HCA South Tampa was everything you would expect in a top notch hospital and then some. The hospital is clean and efficient. Above all, they have an absolutely amazing staff. I had day surgery at HCA South Tampa a few weeks ago and unfortunately had persistent nausea after anesthesia. My recovery team went above and beyond to help find a solution. In my previous experiences the nurse would have just said “yeah that sometimes happens after anesthesia”, but not here. My recovery team tried several different methods including medications, crackers, and even aromatherapy to assist. They were of course able to eliminate the issue but what stood out was the way they focused on my well being and comfort. I am a grown woman with children of my own and the comfort my nurse provided was almost mother-like, as if I was the most important and her only concern. The level of care and compassion was exceptional.

I had a major surgery at the outpatient ward of this hospital. The staff were so kind, compassionate and lighthearted. They genuinely tended to me and kept me calm and happy prior to my operation. They embodied a perfect mixture of professionalism and of personalized patient care. They accommodated my every request and went above and beyond to create a positive, comfortable, and supportive experience. I thank everyone there and highly recommended this facility for your medical needs!

The nurses were excellent. They were polite and helpful when asked for help. All of the nurses were friendly and spoke to me on the surgery recovery room when I was up walking around. The quality of care, and compassion was top notch. I would recomend them to anyone who is having impatient surgery.

I have had two surgeries in HCA Florida South Tampa Hospital, and they were both great. I am recovering from my last surgery, but I am happy with the stay. This is going to sound crazy but the food there was awesome. I am sure people will say that I had not eaten in a day so anything would have tasted great but that is not the case. I had two meals there and both meals were way better than anything I got while in the military.

The staff was great and very accommodating. The rooms were clean, updated and the food fantastic. Even though no one wants to be admitted to a hospital this was not a bad place to be. As a nursing professional the only downside was I believe they needed more staffing at night as the floor I was on got busy in the evening. Thank you for the great care.

This review is for the emergency room. I was astonished to see a hospital with such high rankings. I got Covid for the first time this week and wanted some guidance because I know it impacts almost everyone differently. Staff was super professional and understanding. Wednesday morning at 4 am there was nobody there, in and out in less than 15 minutes, unbelievable. Got my meds and I'm already feeling better. Parking right in front for emergency patients.

Just had a surgery done here yesterday, I wish I caught the names of ALL the staff. Everyone was absolutely amazing, understanding, caring, intelligent, and overall the best. Big shout out to the amazing doctor Fanarjian and #1 nurse Maria, somebody get them a raise! I already have a terrible doctor background plus this was my first surgery but they managed to make it so easy on me and were extremely respectful.

I had a wonderful experience here. All of the staff were super nice and caring. They were attentive and explained the whole process to me. They kept me informed of everything they were doing. This was my first surgery ever and they made me feel so at ease. If I ever need another surgery I hope it would be done here.

I Wish I could say that my overall experience with South Tampa HCA outpatient surgery center was exceptional but I can not. Rhonda from scheduling was wonderful, the registrar Tina sweetheart. Everyone was wonderful. They’re very sweet and nice very attentive. almost everyone. My complaint is with Betsy my Nurse. let me start by saying that I work in the healthcare industry and have for the last 20 years. I started out with HCA hospital in the emergency room department, then outpatient services, admissions, diagnostics and even outpatient surgery department. So I understand how important it is to be completely honest when going under anesthesia. So when my nurse Betsy started asking my medical history I I answered. She asked what medications do you take? I do not take any I replied. She asked you do not take ANY medications? No I do not take anything anymore except for blood pressure medication but I am between PCP at the moment. She asked what medications was I taking before. I stated the medications and that I haven’t taken anything since 2014. This woman, this nurse, who I trusted with my medical information wrote ALL MY PAST MEDICATIONS ON A POST-IT AND PASSED IT TO EVERY NURSE THAT INTERACTED WITH ME AND 2 ANESTHESIOLOGISTS AS WELL. I watched her had that note 4 different employees. Drs Garza you introduced himself as my anesthesiologist who turned out not to be, asked why I was taking the medication. Again I haven’t since 2014. So, for me to walk into your outpatient surgery center feeling hopeful and optimistic only to feel ashamed and embarrassed leaving. Shame on Betsy. Not only shame on Betsy but shame on you. MAYBE SOME OF YOUR STAFF COULD USE ANOTHER ROUND OF HIPAA TRAINING and PRIVACY RIGHTS. WHAT DO YOU THINK? American Health Information Management of America.

