I’m now not surprised after reading previous reviews about this location. Management/corporate really needs to assess what’s going on here. I pulled up about 715pm & the lobby was quite dark as in lights were off. I googled the closing time before getting out to verify if they were open, it said 9pm. So I went in about 7:22pm & inquired further. I was told the lights had burnt out in lobby. It looked more intentionally turned out to deter customers. The cashier confirmed they closed at 9pm so I ordered a coffee & wanted ice cream but told him I had a zoom meeting at 730pm so I’ll wait til right before closing to order it, he said ok. So at 8:06pm while quietly sitting in the corner alone doing my zoom mtg the cashier informed me the lobby was closed. I asked for a manager but none was available they stated. I said he told me 9pm he said no the lobby closes at 8 & drive thru closes at 9. This is bullcrap, bad service & a huge inconvenience as I’m in the middle of a meeting. I requested a refund for my coffee & asked why I wasn’t told in advance he said the cashier said he told me. Lies!! The sign at door nor does the internet state such! There’s no way a restaurant close at 9pm & staff all walks out at 9:06pm. I sat in parking lot to finish my meeting so I saw them leave & so as I thought they steer away company business & shut down early so they can leave early. Unacceptable! Just quit if you don’t want to be there.

I just had a great experience here. Coffee exactly as I ordered it and the munchkins were super soft. They were nice, polite, quick, and efficient. They’re under new management so I’d say give them a try again. This location runs out of donuts every single Friday so they must be doing SOMETHING right. Def my go to Dunkin ❤️❤️

This store needs to be shut down!! My ticket was 4.99 but was charged 5. 99. This has happened multiple times. Today was giving a Luke warm coffee/ almost cold. Who does that! When you come through the drive thru and has to be somewhere at a specific time..... ... . Who has time to drive all the way back. They have disrespectful staff, they act like they don't even care to be there.

Revisiting location today great improvement went through drive thru no long wait and fresh hot coffee very grateful two the young ladies whom provided great help today MOE & ANGELINA great job and team work ✌🏾

The new staff there is amazing. They really need to get a raise or promotion with how amazing they are! I ordered through mobile and I wasn't expecting for them to have everything ready (because they're just humans and its normal) but I came through and they had it ready to go within seconds of me arriving! I wish they had name tags so I could say which were the two that were so sweet to me but they are literally the best! They are so kind & always are prepared! Definitely my favorite Dunkin I've been to.

Definitely not impressed. The cashier was handling food and touching her face with her hand. She was very slow and her co-workers were not helping her out much. It was a busy place and even by 7:30am, this DD was already out of croissants. It was not a very clean DD, either. Definitely not a DD that I would recommend or visit again.

Do yourself a favor and drive a little further down the road to either the other dunkin donuts or the starbucks. I used to come here on a regular basis on my way to work but stopped because they would always forget items. Like legitimately I have never received my full order any time I went. They would never refund me for the forgotten items either. The morning staff there look and act like they are miserable to be there and its reflected in their work. I’ve received hashbrowns that were so hard I couldnt even bite into them, bagels that were severely burned that they just put cream cheese over to cover it up. It had been about a month since I went so I figured this morning I would give it another chance but once again they only gave me half my order but still charged me for the full order. They weren’t busy since I was the only car there at the time so I’m not sure what the issue is other than that the staff there are truly just incompetent. On a side note, this place frequently closes earlier than their advertised hours as well. The corporate office will be informed.

I asked for 2 everything bagel minis. They even repeated it back to me only gave me one charged me 6.38 for them. They gave me one order I had to go and ask for the other ones and showed them the receipt. They gave me the second bagels refrigerator cold. Did not say 2 words the whole interaction beginning to end with dirty looks. My sister and her boyfriend came into the car upset as well without us even speaking to each other first. They do not gaf. Working in customer service myself I deal with lines out the door, rude people, nice people & im always polite & helpful. Worst Dunkin’ ever. Will loose their business in that area and their jobs fast acting like that. Im scared to even eat the food and reading the other reviews im appalled. Do your job or don’t have one like you’re already acting

Firstly, I am not the type to leave reviews however I come to this location every day, order the exact same thing every day. The employees know my coffee order and recognize me. Sometimes I order a food item but not always. Today I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. Only did i realize when I got to work that they gave me it on a bagel. Wouldn’t be mad at all IF IT WAS A REGULAR BAGEL. They gave me it on a cinnamon raisin bagel.. it’s absolutely disgusting and wasted my money. They didn’t answer the phone the 3 times I called to make them aware. Just do better.

Unbelievable slow at drive thru , please the owner of this location do something, I got a latte waiting 5 min at drive thru ? Was today oct24 /2023 at 12:25 pm . Why some businesses won’t work is because of staff like this .

The staff are always friendly and fast in my experience, but the food is always off. Food is always burnt or raw and the coffee is all water even their “black” is brown. As if they cooked 1st sandwich twice and the 2nd 0 times. Maybe their equipment is messed up but still, check before you put it in the bag.

This Dunkin is not the same as the other Dunkins I visited it always creates a problem whenever I order a coffee they give something else

The service is horrible, they move VERY SLOW, have attitudes and mess up orders !!

I placed an online order thru Uber just now 7/23/23 and everything were perfectly sealed coffee and foods were good and tasty but the only missing on my order was NAPKIN. I placed a call to let them know but it was ringing for 30 minutes and no one was interested to pick up and answer the phone. I spoke to their shift Manager a month ago and I told her that whenever I ordered foods online they missed to put some Napkins inside and it end up I have to go to a grocery store and bought my own napkins to use and again today they forgot to put some napkins inside my oder. Will give everyone posted until they correct the issue.

Used to come here, now they got a couple employees who are lazy, rude, and basically don’t want to do their job. They don’t have a line here for a reason, seem to constantly be out of stock on things even though they’re literally always dead. Lots of other Dunkin’s

I must have waited in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes with only 1 car in front of me. The woman driver was speaking with the clerk about her nails and wanted to take pictures. Not sure what she ordered but it seemed to take a long time to. My coffee tasted fine.

Couldnt get a hot drink, didnt flavor my macchiato, antitamper sticker peels and no way to punch a straw in

Close your Uber eats today. You have to do that manually on the app. Otherwise people will keep ordering and drivers like me will waste their time going…

I’ve given this location multiple chances and every time I go through drive thru they never fail to mess up my order or bring out cold food. I will never be going to this place again and they give DD a really bad reputation. Hire people that can do their job!

This is the only location that the workers treat you with respect and they really care about your satisfaction. I went there and ordered regular coffee with almond milk and after the order was done the lady made sure the coffee I got was the right and tasted good! I’ve never had someone working for Dunkin’ ask me if the coffee tastes good! Astonishing workplace!

Every time we come to this location the coffee is amazing!!! Today was the first time my sandwich was cold inside, they remade my sandwich AND threw in some donuts and hash browns for the inconvenience! Everyone is so lovely and efficient!! We love this one!

I don't even want to give a star. Walk in at 3:10pm on 5/4/22 . An employee is sitting talking on the phone... two with headphones on. One walking around. I stood by the register for 10 mint before i walk over to ask for service. No on acknowledged me at all. Still standing there at 3:25pm.. finally I ask for a cappuccino blast and was told they can't make me my order. I just walk out. WORST SERVICE EVER!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE WITH THAT TYPE OF SERVICE. A bunch of young kids working with no customer service training!!

I came here on a Monday morning and got the bacon pepper croissant sandwich. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. I want to give a shout out to the Monday morning crew here at this store, they have exceptional customer service and a very clean store - 5 stars
