They had scooters all around the park. Rented a bird scooter and had so much fun going around the track looking at the little pond with all the ducks and wildlife. Had play ground, area is clean

This is a nice older clean community center. I attended an event here and was surprised to find various rooms, a kitchen and large gathering room, which overlooks the pond. There is a new playground being installed, new landscape, and a nice sidewalk path around the pond. There is parking on both sides of the center. About 50 slots total with 2-3 handicapped parking slots. It only missing some picnic tables and other seating. I saw a billboard stating they received money for improvements, but it di6list what else (if anything) will be upgraded. If I lived closer I would use this park. Its clean and inviting.

I don’t understand how people are allowed to loiter in the parking lot drinking and playing music so loud. At all hours of the day. There is a guy who comes pretty much every morning at 8am plays his music so loud I can hear it at the back of my house. Then the guys who hang out at night play their music so loud my windows rattle. I can hear every single lyric of the song. And it’s just allowed no one does anything. Despite them disturbing the peace. Like people live here and it’s called common courtesy. There are people that sit in this parking lot till 10 pm. Why does this park not have gate that closes when the park is “closed” but apparently this park is 24/7.

Great loop to get some walking done around a pond. Has play ground for elementary school age kids and workout stations.

Another great Park here in Tampa! Great new exercise stations! Nice new bathrooms. Classic pond that's been essential for walking laps for years. One shelter that can be reserved outside. Nice playground area. And lastly building with access to rent for everything from parties, to bar mitzvahs, to wedding receptions, to quinceaneras, even on down to Gammy's 90th birthday party! And please be advised that you have to book the inside, months in advanced with Tampa Parks and Recreation because they're always booked.

Friend had a wedding reception here. Nice large open rooms. Only area of opportunity was that there were bullet casings in the parking lot. That said, I did not feel like I was in danger while on the premises.

Great people, excercises are awesome, they just need some equipment to get more of a workout.

I grew up going to this park, and now live on one of the streets that dead end right into it. It has changed much through the years, it had a little league park, in the 70's & even an Island in the middle of the lake with alligators in 60s, also a small fishing pier in the 50s.

They finally have restrooms for the public. However, homeless people live in the park near the playground. This site needs to me maintenance more often.

I go there almost everyday, beautiful park. Today though, I was playing on the swings when some random man ran up to me and just stared me down, he just stood there while his other adult friends were following closely behind, so I ran out of there as fast as I could. There’s too many sketchy people hanging around that place, so if you plan to go have an adult accompany you.
