    I stopped here for a sandwich and had a coupon to get a freebie ... They couldn't get it to come up but were nice enough to let me have it anyway which I appreciate.. they were friendly and went the extra mile.. definitely put the customer 1st.. thanks and the food was hot and delicious..worth the long line which is only from being a place well liked.

    Today, I stopped by chicken-fil-A at Bruce B downs for a quick bite and was a bit disappointed by the quality of the bread. It seemed stale. The grilled chicken was good, though, and had to discard the bun. The staff was hard working and collecting orders manually at the drive-through, and the service was quick. Not going back again.

    I love youth. It is admirable to hire youth. Consequently, it is most likely their first job. They need extensive training. My order was wrong 2 days in a row. When I went in for them to correct, they had an attitude. I remained calm but it was a mess.

    We come here multiple times a month. The food is good, my chicken sandwich looks great but what's up with the fries? I pay for a large meal which includes large fries but each time, why do our fries look like this? Why are my fries not filled to the top? Please fix it bc I feel ripped off!

    chick-fil-a has always been my “go-to” for fast food; now, they let me down. This piece of sharp/thick plastic,that was hiding inside my chicken biscuit, stabbed the roof of my mouth. #awful

    Chick fila online app ordering is the worst application. It doesn’t process the rewards correctly and instead charges your card. So be careful when using a reward and app.

    Check your order before pulling off. Ordered a granola parfait and got crispy red bell peppers instead of granola, and a fork utensil? Ordered 2 hash brown scramble bowls without chicken, got bowls of eggs and nothing else. With Chick-fil-A locations being so busy, there’s less room for error. Correcting an order can take 20 mins. Will not bore you with more stories nor mention the car accident waiting to happen trying to pull into this location. Recommend the Tampa Premium location for more consistency.

    A year and a half of consistently going there every day, sometimes twice a day as Signature Members.. Despite the rude attitudes on occasion, the slow service, and the employees on their phones, we've stayed consistent and loyal to CFA. However, this time may have been our last time. We got there at 10:19 in the drive through, we have a family of 7 and 4 kids under 7. We placed our order at 10:24 when we realized the line was barely moving for breakfast. Our kids were excited and everyone was ready. We didn't get to the window until 10:34, and because it was 4 minutes past 10:30 they cancelled our order and refused to honor it despite having it placed before the 10:30 cut off. Having work at 11 means instead of a nice hot meal for breakfast, my kids got chewy bars and yogurt because we didn't have time for anything else after spending 20 minutes at CFA for food we couldn't even get. They wouldn't honor their guidelines and my family, so this will be the last time we honor them with our money. This was the worst experience myself and my kids have ever had at a restaurant, and they could care less.

    Fast, quality food. Shakes are really good; my favorite is the strawberry. There’s something for everyone in my family of 5. Not open on Sunday, which is nice for their employees, so plan accordingly.

    Good food, although my husband ordered large fries and when we got home his box of fries was half empty. Not the first time this has happened. Also, you really need to rethink your drive through set up. It's always way too busy with cars building up and blocking entrances and exits.

    This is the first time we go to this restaurant branch number 00694. We arrived (party of three) at 8:45pm to dine. We ordered our food and sat down. A very rude lady who was mopping and cleaning told us that in store dining ends at 9 pm and that we have only 8 mins to eat and leave. They actually brought our order in to go/carry bags although we ordered as dine in!! That is absolutely no way to treat a customer!...Since we arrived before the dine-in closing time at least let us know before ordering that we can't sit inside or simply accommodate us to enjoy our meal... This same lady was also mopping the floor as I was on my way to the rest room and I said I'm sorry as I had to walk over where she mopped. She rudely replied "no you're not!" At first I thought she was joking so I apologized again and said "I really am sorry" and she rudely replied again "No you're not!"... We complained to the manager who simply reiterated the store policy without even an apology!! Fair to say we will not be going to this store ever again!

    I've said it once and I'm saying it again ! Chick-fil-A is the premiere fast food franchise hands down. When you take into account the quick service and food quality as well as the very low ratio for making mistakes on your orders how can you not crown this place as premiere. Chick-fil-A New Tampa @ I-75 definitely represents this whole franchise in every aspect of how a fast food restaurant should operate. The chicken deluxe I had yesterday 9/15/ 😋. WHAT IS IN THAT CHICK-FIL-A SAUCE ???? EXTREMELY CLEAN PLACE AS WELL.......

    I was on my way home when my wife started craving a chicken sandwich and fries. We decided to make a quick stop at Chick-fil-A. Our server, Izzy, took note of our order and was very friendly. We didn't have to wait long before our food arrived at the next window, and it was still hot and delicious. The perfect Chick-fil-A meal that satisfied my wife's cravings. Overall, the service was good and we had a great experience.

