So the reviews are exactly true. When my husband, child and I, entered the room we were assigned. It was a nightmare. 😭 I read reviews after reviews before stopping by and thought, I will give it the benefit of the doubt. The bed covers with cigarette holes was true, the walls were stained with holes, the bathroom... The faucets were full of rust. When I got the courage to get in the shower, as soon as I flipped the top shower head, water squirted everywhere. Looks like the shower head was busted! 😣 I will not lie, it was indeed a peaceful night, no noise was heard. But, I will NOT stay another night, one was all I needed.

$77 for a room. It is clean, no bugs, but the smell is horrible, which the AC can reduce. There was practically no cell phone reception in my room. My phone showed that there was wifi available, but no code was provided. Walls have scratches all over and the water in the shower tub had difficulty going down. One of their card readers was not working properly and I hope that I wasn't double charged.

I just called for a weekly rate and the Indian gentleman ask if I had any pets. I said no I have a service dog. As soon as I mentioned this to him he clammed up and would not tell me the rates. He left me with a very bad impression and prejudice against disabled people with service animals. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Especially if you are disabled. Very discriminatory behaving people.

WEll the pool is small and the rooms are not worth what they charge it's very costly And i would put it at a 1/2 star roaches the inside of room is so outdated very bad they need to fix it up. Remember u gotta spend to receive. I' wouldn't pay to stay At the hotél i would mind spending 20 bucks more for a 4-5 star.

Owner is very patient, fair, nice man that tries his best to accommodate everyone. Our last stay was after a very stressful week for my Husband & I....resulting in.a loud fight between us that offended guests of the establishment. Obviously we were in the wrong & regretted it. We appreciated his way of handling the situation and allowing us to stay. The other times we stayed there (without incident), he showed just as much hospitality. Thank you and look forward to staying again. Fyi: Rooms are clean with no bugs or things falling apart like most of the hotels on this side of town. The man who runs this place is really nice. All he asks is you respect the property and the other guests. Kinda strict rules as far as absolutely no visitors, but I understand it, being the area it's in. Clean, quiet, very easy access to buses, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Reasonably priced. Full cable TV. I've stayed there twice and will be back

Tampa Lodge was wonderful. My family and I had just gotten here from NH and needed an affordable place quickly. The manager was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Affordable rates and acceptable rooms. Thank you Tampa Lodge for making a very stressful time more relaxing.

These people doesn't answer there phone.. my boyfriend stayed here while working out of town I see now why I refused to stay in this hotel. He was Rush to the hospital. Now his belongings are Missing. Hmmm I think over three hundred is felon. Brand new clothes I have the receipts. Suitcase backpack and tools.

Room was clean but old. Broken door. Quiet safe area. Little overpriced. Good service.

Currently staying here until we can move into our own place. It's nice. No bugs. Plenty of hot water and its pretty quiet. Not a fancy hotel but definitely the best motel I've ever stayed in. Also editing to say the customer service is amazing.

The owner is so incredibly rude. He screamed at me and made me check out just because I had a guest over. He treats woman like garbage . And the rooms are absolutely horrifying. I would never ever ever stay there again. Please don't make the mistake like I did of staying at this establishment. You will regret it if you do I promise !!!!

Never stayed, but the manager seem to be nice. It will definitely keep you out the rain.
