Great meal as always. Please bring back the bruchetta as an appetizer, I have to go to other Italian restaurants to get it and I rather get it at Olive Garden. The soup, salad and breadsticks were very tasty although one or two of the breadsticks were hard the waitress made it right. Great sweet tea, 10 days in Oahu and the Big Island and no one had sweet tea.

Very big positions. As a visitor from the UK I was taken aback at the large sizes. The food is however very nice. We had breadsticks and a salad before the main meal arrived and were full before we could begin the main course. Luckily the restaurant allows you to take the leftovers home with you. I would recommend it here!

DO NOT COUNT ON OLIVE GARDEN FOR GROUP RESERVATIONS. We made a reservation for a graduation gathering for June 1st, 2023 for a big group TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE. They said that 40 people was fine for that day at a certain time. 33 people ended up coming, and they were acting and making comments the whole time like we were too many people and like we were invading the place. The guests arrived on time and we had to wait OVER AN HOUR for our table to be ready. They also offered us to have a small table for decoration before which they denied us when we got there (having all the decoration on hand), and we had to fight for it and wait even longer to set the decoration. The excuse one of the staff used was “We have around 7 graduations going on right now”, as if we did not scheduled a reservation ahead and as if it their disorganization was our fault. Honestly, no one in my party cares about those other graduations when they offered us the time and place for such a big group, and we all deserved to be treated with respect, but that did not happen at all. The manager was the one who accepted the reservation and offered the accommodations, and he acted defensive when we complained that day saying that it is not his fault and they simply were not prepared for that. WHY WOULD YOU ACCEPT THE BOOKING THEN?

We went to dinner last night at this Olive Garden location. It was busy, but we only waited about 15 minutes for a table. Our sever was brand new and on his second shift ever, but he was very attentive and didn't seem like he was new. Our food was good, but I think they have reduced portions in addition to raising prices, so that sucks. Otherwise, the food is still good!

Arguably the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. We were a party of 2 quoted a wait time of 20 minutes and waited roughly 10 which was nice. After being sat it took about 10 minutes to be greeted we placed our order on the servers first trip we ordered 2 drinks from the bar and 2 entrees. The soup and salad came out swiftly, then the entrees followed closely which was no problem the problem was the drinks never came. The server never came back to check on us, never refilled water, and left our dirty plates on the table the entire meal. The food quality was good, however the horrible service ruined the entire experience.

My friends and I were in the mood for Italian food and we hadn't been to Olive Garden in a while, so we decided to go there for dinner. The restaurant had a beautiful decoration and we were warmly welcomed by our server, Todd, who was excellent in helping us with our order. After looking through the menu, we started with a bottle of Merlot and ordered the Unlimited Garden Salad and the Chicken & Gnocchi Soup for starters. For our main course, we ordered the Chicken Alfredo and Fettuccine Alfredo. We were served the wine first, which was an excellent beginning to our Italian dinner. Shortly after, we received our salad and soup. I love their garden salad and am a big fan of it. We then received our pasta dishes, which were both delicious and filling. We thoroughly enjoyed our Italian dinner.

I haven’t been to Olive Garden in years and I wasn’t disappointed when I finally went the food was delicious, reasonably priced, the service was magnificent

I would come back and time again for Ciera as a waitress. She was beyond pleasant, patient with us trying to decide what to eat, and accommodating to our dietary needs. She even gave us a recommendation for a shop in Tampa since we were headed that way. She deserves a huge raise and recognition as it was one of the most memorable meals because of her.

This is definitely the best experience i have had with any Olive Garden Thus far!!! Customer Service Was Great! And Food Was out expeditiously hot and fresh!! Can't wait to return again!

Delicious food with generous portion sizes. The server was timely and checked on us regularly. The bread rolls are really tasty. The dining area looks appealing and well lit. A great place for a hassle free meal. Highly recommended.

After a disgraceful experience at an Olive Garden in central Pinellas county, we were blown away by the difference at this one! Ella I. was amazing, food was delicious and everything was delivered quickly, which was astounding as it was Veteran's Day and the place was packed. Management at the surrounding Olive Gardens should send their employees here for proper retraining.

Overall it was a bad experience. Our waitress was new, which I'm okay with working with new people. But when you have to ask for your drinks more than once after the salad has been brought to the table and then ask for our appetizer that we ordered. The manager brought it out. Then we had to watch the people that came after us eat their food while we still waited for ours. (Same waitress) And the food. We had to scrape off the bread sticks they were so thick with garlic salt. My 3 cheese baked ziti barely had any sauce, but it was hot.. The ice tea was good. By then we were just fed up. So we won't be going back there again.

My husband and I had date night here tonight. Ciara was our waitress. She was AMAZING, OUTSTANDING, ABOVE AND BEYOND. She was so quick and friendly and knew exactly what we needed before we even asked for it! Food was great also. This girl deserves a raise!!! Ask for her to be your waitress if you want a great dining experience.

I loved it! I love the aesthetic, I love the food, and the service was impeccable. Our waitress was just so patient with us, and really made the time enjoyable. Olive Garden is a place the whole family agrees on. Five stars all around.

The delivery and presentation needs some work as it was somewhat sloppy. However the server was sweet and upbeat with a great reaction to assisting us. The Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was so delicious and smokey for the chicken. The raspberry lemonade iced tea was made hot for me, it turned out quite good. I would surely return again and recommend. However the wait was brutal which needs some work on it.

