Disappointing to say the least. Food was good but the customer service was sadly uncaring. I spent close to $30 and wanted to add a cookie for $0.99 like their sign says. They would not let me because my purchase did not include a drink. Spoke to the manager and she could care less.

How on earth is this Manager still in charge of this site? How many bad reviews does it take for corporate or just the district manager to get the point that it’s not a good manager? Are you going to wait until the people that live here simply write it off? Bad attitudes and lazy work ethics start from the top and roll down. It’s accepted behavior so it’s the norm at this store. Half the items are not even available to buy because they can’t even order correctly. My turkey bacon sandwich had nothing but turkey pebbles all shredded up, literally the crumbs from the bottom of the pan topped with a pathetic end piece of a tomato. They looked at me like I had a lot of nerve expecting a slice of turkey and a decent slice of tomato. The coffee refills were down to two and one was cold. I just can’t spend my money like this and who wants to be stressed out when they go out to eat anyways? I won’t be back. Ever…

From the cluster!*ck in the parking lot (too tight/too small) to the confusing area to put in orders (now available on touchscreens too) - then the sloppy pick up system - not a pleasant experience. Getting something to go not ideal here. Hey Panera!! Real simple issue that needs to be fixed - get lids that fit correctly on the large drink cups!!! Lid doesn't stay on - in place (slightly wrong size) & now I've already spilled my drink on my shirt, my pants and in my car. The food typical Panera - meh - but too many negatives at this location for me!

I had a pretty good grilled cheese and tomato soup here, the only thing that wasn’t too stellar was the mango smoothie, other than that it was an adequate post-therapy meal.

Overall an okay experience. Got the family meal- 4 sandwiches, a salad, a soup, and a baguette. They forgot the baguette so we had to go back and ask for it. That guy was nice. The Bacon Turkey Bravo was good! The chipotle chicken was disappointing and so was the quantity of the salad. It seems like it was meant for 2? Cleanliness was ok- food on the floor but it didn’t seem gross… overall ok.

Food is very poorly executed. The soups are tasty but the sandwiches and salads are not nicely put together. On this occasion, the spicy chicken sandwich was served with hardly any ingredients but just the chicken and the bread. It looked very sad and the prices are pretty stepp. The pick two is about $16, therefore this type of poor execution of food is unacceptable. Very dissapointing.

I’ve always had a good job and been able to afford supporting myself until 2020 and I love this neighborhood but it’s hilarious that they have we’re hiring posted while they’re fully staffed and rent went from $1600 to $2600 when all the transplants started moving in, wrecked my world. Doctors can’t even afford to live here anymore and it’s devastating. Thankful for the sip club at least I can get a cup of coffee and not worry about money

Very nice area, will visit again. Employee very open and suggested something from menu and it was very good. I had no wait. The service was spot on and I was in and out as I expected. Thanks employee and Panera for a wonderful breakfast experience!

I’m sick so I ordered Panera off Uber eats. I called and asked them to put butter in the bag and she said she could do that for me. I received my order with a missing baguette and no butter. So I paid $24 for two cups of soup and one roll. The girl on the phone was rude and condescending. She said they didn’t put a roll in the bag to “make it cheaper for me”. How is $24 cheaper? Get it together.

By far the WORST Panera I have ever been to. It’s 2pm and there is no dark roast, no decaf and no water. When I asked about it, she took my cup and came back with a cold cup of old coffee. Times like this is when the sip program is not worth it. To make it worse, the manager pretended to make a fresh cup but instead gave me a microwaves old cup…nasty!!

Came here for dinner just wanted a simple pick 2, waited at the counter and watched as my order just sat on the screen and every employee stood in back, it wasn’t until an employee who was sitting in the back on her phone 15 min later finally got up and started making my order for $20 soup and sandwich you would think there would at least be staff to make the order! Not to mention there wasn’t a soul in the restaurant should have taken 5 min tops to prepare! Not 30 min, I haven’t been to Panera in a while because I believe the prices have been unfairly raised but I was in the mood and decided why not give it a try never again!

I'm putting an end to my patronage. Cleanliness is the largest concern. The bathrooms are disgusting here and ALWAYS are. Urine collecting on the floor, no toilet paper, gross. Food is increasing in price and consistency is getting worse and worse. It's not unusual to get a chicken salad with 3 pieces of chicken.

