I was pleasantly surprised at the High Quality of cocktails, as the bartenders are not only friendly, but knowledgeable and unique. Each one seeming to have their own favorite cocktail and a great understanding. NOW, the food!! It was extremely delicious, both flavorful and filling. I enjoyed the Florida Grouper, a Tampa native fish, and it was flaky, buttery, and tender. The succotash that accompanied the fish added a light healthy option for cleansing the palette.

A phenomenal experience that envelops you like the warm embrace of an old friend. As a food lover, dinners like this drive and inspire you to search for the next magic moment. Tampa Bay Restaurant Week - Elevage I opted for the 4 course prix fixe menu. There were no choices to make, dinner for 1 was $65. Kudos to Elevage for having the forethought to select a red and white wine by the glass and adding it to the pf menu. The red wine had a mesmerizing nose and paired elegantly with the duck. The thick cold potato soup with caviar and chervil was interesting and enticing, the caviar lending the perfect saltiness to the dish. The Seared Scallops with a divine Burre Blanc Sauce, flecked with Smoked Trout Eggs and Sorrel Leaves was sublime. The complexity and perfect flavor symmetry made me slow down to savor the dish. Trout eggs popping like fireworks and the acidic citrus flavor of sorrel leaves achieving near perfection. The Aged Rohan Duck with Celeriac Puree matched with the Duck Jus was a flavor tri-fecta. The flavors coming in waves...crispy skin, the sauce mixture, the duck fat and aged duck flavor melding in to a bewitching palate charming adventure. Then some tasty Madelienes to finish with a burst of orange zest to wake you from the decadent food slumber. It was the best prix fixe menu thus far. Do not miss out on this experience.

Nice ambiance but definitely presents as a hotel restaurant. For the price Of the food I expected better. The soup and beet salad were great but the mains were mediocre at best. The person I was with ordered the rib-eye steak and it came out raw and had to be sent back. By the time it was refired I had been done with my meal for 15 minutes. I would imagine most people that eat here are staying at the hotel. I Would not give this place a second go….

I had a craving for breakfast although it was lunch time. I stopped in and I love that they offer free valet parking before 7 p.m. I didn't realize the restaurant was inside a hotel. The hotel/restaurant decor is beautiful. For seating, you have the option to eat in the beautiful lobby or the actual restaurant. My waiter was very attentive and display great customer service. The food came out quickly and I must say the food was delicious. My pancakes was cooked to perfection with a nice crisp around the edges. The syrup top it off and melts in your mouth. The eggs had a creamy texture and the bacon was cook the way I like them. If you're looking for a brunch, dinner spot for a business meeting or just a place to try something different Elevage is definitely the place. I'll definitely be back in the future.

Luxurious. Immaculate interior. The art in this establishment is billowing and flowing with life and passion, love and creativity. The entire space is gorgeous. The staff are friendly and courteous. The food came out right when it needed too. It was delightful. I did not except such burst of flavor. I melted into enjoyment and bliss. Drink menu is robust. Food is cooked to pristine perfection. I had such a wonderful experience here. A MUST VISIT. If you are in Tampa. Do not miss the experience of dining here! Phenomenal. 10 stars.

Found this place on a Thursday during lunch hour. The restaurant was almost empty, so service was excellent and it was pretty quiet. The decor was very nice and seating was really comfortable. The food was good. My wife really enjoyed the BBQ wings. I had the chicken shawarma, which was good. The side salad was really tasty as well. They use a good salad dressing. Overall really pleasant experience and will definitely go back.

Very trendy Restaurant and Bar in a super trendy hotel. Entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food is upscale with beautiful presentations. We ate at the bar area because we enjoy socializing and the bar staff was really fun.

So delicious! I came for a dinner out with some friends and we had a wonderful experience. The wine list is amazing, the service was perfect and we loved the menu. We would highly recommend the cheese and charcuterie to share and grilled filet mignon for dinner. If you come in, ask for Jorge and Krastina! They made the experience even better.

The location itself is cute but experience was not, they didn’t have 2 of the 5-6 entrées from their menu.. waiter apologized saying they were out, the manager then said it’s because it’s a new menu.. either way unacceptable. I then ordered the steak and it came out with an actual thick charcoal layer on the top and bottom. My friend’s steak was extremely overdone and my other friend’s order wasn’t put in. Then the manager came out apologizing twice for several minutes and took a bunch of stuff off the bill which was really nice of her but this could have all been avoided had they been a bit more professional.

