Love coming to this place (been to 3 separate locations so far). I always get the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich and love it everytime! Such a good value too because the chicken is ALWAYS so much bigger than the bun, so fun to see each time. Highly recommend this place. My boyfriend got the 1/2 lb prime burger and he said it was seasoned really well too. Oh yeah and the fries are also super good here too. Definitely enough food to have you feeling full. Our waitress was also super nice. Definitely a place I'd recommend going.

To start off… I am pregnant. I love Miller’s Ale House and have visited the location near Tampa airport countless times. I’ve always ordered the same item off the menu. I came to this location TWICE and had my order majorly messed up. Here’s my typical order for reference… Shrimp and Chicken Cobb Salad Shrimp on the side (I’m allergic but my husband eats my shrimp) NO TOMATOES (I’M ALLERGIC) No Blue Cheese Sub croutons and extra cheddar cheese Both times I’ve ordered with the same female bartender (I won’t mention her name for respect). I tell her ahead of time that my order is lengthy but I get it every time and I love it this particular way. I let it be known I have a tomato allergy and shrimp allergy. She opts out of writing anything down. The first time (about a month ago) my salad came with tomatoes, had shrimp on the salad, did not have my two subbed items (croutons and extra cheese) on it, and was missing red onions. This evening when ordering it for to go, I get home to a salad covered in tomatoes (like an entire tomato chopped into it) and missing my two subbed items (croutons and extra cheddar cheese). The chicken and shrimp were CAKED in the blackened seasoning that it was overpowering. Also, tid bits of other vegetable ingredients were included in the salad (cross contamination of cucumbers). I’ve had this salad perfected more than a dozen times at the Tampa airport location, but 2 out of 2 times this temple terrace location has botched my order. I will not be returning to this location. I do hope that management considers how they can help their staff in providing better service. Write your orders down especially when an allergy is involved!!

I'm here visiting from NY and went to Miller's Ale House for my boyfriends birthday. It was pretty good. No complaints! Our server Mia was great and attentive.

The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because at first the food was great and the service was good. We took most of the food home but when I went to heat up my food, I noticed a hair. Not to big of a deal, I went to pick it out and a group of hair like you would find in a SHOWER DRAIN come up with a noodle. I literally started gagging because I did eat some of the food. I honestly don’t know how I didn’t notice this but there’s no excuse how a patch of hair got into someone’s plate. Will NOT be eating here again!

I have been to many Miller's Ale House restaurant locations, from Deer Park and Commack, New York locations to the many locations throughout Florida. This Fowler Avenue location falls short of the quality of food and service of the West Columbus Drive Tampa location. My wife and I arrived at about 8:15 on a Thursday evening. My wife ordered the Prime Rib with a side of Baked Potato. (Prime Rib is listed as only available on Thursdays and Sundays.) My wife was told that they were out of Baked Potatoes. Given that Baked Potatoes are available after 5 p.m., one can only wonder how this side became unavailable in the span of 3 hours. My wife then ordered a side of the Cilantro Rice, which was too al dente for her to enjoy. The Prime Rib was well- seasoned and flavorful. I ordered the Steak Fajitas, which I have ordered at other Miller's Ale House restaurants in the past. While I ordered the steak at a medium level of doneness, the dish I received had well done steak only. The atmosphere was typical Miller's Ale House - crowded Thursday night. The service took a bit long to provide our dishes, but improved after our plates were initially served. I like Miller's Ale House because of good menu choices and, generally, reliably well- flavored food. I'm likely to try the Fowler Avenue Tampa location again, chalking last night's meal to an unusually "off" night. At this stage, however, if you're a first- time diner with a choice, opt for the West Columbus Drive location. (Recommendations below are based on prior visits to other Miller's Ale House locations.)

Wonderful experience! We love Miller’s in Gainesville and St. Pete and our first experience at this location was great! Our waitress, Brenda, was so sweet and attentive! The food was great. One of our meals came out a bit cold so we asked if the chicken could be replaced and they brought us fresh chicken very quickly! The manager even came out and told us he was going to discount our check for the inconvenience… This was very kind. Wonderful service all around! Will be back!

Had lunch here with my family, and all of us really enjoyed the food. Service was also very fast and friendly. We had a smash burger, potstickers, fajitas, and the quesadilla. Everything was very well cooked and well season. The fries were perfectly done. Only negative was at the TV, and especially the commercials, was too loud.

Went here with my family and we had a good time. The nachos were okay and the burger was delicious. The service wasn't bad but it could better, also was a busy night so maybe that influence on that.

