    I’ve been to this location several times before and have had good friendly service(typically in the am). I went here for lunch, drive through, one of the girls repeatedly stuck her fingers in her mouth, then proceeded to grab the bags of food then started grabbing ice handle and making drinks. She did NOT wash her hands. I was repulsed and end up tossing my food and drinks away because I was just disgusted. I called and asked for a manger, no apologies or did not seem to care. To the management teach your employees to wash their hands and be mindful. Who knows if they are sick or not.

    The girl that was working tonight on 7/31/22 at 9:30- 10:00 was the rudest young lady I have ever had in an ordering experience! She rushed us with an attitude. Gave us .5 secs before she said “is that all?, is that all?, is that all?” Over and over. I couldn’t hear what she said during the order because the speaker was so low. She responded “ I don’t know how else you want me to say it!? Do you want me to say it in another language!!?” Remind you this was the first and only time I didn’t hear her! I couldn’t believe it. These people at this location don’t seem like they want to be there! They just act rude so you leave and they don’t have to do their job. Hopefully they find better employees soon. Worst McDonald’s experience!

    WOW i’ve been coming to this McDonald’s since I was a little girl super super young and I’m 50 years old now and this is one of the worst McDonald’s ever! They deny me service they just wanted to hang out not do anything. I got out of work wanting to eat dinner, I got there at 2 o’clock in the morning and they said they were prepping for breakfast they are not serving dinner. I have gone to other McDonald’s and they still serve dinner till 3:30 in the morning, unbelievable that they need three hours to prep for breakfast when the website says 5 AM is when they start serving breakfast. If this is true what they need to do is change the time on the websites and they need to put a sign that at 2 AM they are not serving dinner. Please I want Corporate to fix this issue this is ridiculous and it’s frustrating that every McDonald’s is not on board they’re all different, I don’t have time to be driving around town looking for a McDonald’s that serving dinner please fix this situation please!!

    Got to be honest, all these McDonald's are starting to go to these kiosk, I personally am not a fan, it takes more time I know it's like everything else technology and what have you but I'm in my fifties and I don't appreciate it, I like to go up to the counter and just order my old fashioned meal and actually talk to a human if they're short-handed I completely understand, this particular McDonald's must have had 10 employees scrambling around they were busy but they could come over it's going to take 30 seconds to take an order, I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels like this, every time I'm doing the kiosk a person my age or even younger are complaining about it so hopefully in the future they can take orders from a human and do the kiosk

    Lazy entitled unprofessional dirty nasty nasty attitudes 7 people watching 1 person work. DoorDashers beware. You will wait at least an hour for your orders. I called DoorDash and recommended them to be removed from the platform

    Just had the worst experience today! Ordered my food, waited 20 minutes and it was cold! Wasted my whole half hour lunch cuz I had to go back and get a refund plus I wanted my food since I had to wait plus go back. They should've compensated for my inconvenience but they didn't. Not to mention when I asked for the manager a Latin guy came out to grab the food but when I got my refund, another guy came saying that he was higher manager and that it's policy to only get either a refund or the food remade...not both! So I wasted 40 minutes, and I'm still hungry. Worst Mcdonald in Tampa hands down. And this ain't the first time they've done this..they repeat offenders!!!

    You asked for a Diet Coke and they give you all ice. Then when you say something they give you an attitude. And they tell you that’s not how the machine makes it. then they tell you to move ahead. I guess the customer is not right in this place.

    DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S!!!!!!! Not only are the staff unprofessional, but they are super rude, they started breakfast 15 minutes early, which I could deal with, but the order taker sounded angry and was very rude, then I got home just to realize they got my order wrong and served me pancakes with NO SYRUP!!!!! There are many other locations that do their job well, this one is just not one of them.... take your business eose where, there is a dunking donuts right across the street, go there instead. 😊

    I always go to them and there service is fast but I just found a piece of plastic in my iced coffee after drinking enough and the ice melting it floated up to the top 😐🤨

    I was walking into this place and a 91 y/o lady fell on the stablishment sidewalk. The employee whom was trying to help did not speak English and asked me to translate. I did that and decided to immediately call 911. All pd the sudden the manager on duty and this "food carrier" both come yelling at me to stop helping and let them handle the situation. I totally respect that. I did not appreciated the level of unprofessionalism displayed by both: Manager and Food Carrier. The food carrier kept telling me it is not Chestnut it is Spruce St and told me to go. I did not go in to have the lunch intended. I hope the lady is ok. What a joke of a management team.

    Messes up my orders twice now. Once I got three happy meals and they didn't give me the juice. Next time I got a burger and a 6 piece happy meal. They did not bring out my burger. Then thankfully I checked the happy meal box and there were no nuggets. When the happy guy came out with my burger, I told him there were no nuggets. He came back in and out and said "the guy in there said he's sure he put one in but if you wanted an extra one, here you go". I'm sure they get customers like this, but I was so offended. I can feed and pay for me and my 3 yo. I told him he could check my car if he wanted to. I live a block away but probably would not order here again for them getting my order wrong and blaming it on the customer. I've sent feedback and they've forwarded it to local franchise both times. Never heard anything back. Probably don't care.