We stayed at the Epicurean a few weeks ago while working in Tampa. This is our new favorite Tampa hotel and the Elevage restaurant and bar is a big part of why we love the Epicurean. The food in the restaurant is delicious and creative, but for us the bar is the real draw. They have a great happy (from 4-7 if I remember correctly) with awesome food and drink specials and a lively atmosphere’. On our first visit a few months ago, their signature “better” old fashioned was the featured happy hour cocktail. And it was delicious! This trip it wasn’t the special but we had to have one or two anyway 😉. Even if you aren’t staying at the Epicurean, take a trip to the Elevage - you’ll love it!!

The food was definitely a 10/10. I loved the ambiance and the service was amazing, I loved my server Sean. I am going back for brunch when I go back to Tampa for sure!

Celebrated our 15 yr anniversary tonight and went to Elevage. Food was fantastic- I had the smoked Wagyu short ribs - absolutely delicious and got the coconut rum creme brulee with the coconut lime sorbet.... wow! Amazing! Austin was our server, and he was just outstanding! He made an already great experience even better. Would absolutely recommend 👌

Christmas dinner, thus this was not the regular menu. The food was average to below average. The service was quite good. The dining room and hotel lobby are nice but not special. The steak was overcooked. Thus, I am being kind on the rating. The risotto was not well prepared. Yes, it was busy, but if there are only four entrees to choose from, then you should execute them perfectly. It was not worth the $90 per plate.

Expect fantastic artwork, lots of available seating, excellent service and fantastic food. We were not staying at the hotel but instead traveled to this location to experience the kitchen and bar. We were not disappointed and feel most others will be very happy with their experience.

MEH MEH MEH Just another over priced place with underwhelming food. I know it's on off weekend, but are the Chefs off too ? If someone was working the "pass" they passed on letting tepid food go out. Smallish, basic menu. Decent wine selection though. Decor needs updating too. I don't get how this is a culinary teaching place. I'm hungry -

Jorge was the most incredible server! Not only was the food and wine we enjoyed delightful, but Jorge made our dining experience elevated! He spoke with us about his time working as a sommelier and aided us in selecting a terrific bottle of wine. If you haven’t tried Elevage - I highly recommend going for dinner and requesting Jorge!!

I really wanted to love this restaurant and was looking forward to trying it out. I ordered the duck breast and it was unfortunately the worst food I have ever eaten at a restaurant in Tampa bay, albeit being beautifully presented. I’ve tried out many many restaurants in the Bay Area. This place is absolutely not worth the high price tag. The duck breast was raw and bland. Whatever sauce they used on it tasted like a watered down cheap wine. No taste or flavor whatsoever. I’m giving one star for the drink. It was really good and my waiter okay.

Sooo Elevage SoHo Kitchen & Bar has been a repeat hit for me! I have gone twice and enjoyed the bar area. The service has always been on point along with the food. I enjoy sitting at the bar with my new favorite bartender Jared (I hope I got that right). He made me a yummy Rosé cocktail that was very refreshing and great service. The restaurant vibes are very chill and there is plenty of artwork to keep you looking around. Very beautiful inside. Good for all occasions. What was ordered: Rosé cocktail, Crispy Brussels, Smoked Chicken Wings Rosé cocktail = Yums & another one! Crispy Brussels = Nice crunch & enough to share Smoked Chicken Wings = I’ve repeatedly ordered these soo good. COVID check: Staff had their mask on and the restaurant is very spaced out.

Fabulous experience, starting with the rooftop bar, & a true bartender that made exquisite drinks, while waiting on our reservation. Once seated our waitress, Jenny, was attentive and on point. The food and wine paired well together. The appetizers were fantastic and the soup du jour, a creamy potato with truffle, was out of this world. The main course was seafood varieties for all 4 of us, no slight to the non-seafood options, and was superb. I look fwd to a return visit.

Our server was attentive, and the food was good. I had the huevos rancheros and my friend had the eggs benedict. There was nothing particularly outstanding about the restaurant, though. I don't think I'll be back. Also, parking was a nightmare.

Food is good but service is not. Server does not know how to prioritize her work. She’s cleaning tables instead of serving our coffee or getting things we asked for. She looks to be about 24 so maybe it’s just the next generation sucks 😒

The atmosphere is great. Went to the edge rooftop for a drink. Dinner was okay. Recommend getting 2-3 apps for sharing rather than full dinner.

We went for breakfast as a family and the standard plate with eggs, bacon, toast, and potatoes was fabulous. The potatoes are so good. Coffee was strong too! The vibe is very chill with jazz music and relaxed ambiance. Service was prompt and food came out fast.