They were amazing with my mother Juana. My moms legs were swelling up for over a year she eventually needed a walker. They got the fluids out of my moms legs and feet and she can watch much better they also checked everything else that could be wrong with my mother she is doing so much better she even quit smoking cigarettes and got patches. Also shout out to the nurses. You guys are the true heroes you were amazing with my mother and she can be very needy and you guys had all the patience in the world and treated her and healed her. Thank you this is a great hospital!

HCA Florida South Tampa Hospital did an excellent job taking care of me while I was staying in their hospital. The facility is not too big and I found it nice and quiet when I was being healed. The staff were professional and kind and they always asked what they could do for me. Their daily meals were some of the best meals I've ever tasted. I was on a special diet and they catered to my every needs. The food was truly something I looked forward to everyday.

This place was AMAZING! Very family oriented. Very attentive and caring toward my daughter ( see photo). Even though all staff members were kind, professional and knowledgeable, special kudos to Ari. She provided total care (something I haven’t seen in years), while mentoring a new nurse. Alex, you are so blessed to have such a great role model. Kudos, also to Kimmy. Thank you for giving me a warm welcome and seeing to my needs. That was important to me and to my daughter. God Bless you all, Luella Saunders-Tucker, RN

Went to ER on a Sat at 12:30 pm with symptoms of UTI. No one else in waiting room, friendly staff were professional and had me admitted in a short amount of time. I was impressed with the nurse training a student how to insert my IV and it did not even leave a bruise! The doctor was friendly and quick to get tests ordered and the CT scan tech took great care to get that handled quickly and efficiently. I had to be admitted for an overnight stay. Those nurses and staff were excellent! Thank you Stacy, especially. The reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because in hours the ER room at no time did anyone ask if my husband needed anything. When I got to my room at about 7 pm, I asked if I could have some dinner because I was there all day with nothing to eat. A nurse assistant said he would be right back - never saw him or the food. After the new shift came in, someone finally got me a cold dry turkey sandwich and a bag of Cheetos - not exactly healthy food from a hospital. Later I asked if I could have a lemonade and the desk nurse said that there was lemonade downstairs in a vending machine, but it was past visiting hours, so my husband had gone, I had no cash and I was in a gown hooked up to an IV. These are minor things, but to me to earn a 5 star, there had to be no glitches. I very much appreciate all the care and help I did receive throughout my stay and the emergency surgery team on Sunday was definitely 5 star! I hope I will not need Memorial Hospital again, but will certainly go back and will highly recommend it if anyone asks.

My experience at HCA florida south tampa hospital was wonderful, smooth and effective. Danielle assisted me gorgeously and provided me with excellent service along with the rest of the front desk staff. Out of every hospital I’ve been to in Florida this one is by far my favorite hands down!

The hospital was clean and the employees were friendly and efficient. Ashley and Zoe were my nurses during my two stays and they were delightful, friendly, and kept my mind off of my upcoming surgeries and also used humor to relieve my stress. I would definitely recommend surgery at this hospital. Keep up the great work.

What an amazing experience I had at the Surgery Center here. From the minute I walked In, everyone was so friendly and everything went super smooth and fast. I was so nervous for my gallbladder surgery and every single one of the staff members made me feel comfortable and safe about my procedure. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience here and highly recommend this location and Dr Colby Clark for surgery.

Great Customer Service. People are kind and make you feel like the care. SUPRISE!! They Don't! They hook you up to these old out dated machines and wait on the results. I wonder how many people went home and died after they told them "You are in great health and nothing is wrong with you" That's w

Wonderful hospital. This is my 2nd ever surgery, and by far the best care I've ever received! The staff are all amazing. Everyone is kind and caring. The hospital looks new, and extremely clean. Rooms are private. And I love the room lighting can be dimmed down to not be offensive. Very quiet over night. The surgery center was by far the shining star for my experience however. I was super nervous, but being the jokester I am they all joked right back with me and calmed me down. The nurse in that section who got me all ready was very kind and sweet. She excels at her job and apparently enjoys it.

I came to this emergency room in the worst case possible from a surgery I had earlier that day. I felt so bad and omg I had the most amazing doctor while I was there. I feel like this man was an angel. Dr Nicholas Healy you are a god send. You made me so comfortable when I absolutely hate coming to the doctor. I was so upset. You did so good. Health care needs more people like this. Now the lady that did the insurance and billing was extremely rude and unprofessional. She needs a job at McDonald’s. I would definitely come back here if im in trouble again. Good job Dr Healy!!

