I wish I knew our waiter’s name (he was also the bartender). He was amazing! Very attentive & great suggestions. Drinks were pretty strong (that’s a good thing). You must try their salted caramel cookie skillet!! It was the best dessert I’ve ever had.

My wife and I came here for a late dinner after we arrived in Tampa. Lynette and Matt did an amazing job taking care of us. We gave us suggestions for beer flights and we really enjoyed talking with them. We got a couple of beers flights and shared our thoughts and opinions on the different beers. For food, we started off with the mac and cheese bites with a sriracha lime aioli and they were delicious. Julie has the French dip and she said it was ok. I think it was lacking meat. I had a Cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese and I asked for it to be cooked medium. When I took my second bite I noticed it was pretty rare. It had a really good flavor and Matt offered to have another one cooked but I declined. Overall we had a great time and we would go back. Thank you again to Lynette and Matt, we really enjoyed talking with you both.

Came in to have a meal and that’s what I got a nice meal ordered the fried shrimp and fries and it was good. This is a nice sports bar that has huge burgers and a large selection of beer. Right inside the Avion park area across from the airport a must stop place.

The best service I have had in a long time! Our server immediately informed us about the happy hour specials and went over menu suggestions. Very attentive and friendly. Food on their happy hour menu was really good with excellent prices. Great atmosphere and crowd. Lots of big screen t.v.'s for watching sports.

I sat at the outdoor second floor bar and it was great. The food was great - wings were awesome and so was the flatbread pizza. The local beers were good. The service was amazing!

Was there for a happy hour after a work volunteer event. Food was okay. Disappointed in the service, management and in the seating area for the happy hour group. Seats were uncomfortable. Bartender who opened a tab forgot to give the credit card back. Management handled the situation poorly. When we called to verify the card was still there which we knew it was the last place we used it the manager tried to tell us we had to wait until the next day to retrieve our card, put us on hold for 20+minutes. We called around 7pm. It wasn't after business hours, or unreasonable to ask for our credit card back. Pretty sure we won't be giving our business back to this establishment, unfortunately.

Lovely brunch. We went for bottomless mimosas and our waitress made sure our glasses were never empty. Food was delicious!

Nothing bad to say on a Monday evening. Services was good. Food came out hot and fast. The loaded Tots are a must! Chipotle chicken flat read was full of flavor. I loved the fact that you can "Buil Your Own Flight" from the drought selections. Prices were very reasonable. We will be looking for these when we are in the Tampa area...or just put one in, in North Port or Venice.

Great sports style bar - very friendly service within minutes of walking in, good atmosphere/very busy but with space at the bar etc for walk-ins, also has a nice outside area and a balcony. Pricing is good and the beers are excellent - perhaps my only issue was that the tacos were about as average as they looked, however the wings were excellent. Would certainly go back

We were staying in the hotel next door and came here for drinks on the rooftop. Very fun spot and a nice rooftop in the area. We ordered some beers and apps. For appetizers we had the mac bites and wings and everything was amazing!

Great food, great service, great drinks! Thought the wings seemed a little pricey until they arrived. They were huge and delicious! The doughnuts are to die for.

This is a great spot for beer. They have hundreds of beers to choose from! The pretzel was very good too. There are lots of TVs for watching sports as well.

I recently dined at World of Beer in Tampa, Florida, and it was a delightful experience. The ambience, while your typical sports bar setting, offers a lively atmosphere with indoor and alfresco seating, including the cleverly named "Flight Deck" outdoor section. It's perfect for fun gatherings, though not ideal for romantic dinners. The service, led by our attentive server Autumn, was excellent. She ensured our needs were met, and the food arrived promptly. Speaking of food, it was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I highly recommend the hamburgers, sweet potato fries, fried chicken tacos, and coleslaw. The restaurant boasts an extensive beverage selection, especially during happy hour, with many different types of beers on tap. Special food deals, like discounted hamburgers on Mondays and tacos on Tuesdays, add to the appeal. Overall, World of Beer earns my high recommendation for its delicious food, quick service, and an overall enjoyable experience. My wife and I enjoyed it so much that we visited both nights during our time in Tampa.