Our server, MIA, was fantastic! Our son has a life threatening allergy to dairy. We were seriously disappointed at the lack of documentation they had on ingredients. They didn’t have allergy menus or an online option. The poor server had to go back and forth to ask so many questions, and then they delivered the burger on a bun that had dairy. Mia was so wonderful and apologetic so I don’t want to say service was bad. The organization can do much better though. Their reason for not having it was that “many restaurants are doing away with allergy menus due to cross-contamination”. You would think in the day and age of today, it would be the opposite. We aren’t talking a little upset stomach. We are talking about a person being able to enjoy a meal with their family, without a visit to the hospital. It is literal life and death. It’s not something that should be taken lightly.

Bartenders were very attentive. Didn't shy away from using the alcohol. Food was amazing. Wasn't too crowded but nice size. Great conversations with bar attendees. And they show sports games when they're airing.

I visit this location on a fairly regular basis. I enjoy the food selection, and the atmosphere. Today I had the 35 Shrimp and they were hot and tasty when they arrived. Even had an extra cocktail sauce, without even having to ask. The staff is welcoming and truly make the effort to get to know their customers. A couple of my absolute favorites are Madisen and Brenda! Both are really personable and friendly... and put up with me constantly "quizzing" them on whatever 80's/90's song comes over the speakers, LOL. Keep up the great work you two!

Decent enough place to have a beer and wings with friends. Service was very good. However the wings were a little too fresh today. The good news is that the server tookem back and finished cooking them. Maybe it's an isolated issue, but worth reporting. Doublecheck your order.

After hundreds of visits to different Ale House restaurants in Florida for the last 15 years, today we experienced the worst food ever in the Fowler Ave location in Tampa.... We waited about 25 minutes to be seated. Then about 10 minutes for our server to come to the table. She had a great attitude and we can tell she was experienced. We order Everything at once, because we were on a hurry.... Our table received the appetizers quick, and they were great as always... but then; we had to wait for over 1 Hour to get our food, and when the food came, we noticed it wasm't the same as always... we received a Zinger Mountain Melted dish that was dry, burned and the portion was less than whats supposed to be; an order of chicken wings and fries that was cold, and a steak and shrimp plate with baked potateo that was a joke... it didn't have the shrimps and the steak was also dry and burned...🤦‍♂️ The loaded baked potato was burned and also didn't got the sauces that we ordered.... Then we had to wait for about 25 more minutes for the manager to come to the table and listen to the horror that we got, and then be able to try to fix it.... After all; we waisted about 3 hours in this Ale House location until we were able to get the food *resolved and our ticket fixed and be able to LEAVE!... This restaurant have the worst management in place and looks like the kitchen staff is all messed up.... We observed how the kitchen manager and the front of the house manager doesn't have good communication and at the same time they get the servers and tables affected.... It's very unfortunate! Also, be aware that if you are looking for a great place to eat or have a decent dinner, this Ale House is not the right place! Good Luck!!

We did curbside. The food is scrumptious. The presentation was nice as well. Best burger I've had in a very long time. The prices are really reasonable. I can't wait to have their food again.

The servers were friendly, food did take a hot minute to come out but I was also with a large party so that's understandable. I ordered the watermelon margarita. I was expecting it to be on the sweet side but it definitely wasn't. Spinach and artichoke do was alright. Salmon, mashed potatoes, and broccoli were fire 🔥I would return.

Very good place to eat. Great ribeye cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The donut dessert was amazing and worth the 7$ Very kid friendly plenty of choices. Although apples were disgusting, need to do better with the fruit. Great prices and very friendly.

Seated after a wait which we expected. Then orders were placed and never saw a server until our food came. Appetizers were delivered after food never offered to refill drinks and one of our guest never received our food. Al’s medium rare means uncooked.

I’m not a fried food person. Just not my thing… BUT, Miller’s Ale House has amazing fried fish! A friend was unequivocally recommending their fried fish, so I figured I’d give it a try. No joke, it was AMAZING! And there was a LOT of it! My party ordered flatbread, burgers, fried fish, and pasta. Not a complaint in the group! You like fried? You’ll love Miller’s fish.

Great spot to post up and chill. Great drink specials all through the day and night; great prices for non special drinks, too. Of course, I think the food could be seasoned a lot more, but still great finger foods while you chill and drink.

