Nice neighborhood park to walk your dog or to sit and enjoy the water. This is a public park but it feels private. There is no parking which makes accessing the picnic tables a bit of a challenge. There is a dirt road/driveway to the residence's that face the park & river but no main access road. This park is definitely for the people if this community. If you are a park person or looking for a new park for your family Epps Park is not it. I did not see a play ground or trail or covered picnic area. I would not go back.

Its a small secluded park on the water which is perfect for some peace and quiet when you need it most. Someone nearby owns chickens so if you luck out you might get to see them! I love chickens! :) This park is great for romantic picnics

Small little park right on Hillsborough River. Dog pot stands and benches all over. Very pretty.

My childhood park, my old age park. Put your kayak in, aggravate the muscovy ducks, appreciate the whistling black bellied ducks and other river life- you can see the fish jumping! Watch out for the gator.

It is a nice walk by the river. Benches, garbage cans, and dog disposable bags are available. It is really beautiful right before sunset.

Cute wind-down type of park on the edges of Hillsborough river. Could use some sprucing up, new benches, and some TLC to bring it up to speed and looks.

I love Epps Park!! It's full of beautiful things to see, from the lovely yards of the river houses that back up to it, to wildlife that visit and live there. Pileated Woodpeckers, the adolescent gator that swimming splashes around by occasionally, the chickens and turkey vultures, and of course all the dogs that drag their owners to the edge of the river to cool off all love this park. It's quiet, clean, loved and cared for by the whole neighborhood. If you visit, please help keep this hidden gem as lovely as you find it.

Except for the litter, which is humans, this is a wonderful park. Plenty of trash cans unused. Nice signs as well...

It's a nice little park near the Hillsborough river but unfortunately most people don't care about our environment in Merica' ..so there's quite a bit of trash in the water.

Best park on the Hillsborough River hands down... They have benches right on the river's edge for fantastic views of the wildlife. Plenty of smiling faces commonly walking the grounds, however, it's never overly crowded. In my opinion it's Seminole Heights best kept secret, so don't tell anyone I told you 🤫

It's Ok. Wasn't there to have a picnic at the park. I went there with my Daughter to locate her husband's smart phone, that was stolen. The tracker that was on the phone placed the phone at this location. Unfortunately we did not locate the phone for it was show to be in the water! Pretty sad when a man gets off work and goes to a convenient store with his 2 year old son to by a ice-cream cone and sets his phone on the counter to pay and some person grabs the phone and runs out of the store.

Wish there wasn't so many homeless people hanging around on the benches. Otherwise a nice place.