They have you pick up your food, ask for your cups for drinks .... my experience..our soups were cold sitting on the counter, they alleged they called our name & perhaps they did. The guy was soft spoken, the music too loud, people talking & we were at the far opposite side. I'm Handicapped & walking with trays took me 2 trips & again to get the soda all the way on the opposite side. Last I remember eating at Panera you were given a number that lit when your food was ready & they brought it to you. The soup bowels were full not half full & food was hot. So dissatisfied. Will not return.

i ordered a napa chicken salad sandwich, which comes with grapes, almonds, MAYO, and usually shredded chicken. The sandwich they gave me was only chicken not even mayo on it. This is actually disgusting, the chicken they gave me had all these thick veins on it that the chicken wouldn’t even come apart. You don’t have to make my sandwich as if the place is gourmet but you would get a better sandwich at the gas station. Im putting this on every review page I can cause this is GROSS.

Super rude employee. I stoped by one of my favorite places to sadly find one of the rudest and miserable person working customer service being the face of Panera Bread. I am so sad for how I complaint with her manager, this one behaving worst than the employee covering the employee’s faults. This definitely tells me not to stop by that restaurant ever again to see unhappy and miserable people that abuse customers because they are permitted to. We are in the era of NO WORK ETHICS!

Just got home w my takeout 20 mins away, no chips for either meals we ordered, both sandwiches were super dry when asked for extra mayo (gad yo add my own) chipotle chicken sandwich had BARELY ANY CHICKEN, basically ate a mediocre grilled cheese and the soup was so hot I had to wait till my sandwich was cold to even enjoy the soup. Get game tighter Panera, super disappointing after spending 24 bucks, smh

Food is good, but salad sizes are inconsistent. Every time I go there, the salad sizes are either a bit larger or a lot smaller than my previous visit. I'm never sure what I'll get. I've started getting my salads from other restaurants.

One of the best meals I’ve had. The tomato soup in the bread bowl was so damn good. I added some to as o sauce to turn it up a notch hit delicious. The chicken teriyaki with broccoli is to die for. It’s fabulous. I recommend eating adhere non-stop. The service is fast with four cashiers, take out is working in zinc at the same time as customers were hopping in just to pickup and no lineup at all. Their service is tip notch and the place is very clean.

Love this Panera. I’ve always had good experiences here. The food is fresh, the bread is always hot and it’s quick.

This place is a fraud. I bought a croissant with turkey and cheese no egg and I paid almost $8, wich it will be ok if you get a representative croissant. The worst part was that I asked the manager because I was impressed with the small size of the croissant and he said "yes that's the price ". I don't know if is the same on every single panera, I hope not. Never comeback to this one.

Sad I remember when they made a great sandwhich filled with meat now they don’t have roast beef but they have “Steak” look how sad my 13$ sandwhich looks like makes me frown and sad what happened to the joy that Panera use to bring us All the love is gone as you can see by this sandwhich

I've recently started going to Panera in the mornings to get a coffee because I joined the sip club to try out their free membership for a little while. I've always loved panera's breakfast. Soufflées but have noticed things are slowly getting pricier. Just like everything else though. This Panera is always nice and clean in the morning and the staff is very friendly. Most likely wouldn't eat here for a real meal though, just because of steep prices.

7/10. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, our food did not take long, our food was hot and fresh. The turkey chili was very tasty and just needed a dash of salt added. The pepperoni flat bread was just okay. Even with requesting lite sauce there was still a decent amount. There was also too much cheese on the flat bread. The orange scone was also fresh and tasty 😋 The dining room had few clean tables.

I work nights on Kennedy so I come here occasionally for late lunch/dinner. Every time I come here the place is either horribly understaffed or fully closed altogether. What little staff they do have very obviously hates their job. Food is always sloppily prepared. Sandwiches have more ingredients off the bread than in. Always takes forever to come out because they're always understaffed.

Panera Bread has been added to my black list! Today I ordered a salad and there were literally many pieces of rotten lettuce in the salad. When I showed that to the lady she gave me a nasty look and then exchanged it without showing any signs of concern. Your food is over priced, not good in neither quality nor quantity, and you hire people with very lousy attitude and manners. Never again, if you have respect for your health avoid this brand.

