We arrived around 3:15 pm and they were not busy. We gave waitress our entire order when she came to our table. The waitress brought my wife's beer and said mine was coming as soon as the foam settled. My wife's beer was half gone when the manager walked by and asked if everything was good. I said I was still waiting on my beer. He said "OK" ... and kept walking. All this time I could see my beer over on the bar, getting warm. The waitress finally reappeared and went to the food window and picked a couple of food baskets that had been there for a while. When she brought them to our table I asked her to have them pour me a fresh (cold) beer because i still didnt have one. The replacement beer also sat on the bar for a while and the foam went down. But they did not finish topping the glass back up! The wings were hot and tasty. The fries were barely warm. This visit was extremely disappointing because this is our favorite Wing House in Tampa Bay.

Pretzel bites are amazing and the fried mushrooms...wow you get a lot and they are juicy and fried to perfection!...the waitresses are sweet and attentive...although..it wouldn't hurt to throw some eye candy for the ladies in there😉 managers brett and desi are super awesome! If you haven't eaten here yet...give it a try!

Came here on a weekend trip to Tampa …Amazing service that was quick. The wings were sooo good I have to go back again soon. You have to try the fried pickles and the sweet Thai chili sauces breaded wings.

My partner and I were craving chicken wings for Sunday night, so we searched for a nearby restaurant and found WingHouse Bar & Grill, which was only a 10-minute drive away. WingHouse had plenty of parking space, and upon entering, we were promptly seated by our server, Celine. She provided us with menus and glasses of water. After perusing the menu and discussing the different chicken wing flavors with Celine, we decided to order the spicy and garlic chicken wings, along with a Veggie Lovers Pizza and some Carrot & Celery. The ambiance of the restaurant was great, and we could see that other patrons were enjoying their food and beer while watching a live game on the screen. The service was excellent, and our food arrived quickly. We started with the pizza, which had a thin crust, and delicious vegetables, and was perfectly cooked. Then, we tried the chicken wings, which were crunchy, delicious, and had the perfect amount of spice. Overall, we had an amazing time at WingHouse Bar & Grill, enjoying delicious chicken wings and pizza for dinner.

Food here has been disgusting. Cant even order potato skins that are cooked all the way through. Would not recommend you wasting your time going here to order/eat any food. This wasn't the first time they messed up my order. They wont even respond to you when you tell them they got your order wrong.

Ordered a pizza from here and the fact that it made it to the counter, in this quality, to be cut and packaged is just mind blowing. Completely burned the whole pizza. Bottom was even worse. This was an All works pizza. Never again.

First time visit..I sat outside waited 10 minutes. Two beautiful waitress passed by me without so much as a “hi, did someone help you.” “hi, I will be with you soon.” Or just a Hi would have made me feel like I wasn’t being ignored. After waiting long enough I went to the bar and got my own drinks. Cashed out because who knows how long it was going to take the second round. I still tipped but definitely not as much as I normally do. Needless to say I enjoyed my drinks and no one came over even then. I will more than likely continue to go to the location in Brandon off of 60. Not the best experience at this location.

My waitress was very nice, and really gave excellent service. Their bathrooms were so nasty. Black stuff all over the base of the toilet, on the walls. Soap scum on the floor. All the windows are filthy. Honestly, am nervous we will get food poisoning. The employees use the same restroom as customers. Those bathrooms are disgusting. The whole place needs a good deep cleaning. I feel bad, as our waitress was so lovely, but the ceiling needs dusting, windows washing, and the bathroom deep cleaned. The store manager should be ashamed

Came to eat here before the Zac brown concert. We thought it was going to be a very bad idea. Friday night and concert across the street. Yes it was packed, but we got a seat right away, and our waitress killed it. She was very friendly, and definitely kept things moving . The food came out really quick being how packed they were, and the wings were right on point. If I’m every in the area again for a beer or a concert this will definitely be a stop.

We came to watch the Steelers game and the food and service were great. The server was very friendly and helpful.

