    People working there clearly don’t want to work. They make it extremely difficult for everyone. Why even work if you’re gonna just be rude to your customers?? A simple drive thru order could’ve been done simply but this employee was being rude and kept sighing as I ordered more food. And after every item she would ask “is that it?”, “are you done?” That’s not how you treat your customers. I wasn’t even ordering a lot. I ordered a chicken sandwich and two sides. Then when handing me the food, they barely left the window. I basically had to get out of my car just to get it from her hand. She didn’t even try reaching out halfway? Or at least some effort in handing me my food. Again, why even work if you’re just gonna make it difficult for others?

    This location does not give one fudge. Come with the mind set to order food, if it is available, you pay, get your food and go about your business. I go frequently and I frequently get the wrong order or missing items. But at this particular location, just let it ride and go about your day. This location does not give one fudge. As long as you have that mind set, everything is good. That is how good the food is for quick fast food, in my opinion.

    I’ve heard and heard about this famous chicken sandwich. To help with context I’m from Australia and we don’t have Popeyes so this was a big day And today’s the day I got to try it. The chicken sandwich didn’t disappoint the flavours amazing the crunchyness of the chicken was on point and the chicken itself was cooked perfect. Pop eyes chicken sandwich is the actual best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Highly recommend. I’d have given 5 stars but this Junkie ruined my lunch when she came into the store and ask for money upon my refusal and told her to please leave me alone I’m trying to enjoy my first ever Popeyes chicken sandwich she started mouthing off telling me I hope you choke and die on your lunch and that she’s gonna wait outside for me. PS she didn’t wait

    Waited inside a while before being told drive-thru only. I did not see any sign and the door was open. Pulled in line and verified order, regular chicken sandwich, shrimp nuggets and coke. Was given spicy chicken sandwich, biscuit and coke. Did not notice notice mistake until I had driven across town. Unfriendly service to top it off. Very disappointed in a $13 lunch, I will not be returning to Popeyes!

    I was yelled at for using the bathroom! I went to the bathroom to wash my hands before I ordered because i was working and on lunch break and was screamed at and called white boy lol. Needless to say I didn't stick around, I was so confused why everyone was so angry for no reason.

    Walking in, no one said a word to us, but 1 lady kept looking around with an attitude and finally shouted to someone they have customers. The time it took for her to wait and say that, she could've told us someone would be with us shortly. Finally, a person came from the back and let us know someone would help us. It turns out that the guy that was busy changing the trash in the lobby was the one who had to take our order. We didn't see him change his gloves. My mom refused to have him make her drink. No customer service and unprofessional! No matter the demographic of the area, customer service and professionalism should always be practiced.

    Stopped here on the way to the airport this morning (right at 10 AM). Staff was friendly and attentive and food was hot, fresh, and perfect! We don’t have a Popeyes in our state (WY) so it was a real treat as our last meal. Thank you!

    This establishment needs to be flushed and needs to rehire entire new staff. I don't see how management can allow their workers to have such poor custermer. Why does the home office allow this to go on? This place must be filled with fa.ily and friends employed. The customer service was so bad I just drove off They need to be on a segment of "Undercover Boss". Take my advice, don't honor this place and just maybe they will get the hint!!!

    ive been eating popeyes for years.. this is by far the worst one. everything takes 45 minutes to cook. i came in one day and they told me the inside was closed(that was a lie). nothing is hot and ready, everything takes for ever. currently waiting on uber eats i ordered a hour ago and my driver is still waiting for my food lol

    Rude impolite sarcastic dirty place. It seems that people are hired with no customer service skills. An Uber driver waited almost 15 minutes for his order bc they did not even acknowledge him. No welcome in hello nothing!!! Never again!!!! I’ll spend my money elsewhere!!!!

    Worse customer service ever!!!Popeyes is so ghetto, after waiting in a long line, ordering, just to tell me they're out of breast. Did nothing to accommodate me but give a bad attitude and forget to give me a spoon. Telling lies, stating you're out of chicken at 1:00 is absurd

    They took so long just to attend the drivetru and when they did it we made the order with no response from them and got to wait again even more time. They’re in a busy area they should improve the customer service.

