distancing but they picked and chose to whom.

The best bar in Tampa for karaoke!! Staff is awesome!! Bunch of fun loving people! We had a company event in their upstairs bar. Great times.
