Been coming to this mall for many years, the location is perfect the west shore plaza is in the middle of Tampa! The restaurants, Stores and shops are great and the parking is perfect!

Well it's the end of 2023 and the Westshore mall is seemingly almost dead. Was there in the afternoon on a Saturday in November and there were barely any shoppers. We did hit a cool arcade store and played some arcade games. Still a nice mall overall to walk around and reminisce on old times.

Super nice with lots of stores but some stores open at 10 and some at 11. The food court didn't open till 11. Small with like 8 places but clean.

Very nice mall. So glad everything is open. It's easy to walk around. Several parking garages. East to get to. Big food court. Several restaurants also. Play areas for kids. Lots of shopping.

Confusing layout. Always make sure to know where you got into the mall from. Otherwise, you don't know how to get to your car, lol

I stopped off last Saturday evening for a Coke and a bit to eat. Our Waitress was helping me with select a specialty pizza . Next thing I know is I'm waking up on the stall floor of the bathroom, side bandaged up and missing a kidney. I will say WestShore Pizza has the cleanest public Bathrooms I've ever seen and has great meal selections. Hats off to our Waitress Tammy for sending me home with an Ice Pack!

Has everything you need in a shopping plaza/mall. Stores have okay selections and variety, otherwise I’d say 5/5. Food court is still developing. What is currently available is good but will be great when there are more options. Simple and easy enough to get around. Not overwhelming or difficult. Signs are right above and aren’t over complicated.

Went to pickup order.Not available until 28 the.I will wait until called.Too good of a sale/deal. competitor next door is out of their sporting mind on prices.Older folks love JCP sales and clearances.much fabulous stuff, little help available. The few associates are fantastic.

It's a Exquisite excellent brand names many choices of quality bran department stores stores. I love taking my daughter to rhe kids area

There was hardly any shoppers so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Great shops with lots of friendly people. Clean

Stopped in to get pricing on getting shirts made but we knew something was off as soon as we walked in. The place was hot and no ac, when I sent the image to the guy to get pricing he was argumentative and while I was waiting on getting pricing I noticed the shirts being sold had typos all over them. When I explained I had the Hi res image at home the guy was pushy and couldn't give me an answer on pricing. I like supporting local businesses but I will be taking my test print to custom ink since I have a relationship with them already and I can get pricing in just a few moments instead of going through a long process and thr employee not listening about what our needs were. You guys missed out on a 150 shirt order.

They have a spirit Halloween store here right now, so I was really excited about that. I enjoy the selection of stores at this mall, not too crowded. They have a hot topic, and Spencer's gifts. Lots of cool, and unique shoe stores. Cool little kiosks as well. Nice selection of food to eat in the food court. Clean, and of course the amc theatre as well.

We took our Grandson to meet Santa for his first Christmas. Thank you Santa for visiting today and making our visit perfect for our family. I know your very busy.

Loved it! Boating on the ocean. Eating out near the beach. Was awesome , I was visiting from Memphis Tn. I do plan to revisit!

I drive from Orlando to Tampa to get the Spicy Bourbon Chicken from the Bourbon Street Grill (in the food court). 😋 I may do a little shopping but I really just want the SPICY Bourbon chicken. 😃

Great mall with nice store selections. It is dying a bit and can be very empty, which makes me sad since I love going to a mall from time to time and have a look around. Would benefit from more entertaiment options other than the AMC, restaurants, and some arcade games. Have seen stores come and go but hopefully this mall will still have a few years standing.

It's an adorable plaza with a lot of great shops. It's always clean. Very well lit. I do wish there was more parking in certain locations. Or I'd give it a 5 star.

Tampa native so had been going to westshore plaza for decades, and this last visit was depressing! First, the old sears is a spirit Halloween now, which is never a good sign. Next, food court had about 3 restaurants and rest of the spots were boarded up. Then there was very few name brand stores. Beyond the main department stores, most seemed like independent/“specialty” shops. But on top of that, most of them had their doors closed and really didn’t seem like they wanted anyone coming in. One star extra for friendly staff at Macys

Westshore Plaza has a lot of options for shopping and some really great restaurants in the area. I recommend checking out Amendment xxi for a nice cocktail.

We bought a cap off floor vendor with character & letters sewn on. Very happy with price & promptness. Shopping was very rewarding after watching a movie upstairs @ AMC.

Definitely a great place to come shop/eat n hang out with the kids/family and it's right next to the highway that's a plus.i love this mall more then my neighborhood mall so I don't mien driving the extra mile just to come to this mall....