Truly kind and caring emergency room. Very nice to see. I was working overnight painting at the medical building next door to HCA. I was leaving about 11pm and I accidentally locked myself out of the suite that I was working in. I had no car keys, no phone, no ID, no money. Nothing but the 2 drop cloths that I had when I walked out of the suite and shut the door behind me. I had no phone numbers memorized, I was many miles from my home and it was going down to 45 degrees that night. I ended spending the night at the HCA emergency room lobby. The staff that night was incredibly kind and empathetic. The nurse at the desk (12:30pm - 7am) brought me a pillow and warm blankets and a soda and some water and even offered crackers! Jordan the night manger officially told me it was ok for me to stay there overnight and even let me use a private room with a recliner to catch a little sleep (I had to be back at the suite where I was working promptly at 7:30am) It really warmed my soul the way Jordan and the night nurse treated me. God bless you.

This hospital is amazing. We were on the 3rd floor and the charge nurse Alisha was so sympathetic and understanding, blew us away. Debby the patient care person has a personality that is out of this world. The nurses, doctors, assistants you name it all come together and really care for you. Outstanding top notch service. They make you feel like part of the family…

Staff were very attentive. I love that they cared but it would be nice if they could find a way that was easier to ambulate for people too dizzy or nauseated to get moving again. Not everyone is coherent when coming out from anesthesia. Thanks to all of you!

I had an extremely traumatic experience at this hospital that actually worsened my diagnosed PTSD. It happened a few years back and it was so horrible that it still severely impacts me to this day. In addition, I tried to report what happened to me but absolutely nothing was done. I got a letter back stating that my nurse tried to take care of me although I made that difficult. The blame was shifted on me and as a result, I felt the same way that millions of black Americans feel in the medical industry — Abused, neglected, and then discarded. I was having an arrhythmia, which I have a pretty extensive medical history of. During my attacks, it was very difficult for me to communicate. The way treated me was absolutely unacceptable and I believe it was due to her very own biases. She refused to believe that I was in pain. She refused to look at my medical history. She accused me of being a drug addict. She refused to take me to the restroom when I said I couldn’t walk and in response to that she scoffed at me. She refused to get me another nurse after she yanked my arm. All I had to do was go to the bathroom, I was scared for my life that day, because if arrhythmias are left untreated for too long, you can go into cardiac arrest. I was wheezing and screaming in pain and in response to this, she closed the curtain on me right before yelling “you need to calm down or your heart is going to explode” I wish that I was exaggerating. I wish that these things didn’t happen exactly the way that I am describing them because they should never happen to anyone. The way she treated me was cruel and inhumane, and the staff’s refusal to hold her accountable, makes them just as complicit. I will never be able to move on from something this. My behavior as someone who was in an immense amount of pain was described by her as “aggressive.” She called security on me when I tried to get a manager and recorded for my safety. I fully believe that the way she treated me was due to the color of my skin. I have an extreme fear of hospitals as a result of this. Absolutely nothing was done and I feel this was a grave injustice, but I do recognize that my experience is incredibly common in the medical industry. So, this review is the only thing that I can do to get justice for myself. I just hope that this nurse, who refused to even tell me her name, either isn’t working there anymore or has received some form of consequence for her abuse. If it happened to me, I’m sure it’s happened to many others in that same hospital. No one has even contacted me from the hospital since this happened.

Absolutely great staff all the way from pre-op to recovery. Friendly, knowledgeable, and comforting staff all the way thru. Areas were clean, sterile, neat and tidy even with construction zones. Made me feel at ease and explained everything as it was and did happen. Very thorough in explanations and asked if I had any questions at any time to ask. Made me feel welcomed and well cared for. Excellent experience since I had to get it done.

My experiences with everyone from registration to nurses to doctors to anesthesiologists prior to surgery and all health personal after admittance were all professional kind compassionate informative and prompt My needs and concerns were well addressed so my anxiety was lessened The pre post and surgical areas as well as my room were all clean well maintained and protocols followed for hygiene and safety. I was checked on constantly but allowed to rest. I would recommend treatment at this hospital with this staff.

