If you're looking for delicious healthy fast food this is the place to go. Very similar to Chipotle but way better. Build your own bowl, burrito, tacos, etc. Plenty of items to choose from and the flavor was great. I wish they had these in down in South Florida. Broward and Dade counties.

Best Qdoba location I'd been too, only second visit, but Staff is kind, seem to care about what they do, pretty clean and far exceeded any Chipotle in the area.

Dissapointed, too generic. Had goode memories from when they used to steam the burrito tortilla, So soft. Now is just mehh.

Walked in to pick up an order, worker asked if it was a pick-up and I told her the name. I waited off to the side cause I seen they were still making it. That same worker left in the middle of packing the order to go to the restroom and didn’t come back for a while. I waited for about 10 minutes until I had to go out to my car to get a parent to go inside and get it for me (cause I’m “young-er”). Not too sure if they just didn’t take me seriously cause of my age or they were genuinely that slow. They were low-staffed but didn’t seem to take it seriously cause they were chatting and didn't seem to mind the customers with the dead attitude. Really disappointed..

Customer service is good and the food is GREAT!!!! The orders are prepared fresh right in front of you and appears to be clean every visit. They can get rather busy at lunchtime which makes believe I'm not the only one who feels like this spot is worth the time.

We went in with 10, 8 children. They were organized, kept our order together, and showed such kindness and patience as each kid chose their order. I am so appreciative of the variety of the menu, great options amy of our crew will enjoy.

Normally I would give them 5 stars but this time idk what it was the food seem to be missing something it wasn’t as tasty as it normally is maybe it was just a bad day or something 🤷🏾‍♀️but the customer service was impeccable as always so definitely will be back

I wish I had these in Pinellas as these are superior to Chipotle IMO. They have a spicy queso that is not available at the competition and you can get it FREE on your burrito as well.... People who work here are actually in a good mood compared to the depressed Gen Z fem boys at Chipotle.

Great experience! I personally have never been to one of these Qdoba restaurants. That's a shame. I've never seen any advertising for them there's no marketing or merchandising done. I have known folks that have had their events catered by them and had good experiences however my food experience was well beyond my expectations. I had the taco soup bowl. I paid additional for fresh chips. The food was very good, very filling, not overly spiced and not overly salty. The customer service was excellent - it is above and beyond what you would expect - the folks behind the counter were nice, friendly and genuine and excused the wait for the next customer behind me. Nice touch. The restaurant was excellently clean every surface was clean and not sticky this was not a cheap average fast food restaurant and it is certainly a cut above both Moe's and Chipotle. I despise restaurants that have the loud obnoxious raucous music this restaurant had a very calming simple ambience and was a very good experience. I will return as often as possible.

Unfortunately we didn’t like the food. Not a lot of flavor. Prefer moe’s or chipotle

So I Give this - 5/10 is giving very fast food nachos not authentic nachos it’s like chipotle nachos or something idk lol I wanted nachos so bad n this was closest place tried it couldn’t finish it. For one they said do nachos separately so I did but the nachos was so thin ( tasty chip ) but thin so couldn’t really scope so I got bowl n put nachos with some of dip on top . Everything tasted fresh I give you that but it def basic nothing amazing. Prolly wouldn’t come back. 😔

The food is wonderful and I love the Guest interaction the employees have, every time I come in there though the one tall male manager always catches and attitude with his employees and the guests. Love the place, and the food however, someone should put that man on a leash since he acts like a dog.

Very caring, kind, courteous and professional staff. I visited with wife and kids today for first time. They explained the menu and choices with at most sincere. I recommend you visit the place.

Great service! But this place stank like dirty mop water. It's like Chipotle and Moe's but on the depressing side. It has great potential, but if the mop head or rags were not cleaned by the employees properly, then I could only imagine what other things aren't cleaned.

I have driven by this place many times and finally decided to give it a shot. It was more expensive and did not taste as good as Chipotle, so I will not be going back. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly, but the taste and price far outweighs the other two.

The employees were very helpful in figuring out the menu and how to order. Made great suggestions, prepared our food, and checked us out quickly. It tastes better than Moe's or Chipotle. Everything looked clean and fresh. I just hate the location of the plaza, but that's my personal opinion.

Most miserable experience I've had at a local restaurant. I placed an order online, only to be charged 4 times. That's not the local location's fault, but when I arrived at the location there was exactly one patron eating and one at the register, and my order wasn't complete. The employee continued to flirt with the woman at the register instead of working, until the store filled up with customers. I watched the employees fill multiple new orders from people just walking in, still my order wasn't even started. An UberEATS driver came and complained their order wasn't ready, so they pushed mine aside again. They continued to fill new orders and did nothing for the one that was already paid for. I watched as the employee apologized for the wait to the girl he was flirting with and give her the meal for free, and move on to ANOTHER order. I asked him what the deal was and he said he was busy. Twenty minutes after my pick up time, and 10 orders completed before mine, I finally got my food - and, yes, the order was wrong. They couldn't even get a simple quesadilla right. Avoid. Trust me.

An upgraded chipotle. A lot of choices for vegetarians/vegans too. They do not skimp on portions and you will he satisfied.

The staff here is always quick to get orders made. I haven't had one negative experience with staff here and they've been a pleasure to interact with. I hope they keep up the good work. 🙂

Best Impossible burger bowl ever . Guacamole and all toppings no extra cost . Enough for 2 or later

Food was good but pretty skimpy. The site lets you specify some sauces should be added on the side for to go orders but they didn't abide by the order.

One of my favorite places to eat, I love it. My go to for Latin food

Update (6/12/19): This location now offers Impossible plant-based protein. It is specially seasoned and DELICIOUS! On par with, if not better than, that other chain's sofritas. Vegan or not, you owe it to yourself to try this tasty meatless meat option! Fast service, great food, clean restaurant, courteous staff. It's a little hard to get to the parking lot from Gandy but that's not Qdoba's fault. Great place to go for quick eats. My favorite is the Vegetarian Loaded Tortilla Soup!

I've always loved this location but I gotta say over the last few month this place has really stepped it up. I was there on 03/12/22 and the steak was fire aka it was sooooo dorn good. Everything was so fresh and the spices just danced in you mouth. Please keep that cook because he knows how to cook a steak.

The food was really good 😊 The young man who served me. He had great curly hair. Super friendly and quick! A great worker who made my food choices simple. Clean and cozy restaurant. Definitely will be back soon!

What a difference a few hours Can make! I regularly go to this Qdoba during the daytime, and always have great experiences. The day shift employees are friendly and efficient. I just made the mistake of going in for night shift, and and the employees acted bored and put out by having to accept my business. She had an attitude, and went out of her way to skimp on the queso, so that my burrito was super dry, and walked off in the middle of making my burrito, so that the person making the burrito of the guy behind me finished his 1st and Mine got finished last. There is too much competition with Tijuana flats, Moe's and Chipotle To be putting up with rude customer service

Not the best. Food had no flavor. Rice was bland and chicken was full with fat. Can’t say I’ll dine here again. Staff is nice, hence my 2 start. Honestly wasted my $40 to feed a family of 4.

Friendly staff, and fresh selections during every visit. Highly recommend this location!