This place is nice, Food was okay, service was average. Mac n cheese balls where not the best, taste like box Mac n cheese! Wings were really good and the shrimp was really good!

The bartender offered me a drink (Coke) while I waited for my to go order, then charged me for it without it even showing up on my original itemized receipt. Mac & cheese bites were good but overpriced. Tacos were soggy.

WOB is a great place to grab a bite and a brew. My server, Cam, was super friendly and attentive. I'll be back. 🕶️

I have been going to different World of Beers for the past 10 years, and this is one of the better ones, for sure. They provide excellent service, great food, and, or course, LOTS of beer choices. I had local and far flung beers on my recent visit here. My selections ranged from Florida brewed beers, to ones from Vietnam. There should be a beer type for any beer taste here. Food is elevated bar food, and I had wings and fries. The wings were well cooked with good seasoning. I will definitely go again next time I in town.

My food order was cold because it was probably kept for a long time and then brought it to me. But I had another hot one after I spoke to the bar guy. He was very understanding parsons. So Tanks to him.

If you're coming here because of the airport or the hospital and clinics nearby, treat yourself. We stayed in a hotel next to it so I could enjoy my beers and the kids wanted some good meat after a so-so lunch on the road. Chloe was our waitress, she has so much charisma and the kids were so comfortable with her. They were very talkative and she gave them all the attention they need. Awesome work. Now, let's get down to business. Let's begin with the beer, since I'm the one writing and that is in the name. I'm very picky because I lived in Germany on a city borderline with Belgium and the Netherlands. All I need to know about beer I learned with them by drinking more than 300 different beers during my time there. I created a taste for Wheat Beer and if you like it, forget anything else and go for the draft Schneider Weisse Original, it just brought back memories. Food wise, the steak was perfect, the buttery taste and yig you'd like, a garlic butter on the side to make it your own way. The sweet potato fries were "purrfect" just change for it if you like it. My daughter asked for the Mac And Cheese and she didn't like it but for my son, as he said "it changed his concept of Mac and Cheese" for ever and to be honest, for me too. The crust on the top, the creamy inside and the flavor... Full of flavor, not that blend MnC from school. My wife had some tacos that were good but not to the level we had before but good enough that you can order and enjoy. For the desert we had the donuts and if you do like in the picture, they get to another level. When you dip cinnamon and sugar in Nutella, the flavors do get along, but if you slice it and fill it, welcome to heaven. Tomorrow is Monday and they have both, Burger day and happy hour. I don't have to drive and we want to taste other foods. Let's see what the kitchen can give us. Cheers.

WOB is good as far as chain bar goes. It’s definitely more upscale than your ordinary sports bar and has elevated food options. There are many beer options so this is a good choice for the craft beer fanatic but the cocktail selection is good, too. The prices are higher, though, than your average sports bar. It’s a good place to stop before or after the airport because the service is good and quick. They have gluten free options, like their flatbreads.

I visited another WOB in Tampa, and the welcoming was backward compared to the airport area. The people were inviting and not so closed offiished. As you see, we ordered a combination of food to enjoy and taste. Staff were awesome and taking care of the many people who arrived. Shrimp tacos were delicious. Quesadillas blew my mind away. Margarita pizza with a reduced sauce was a great choice. Atmosphere exceeded expectations. Thank you, and I recommend this spot.

First visit was eat-in on 27 Feb 2023. Dishes were French Onion soup with truffle fries, Arnold Palmer drink and WOB Chicken Wings with fries, Pepsi. Second visit was take-out on 1 Mar 2023 which dishes included WOB Chicken Wings with fries again and this time for me the Margherita Flatbread. Here on a business trip and my co-worker and I agreed the food was great here. The reviews were good ones. The place does get crowd during the dinner hours and I can see why. The staff are professional, friendly, helpful, and pleasant work with. It’s a nice setup with plenty of covered outdoor seating. Safe and nicely located overall. When in area, would come back.