    Another popeyes location that loooooooves to run out of food in the afternoon/early evening. The lobby is always dirty and nasty, would never dine in here. And even nastier is the employees' customer service skills if you aren't a certain race or ethnicity. Best part is if they get something wrong its YOUR fault, not theirs, for ordering too much food. And DO NOT use the app to order from this location. If you do and they are out of something, they will still make your order and make substitutes as they see fit, never once bothering to call you to ask if a switch is ok.

    Staff does not care at all, had 8 people waiting for pickup orders and not a single employee came and checked with anyone for more than 20 minutes. Everyone had to cancel their orders and leave simply because no one wanted to do any work

    Placed a mobile order before close. Google clearly states they stay open till 10:30. Arrived at the restaurant before 10. No one came to the speaker for 5 minutes while another car sat at the window chatting with the employees. After waiting I was then told they were closed even though my card has already been charged and the order placed. I was bounced around to another employee who then stated their cook literally left at 9:30, a whole hour before they closed even though the person ahead of me received food while I was waiting. I get not wanting to work right before closing but denying somebody service after they’ve already paid is truly a new level.

    Revoke this restaurant from the Popeyes chain. The chicken was very dry, 5 tables were dirty, the restroom was disgustingly dirty, and when I asked for some hot sauce I was given the last one in the entire restaurant. Worst Popeyes I have EVER visited.

    Our table was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. The tea tasted old and very weak. I got the ghost paper wings and was very disappointed. The size looked like they used hens instead of chickens because they were so small. The taste was good, but saying they are hot is a joke. Even with hot sauce I was begging for more heat. The staff were polite and friendly. Red beans and rice with bisket was on point as always tho.

    My experience in the store was so appalling that my family and I walked out. The one at the register didn't want to help, and the girl at the drive-through was rude and kept turning her back on us when we had questions. Apparently, we were taking too long looking at the menu trying to decide. They were doing nothing, and the store was empty. Major attitude that was so obvious. If they don't their job they should not be working!

    Took 25 minutes to get an 8pc nugget and 5pc tender. Never got our drinks. It wasn't busy either, only two other people in the lobby, and drivethrough was empty. Had such high hopes for my first time at Popeyes, so much disappointment. Will not be coming back. Only positive thing was the fries. They were decent.

    The strawberry biscuits were very dry and stale. I also ordered the coleslaw which I'm pretty sure was spoiled. I spit out the first bite.Then realized The coleslaw was gooey and had bubbles. Just gross!

    Don't get me wrong, food was delicious as expected, but the service at this location was seriously subpar. There was one employee that was cooking to where you could see them and facing the counter that was nice and seemed like the only person that was actually doing their job, even while the counter person was sitting in the lobby on their phone, didn't think they were on a break cause they tried to say sorry, but my order had already been placed and half of it was done by time they came up. The girl that was working the drive-through was extremely rude and was playing on her phone making tiktoks instead of helping customers. The girl working the counter rolled her eyes and pouted her way around the counter and into the back to get another sauce when I asked to exchange one I had since it had a hole in it. Upper management and corporate might actually benefit from coming in and Re- evaluating some of the employees.

    New blackened chicken sandwich was just okay but it appeared the “famous” crispy chicken sandwich underwent a quality downgrade since launch in 2019. Service at this location was slow (30 minutes from online order to receiving the items) and received sweet tea instead of unsweetened that was ordered.