    First of all, I come here frequently, about once a week. Every time I pull up to the drive-through, they asked “would you like to use your rewards today“. There is a huge sign on the ordering board that says if they do not ask that you can get a free chocolate chip cookie. today, they did not ask that at the first window, I paid for my order and asked her, canI get the cookie at the next window, she replied, yes. When I asked at the second window, they all looked like they just saw a UFO and argued with me and told me that the girl did ask me. This place is a joke. Why would you argue with a customer over a cookie?! I just drove away out of frustration. The Spanish lady who acts like the manager needs to be checked.

    Ordered chicken nuggets, fries and a filet-o-fish with ranch. The fries were piping hot with no salt. The fish was cold. There were no sauces. But the nuggets were hot.

    This store has recently been remodeled but I feel that the reno has made the atmosphere feel cold, impersonal and a bit more unfriendly. The concrete tiles walls and darker colors give it an industrial look but felt cold to me. The entire kitchen is now hidden from you and there is only 1 register to serve guests that don't know how to use or can't use the kiosks. There is an entire bank of kiosks now that also lend to the cold and impersonal feel since they don't smile or greet you like staff normally would. The kiosks were not stocked with table tents, so when I selected the option to dine in, I was supposed to grab a table tent and enter the number so staff could deliver the food. A staff member told me to input a random number to complete the order. I sat for over 5 minutes with no food delivery before I noticed the large cut out in the wall where orders were being left once prepped from the kitchen. I walked over to it and saw my order In a to go bag, no biggie so I grabbed it and sat down to eat. The drink was incorrect and I had to go back up to the counter and wait in line to get it fixed since the Fountain drinks are no longer in the lobby and the kitchen staff now prepare all drinks. After waiting for a new drink, the fries got cold, which was sad since I go there for the hot fries and perfect sodas. Very disappointed. Are the drinks refillable?

    Work across the street from this awesome McDonald's. Must say they have excellent customer service. I lace my order prior to walking across the street and they have me ready every time! Always greeted with friendly smiles when I walk in. Shout out to their awesome cleaner I always see. He always strikes up a small conversation with me and it's pleasant. Gotta say I never expected much from a fast food restaurant such as McDonald's but they've blown me away! Much appreciated here guys!

    This location has always been amazing to me. Fast hot food that with great employees. There are 2 other locations in Riverview on the 301 that are horrible. I’ve had several complaints at those locations which nobody cares about. To the owner of this Tampa location; can you please buy the 2 Riverview locations and hire new staff?!

    Ordered food inside, but when I had a problems on the kiosk, there was nobody I could ask because everyone is busy and nobody available to help. Once I finally placed my order, it still took 25 minutes to get my food. How does fast food take 25 minutes. The only good thing is that the food was hot.

    Jadalyn was such a sweetheart. Someone you'd expect and want to be at front counter. She ensured my food was fresh and even kept apologizing for the wait. She didn't have to but she did. It really wasn't a wait. When you want fresh food. Got exactly what I wanted. Truly appreciate this Jadalyn and so happy to come back and tell people how great and clean this McDonald's is.

    Lovely...just lovely. Just had breakfast with my son and the service is impeccable. The employees were so nice and the food came out in moments just like when I went to McDonald's when they were first opened years and years ago. First time in years I felt McDonald's had went full circle with the food, friendly service, and cleanliness. Thanks for a wonderful start to a great day out.

    If this was a Slow Food restaurant this place would be perfect. After parking by the "green cones" in the drive thru for 10 minutes, I would think my food would be fresh....wrong...All the fries and nuggets were cold and disgusting. Now I'm waiting again while I type this

    Kids found a razor blade on the window sill... Fortunately no one got cut. Food was ok I guess... They forgot the dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets, and the strawberry milkshake hardly had any strawberry, but it was edible.

    Charnice has the greatest customer service skills!! Shes always so helpful and pleasant each time I go in on a Saturday afternoon. Even when there's a wait, she makes sure my food is fresh and order is correct!! She deserves a raise 👏

    Elisa the cashier is great. She is a team player and attentive to the customer needs. The restaurant is very clean and spacious. My drink was spilling over on the floor from the straw area. I grabbed napkins to clean up. The woman who was cleaning the store every few minutes went back in some door. I kept getting napkins and got napkin to pick up the soiled napkins. Elisa cane from around the counter and said I did not have to get it up. She will do it. She put the wet floor sign there. Next, I saw her mopping the area.

    This McDonald's location is hands down better than the Cameron, NC location. This McDonald's is friendly, clean and the workers actually care about the customers. Also the food is hot and enjoyable, plus I didn't wait 30mins to be told that they don't have burgers. In other words, I didn't have to write an essay to McDonald's about their performance which means I highly recommend this location.