I was actually disappointed. I loved the space! It was great, especially the outside area. However, the food and drinks were disappointing to say the least and I had a variety of food. The Mac N Cheese balls were awful. They tasted like fried noodles, no cheese flavor or seasoning. They would of been better off making a box of Kraft and frying it. The spinach dip also lacked in seasoning. The pretzel was “ok” but it was cold, along with its cheese dip. My nephew had a burger which looked to have that same Mac n Cheese patty on top which he bit into and immediately took it off. The only thing food wise that was good was their truffle fries. I ordered their house margarita and it bad as well. Super sweet, lacked tequila flavor. I found out later that they pre make their house drinks. I had them change it for a Washington apple shot — just stick to beer.

Great spot whether you’re waiting for a flight or just looking for some good food with a nice atmosphere. I highly, highly recommend the wings with the regular dry rub. The flavor is amazing and you can also get sauce to dip on the side. The garlic parmesan has a lot of flavor and the Buffalo has a nice kick. Also, the parmesan truffle fries are a must have. If you’re not feeling wings their burgers are a solid go to as well. Keep an eye out for the rotating taps as they change them pretty frequently. The staff is pleasant and the bartenders are very attentive. Great spot overall.

The Everything Pretzel is a great starter for the table to share. Had to ask for kids menu but those were a good price at $7 per kid. Tacos were the favorite entree at the table and service was good. Nice outdoor seating and some games (Giant Connect Four) for the kids to play with while we wait.

Surprisingly, lots of gluten free options at this restaurant! I had a delicious flatbread (cauliflower crust) and a cold cider. They also have gluten free buns for their hamburgers, and bowls that can be made with jasmine rice or salad greens. And besides all the beers, they have an extensive cocktail list. I would definitely come here again.

Group of friends stopped by to check this place out. It was shortly after they opened, but the place was clean and definitely easy to find a seat. Decided to sit at the bar and had an awesome bartender, Kelli. She was attentive and had a great attitude and joked and talked with us. As anyone is aware, there is a huge beer selection to choose from, not only draft, but cans and bottles. Not to mention, with their full bar, they can whip up and cocktail to suite anyone.

I've been to this location before and it has been OK. My friend and I decided to go for Sunday "brunch" because the menu selections seemed to be very creative and fun. Anticipating watching the game I went with the Nachos. I watched an order walk past me and they looked tall and well plated. DON'T let that fool you. Yes they look good on the surface but once you get past the very top layer of toppings you have NOTHING but chips. I mean if they served it with salsa at least you would have something to eat the DRY chips on the next two layers. They describe it as having beans but good luck finding them. It's the trick many restaurants play on you when you order nachos. There are only a few places that actually layer the nachos with toppings even if it's just cheese. My friend got the doughnut appetizer. It was impressive looking but they rely on just maple syrup for flavor. We also ordered the eggs benedict. They looked good but the eggs were very overcooked. The whole purpose of a Benedict is to have a runny egg to use as the "sauce" for the dish. It's a very disappointing experience to have all of the food you order be extremely underwhelming. Service was ok. We were greeted and sat right away. The hostess was pleasant and quickly told us what TV's our games would be on. The server was fairly attentive, but seemed a little disinterested. We had considered having a few drinks after brunch but left right after we finished and just caught kickoff. The location is very nice inside. They have an ample number of TV's. I've enjoyed some of their food in the past, but this time was a total fail.

Love the burger Monday deal! World of beer has an amazing burger. Definitely one of the best in Tampa bay in my opinion. Thick patty and flavorful. All the appetizers delicious. I have been back several times.

Fantastic place! Great beer selection and great food. The truffle fries were out of this world! Tacos were awesome too. Our server was super nice and attentive. Great atmosphere. Legit no complaints. Stop reading my review and go there now.

The chicken wings and tacos are very good. Off curse, beers are the specialty. The have good liquor selection. They offer some wine but nothing outstanding. Great outdoor area, staff very friendly and smiling. Parking can be tough but you can park on the parking building next to the restaurant for free.
