    This has happened several times. I pay for a large French fry and am giving less French fries than what I paid for. The amount in this one, wouldn’t even fill a medium fry box. These guys are normally on their game. But have fallen off track. Seems like being lazy with orders. The attitudes are another thing. Bring back the two older ladies to do curbside, they are the sweetest one there. Not to mention the older generation seems to have better customer service skills. There are also a couple of awesome younger ones too. But the rest show no display of Courtesy and kindness to the customer. This is kind of sad, as I drive further out to come here for the great customer service and hot food, but since this has happened more than once, I will be going elsewhere. God bless and I hope you guys get your act together.

    Not all Chick-fil-A are the same. We ordered a meal and two strawberry shakes. We got our shakes and tasted then while waiting and found they were vanilla. I told the girl at the window and she asked us to hand them back. She took the shakes we tasted, squirted strawberry sauce in them, and then stuck them on the shake stirring machine. Pretty sure there are 2 or 3 health code violations there. Not returning to this location.

    My daughter and I went through the drive-through yesterday as we do a few times a week and while the person was handing my drink, let go of it before I even grabbed onto it and it spilled all over myself and my driver seat of my brand new car I just bought this car a week ago when I called to speak with Kyle the general manager he said there was nothing they could do. I literally just bought this car. I am absolutely beside myself with what to do. I filed a claim with my insurance company, but no solution was offered by the general manager. I will never go back to this location and my daughter and I have been eating there since she was a baby. I can’t believe I was treated that way no regard for my personal property.

    This food was the definition of ok, I have been to other chick fil a locations with a significant better product. This location is always solidly mediocre. On todays visit I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich at roughly 10:28am, the sandwich was cold and soggy. Hell even the fries were miserable. Sad to say I likely won’t be returning to this location.

    My name is Steve Gottlieb dad of an ex-employee my son Blake Gottlieb at 609 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33609. Kyle is the GM has misled me on my son Blake. When I went to pick my son up at work Kyle sat me down and explained they let him go the day before. He appeared com passionate and reiterated that he just wants Blake to take some time off to relax make sure he's okay and eventually hopefully they'll be having him return. He even took my phone to speak to Blake one on one And reiterated that yeah Blake can come back but since that point of time Blake wanted to come back and not only did he leave several messages for Mr Kyle we got no feedback whatsoever while I was there and also exchange phone numbers with me to let me know how he will be doing in the future and appeared extremely compassionate and took me by surprised, he was a good actor!

    This place is HORRIBLE, if anyone was curious of it was possible to wreck an amazing fast food chain like chic-fil-a the answer is, yes, and this location has mastered it. The drive through routinely blocks the other stores in the strip mall and blocks people from getting in / out, this is strictly due to the fact that nobody is out directing drive-through traffic, witch is crazy enough without having the dining area closed. I’m not sure why nobody from corporate has stepped in I hope the franchise owner gets sued for blocking other businesses. It’s time to open your doors again and relieve the strain on the drive through.

    I ask for a cob salad, and they give me a completely different salad.. but the funny thing is that on top of the salad container it’s said cobsld, and even like that they still giving me the wrong salad 😡 never coming back to this place.

    While we love Chic-Fil A but the fact this store changes the hour of operation as the employees want, does not make the list of places to come back to eat. Store close before 9pm. IHOP was open....

    I really love Chick-fil-A but this location is absolutely horrible! We've been there 6-7x now since we moved to Tampa in January and this location is run like a McDonald's!! The order is always messed up and the quality of the food they're putting out is garbage! And the employees seem to all be on the spectrum...

    This is probably the worst chick Fila I've ever been to in my life. The drive thru is the longest ever. The workers do not care at all. It's weird cause usually chick fil a prides themselves on good service but this location doesn't seem to do that.

    We've had our share of mediocre Chick-fil-A visits, but the majority tend to be happy and satisfying. As busy and hectic as this location can be, we often times are wary of what we're going to get. Today was no different, except... today we had the fortune of meeting Latanya. If I've ever come across a person that embodies what amazing Chick-fil-A service should be, it is this lovely lady. Polite, attentive, friendly, caring, hard-working and determined are just a few of the attributes that I gathered in our short encounter with her. What a great person! The food was good, the play area (for our kids) was also good, but the service and atmosphere she provides is above and beyond expectations. I hope Corporate sees the value in Latanya, because we sure as heck did. Thanks!