This is one of my go to spots in Tampa. We love this place. The food is always good. but I have to be honest about my last experience. Here, the very last experience we visited a couple days ago. And they have the system where you put your phone number in. And they will check you in, so to speak. And they're supposed to text you back to let you know when your table is ready. Unfortunately, I never got a text. We waited 40 minutes before I sent my husband inside to check on the status and when he went inside, our table was conveniently ready. and after waiting that long to be seated, we waited another hour before our food even came to the table. I have to say this was not a good experience. However, I still recommend them overall as a tasty dine in restaurant. I can chalk this up to being short, staffed and overwhelmed.

Everyone's food seemed to be good. But my order was never put in. (Stuff happens) but I politely asked to cancel my order; as the food came out over 30 minutes after ordering. They told me 10 minutes.... over 30 minutes later, I was served by the manager. I have kids, and they don't need to sit an hour after ordering for food. Everyone's food seemed good, but an hour and 20 minutes just to get your plate is insane.

For the first time going to Miller's Ale House I must say the bathrooms for the women were not the greatest that I've ever been in they need to be maintained more often they need a little bit of updating my husband says the men's bathroom was just fine smelled like flowers even no smell of urine woohoo first in a long time the food on the other hand wasn't as great as I thought it would be the burger my husband had gotten was supposed to be medium well and then inside of it was rare he could not eat the rest of it and the cheese was not cooked on the hamburger and iced tea the tea wasn't the greatest my husband is a tea connoisseur and said this was the worst tea he ever had. my Philly cheese steak was okay wasn't the best I've had they do not tell you that if you want to add mushrooms it's 99 Cents more which I thought all Philly cheese steak come with onions peppers mushrooms cheese and steak. For an appetizer we got the Monday special chicken tenders for $6.99 they were really good we got the garlic parmesan as usual you're always going to get some hard spots on them which is normal other than that those are pretty well the fries were good as well too the service Myla and Angel we're really good waiters and waitresses they came out and asked us several times how we like their meal made sure we were happy with everything we've got and when we weren't they politely listened and tried making up for the mistakes they were really good people. The manager Jonathan came out and greeted us and asked us about our meal after we had stated something to the waitresses and waiter and he gave us a $25 gift card which we greatly appreciate to come back and try to do our first time over again and compensation of what went on today other than that the place was really nice the atmosphere was up the TVs were all on they had Sports they had comedy they had news they're all around Traverse and different programs you have inside and outside dining not very busy if you like burgers and Beer or even the fine spirits and you don't mind a little bit of a price this would be a place to.

My server was nice, but the food (zinger mountain melt) was burned in several parts. The picture makes it look better than it was because the overabundance of bacon covers up the burned parts. The runner who brought it out didn't comment on it, so we just ate it. I watched other people be delivered the same dish, and theirs was also charred... It was edible... even if it was cooked properly, I think it would've been underwhelming, but it was particularly bad with char. Also, there was barely any cheese for the cheese fries. There was a pile of bacon bits after we ate the mountain... it would've done a lot better with cheese as a binder. The meal took a while (25-30 mins) to come out. For a positive: the sauces we got were sweet thai chili and garlic parmesan. I liked the sweet thai. I found the garlic parmesan had a strange aftertaste and tasted faintly of blue cheese, but my wife loves blue cheese and loved it. Unfortunately, they don't give enough sauce to mask how dry the chicken is. I really wanted to like this because it's a fairly good deal. Too bad, I will not be going back here again.

I love this location and the service! We sat at the bar and were well taken care of. Shoutout to AMY for handling our to-go items and big thank you to MYLA for providing us with quick service and a great experience. They really had fantastic personalities and customer service! 10/10 would recommend asking for MYLA. Food was also BUSSIN…

My first time there, and I had so much fun. The food took a little long, but it was worth the wait, and my server was very cordial, plenty of parking, handicap accessible, prices reasonable, just nice, congrats, good job.

My parents were in town just for dinner so we decided to give this place a try as it was a Friday night. Don't think I will attempt that even during a week night. Took over an hour to get any food to the table. And salads came wilted and at the same time as our food with 3 out of 4 steak dinners were cold. My mashed potatoes and gravy was so cold the gravy was like jelly. We kindly told the waitress and she apologized and asked if we would like to talk the the manager. He came over and was not very professional as I explained the situation and he said they will make new food. We said no as we walked in hungry and didn't want to wait another 30 min or longer even. He then said what do you want me to do. I said I'm not looking for free food but it came cold and no time to eat my salad. He blamed the waitress for putting it in that way. Seemed to be a sad excuse for cold steaks! He said I can discount it. He ended up comping one steak basically. Server said sadly this is the norm on a weekend. I've ordered take out plenty here and always warm. They should focus on diners getting food hot 1st. Another table complained of the same thing as we did.