9/10/23.Visiting the ER today, Hillsborough Ave, Tampa... What an Amazing hospital. However, Dr. David V Degenhardt, shouldn't leave patient care up to the patient. We're not doctors. Everthing was what do I want to do, and if I knew those answers I wouldn't be there. Do I want a chest Ex ray? Do I need one, you checked my lungs. Why ask me. Do I want the medication that helps with Covid, then on the other had the medication may or may not help. And if I did have Covid Phnemonia, it's no difference than Covid. Same treatment. Well, I read according to the CDC Covid phnemoina can be deadly. Phnemonia should never be taken lightly. The doctor didn't sound confidence in his ability. Left me wondering if he knew anything he wasn't asking me. Nothing seemed concerning or important, and our health is always important. We need doctor's that show confidence. Make your diagnosis then tell us what we need or your recommendations. But do not leave treatment up to the patient. And if you don't know, get another doctor vs giving questionable information. The nurses were excellent. And my fist visit 5 days ago was good, other than the doctor not returning when he said he would. Never say the doctor again. And, the PAXLOVID dose pack Nirmatrelvir / Ritonavir prescription, should have been given to me on the 1st visit. I may have felt better by now and no need to come back a second time. But I wasn't given any Covid medication. Gold drops for cough and one prescription for pain, even though I had no pain.

My MRI tech Sulley was the Best!! I am so glad and blessed I got her. I am claustrophobic and dont do MRIs very well. She was extremely patient and accomodating. She made sure I was good the entire way. Having her there made it so easy for me to have a successful visit. I felt so safe and I didnt even panic which was a 1st. She dont this but I cried joyful tears after as I was so proud of myself for completing this procedure the 1st time. Normally I would have to cancel and resechedule to come back but Thanks to her and all the prayers that helped me get through that wasnt the case. Thank you Sulley for being Simply Amazing.. 🫶🏾

From check in to check out for my out patient surgery all staff members were extremely friendly, efficient, proficient, and professional. Rachael and Naomi managed my preparation very efficiently always being concerned with my comfort and needs. They went beyond the call of duty to relieve my anxiety over the procedure. Amarys and Barbara cared for me during the procedure very professionally. Dr Hanon met with me twice before the procedure and he above all releaved my fear of the procedure. He was very thorough with relaying the results to me and my husband after.. Marsala handled my check out process in the most thorough and caring manner and left me with the same feeling I got from all the staff. That being my care and well being was most important to them. HCA and Dr Hanon should be very proud of those employees. They bring great credit to their profession.

I was here for 3 days in a lot of pain and was treated well by everyone! Great hospitality! On the 3rd floor, Luis was great in the evenings, and Frank was the man in the mornings. Delightful staff, top of the line care.

I cut my thumb deeply and needed stitches. I went to an urgent care and they didn’t want to take care of me, so I drove myself here. They got me in quickly and had my six stitches and tetanus shot done in under an hour! Great place to go in an emergency! Plus everyone was kind and comforting.

ER service experience is amazing. We felt welcome since we opened the door to the release of the patient. They treated us with respect, care, and love. Doctors , nurses and front desk employees Miss Marlene one of the BEST of the best made me feel that they truly love what they do. I will highly recommend this hospital as the first option when you have an unexpected emergency. May God, keep blessing hospital and places where they care about human beings no matter if they are white, black, Hispanic ,Asian, etc., poor or rich. This place truly care about your health matter at all times. It was a tough time but their service experience helped us to handle this emergency better. Thank you so much , I hope you keep growing much more ❤️🙏

I had the same appointment three times. The first time I can understand as I believe the technician’s father passed away. The second time the machine was broke and the third time finally went mostly as anticipated. While I was in the MRI machine I was going to have contrast done. I was never warned how I would feel once the contrast had been pushed into my body from the IV. So I am laying in this small circular object and all of a sudden my body starts getting warm and I felt like I needed to go to the bathroom. Had the technician warned me ahead of time, I would have been anticipating it but at the moment that it happened, it kind of made me nervous. So maybe next time he should let people know what to be expecting while the test is going on.