Wing House offers a dining experience that has its ups and downs. The onion rings, coated in panko bread crumbs, left a lot to be desired as they tasted as if they were not freshly prepared, lacking that satisfying crunch and freshness. Similarly, the bone-in wings also fell short in terms of meat quality and flavor, giving the impression that they were precooked and reheated. Despite the disappointing food, what stood out at Wing House was the exceptional customer service. The staff was attentive, courteous, and went out of their way to make sure our dining experience was as pleasant as possible. They promptly addressed our concerns and maintained a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. In conclusion, while the panko bread crumb onion rings and bone-in wings left much to be desired, the outstanding customer service is a silver lining that might make this place worth a visit if you prioritize great service over food quality.

Food is actually pretty solid if you're looking for all American style fried fare. Recommend the boneless wings and the fried cod. Unfortunately we got a few things on our order wrong. All in all, a decent place if you want to eat quick near the fairgrounds

Food was awesome. It was our last night before heading home, so we wanted something easy, and close to our hotel. This place was great. I ordered the bacon burger and was happy & satisfied. The fries were yum too. My friend ordered wings & tots. The wings are HUUUUGE! The drummetes were basically legs, so keep this in mind when ordering. The service was ok. We sat on the patio, which apparently is self-serve. Waited probably at least 20 min before being asked if we've been helped, and probably only asked because we kept looking around. I thought it strange since the hostess was going to sit us inside, but we asked to sit outside....to which we were told to sit anywhere. She didn't tell anyone a new table was out there? Once we got help, it was fine from there. So a small hiccup. There were families eating here too.... so it appears to be a local spot for all people to enjoy.

Service was fast and friendly, and the food came out HOT and fresh. Jen, our server, was exceptional, and Manager, Reece, was very helpful when my husband had some questions about the wing sauce. 10 out of 10. Come and check them out yourselves. 👍👍

Had a blast here yesterday. Lucky enough to have Emma and Lily as my bartenders. Both extremely beautiful and spectacular work ethic. Great attitudes ... definitely recommend Sunday's with these ladies. Cheers!!

The food was great. I ordered the garlic parmesan wings. They were good, but a couple were not totally cooked for some reason. I didn't bring it to their attention because I was full already, but I believe they wouldn't handle it with no problem.

I’m a frequent guest. The atmosphere is fun and the food is good. I always have courteous, professional service. Yuri, my server is awesome!! Is always friendly and happy. She knows the menu without hesitation. She keeps my glass refilled and my order is always on time and accurate. I will continue to be a customer and hope I get Yuri every time. Thanks Yuri! I ordered the Steak Dinner. It was cooked to perfection (medium rare!) My sides were fries and Broccoli. I can't belive it was only $14.99 The back of the house came through for this meal. Thanks Reese!

It has its moments. I know it's a sports bar, but the sticky floors and tables can be a bit much sometimes. Don't do to go. If so, check your food before you leave. I had burnt potato skins and just fried wings. They were soggy. I didn't notice until i got home.

Went in after a concert. They are the only late night place in the area. There was no host. There was no sign to seat yourself or to wait to be seated. After several minutes, we sat ourselves. A manager walked by and said " I GUESS I'll get you some menus. Very rude. The server was very inattentive and the food was not great.

If you've been to a wing restaurant of this type, then you know what you're getting. However, not sure if it was due to lunch or what, but the atmosphere was kind of boring. My server was great, but the food left a lot to be desired, especially when one considers the outrageous prices of food at this time, anywhere.

The food was great, my boyfriend said it was okay , the beer cold, but when it was time to pay the bill which was 59.59, and they handed me 40.00. Where did the change go?? I don’t normally gripe about.41 but give me the chance to say keep it. Yes I tip very well!!

Military discount. Great energy. Good food...no menus unless you scan a thing. Big surprise checking the bill, 10 wings are $20. Boneless 10. Like wings, but not that much. Thought the Covid wang upcharge had passed.

They have good consistent bar food. Really nothing bad to eat, you get what you see. The waitstaff are gorgeous and friendly. They usually have more than enough staff during the day, evenings can be light. Drinks are reasonable and there are often specials. Good bar to get what you want from a bar.

Terrible experience. 5 minute greet time sitting at the bar. Order took longer. Watched food in window for 15 mins to receive a hockey puck for a medium rare burger.