    I was traveling through the Tampa area for business and I went through the drive through and ordered 3 chicken legs and a side of mashed potatoes. When I got many miles away with my order and was ready to eat I opened my bag to find that there were no chicken legs or mashed potatoes only chicken tenders that I did not order. I’m a very understanding person and get that mistakes happen. I called and let the lady know that my order was incorrect and she replied oh yeah we gave you the tenders instead. I asked what could be done about it and was told I needed to bring the tenders back to get my correct food or a refund. I let her know that I only had a short lunch break and was unable to return and just wanted my card refunded. She hung up on me. I called back several times and didn’t get an answer. I called again 20 minutes later and spoke with a different lady and was told in order to get a refund I would need to return the chicken tenders to get my money back. I let her know I did not live in that area and was unable to return. She said okay and hung up. I called back thinking we got disconnected. The same person answered and I told her I think we got disconnected and she replied that we didn’t get disconnected and she said okay. I asked if okay meant she was going to refund me and she said only if you bring the food back. The First Lady I spoke admitted that they knew they gave me tenders instead of what I ordered. It sounds to me like they want me to bring back the tenders so they can serve them to someone else.

    This popeyes is not in the best part of town, intersection it sits in is a bit awkward but the food is always fresh! Very delicious and the service is almost always good.

    We arrived at 11:00 a.m. to the drive-thru and when we pulled up she told us that they wasn't going to open until they had moved ready once we got to the drive-thru the person in the drive thru was really rude

    After noticing consistent poor service I no longer order here. One day I used the drive through and they claimed due to a shift change they couldnt take orders. Then another time I went inside and they were only open for online order pickup. I would not recommend this location for anything.

    Went there to get some thing to eat last night and the door was open it was about 6:PM and the lady told me she is only serving drive-through I told her I am not driving so could she serve me something and she said no.I think if you don't want to serve food to people walking in then they should close the door and let people know that if you are not driving you won't get serve. I don't think it is good for business at all and that lady was the manager at the store.i know for sure I won't be going back there again.

    People working in this location clearly they don’t want to work . I went through the drive through and after I gave her my order she told me no white meat spicy I asked her for regular she said the same thing so I asked her I can wait if they gonna make some soon so she told me no I have dark meat that I want to sell so I don’t eat dark meat so she clearly closed the window while I’m talking to her and deleted my order from her screen and everyone inside making fun and laugh about me that I don’t eat dark meat . That’s very disappointing and disrespect for guests . Someone else came outside to ask me about my order and I started from the beginning this is how I figured that the First Lady deleted mine. Never come back to this location . We need the corporate to hire people that can respect US and do something about what’s going on. Very very very very very rude trashy team

    I was not happy with as much chicken as they precooked and let just sit there. Front staff was horrible at their job. Took me and 3 other people behind me waiting 15 minutes for the 3 people in front of us to order while they did other things in-between taking orders. I was really thinking they would serve me fresh food knowing I had been in their store over so long. THEY DONT CARE. They will serve you with what they got, rather you come back. Throw it away and waste food then do it right the second time instead of always having happy customers and doing it right the first time. Truly sad.

    I love my people but just know that 95% of the time they are probably not have everything you want. Example no spicy chicken, only dark meat, out of tea...lol. with that being said...what you DO get. It will be hot and fresh and served with a smile. I love the drive thru and inside customer services. The girls/ladies are always super sweet and accommodating.

    Food is ok. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Just walked in and sombody from the back yelled DRIVE THRU only. This is not the first time but it will be the last. 6 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. 6 workers on the inside enjoying a nice conversation. Doors are unlocked, no sign but they refuse to serve me. No sense in ever coming back.

    Good food, but unprofessional staff. Was picking up a "large" order in drive-thru and heard some laughing in the background and heard them ask if we're having some kind of party or something... are large orders atypical there? The way they were asking seemed like they intended to keep that chatter among themselves. Also, missed all the condiments and apparently missed 5 biscuits and a large mashed potatoes. Drive-thru window employee also seemed like they wanted to laugh at me. Like bruh

    Been in line for the last 15 minutes with 4 other cars and we all had to drive off due to no one answering us on the order speaker. However, I called in to the store and was told they are closed even though the website says close at 10:30. It's 10:11 right now. No one is answering but the counter as you drive by is full of bags of chicken. Never will I waste my time getting off the interstate to stop here again.

    No dry, no greasy Not sure what they have done lately but last time we got it, the chicken was fresh, no fry and no greasy either! We really loved it! Good job with whatever you guys are doing lately.