    This place has really gone downhill. Over the last month or so the drive thru has been not putting all of the food on the receipt in the bag. I am sick and tired of getting home and realizing that a sandwich, or Mac n cheese, or whatever being missing. I get it that mistakes happen, but this location is getting just like every other McDonald’s and Burger King and hiring staff that simply cannot do the job properly.

    One of the better places to get a chicken sandwich. I'm not a fan of waffle fries but a lot of people are into that sorta thing. Don't forget about the Polynesian sauce. Might not sound like your thing but more than likely, you'll like it.

    First and foremost I want to say that I love Chick-Fil-A as a whole - however this location leaves a lot to be desired. The drive thru was extremely slow (2pm on a weekday), the sauce never made it into my bag and this is the only Chick-Fil-A location I have ever encountered that wanted to charge me for a large water. Super disappointed. Every other location I’ve been to has been stellar.

    My entire order was wrong and cold and I had to wait in the drive thru for an excessive amount time and to top everything off I discover hair in my freaking FOOD! I call the establishment only to wait an excessive period of time on hold as well SMH 🤦🏾‍♀️ this the first time I can honestly say that I’ve been disappointed with the food and service at Chick-fil-A they need a zero stars option seriously 😒

    The customer service for the most part is good. Staff is nice and they get food to you relatively quick. The bad thing is that they have gotten my breakfast order wrong on several occasions and once they even got it wrong on the second try when I sent it back.

    Ok let’s first start by saying, this review has nothing to do with the delicious chicken that is served here daily. However, this has plenty to do with the management, staffing and atmosphere at this specific establishment. Myself and my son come here one day each week for breakfast together. Since doing this for over a year, I have witnessed the management’s questionable behavior. If you simply sit in the restaurant, you can hear constant bickering from the employees and there have been many times the management has reprimanded other employees in front of customers. One time, as we sat to eat, the manager pulled aside an employe. They sat in the booth right behind us and discussed a personal incident that happened while on the clock. It was clear the employee was not happy. I just feel like doing this in the dinning area was not the most professional idea. Multiple customers come in stating their orders are wrong and the way they are treated is absolutely mind boggling. While we love Chick-Fil-A, this specific establishment needs to be completely restaffed and retrained.

    Ordered online breakfast, money was taken outta my account and was told sorry sir I can’t make breakfast 5 min after 1030 when I made the order well before, sounds like lazy work force ignored my order, instead of offering refunds or to microwave the breakfast food they offered me to get lunch, this place is just as skeevy as the Catholic Church

    The ladies 5 mins ago working the window at the drive thru were annoying. The redhead just messed around and sang songs and didn’t try to grab any food and the girl outside the window just leaned on the window and showed she couldn’t be bothered with anything. Idk why she bothered to get a job. She didn’t even look at me. Just handed the bags with a rude, bored expression. Customer service isn’t it here. I’ll stick with the other location since this is the 3rd time.

    My daughter and I were so pleased with this location. Best service I have ever received. The staff were incredibly helpful and literally caters to their customers. After going through a tragic 2 weeks, coming here definitely made our day a little brighter. Thank you to the entire staff for the excellent service. You all are a true blessing.     Sadly my worst chick fil an experience. When I got there the drive through was not very busy, I got through that quick enough, only to be told to pull over to a spot the food wasn’t ready but wouldn’t be long. It was almost 20 minutes later that I got my food. The fries were not hot, they were warm but not fresh, the chicken sandwich was horrible! The bun was soggy, I would say wet, the whole thing tasted like it sat in pickle juice. I could not eat it. Hopefully this location figures things out.

    Last night I went to the drive through after work. I ordered a 30 pack of nuggets, honey mustard a chicken sandwich and an ice water. I was given a spicy chicken sandwich, an 8 count of nuggets a small fry and an unsweetened tea. Even the sauces were wrong. I realized their mistake when I was already on the highway and too far to turn around. I live an hour away so I called as soon as I got home. I spoke to the gm, Kyle, who apologized and said all the right things. He promised to credit my app with everything I ordered and would add extra for my disappointment. Fast forward to today and nothing was credited to my app. So not only did I waste $25 but I wasted my time talking to a gm who clearly didn’t find the mistake valid enough to follow through on his promise. Just an epic fail all around. I’ll never take my hard earned money there again.

    First time trying Chick-filA and boy am I glad I came to this spot. Great staff amd fast service. A staff member walked around making sure the building was clean AND walked around asking if everything was OK. She walked up to my table and offered to bring me a refill and/or throw away any garbage on our table. Witnessed employees being friendly and actually greeting the customers. I'm from Miami so being able to witness this service at a chick filA- on my first time- was sweet. Great experience.

