I’m
now
not
surprised
after
reading
previous
reviews
about
this
location.
Management/corporate
really
needs
to
assess
what’s
going
on
here.
I
pulled
up
about
715pm
&
the
lobby
was
quite
dark
as
in
lights
were
off.
I
googled
the
closing
time
before
getting
out
to
verify
if
they
were
open,
it
said
9pm.
So
I
went
in
about
7:22pm
&
inquired
further.
I
was
told
the
lights
had
burnt
out
in
lobby.
It
looked
more
intentionally
turned
out
to
deter
customers.
The
cashier
confirmed
they
closed
at
9pm
so
I
ordered
a
coffee
&
wanted
ice
cream
but
told
him
I
had
a
zoom
meeting
at
730pm
so
I’ll
wait
til
right
before
closing
to
order
it,
he
said
ok.
So
at
8:06pm
while
quietly
sitting
in
the
corner
alone
doing
my
zoom
mtg
the
cashier
informed
me
the
lobby
was
closed.
I
asked
for
a
manager
but
none
was
available
they
stated.
I
said
he
told
me
9pm
he
said
no
the
lobby
closes
at
8
&
drive
thru
closes
at
9.
This
is
bullcrap,
bad
service
&
a
huge
inconvenience
as
I’m
in
the
middle
of
a
meeting.
I
requested
a
refund
for
my
coffee
&
asked
why
I
wasn’t
told
in
advance
he
said
the
cashier
said
he
told
me.
Lies!!
The
sign
at
door
nor
does
the
internet
state
such!
There’s
no
way
a
restaurant
close
at
9pm
&
staff
all
walks
out
at
9:06pm.
I
sat
in
parking
lot
to
finish
my
meeting
so
I
saw
them
leave
&
so
as
I
thought
they
steer
away
company
business
&
shut
down
early
so
they
can
leave
early.
Unacceptable!
Just
quit
if
you
don’t
want
to
be
there.
