AMAZING SERVICE! MY NEW FAVOURITE LUNCH SPOT! Always willing to make custom orders! Even if the food wasn't absolutely amazing, fresh and filling, I would still come here for their fast and friendly service! Only been here a few times this week and they already greet me by name, followed by "the usual acai bowl today?" LOVE THIS PLACE! 😍 I highly recommend the wraps, acai bowls and smoothies (btw the kale and spinach is made with fresh kale and spinach, not powder like some other places) Oh and before I forget, make sure to check the board for their daily specials, it's always something new

This place is consistently GREAT! My whole floor at my office goes there frequently for lunch and we also love it so much that we frequently have events and we have Nature's Table cater the events. Keval and his staff are superb, and the food, from the wraps to the sandwiches, to the soups, to the salads, is always superb. For the money, this is the highest quality food and the best value for this area of Downtown Tampa.

I enjoyed my food and enjoyed the prices. Nice little stop while looking to kill time in downtown.

I must be honest, previously, the portion was perfect in size and quality, but today when I was there, I think the decision to change the portion size was very ill-advised. They kept the price, which is fine, but even though the quality of the food is still the same, the quantity decreased noticeably. I have always asked for an extra portion of chicken; this time, I'm not sure if they included it because the portion was so small that I was surprised.

Protein bowl was OK. Nothing special but not bad either. Service was extremely fast. Portions were a bit small but the price also wasn't bad.

I've been in twice and ordered the same thing, both times my order was incorrect. The second time I said I wanted salsa 3 times - get back to my office, no salsa. The prices are cheap and the staff is friendly. I will check my order in the store from now on.

Was looking for a place close to the airport to meet a friend for brekkie and this fit the bill location wise and more! Food was great (got a sammich to go for my flight home) and the folks that work there were so friendly... they treated us like we were old friends and had been going there for a long time... would recommend if you're looking for a relaxing, no-stress meal with nice people working there! :)

I stopped in for lunch, the staff members are always friendly, but not overly so, I ordered the Turkey Cranberry sandwich. This is a hot sandwich with Turkey, Swiss, and Cranberry Mayo. Together with a bag of chips and a tip, the total was around $10.50. The sandwich was great, staff is great, what’s not to like? I would return.

AMAZING STAFF, FAST AND DELICIOUS! The staff is always so kind!!!! the food is always on time, they are very quick!! everything is delicious, and the place always nice and clean! Would 100% recommend!

This is my first time in this place, I wasn’t sure what I was going to order, obviously I took a few minutes to review de menu, I didn’t get help or any recommendations from the staff, I just received a bad attitude from the guy who prepares the food (the chubby guy with red t-shirt). The club sandwich was pretty basic, tomato soup was good, and the salad wasn’t great! I wouldn’t go back again.

These types of healthy "build a bowl" places are a dime a dozen in major cities. Nothing really stood out besides the easiest grab and go option that was healthy. Good service, good menu options. Just kinda... Good.

They have a decent range of healthy options and a nice clean location. I have enjoyed most of the items I have tried especially their salads. As with most places that serve healthy option the prices trend high

The traditional acai bowl is worst acai bowl I've had in a long time. Super sugary and drenched in honey. Not sure what's supposed to be healthy about this sugar bomb. Mediocre service. Do not recommend.