Fine, the lunch prices are very reasonable. This location has nice trees and a fountain outside. My chicken parmigiana was adequate, nothing special but not bad for a family that likes chain restaurants. we had a table against the rock wall that fit 8-1. great, secluded location

The food at Olive Garden is very consistent. It is part of their secret of success, like Red Lobster. The wait staff is friendly, professional and helpful. Our server, Todd, was knowledgeable when asked questions about the menu items.

This is a wonderful place to have just a "Me Day" lunch... The atmosphere is nice and friendly the staff are very friendly an just want to show you their "Awesome Customer Service Skills"... The food is impeccable, tastey. and fresh!!! The portions were plenty... The Shrimp Scampi with Asparagus was my favorite today! My waiter "Todd" is the Best. He was, "Very Kind and Courteous". I did not feel rushed at all. He was very knowledgeable of the offered menu items an selected beverages & deserts. I give him a 10 Star⭐ for his Excellent Customer Service!! My family visited Olive Garden on a Saturday evening. Our server was Jet and he was excellent. Food came out hot and in a timely manner. Portions were large and tasty and prices were good. Will definitely come back again.

I don’t go to the OG often maybe once a year but it’s always good and well ya can never have enough breadsticks.

The food was great. Our server was awesome. He didn’t miss anything and was super cool. We had a party of 10 plus he was dealing with other tables. The only disappointment was that I called the night before to be sure we had a spot available at 6 for my son’s birthday but when we got there we were told it would be 45 minutes. The lobby was full and there was nowhere for my elderly parents to sit. Fortunately we only waited about 15 minutes before they called us. But it was pretty uncomfortable for my mom who has bad knees and more so for my father who has multiple health problems and is in and out of the hospital. I was actually surprised that he even made it to the dinner.

Brought a party of 14 with 2 days notice. Room/table set could have been better. Noise levels are high it's very hard to hear. The food was really good, and the servers worked hard. Excellent experience We will all be back!

As far as expectations go, Olive Garden still holds that place on my palate that I hope never changes. However, it was a 'miss' on the initial service but I was impressed and grateful to the manager, Angela, that our evening was not ruined. It was actually better than expected thanks to her. Food was on point (as expected for OG) but Angela at the Wesley Chapel location deserves an extra star.

Hadn't been there for years, but the experience was great! The waiter (Joe) was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful. The food was tasty. The atmosphere was family friendly.

We often go to Olive Garden for a good restaurant if we want to eat good food. shrimp and steak Alfredo were both so good, delicious, well cooked, and tasty. We ordered Berry Sangria and Amaretto Sour for our drink. Sangria was good, but Amaretto was bitter, rather than sour. Waste our money and didn’t drink it. This time the salad bowl was quite empty, which was disappointing to us.

We do visit this location often. My daughter's demand. It is a mixed bag of experience, weekdays are different versus weekends. Service varies a lot. Sometimes servers are overwhelmed, and it takes a really long time to get the initial order, and the wait is horrible. Food we cannot complain about, since the time I am visiting it is consistent. More veggie options will help, vegan options may as well. My family is all vegetarian. With veggie topping, pricing is unusually high. Chain needs to think through.

Everything was excellent in this place. Great tasting food excellent service and we didn’t wait long for a table. 💯 recommend

Hosts were nice. Our server was very nice and cheerful. He suggested our soups and salads and he gave us a great choice. It was my boy's birthday so he gave us free dessert. It was so nice of him.

Well our waitress was a little off. Not sure why. She seemed to be annoyed when asked to take a soup back cause it wasn’t hot enough and it was watery and had no chicken. Seemed annoyed when ask to bring some broccoli with the Parmesan n Garlic as per the menu. Didn’t bring plates or napkins. Her whole demeanor was a rush. After eating I wanted to order dessert and she rushed me on that too. Customer service sucked. Not coming back. Oh yea and the cook was bad as well. Food might have been microwaved. I ate it because my mother was paying. And for the prices we deserved to get what we paid for. Things have changed. And now I can’t even get my desert. How does the manager say the desert is frozen and by the time I get home it should be ready to eat. WHO DOES THAT??!!! How do you tell a paying customer that. Wasn’t even offered another selection. Very very disappointed!!!!!

We really enjoyed our lunch. Our server Jim was very nice. The restaurant was very clean. Our appetizers and main course were enjoyable. My only complaint was the salad was served with tomatos that were hard and mostly green. Not edible. These should not have been served! Our server did not offer to change them to ripe tomatos.This lowered my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars.

After dome "not so great" trip to Olive Garden in the past years or so THIS one surpassed my expectations. The place was clean and bright for our after Easter service lunch. The help it the door was all smiles and helpful. We were seated quickly. We were not asked if we wanted a booth( we wanted a booth ) but the table was nice. Silverware was clean and spot free. Our server was there 'quick as a bunny'. Took our drink and app orders and was back super quick. Other than that stupid mask, which made it tougher to understand what she was saying she was awesome. The food was the typical, nothing to write home or here about but it was hot when we got it. This store did a really good job. We will return.

After doing the online reservation when I went there they told the system was down and they couldn’t take any online reservations, hence we ended up waiting 1hr more . I feel it’s kind of long for the crowd I have seen, it’s just a normal working weekday. The ambiance is pleasant and the food is great and delicious.

We always love Olive Garden Soup and Salad and 2 cold beers and black B tea with their lasagna Frittata . This location is convenient, and it is clean with friendly staff. Huge selection of wines and cocktails. The prices are fair and their food is great.
