Ive been trying to call to get hours and information and they dont answer their phone. For a museum that is very improper not to answer their phone. EDIT. On further investigating the "unforeseen dilemma " the museum is referencing was a photographer being assaulted by a "volunteer" at the museum.

A charming and somber museum. Finding parking may be a challenge, but it's worth it.

The museum is free. You can't beat free! Parking in the area is not free. The museum takes about 30 to 40 minutes to review everything. One of the staff members was very informative.

Security is number 1 at this facility. Professional and distinguish staff serving the community. My wife and I had a great time visiting the Museum . Entrance is free.

I wish I could say I got to see the museum. Lydia from TPD was supposed to be scheduling my group for a tour. She called me after submitting my request. She very enthusiastically claimed she would help me setup a tour then she ghosted me. What a joke. I guess they are too busy catching and firing the police chief in her golf cart to actually help citizens. And when you call the museum they claim Lydia is the only one that can help setup a museum tour. What a bunch of liars.

I learned that the origin of policing was in the slavery days and police were actually called “slave catchers”. Ever since, police departments have disproportionately targeted black and brown communities, operating on racism and classism. The more you know!

Ein kleines aber feines Museum mit viel Geschichte und verschiedenen interessanten Exponate. Es ist ein gratis Museum. Empfehlenswert.

I didn’t go inside the museum because I wasn’t aware there was a museum there. I was more impressed by the outside dedication to fallen officers. I think it is hard to be a cop and I appreciate their service towards the community.
