The
manager
(Gabby)
and
the
owner
seem
to
be
the
only
ones
concerned
about
the
customer,
at
this
location.
Three
times,
not
one
but
three
times
I
have
had
to
call
and
speak
with
the
manager
Gabby
about
my
order
being
inaccurate,
even
though
clearly
in
the
receipt
I
have
indicated
what
I
wanted
with
my
order.
And
eqch
time
Gabby
located
my
receipt
and
said,
your
right
its
on
the
receipt.
In
one
iccassiin
the
manager
on
duty
basically
told
me
oh
well
it
was
on
the
receipt,
so
I
don't
know
why
they
weren't
in
the
bag.
Today
I
called
in
my
order
and
was
quite
clear
with
my
request
to
Janae.
I
even
told
her
I
knew
she
was
not
the
individual
who
took
the
order
in
the
past,
but
to
ensure
I
receive
what
I
am
requesting
i
reitterated
my
request.
After
placing
the
order
Miss
Janae
the
disrespectful
employee
failed
to
ensure
the
phone
was
completely
hung
up,
before
she
proceeded
to
tell
her
coworker
how
I
freaked
out
on
her
about
not
receiving
crackers
with
my
meal
are
you
fricken
kidding
me
and
proceeded
to
ramble
on
for
a
good
three
minutes
about
me
requesting
crackers.
I
waited
and
listened,
then
hung
up
called
back
to
let
Miss
Disrespectful
know
I
heard
every
word
she
told
her
coworker
about
me.
This
location
may
want
to
consider
better
hiring
practices
and
training
on
how
to
treat
the
customers.
