BurgerFi features home style burgers and excellent seasoned French fries. Prices are not cheap, but you have to pay more for non-production line burgers. Note BurgerFi offers several non-beef patty choices. The best value is the Bulls Combo Meal featuring a hamburger, fries, and a drink for about $10 (single patty) and $11 (double patty). Only counter service is available.

I ordered a shake and wanted to use rewards I had which would pay for the shake. The employee at the register ignored and swiped my card charging me. When I asked if she used the rewards, she looked at me funny and told me they don’t do rewards. That is a lie all dining facilities on the USF campus take it. She then proceeded to argue with me and would not budge. Would not recommend coming here unless you want subpar service and food.

Worst burgerFi I had ever been. Don’t know where to start. 1) I ordered a burger fi burger for my surprise the lady tells me there is no tomatoes, because their location is closed on Sundays reason why my burger on Saturday 6pm couldn’t have a tomatoe. 2) the sizes of my meat a “double patty” was miserable. I ended hungry. I asked for couple lettuce leaves for my burger and they gave me the American lettuce leave :/ to replace the bun. I also asked for a urban topping for my onions cry and for my surprise was a sauce. In the picture looks like grounded Parmesan with the rest of the ingredients. Deplorable experience. Not to mention the fries were extremely over cooked, pretty much burned. And my onion rings were soggy. Not a good experience.

BurgerFi is one of our favorite sandwich shops and we love the Veggie-fi sandwich from BurgerFi. BurgerFi is at the University of South Florida which is near our place. For Friday evening we decided to take out a Veggie-fi sandwich from BurgerFi. I ordered the Veggie-fi sandwich and the service was quick. The ambiance was also good and the restaurant was neat and clean. I got my veggie-fi sandwich soon. The sandwich was delicious and tasty. We really loved the sandwich. It is one of our favorite sandwiches to have.

Great burger place on campus.

Just drove 25 minutes to get there only to have them have "New Fall Hours" posted on the door stating they close at 8PM. Be sure to update your hours online so the general public knows when you close!!

I've eaten at BurgerFi's across the country. It's always amazing except for here. They are very quick to let you know this isn't a real BurgerFi... and it shows. Lacking standards and I wouldn't trust them for anything

WASTE OF MONEY. Spent $40 for 2 burger meals and they gave us plain cheese burgers. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Workers were too busy trying to close. I WANT A REFUND

Come here often with friends, great for hanging out. The music playlist is always so great. The onion rings are huge almost a whole meal.

It can be great if you know exactly what to order. Had to try them a few times until I could find the things I really enjoyed from the menu. The fries are often too salty. I Recommend the Swag burger. Over all, you might end up paying a lot but it might be right if you choose the right Item from the menu.

Quaint joint on USF campus with friendly staff and a clean facility. Burger Fi is a little pricey for the quantity of what you are getting, but what you get is delicious. Their shakes are delicious, specifically the Oreo or Banana Churro! I love that this location also serves beer!

Location is clean, food is made upon order, and employees are somewhat friendly. The burgers are quite good, but fries are not very seasoned, you will need ketchup. The onion ring are huge, would not recommend unless you have fasted, or will eat immediately.

Burgers didn't have any flavor. The service took forever and the front end was packed with employees just chatting.

Quick and friendly service. Clean tables and bathrooms. The food was good. I liked these fries better than In-N-Out. Hamburger wasn't better though. Reminded me of Wendy's. Still really great. My daughter said her strawberry shake was very good and the new chicken tenders too.