I hate to do it but WingHouse is striked from the options list, food poorly cooked I lifted the fish off the paper and idk if it was oil or fish juice but the fried fish was turned into a Soggy Bottom Boy, the coleslaw was slimy I think it was spoiled and because they took 10 minutes to find my online order the fries had gotten cold and the still handed me the bag like it was okay. Just writing this review is upsetting me all over again!! Because I prepaid for this food, I arrived just before the ready time so that I could get hot, fresh food then I ended up wasting 10 minutes of my lunch time for them to find my order only to find that the cook had already made it and by the time they found it it was disgusting... UGH 🤬😡😤 BUT I just peaceful took the bag, went back to my office looked at the worthless meal and drank a smoothie for lunch instead. SMH! I WISH I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK😔

Decent enough. What you would expect. Hooters like. Food may be a little better. Great scenery. The service was good. Adequate beer selection. Lines seemed they they could be cleaned on the beer taps, but not a deal breaker.

It was a teally fun place to watch a game. Food was good, fresh and the girls working were friendly. I liked the Buffalo shrimp.

My first time there. The mgr was great on Saturday night. He help us put the NFL games outside on Patio. I had my friends n kids from the flagfootball Tournament there. The server was good. But server needed help. She couldn't do big groups. We never got are water or Napkins, silverware for are big group. We had to take some from the parents in are group...

Went here after a concert, and it was pretty crowded. It was a very long wait expectedly of course. Had to sit outside, but given the crowd, I didn't mind. 20 minutes to get an order in, but again...expected. I had 5 hot wings and a loaded tater tot. Food was just okay. Given the circumstances, I felt our waitresses really did the best job they could. I'll go back again after a show. You can literally walk across the street from the Fairgrounds to it. Great 👍 spot!

Great wings and burgers. I saw another customer order pizza and it looked great. The atmosphere is everything you'd expect from a sports bar with plenty of TV's if you can avert your gaze from the wait staff. While here I saw they had posted the story of the time Hooters tried to sue them. Good read.

My first visit to WingHouse was a great one. The wings were fantastic, and I'm not big on bone in wings anymore. The onion rings were very good with nice sized pieces of onion in them, as they should be. Chili was much better than a lot of places. Our waitress, Alyssa I believe, was absolutely wonderful. She checked on us consistently, always being friendly and with a smile. She's definitely one that will make people want to visit again because they had a pleasant experience in a great environment.

Funny story, I reached out to them while in town for my son’s team’s soccer tournament. We wanted a place as a team to watch the champions league championship. We were more than 30 people. They were great when I called them, very easy and accommodating. I did not realize the outfits the girls wore were a bit risqué. So the boys and I’m sure the dads liked it. The staff was great, the service too, and they put on the soccer game on our side of the restaurant.

Very awful service today! I had a business meeting my client had to leave without eating. I did not enjoy service and food. The food took over 30 minutes. When the food did come out without fries. The waitress explained there was no fries ready and they had to get them from the back. Spoke to MANAGER explained food situation. He offer to give fries for free! I had 3 Wings left. I'm a regular at the location. I will be reaching out to cooperate.

The food is delicious! We got the cheese burger sliders and they cooked them perfectly with the best flavor! The wings are my favorite! The waitress's are so nice and very attentive.

I took visitors today to my favorite wing place and was disappointed for the 1st time. Service was meh. Fried pickles were not that good and I usually love them. The wings were good but dang the price has probably doubled. I'll try the 301/I-4 location next time. Also, why did you get rid of Blue moon?

I was disappointed in the wings; but then my husband makes the best wings...just the way I like them. Actually I had the breaded chicken breast pieces. The breading was very good, but as usual in most chicken breasts...they were too dry. The salad with bacon in it, I thought was delicious, but my companion did not think so much of it. She said there was not enough cucumbers and tomatoes.

I used to love our Wing House nights, but today was shocking. Food and service was fine, but it was leather & lace and I think for most women a bit offensive or demeaning. I know the girls are just doing what they have to, but really? Men need to check ✔️ themselves.

My parents flew in late from out of state and they wanted pizza and beer. This place was close to home and it was after 9 when we got there. They did an amazing job with our party of 8, always asking if we needed anything, there wasn't many people there, everyone had a great time, and the food and drinks were not just amazing, but the prices were great too. Our server was a sweetheart too. Will be back, definitely recommend!!