Ordered a grilled cheese, one bowl of chicken and wild rice soup, and one cup of tomato soup. It came out and the chicken and wild rice soup has the consistancy of chicken noodle soup (watery), there were no croutons for the tomato soup, and both were less than 2/3 full! Worst of all the grilled cheese had a hair in it!!!! Told the staff the soup wasn’t full and looked watery, they didn’t care or do anything about it. I didn’t see the hair or notice the missing croutons until I got home. Complete disregard, gross, and rip-off!

Absolutely delightful. Lots of diverse menu options. I had the cheese broccoli bowl in a bread bowl. The bread was fabulous and I ate all of it! Coffee was very good, just not very hot! Comfortable seating and not noisy so my friend and I were able to enjoy our conversation. I will be back!

2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 vanilla lattes for 20$?! The sandwiches were poor quality and very little filling (eggs and bacon) and the vanilla late wasn’t even filled to the top. The quality is definitely not worth the price!

My Greek salad was quite a bit smaller than my sister's Fugi apple salad even though we ordered the same size. Also, there was no cheese...what?? I was disappointed.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I just ordered over $100 worth of food. There were 3 soups. I received NO SPOONS and no bread. When I called to complain, I was told I could drive back over to get a voucher. I am on my lunch hour - I DO NOT HAVE TIME to continue driving back and forth to Panera to correct THEIR MISATAKE. Never ordering from them again.

I picked up my online order but it didn’t have the 1/2 gallon lemonade I paid for or the 2 French baguettes the girl was very nice that brought the lemonade to me when I mentioned the missing bread she said she would notify the manager then a different girl came out w a bag picture below saying I can wait for another one I looked at the one in the bag literally said didn’t expect this so I said I wouldn’t wAit but like how can you even serve this broken piece of bread and think that’s okay. I will not ever go back. Thanks I thought I was getting what I paid for.

Only gave 1 star because I had to in order to leave a review, I was in Tampa 3 weeks ago, on February 28th I ordered a delivery order to the Hotel I was staying at, delivery was supposed to be at 5:45 pm. I called at 5:58 because I hadn't received my order and was told they couldn't do anything until 6 pm. I called back at 6:10 pm and was told that it was probably delivered to the wrong place and that my card would stay pending until it dropped off. I said ok,, I'd like to place a pick up order and I was told they close at 7 and I couldn't order any food.. The next day panera took the 20.46 from my account and here 3 weeks later I am still fighting to get my money back. I have called 3 times, and I was told I would get a gift certificate for my inconvenience, haven't seen that either.

We stopped by here last night and ordered 2 hot chocolates before going to bayshore to look at Christmas lights. We wished we would have gone next door to Starbucks. The hot chocolates tasted like warm milk with a tablespoon of hot chocolate powder. It wasn't very good. We didn't mind waiting, but it was awful tasting. I gave it two stars because the hot chocolate was hot, and it didn't take too long for them to get our order to us, and it was correct. But again, it tasted bad.

Ordered the new flat bread pizza, and the you pick two. They both looked actually pretty good, until you feel the food right from picking up the first slice. I came up to get the iced coffee, so I received both orders right when they came out. Both were ice cold, like the pizza was just de-thawed and that’s about it. The workers were apathetic and looked at me like I asked them to actually cook the 20 dollars worth of re-heatables. I haven’t come back since the last bad visit, and now this just cemented it. There are plenty of great, fresh eateries, Panera bread in Florida, is absolute trash. You can’t even heat up the food right the first time, and look at me like I’m asking you to actually make the food, after telling you it’s cold. Great. Il come back for the free coffee, that’s all this place is good for now.

Man, quality has gone to the dumps. I used to Love the Bacon Turkey Bravo, Used to be nice thick slice of smoked gouda, deli sliced *fresh turkey.. Now, i was completely missing the Gouda, the meat was thicker processed turkey, very bland,,, Sad to see such a great sandwich get cheaped out on,,, i can make a better turkey sandwich than that, look like Ill only purchase the bread to make my own flavorful* sandwich