    I know that most fast food places are under staffed. This is the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever seen. The lobby floor was filthy all the trash bins were full and overflowing every table was dirty and so were the seats. I know McDonald's has standards for how their restaurants are to be maintained. Someone from corporate needs to visit. (I was going to take pictures but my wife just wanted to get out of there).

    The McDonald's that I visited today on Dale Mabry Avenue and Spruce Avenue in Tampa Florida was not too bad today. There are times when I go in there and ask for a cup of coffee and the cashier who is waiting on me puts on a Facial Expression like She or He doesn't want to put on a Fresh Pot of Coffee and I am asking how to do this for me at 4 or 5 in the afternoon.. I am not saying all of the employees are not friendly but the majority of them, Some of them are not friendly and they make you wait a long long time in line and I don't think that's right.. Tonight, was a good night but if I go during the day or lunch time they always make you wait a long time I do understand that McDonald gets very busy especially around lunch time but when they finally are able to serve me, sometimes they make faces when you ask them you want it fresh or you Ask come to make Fresh Chicken Nuggets and I just don't think it's right when they make a facial expression by that I mean, they have this weird look on their faces like saying what, you want me to make fresh coffee or you want Fresh Chicken Nuggets or a fresh quarter pounder, and my God what does it hurt to make it fresh and that's my only complaints..     Very welcome change! The guy at the counter was very pleasant. It was not terribly busy inside but was steady. He greeted every one as they came in. If he was busy he acknowledged them and said he would be right them. The crew in the back were working as well. A note for their recognition. Was there 3.18.23 around 8pm Thanks!!

    A lot of times I end up waiting for my food at the designated spot. Then I get the wrong order pretty often. Just execution is just lacking some times. The service is patient for the most part (wife sometimes can be difficult).

    God awful, incapable, inconsiderate, delusional, careless staff that cares more about fighting with each other over who gets to use their phone at work than anything semi-productive. To think these are the same bums they are begging for a raise. Time to use that extra money to buy a mirror so you can take a look in it and reevaluate your life.

    Easily the worst McDonalds ever. They messed up two orders ahead of me. Got one wrong behind me and the customer got mad. The lady looked upset so I put my order in through the kiosk. The instructions on the kiosk say to take a table tent with the number on it and then have a seat and they bring the food out to you. I put the number 16 from the little table tent sign thing in to the kiosk and finished my order. I waited a bit. The lady kept calling out “40! Order 40!”. I ignored it because I was waiting for someone to bring the food out to me like the instructions said on the kiosk. 10 minutes went by and I decided to go up and ask where my order was. The lady got all snippy saying, “well I been calling out number 40 for a while but you weren’t paying attention.” I was like, “but I’m number 16. Not 40.” She said it goes by order number not the number you took.” I was like “well then what’s even the point of the little plastic table tent numbers and the instructions from the kiosk that just said the opposite of what you told me? And how am I supposed to know the order number, it’s not like the kiosk prints out a little receipt for you.” She didn’t reply and just slid the bag back toward me. I know this is just a McDonald’s but come on… you can at least try with your customer service a little. Bring the kiosk orders out to the customers. I followed the instructions.

    They make you pull around to the front after driving through and wait for a while to deliver to your car. I'm really upset because they gave me cold latte in a hot cup, whrn I ordered a hot latte. I would have went back but I was already late to my destination.

    Drive thru took forever. No one at the payment window. Knocked when I saw a woman near it. She looked at me and walked out of sight. Got waved up to the pick-up window. Fries were cold. Had to go inside. Got back to work, five minutes later and found my burger was cold too. Won't be going back

    Manager insisted that my on app payment was incorrect or not transaction. After showing her evidence that I was double-charged, once in the restaurant and once on the app. She said there's nothing she can do about it and that I should cancel it on the app. I told her that was not going to be the case so she shrugged her shoulders. Fortunately McDonald's is a franchise, other restaurants hopefully will be better run

    Pleasant, family oriented. Cashiers are slow, but fairly friendly. Food is what I expected. Fries a bit cold. Order was done wrong. They happily replaced it. Mediocre experience. With staffing shortages. I CAN'T ask for anything more right now.

    Ordered Uber eats - lemonade cup was cracked and spilled all over our food. No ketchup in the to go bag. They gave us the wrong burger with no bacon. Fries were 3/4 full.

    If I could give a zero I would give a BIG ZERO!!!! Service is horrible. Went through the drive-through to get a crispy chicken biscuit sandwich on 3/19/22 in the am and the girl working the drive thru was so very rude. While I’m at the speaker ordering my food she doesn’t greet me or anything could barely understand what she was saying then I ordered my food she said drive to the window I get to the window and she tells me that I owe her $5.95 or whatever it was then when I go to hand her cash she tells me “I’m doing cards” I looked at her and I said you know what never mind . I started to drive off and she says wait and i said no you’re so f%##%cling rude and I drove off. I don’t know what’s gotten into people nowadays they are just so nasty and filled with hate it’s crazy!! Anyhow I will NEVER go back to this McDonalds ever again.
