Lauren was great at check in. The room was clean and the water was hot. I used wifi for a good portion of the night and it was a little slow, but I was able to get everything accomplished. If I were in this area and needed a hotel I would return here. The only issues I had was the light over the couch kept blinking. Also breakfast wasn’t that great. They had biscuits and gravy, however the gravy was the texture of a warm glue. Last but not least they need to check a few of the doors. They slam instead of having a “soft close.” Hard to rest when other patrons didn’t have any manners not to let it slam. Overall, minor and I would return.

I don't normally leave reviews on hotels, but this hotel really went above my expectations. They have all Dove products in their bathroom. Full size Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. Their blackout curtains actually work (pet peeve when hotels have them too short). Tons of outlets for both people in bed. Plus the hotel appears to be completely brand new so everything is nice! Great front desk service. Breakfast included, too. Will be staying again 👍

The hotel is very clean, nice rooms and the employee's were extremely nice. Was surprised how good the breakfast was. Beds were comfy. Only downside was the area..seems to have a few rough spots. Overall, pleased with our stay.

Excellent customer service by Santiago!!! So welcoming and attentive. We got in from a cruise early and they stored our luggage for us and worked hard to get us a room. Absolutely stay here. Pool is warm even in January. Close location to downtown. 😍

We came to this hotel because of hurricane Idalia and ended up staying for the rest of our holiday. All staff were courteous, helpful and friendly and all took great pride in their work. Staff could be seen cleaning all day to keep the hotel spotless. Michael, the shuttle bus driver, was especially helpful as he drove us to our evening excursions and picked us up at prearranged times. His recommendations were invaluable! There was a good variety for breakfast and the food was always fresh. I highly rate this hotel for everything except location... great for driving but not much for walking around.

Roy at customer service was great. He helped arrange early check-in. Diana at front desk was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, bed comfortable and enough choices for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff and room was awesome! Also loved the breakfast in the morning. Only issue was the location. It was not a bad drive to and from the Tampa airport. However, our room was directly next to the freeway so we heard cars go by all night long. Besides the freeway being so close it is a great place to stay.

We booked last minute and I couldn’t of been happier. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. The hotel and room were clean. The pool was very warm. We had a great stay!

Had a 2 night stay and was very impressed with the great standard of cleanliness. The young man at reception was very helpful full of local knowledge and arranged a courtesy bus to Ybor. Breakfast was great and on day 2 even had Gluten Free Bagels which was a bonus. Florence the lady who sorted out breakfast and was always on the go cleaning could have done no more to help. It’s people like her who go about sorting things behind the scenes are often forgotten. So thanks Florence from David Wendy and Barbara

The best hotel stay in my opinion. The price is reasonable, the friendly staff, clean rooms, heated outdoor pool, real hot breakfast bar that you wear gloves to serve yourself. The staff is attentative. It wasn’t overly loud with kids. Wawa is right next to hotel so you can fuel up and leave. Nothing went wrong. Will definitely be staying here when in the area.

I would leave 10 stars if I could. This hotel is above and beyond any we have stayed at in a very long time. Exceptionally clean and quiet. The staff was amazing. When we checked in, I was just so impressed with the front desk manager, Travis, that I felt like I had to write a review (which I never do). He was the most pleasant employee and acts like he absolutely loves his job. We had never stayed in the area and didn't know where to eat. Travis along with the shuttle driver were extremely helpful helping us to decide. We took their free shuttle to Ybor City for dinner. Shuttle was extremely clean and the driver was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. Parking area is well lit and safe.

Friendly and helpful staff. COVID precautions. - hand sanitizers located around the hotel; - individual booking for fitness room; and - disposable gloves for the breakfast area. Room was spacious. Breakfast included in rate with great selection of items. Free coffee, hot water and tea always available. Plenty of parking (free). Self-serve laundry and dryer (coin and app). Honestly never really walked around the area, so I can't really comment about the location.

We stayed here four nights for husbands medical appointments @ THG. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. So thankful for the hot breakfast served every morning especially when you have early appointments. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very good experience! I came for a Red Cross class, this hotel is a few miles from that location. The room was large, and very clean. Not much in the way of restaurants close by (that I saw anyway). There is a convenience store about a 2 minute walk from the front door of the hotel. But the high point of the visit was the wonderful lady who checked me in. Rachel was friendly, courteous, and helpful. She smiled and was genuinely friendly, and made sure that I knew where everything was. She told me that she really enjoyed her job, and that was very apparent. She is a great asset to the company.

We LOVED our stay here! The staff is incredibly friendly, our room was so clean, and breakfast was perfect!! We were super impressed by the room, even above the wardrobe was dust-free. I was concerned that housekeeping wouldn’t be there each day (like Disney resorts) but they were! Highly recommend!

We asked at the desk about shuttle service to the port, set that up and then Gabriel took us into Ybor City for a fun dinner. About two hours later, he came to pick us up to return to the hotel. The service team has been amazing. The pool is beautiful. Our room is clean and comfortable and we are really enjoying our stay. We’ll be back!

Very VERY clean hotel. Super friendly registrar at front desk. We ended up needing a couple towels the first night and the three gentlemen out in the lobby immediately got me set up with more than what we asked asked for. We also needed a toothbrush for my child and they said no problem how many do you need. If you are in the Tampa area I highly recommend staying at this location. We searched a ton of reviews for local hotels and after a brief search we will stay here from now on. Would give 10 stars if was available.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. There is a Wawa in the same parking lot, which makes it east to go grab snacks and drinks. Rooms had fridge, microwave and coffee maker with coffee, tea, creamer and sugar. The bathroom was supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and makeup remover towelettes. Complimentary breakfast was passable. There was two kinds of sausage, pancakes, a selection of breads (bagels, including gluten free) omelets, sausage gravy and biscuits, yogurt, etc. Would stay again.

The hotel and room were very clean, except for our sheet. It had a large, smeared red line. However, there were courtesy soaps, sanitizer, shampoo, lotion, and makeup remover in the room. We were next to the highway but no noise heard inside the room. Our room also had a chase for seating. Very comfortable stay for a night.