Good store selections but very warm inside. Not a huge fan. Good food court options as well to end on a more positive note.

Good place with lot more parking space.

Not crowded yet with Christmas shoppers. We went to the See’s Candy store which just opened for the winter season. Love their chocolate candy and they also carry sugar free candy.

This mall have alot of great stores . You can find affordable items and the food court have some nice stores . However there a couple of fancy restaurants you and your family can enjoy. They have comfortable massage chairs my favorite.

WestShore is a nice plaza with a urban feel. They had plenty of store's and some stores had great deals compared to other places. This mall also has a barbershop.

It was a normal mall experience my only issue was housekeeping made sure the mall itself was clean but the bathrooms were DISGUSTING. Maybe they should focus on the cleaning up all toilet paper and making sure all the toilets are flushed instead of wiping off the recliners in the middle of the mall.

Didn't actually go inside to shop, we visited Maggianos to visit with some out of town friends but the weather and the Holiday decorations made it great place to be. Didn't have a reason to drop a star but will probably revisit the mall area.

Good selection of stores, food court dimly lit but otherwise offered the typical mall food kiosks. Convenient to walk to from most area hotels. Larger restaurants offer many varieties of food

Did a little Christmas shopping and was in and out Macy's JC Penny and Grands in record time. Lines and customer service in each store was great. Love the little Celebrity Mini Car spot for kids to drive through mall.

I use to go to this mall when I was a kid in the 60's and 70's...we lived in Tampa. So me and my sisters this past weekend went we drove from Lakeland. It's still a great mall and brought back memories.. Very relaxing mall. Lots of variety of stores for everyone.

Very nice mall small but very clean a good food court lots of free parking am from New York if we get parking we pay 20 bucks so any sales u get u pay in the parking fee

Great indoor mall with traditional brands and spaces were alternative events are shown. This particular weekend was the Rose Society showcase of award winning roses. The mall also had the Michaelangelo's exhibit and it was great to see a large space (former Sears) used to display beautiful art.

We took pictures in front of the building and were asked to leave within less than 1 minute by this old security dude. Take your pictures, but be aware, you'll have sixty seconds!

Nice mall, plenty of stores and restaurants. My only complaint is that the bathroom in the food court could be nicer. The women's toilets look very old and scratched up in the bowls. Be aware the AC is on very cold in the food court so a light jacket may be a good idea.

This place was very busy on this day because of the back to school event happening at the mall. The smallest on the first floor and it's set up in a cross pattern. There's a center location and then you can go four different ways. PF Chang's and cheesecake factory is outside the mall. There is a food court inside this mall with 8 or 10 restaurants.

Beautiful shopping experience! I enjoyed some bourbon chicken & steamed vegetables at the food court. The salesman in New Balance was very helpful & patient helping me select a beautiful, comfortable pair of sneakers. I enjoyed my experience at Westshore Plaza very much & plan on returning again in the near future.

Amazing place to visit on a day off or if you have a lazy day. The mall is quite expensive although the quality of the products do not lie. The food court is the best place to visit with plenty of options from American style pizza to Chinese food. All options being great on their own. Overall the experience of the mall is one to remember as the visit is always fine and relaxing after a hard week of work. -Akavir

Nice mall, lots of stores (and not too many empty spots). Seemed clean and fairly busy. We stopped here to eat at chick-fil-a which was also good. The mall has Coke machines which is a plus!

It's okay... I did expect more, but so many stores were closed on a Saturday which is weird, but I get this is the crazy world we live in. It was clean I will give it that and I did find a cocktail dress - reasonably priced so can't complain! Oh then they have Grimaldi's YUM

Just passing through & decided to stop to eat…yeah, I know…yuk, mall food !?! Well, the rest of the mask was super clean & welcoming. Of course, not real busy on a Thursday.

The elevator by Macy's to get up to the second and third floors of the parking garage consistently does not work. I'd walk to the other one but that one more than likely doesn't work either. I know it's an old mall but come on...

This is the second time there the pizza was much better than last time had a good flavor cooked well done. Had a cheese pizza nothing on it but sauce and cheese. cheese and sauce ran all the way to the edge.

We had a very nice dinner tonight and Jonathan did a great job serving us. . We share the same state. Very nice to meet you Jonathan.

Always go to Maggianos and P.f Change here. Each has tasty food. Looking forward to trying the new sushi place!

WestShore has long been a favorite of ours. Very clean, good stores at the high end and discount. Not crowded with a good food court, excellent high end restaurants, and comfortable movie theater.
