It's easy to spend $20 for a meal and soft drink, but it is inside an airport after all. I kept it simple, but the service and key lime pie were absolutely worth the price and time. It also seemed to be in a quiet area with little background noise... a very relaxing prelude to getting stuck inside a plane for the next three hours!

Brian, the bartender was great. The $25 glass of chardonnay was SO OVERPRICED, I thought it was a mistake!! The EOS Chardonnay was not worth that AT ALL!

The food here is fresh. The service is fast and friendly. RumFish Grill is located in Tampa International Airport. It is located near Gates C36 and C37. You must go through security and have a boarding pass to dine here. This restaurant is small and open. It's great for people-watching and offers a full bar, too. They have charging stations at every table. We had no wait time for dinner here on a Friday night. That is AMAZING! The food comes out quickly and our drinks stayed full. They play soft, upbeat music and have a couple of televisions to help pass your time. Overall, we enjoyed our dining experience. But the best part was looking into my gorgeous Husband's eyes while enjoying a great meal! ❤️ 😍

Came here 8am while waiting for a flight. Served cold waters with plastic straws, no Ice. Great view of the open windows overlooking the planes. I didn’t order anything. My travel partner had eggs and bacon, sunny side up. He said “the eggs are very good.”

Wow. I was not expecting good food at the airport but RumFish Grille has proved to be a delicious eatery while waiting for a flight. We had 2 different salads with grouper. We chose grouper because it was gluten free. It turned out be filling, fresh tasting and delicious. For dessert we had tried the Mango Cheesecake. It was easily one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had. But what truly made our dinner enjoyable was our server Karly. Karly was friendly, knowledgeable and truly seemed to enjoy helping. I wish more establishments would hire professionals like Karly.

Best chorizo and eggs I’ve ever had at any restaurant..spicy, well-seasoned! Attentive service. Mimosas are crazy expensive though (16 each)!

A nice meal at the airport! The burger was delicious... And I enjoyed the Asian slaw and fries as well. The waitress was nice and attentive. Absolutely no complaints!!!

Rum Fish Grill had the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this airport. Since I didn’t order immediately I was asked to leave by a blonde waitress and return whenever I had decided on ordering something. She explained that they would eventually become busy and needed the table for a paying customer, meanwhile the establishment was completely empty. Will not be returning due to this.

Food was good, but bartender complaining about other guests, how hard she is working, and her job is not anything I really want to hear while trying to relax before a flight

I was charged 8oz wine price for 5 oz wine and I never asked for the 8oz. They refused to correct bill. Be careful here and check your charges.

Got the breakfast with scrambled eggs. I should have gotten my eggs over easy, as the scrambled eggs must have been pre-made and didn’t taste like they were from an actual freshly cracked egg. Kinda like hotel buffet scrambled eggs. The home fries “O’Brien” were cold. Breakfast bummer at a high price. Waitress was nice.

The waitress (Dawn)was sweet and professional. Very friendly and candid. I hope Rumfish shows their appreciation.

This would be 5 star save the drink prices are pretty exorbitant. I had a craving flung on me this morning for grouper and had it blackened (sandwich) and it was excellent. Too big for the brioche bun which was also great. Not much of a slaw fan but the Thai peanut intrigued me. I liked that too. Had an excellent server and all around experience. Recommended!

So happy we decided to eat here. Both the smoked fish appetizer and the bang bang shrimp were delicious and generous in portions. The Grouper sandwich and sweet potatoes fries were amazing. The Mai Tai was authentic and the perfect accompaniment. Michele, our server couldn't have been more attentive and pleasant. We will definitely stop here again on our way through Tampa.

Heavenly eggs and options for no carbs. Service was great. And who can complain about the location Everything was clean and orderly.

One star is too generous. Curly fries dripping with grease and under cooked. Thai Peanut Slaw several days old and zero flavor. Pulled pork was dry and flavorless.. Line cooks need to be retrained and head cook needs to be let go for letting that garbage leave their kitchen. Waitress was wonderful.

Waited 15 minutes not even acknowledged were planning to have dinner and drinks. Plenty of wait staff. Would never go there again. Have attempted to do so each of the last 3 months. I highly recommend Cigar City brewery as an alternative. Great service and food

Tonight I watched Kimberly absolutely bust it with no help, and she did it with a smile on her face. She was kind and courteous, regardless of the fact that she had to literally run to keep up. That was a breath of fresh air. Thank you, Kimberly for challenging the status quo. You’re awesome, and you represent your organization well. They’re lucky to have you.

Nice view, great way to have a beer and wait for a plane. Open area and covid friendly. Good service too (Kimberly)! Ended up ordering tuna later and super good. Sit and enjoy!

We had some time before our flight. We had mimosas which were listed on the menu to have grand marnier included. We got basic champagne and oj. So, we thought we were going be charged the lesser costing option but they still charged for the premium version. Nevertheless, the experience was good. Food was delicious. I had a breakfast quesadilla and I loved it. Place was featured on a TV show called “Tanked” because they feature a large aquarium in front. Check it out.

We actually felt bad eating here, but it was across from our gate. The service was terrible. We watched several groups sit and wait, and eventually leave. The food was insulting. That burger & fries was not worth the garbage bag to throw it out. Soggy curly fries were some type of choke utensil. Tampa can and needs to do better. I can imagine that many of the people who ate at RumFish will not return to Tampa or even FLA because of hot bad the food was. ZERO (0) stars.
