Interesting place with interesting smack my a** sauces. Great shrimp bowl and friendly staff.

Juliana is the best in the business! She is the most polite worker at Tijuana and is great at her job. A very kind person that is great brand image for the company! Very happy here

I recently visited Tijuana Flats and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the steak tacos and queso, and I was blown away by how flavorful and delicious both dishes were. The steak was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly, while the queso was creamy and had just the right amount of spice. To wash it all down, I tried the apple soda which was refreshing and tasty. I also had the opportunity to try out their selection of hot sauces, which was truly impressive. They had a great variety of flavors and spice levels, which allowed me to customize my meal to my liking. Overall, the dining experience at Tijuana Flats was exceptional. The food was top-notch, the service was friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere was fun and upbeat. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Tex-Mex cuisine and a great dining experience.

All the TFs I have been to have been great. This one is too. It wasn't busy so it didn't take long. Not that it usually does. I don't know the employee who waited on me, but she was really nice. She was working wiping things down and stocking etc. Nice place.

I had passed this place so many times and never thought to stop. One day I finally decided to check it out. The food is really good. This can be a regular stop for me.

First time here. You order at the counter and they call your name and bring it to your table. Had a beef burrito that came with plain tortilla chips for their Thursday special. I didn't see any salsas, just hot sauces at the station. Decent sized burrito. If I wanted a ground beef burrito I'd just spend a couple more dollars at the Qdoba down the street. Probably won't come again.

The person who took my order was extremely nice and friendly. The food for the price is not worth it. Had a bowl with rice, refried beans, pork, lettuce, tomato, sourcream, guc. Had tons of rice to fill the bowl and little pork. By time I had four bites all I had left was rice and lettuce. My order was $17 I also had a very small thing of queso. I could have gone to a steak house and got a steak dinner for the same price. For the price definitely not worth it. Very little meat means no returning. Don't know if they were running low on the meat or what.

It has a very trendy vibe when you walk in, plenty of tables but only a couple of booths. The music overhead house was a bit loud and hard to chat with anyone at the table. The choices of hot sauce was amazing with a variety from mild to extremely hot. I pitched a steak chimichanga that came with a few chips, the steak chimichanga tasted plain and the steak was below average in flavor. The portion was small for the price and really seemed as I got a frozen burrito warmed up in the microwave. I did purchase some golden queso to go with my 8 or 10 chips that came with my mean and it was very tasty. The best part about the meal was the hot sauce bar, I would suggest buying the cheese queso and trying the different sauces. If I go back I’ll download the app because I read you will receive a free chips trio after you join their free loyalty club. Overall I’m leaning on giving them another try, but ordering something else. Give them a try and let me know what you think

Food was tasty but don't get a bowl. It's only 1oz of protein. I could eat all the steak in one bite. Highly recommend the nachos. Way better portion size.

The order I placed for pick up was not given correctly. I asked for no onion and they took away all the ingredients, in the end I only ate a bowl of chicken, rice and beans and they saved the rest.

Clean environment, fast service. Good doesn't compare to authentic Mexican but it's good.

The service is mediocre and my food is always wrong. Despite knowing that i eat here a lot as it’s convenient and my daughter likes it. Today i took her to the restroom and when i came back our food had been cleared. If you’re not going to offer trash cans to guest maybe put signs on the table that says here or gone to avoid in the future. Thanks for nothing

Don't waste your hard earned money! My girls and I decided to walk up there to splurge on dessert. Maddie or Mattie, was bopping all over the place, flipping her ponytail around and being rude. I wish she would have used her bopping personality in a more friendly way. She told me she could not scan my rewards and I pointed out to her that's what the app says and she rudely responded, "I don't have a scanner" instead of telling me the scanner was broken (found this out from the manager). Then she threw my receipt away. She forgot to give me my waters, she walked away and came back "oh the waters." There was no one else in line and no one was waiting on food. Not sure why all the distractions. Then our dessert, cookie dough flautas came out partially cooked and cold in the center. We should have went to Jeremiah's Italian ice nextdoor!

One of the best mexican restaurants! This is my go-to-restaurant when I am in florida. Absolutely love it!

Really unpredictable wait times for online orders. They always tell you it will be ready in 20 min. Sometimes that means 15 min, sometimes it means 40 min. I understand that they are busy and/or short staffed and sometimes it takes longer... I'm ok with it taking 40 min. I'm absolutely not ok with their online ordering system always telling me 20 min when they are backed up.

Super friendly staff. Great draft beers. Had the steak quesadilla which was really good. My only comment is that the guac was a little bland. Def coming back!

Tasty Tex-Mex! Friendly staff and cool atmosphere, it can be loud during busy times. They also have outdoor seating. My husband enjoyed the Dos Enchilada Plate w/ground beef, he ate the whole thing without finding any grizzle, he was extremely happy! I ordered the limited time available Fajita Quesadilla w/Steak, the steak was tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned. We also ordered a side of salsa which was very fresh and had a nice tomato flavor and the refried beans that had a great texture and taste.

It was Taco Tuesday and i guess they must have thought I needed to go on a diet because I received child portions in my Tacos. They sure didn’t look like the Tacos in the picture. Service was fine but food portion size wasn’t. Here is a picture of what the Tacos are supposed to look like. Oh and I did say something and server was like “ oh shucks” That was not verbatim I am paraphrasing . Still hungry

I must say that I was truly disappointed. My son had directed us to this place, but we won't go again. The food was mediocre (at best) and the place was really crowded (because the service was slow?). Not sure why people were eating there except that it must be super convenient (it's a great location on Dale Mabry). Truth is Taco Bell is better (any popular fastfood chain, really). We left wishing we had gone somewhere else.

Tijuana Flats south Tampa you’re quality has gone down drastically. We used to get the chimichanga meal and it would be great.the past couple times this was horrible. Much smaller than they used to be and the side chips was maybe 8 chips total. For the price you need to step it up.

Service was great as always. Portions were INCREDIBLY small. Not what I usually expect, or receive from Tijuana Flats.