My father has been in the hospital multiple times recently. At first the experience was good. I don't know what happened within the past month but it has gotten worse and worse. They have moved my father to different units without telling me and I literally would have to spend an hour on the phone trying to find out where he is and left on hold for at least 10 minutes at a time until I hung up because no one came back to the phone The most recent and last straw is my father contracted COVID (thankfully not a bad case) and only has to quarantine until February 3rd and can return to his assisted living facility. I was told he had to quarantine at the hospital. The case manager calls me yesterday to inform me that all of a sudden they have a discharge order for him to finish his quarantine at a skilled nursing facility, which they know I strongly object to. I was told I could file an appeal and that it would take 3 days to get a response and it could buy some time. I get a call the next day saying that my appeal was denied and I can file a 2nd one but that my father would be responsible for paying to stay in the hospital until the appeal is heard unless they find a skilled nursing for him. To me this is completely unacceptable and shows how much they only care about money!! He has insurance. He does not need to be moved to a skilled nursing facility putting him at further risk. I will never send him to this hospital again! I would stay far away from this hospital if this is how they treat their patients! It is hard enough finding good healthcare and people you can trust to care for your elderly parents and then things like this happen.

Beware! I am a nurse and had surgery two days ago. I received the worst treatment I have ever had in HCA South Tampa's post anesthesia care unit. I was left alone literally sobbing in pain for most of my time in the unit. I couldn't even keep my legs still (FLACC pain scale, anyone?) because the pain was so horrific. The nurse offered me a pill. I was nauseous, so I asked for something IV, and she either did not have orders or declined to give me anything, and instead called the anesthesiologist to tell him that I was refusing pain medication. There are so many problems with this. When a patient is in 9/10 pain and nauseous, a pill is never an appropriate intervention. Post Anesthesia Care Units should have standing orders for IV pain and nausea medications as part of protocol. The anesthesiologist came back and told me that IV medication wears off quickly so to give it to me would be "pointless," and that his goal was to get me up and moving to go home. My husband had to ask him to please give me something for nausea and I would agree to take the pill. Unfortunately, by this time my pain was so out of control that whatever he gave me had little effect. I cried nearly the entire time I was there and NO ONE cared. My husband could hardly find a nurse to ask to help me. They are so obsessed with not giving opiates due to the opiate crisis that they are not treating patients' pain. Giving a patient IV pain medication within the few hours after having an organ removed is NOT going to make anyone an addict. I wish I had the money to pursue legal action against this hospital. Thankfully I am doing much better now and have been off all pain medications for more than 24 hours. No one - not the hospital, not the surgeon - has called to check on me. For all they know I could have died but they don't care. As a patient I'm appalled, but as a nurse I'm even more so. Please do not have surgery at this hospital. There has to be better care out there.

Everyone was extremely nice and supportive. I've never had to go to the hospital for myself until recently and they helped ease my fear and make me feel better right away. The food was better than I expected and I thought the presentation was very nice (pic is of my dinner). They gave me a sleep mask and chapstick and some other things to help me feel comfortable in my room. Any time someone came to do something, they would inform me of what they were doing and why and what tests were needed. I got results very fast and was released later in the day. No one wants to go to the hospital, but I'm glad I did. I feel better, I know what's wrong with me and am recovering well. Thank you!

I was given great care in the emergency room by doctors, nurses, radiology tech and others. They kept me comfortable and updated on the results of my tests. There was very little wait time to be seen. As a visitor to the area I was very pleased to get the treatment I needed as quickly as I needed it. Job well done!

My doctor ordered rush tests and Memorial Hospital (n/k/a HCA) is in my network. I was very impressed with your staff, the unit secretary that assisted me at the North side entrance to the hospital was very nice. She directed me to the "check-in" building on the East side of the hospital and they were also very nice!! I did have a difficult time locating where the entrance was and where to park. I realize you have valet parking, but I like to tip a valet and I had no cash. I was told by the valet there is not an ATM in the hospital.... I eventually found parking and made it to the hospital, after that the tests were a breeze. Thank you, Angela

From the phone call confirming my surgery to the staff ensuring I was carefully wheeled out to my car where I was met by my wife, I could not ask for a better experience. The staff and doctors were professional, accommodating, and kind. I was always aware of what was happening to me and the surgery went well. I am already on the road to recovery! Thank you all for the great support.

For being a hospital, it was a great experience. Each and every staff member I came in contact with was amazing and I truly felt cared for my well-being. The nursing staff built a relationship with me, it was very calming. They eased my anxiety with having my first ever surgery. Overall it was a great experience.

Staff was wonderful from the time I walked in and until I left. They were friendly and showed care for all the patients, not only me. They nurse that I had made sure she stayed on the DR. so he could do his notes so I could be discharged after my procedure and she understood I wanted to be home. They made me comfortable and made sure I understood everything I needed to know. They were AMAZING.

