If
you're
coming
from
out
of
town,
be
aware
that
this
hotel
is
not
in
the
best
area.
The
inside
itself
was
nice
and
the
hotel
staff
was
great.
The
experience
was
strange
however.
This
was
the
first
hotel
I've
been
to
where
you
need
your
room
key
to
use
the
elevator
and
you're
only
able
to
go
to
your
room
floor.
On
one
hand
it
ensure
your
safety,
but
on
the
other,
you
have
to
wonder
why
they
do
that.
There
are
some
homeless
people
in
the
area,
so
that
may
be
why.
When
my
husband
and
I
were
sitting
at
the
restaurant,
a
homeless
guy
walked
in,
put
his
bags
at
the
table
beside
us
and
went
to
use
the
restroom.
We
are
from
a
small
town
in
Southern
Ontario
and
aren't
used
to
seeing
that
(even
amongst
all
the
places
we've
traveled
to).
We
quickly
finished
eating
and
left.
We
went
for
a
walk
to
the
convenience
store
across
the
road
and
there
were
sketching
characters
around,
so
just
be
mindful
of
that
if
you're
walking
around
outside
the
hotel.
The
room
was
average,
but
clean.
We
found
it
pricey
for
what
it
was,
but
I
think
all
of
Tampa
is
expensive.
The
restaurant
was
ok,
but
the
service
was
terrible.
We
had
a
Philly
steak
sandwich
for
dinner
which
was
good,
but
we
had
to
ask
for
things
like
ketchup,
etc
as
it
was
never
offered.
They
also
didn't
take
a
drink
order
and
then
give
us
time
to
look
at
the
menu.
They
dropped
off
the
menu
and
came
right
back
and
said
do
you
know
what
you
want
to
order.
It
was
strange.
We
went
back
for
breakfast
as
it
was
convenient.
Again,
the
service
was
not
good.
I
ordered
waffles
and
they
were
the
worst
waffles
I've
ever
had
and
the
coffee
wad
terrible.
I
would
go
somewhere
else!
All
in
all,
our
stay
wasn't
terrible,
but
given
the
area,
I'd
likely
find
somewhere
else
to
stay
if
I
ever
went
back
to
Tampa.