    Chic-fil-A sets a high standard and this one certainly does not meet it. Rude staff, poor management of the drive thru, limited menu, charging for tap water, not willing to right the errors made. Do not recommend. This is not the Chic-fil-A you know and love.

    Wanted to finally try the Spicy Strips but sadly the CFA experience was lost. The order taker was very inexperienced with food safety (scooping my Styrofoam through ice) and forgetting to charge me entirely. Food was good but not great, and my fruit was in the same bag as my hot chicken so it got a little wet which was gross. To be fair, I worked for CFA and have come to a high expectation for them as well. Training could easily boost the experience!

    Everything was good. Team did the best they could to maintain a busy lunch line during the rain storms. FYI Getting to the drive thru requires maneuvering through a strip mall parking lot. Most of the time, people are patient. But it can be tricky at times.

    Called to schedule a lunch catering event to be delivered to an office building located in downtown Tampa and left 2 vmails with no return phone call .. flew in from Atlanta early morning so stopped at the store to place the catering order in person at 800A .. ordered 40 sandwiches, 24 medium waffle fries, 10 bags of waffle chips, 5 Cobb salads, a gallon of sweet tea, a gallon of ưnsweet tea, and a gallon of lemonade to be delivered at 1130A .. everything went á planned and my lunch meeting was a success and I would like to thank the entire team especially the 2 young ladies that helped me placed the order at this CFA location along with the one delivered it .. it makes me very proud to be a technology partner of CFA corporate in Atlanta.

    Food is always fresh. Always hot. Made to order. But... Like other drive thru's you have to check your order before driving off. The food is always accurate, but if you ask for condiments, just double check. I love my honey mustard sauce, so I had to turn back because I got Chic fi la sauce instead. I've never tried it, but why should I, if I asked for and wanted honey mustard. But, they still get 5 stars because they train their employee well, and they are ALWAYS respectful and friendly.

    Had the best experience 7/14 , the gentleman at the register Travis greeted my family and I with a warm smile welcoming us to this establishment . Ordering was easy and Travis held a great conversation while filling my drink order . Thank you so much for the great service ! We will definitely make the drive again.

    This location in Tampa is very busy including traffic around the store. Service here is excellent and friendly staff. My deluxe fried chicken sandwich was quite good except it had no pickles like the standard sandwich. The pickles really make the sandwich for me. My waffle fries were barely cooked so returned for better ones. They were very nice about it. The restaurant was clean and bright.

    I am a DoorDash delivery driver part time. Today 11/9/22 I was picking up an order. I am aware that a CATEGORY 1 hurricane is hitting MIAMI in the next few days. Most restaurants, shops, and grocery stores were operating as normal. The doors were locked, employees were ignoring all delivery drivers. When you finally get their attention they are making some weird hand gestures, and making passive aggressive comments. This store has been having issues EVERY TIME I come in. Waiting upwards of 15 minutes for FAST FOOD should not be and is NOT ACCEPTABLE! Get a better system and do better! PDQ does 10x better in every way.

    Bathroom was closed. The sandwiches all had pickles, one was not supposed to have any. The person at the counter dropped our cup on the floor and went to put ice in it, we stopped her. This was probably the least happy and least friendly Chik fil A I have ever been to.

    Drive thru was over 20 minutes. Order At 6pm got it 6:27pm. Tea wasnt sweet all 5 drinks. Asked for lite ice got no ice. Fruit cups was all apples and some of apples was bad. Seem unorganized as team inside.

    Racist Karen that is the store manager and her old father name art customer relation representative works there. Spent $25 on two meals. Got the wrong ones went back there to get a sandwich fixed the store manager giving me such a hard time. Was very argumentative very rude. Did not replace my messed up sandwich. I’ll never go there again. Even though there was an employee that saw me by the meals and he verified. I guess that wasn’t good enough for her. How do people like her stay running a store and I am only a customer imagine how she treats her employees.

    These owners (manager?) are wonderful and so kind . My brother, Steve, & his wife are frequent patrons and friends. He was hospitalized and she was home with Covid and these people delivered food to her several times without her even asking out of the kindness of their heart. She was surprised overwhelmed by their kindness! I am in Indiana and can’t be there to help at this time but want to thank them and let everyone who reads these reviews know what good people they are. I wish them the best!