I was there following post surgical proceredure they took care of me well. I liked the nurses that were assigned to me. My only issue was while I was in surgery there was suppose to be a link that I could have my love ones to be able to follow my status from in the surgery room, recovery etc but the info given they could not find my info although i entered the required info I had to set up and then pass the info so my family could follow my status. My family was beside themselves with the long wait and it took a while for the Dr to come out with the update so she was very worried. That was probably the only think that I would change about my experience. But overall great staff and hospital good experience

Went to their ER today for what I thought was a kidney stone, turned out to be a ruptured ovarian cyst. Every.single.person. I interacted with was professional, compassionate, and kind. Very clean hospital. Great staff. Shout out to Natasha ( RN in the ER) for just being the sweetest nurse ever. Going to the hospital sucks, but the staff at this hospital made it suck a lot less. The nurse that was on Duty that morning At the Clinic that took care of me while I was a patient,,i can't remember her name She was very nice and helpful excellent care and concerns I had blood work done, she explain the test results, she was the best, the young Doctor that I saw he wasn't helpful,he didn't ask like a doctor,he didn't explain or seem to know anything like a Doctors. The Five Star goes to the Nurse that was on Duty that day who took care of me while I was a patient there at Clinic. 5*⭐

I loved everything about this hospital. From the time that I entered the Surgical area to be identified by the staff, to then be taken to the floor to get prepared for surgery, everyone was very polite and made me feel like I was their only patient. I want to give kudos especially to four very special nurses who constantly checked on me prior to my surgery up until I was in recovery and ready to go home: Alicia, Betsy, Becky and Ashley. I highly recommend HCA Florida South Tampa Hospital.

My mother is a patient of Dr David Mason, he and his office Manager Denise along with HCA Florida South Tampa Hospital Staff has exceeded my expectations. My mother was very nervous, scared and not being able to speak English made it very difficult for her to trust the medical community. The staff at HCA, same day surgery center our RN Russel, the vein whisper RN Christine, OR RN Ann and Jean, CRNA Liz and Dr Lake made my mother comfortable and heard. Dr David Mason always made made my mother feel like his only patient. My mother received top notch treatment at this facility and I would highly recommend it Dr. Mason and HCA hospital. ❤️❤️

The staff here is super friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that the text message feature to keep family members in the loop was not working at all during my procedure and it caused panic with a few family members. Other than that, one of the better experiences that I've had at a hospital.

A good hospital experience. Friendly staff. Confirmed all the information. Followed safety precautions. Check in was delayed but otherwise very good. Easy communication with family. I was well pleased with my procedure.

Easily the best experience I've had at a hospital. From seeing me immediately via ER while everyone else has 5 or 6 hour wait times.. to the care they provided throughout my stay. I'm entirely grateful for HCA and their staff. I was constantly provided for without having to ask.. from meds to food. They're on top of it. I would recommend this hospital to everyone

You don’t pick a hospital for the rooms or the food. But if you could I would pick this hospital. You get a brand new suite and wonderful food. The staff are very attentive and keep up with any medical needs as fast as they occur. I would definitely recommend this hospital for any elective surgery.

Aside from the walk for the parking lot which I really needed after all thinking about my “procedure”. Entire process from welcome to back in the car very patient and family focused. My wife had access to WiFi windows the waiting room. Each interaction with the nurse, anesthesia Dr, my specialist Dr and staff so positive. Feeling so much better now! Thanks!!

I had an outpatient procedure done and I have to say I was treated like a princess. The doctors and staff were absolutely amazing. My nurse Steven was the nicest and sweetest person I have ever met. He even called me the day after my discharge to check on my status and to converse about my humorous reaction under anesthesia.

This is the absolute best hospital I have ever seen. Everyone is so compassionate and friendly, there wasn't one single person there that wasn't intelligent, compassionate, caring and they give excellent care. I have never been more impressed with a hospital and I personally am afraid to go to hospitals to the point I almost would not go when I saw Strokes symptoms, but after being there and the care they give to everyone and the excellent physicians, nurses, x-ray MRI people everybody... they were all first class in every way. Even the food is excellent. I would recommend this hospital to the highest degree to anybody and because of them I am no longer afraid to go to hospitals and that is something amazing right there and lifesaving. I thank everybody who was involved in my care they were top notch first class. They truly care about their patients and they show it in every way possible with their kindness and compassion. Totally amazing and absolutely excellent