    There was a misunderstanding with my order this morning at the drive thru. When I got to the window an employee named Phillip was so nice and helpful. He was very eager to correct my order. Absolutely great customer service! He said things like “I wanna get this right for you” and “Let me confirm this is what you wanted.” I mean it’s 2023 where do you get treated like this anymore? Phillip you made my morning my guy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Evening travel, needed to get refreshed, came inside to order. Facilities are clean and well appointed. The team was training, so they were slow and attentive. No problem, family played in the play area while food and treats were prepared. Everything was fresh and accurate. Super easy to get back on the expressway and finish the trip.

    Ordered an hour ago, got the delivered notification 40 minutes ago. No food outside, no confirmation picture. Attempted to reach the store but phone goes automatically to voicemail. called the cares number now we’re waiting for this location to “call back”. The driver of the car flew right by my partner when we went out to see if it was there.

    Continuously missing items in orders. This is the only Chick Fil A I have ever been to that I don’t have confidence in so I need to dig through the bag and make sure all items are present. Chick Fil A needs to conduct a thorough review of this location. I’m not the only one that works nearby and sometimes goes to this location.

    Very consistent. The wrap around drive through cones can get confusing. Very busy from 8am-9am then from 4:30pm-6pm. But the staff is always on point and very good 👍

    I stop in for lunch as chic fil a has ALWAYS been a great place to stop and eat , however this location has become not such a nice place to stop, no customer service, employees seem like they are being forced to work , talking amongst themselves about what happened out of seems to be more important than making sure the customer is satisfied. The absolute only employee that cared about the customers was a young man named Mark and he is the only reason I did not walk out...

    I give a 1 for atmosphere because all of the workers but mark were worried about having fun but when they speak to a customer they are very nasty and mean but Mark was the best of all workers he cared about us and asked how the food was he was pretty much the only worker who cared he was nice caring. I give it 2 for service because everyone was mean and didn't care about anyone but themselves and the other workers they act like they didn't want to be here. I give a 5 for the food because it was very good the fries were very good the salad was very good and the chicken nuggets were very good. So I give 2 stars to be honest I would have gave it a one star if mark wasn't here.

    Placed an online mobile breakfast order at 10:14, left my home and wasted gas just to go and be in the drive thru line by 10:19, the line was wrapped around the building, finally made it up to someone by 10:32 and was told that I couldn’t get my order because it was past the time(2 minutes later!! After waiting for 11 minutes in the drive thru!) . I’ve been at many chick fila,s and none of them didn’t honor my breakfast order if I placed it and was in the line before the cutoff time. Terrible business/customer service. Wasted my time and my gas.

    One of my kid’s 4 chicken nuggets is smaller than a dime… it looks like they broke off a piece of another nugget and served it. If I could post a picture here, i would because it’s so outlandish it’s pretty funny

    Ugh, the drive thru is a mess, they gave us the wrong sandwich, Mac and chz was dry, burnt and terrible. Not sure if it even had cheese. Tasted like oily pasta. Not what I expect from CFA. Pass. With pricing getting out of control and the quality of the food, I think it's time to be done with CFA.

    I’ve always had a good experience here. The service is usually fast and the food is good. I have to say the only problem I’ve probably had here is one time their fries were suuuuper salty but I contacted them and they gave me free fries so🤷🏽‍♂️. And the other thing would be they made me wait to get my online order for so long I had to shout out for one of the workers to help me. But that was once and usually they have all the orders placed on the shelf.

    The chicken sandwich tasted like rubber.I was so disappointed. As I loved Chick-fil-A.The speed and professionalism were on point. *Update: I contacted Chick-fil-A CARES by phone as requested by the owner to get this "taken care of for" me. It took 10-15 minutes to give specific information (date/time/order/address of restaurant) and then nothing was done. I am not sure exactly why they wanted me to contact them.

    I know this sounds weird..because you would think every location would be the "same", but not true! This is the best chickfila I have been too. Even when the lines goes down the street, you be in and out very quickly. Staff are super friendly, and food always fresh.

    I am a frequent customer at Chick-fil-A and I have to say that this was one of the most disgusting visits I’ve ever experienced. We don’t live in Tampa so this was my first (and last) time dining at this particular location. I used the restroom prior to eating and the women’s bathroom was in such disrepair that I felt like I was at McDonalds or Taco Bell. There was only one usable stall and the seat was so old that the finish was literally peeling off. I attempted to switch to the handicap stall but the door was locked even though no one was using it. The fact that they won’t replace a noticeably disgusting toilet seat makes me question the cleanliness of the entire establishment.

    Everyone has their opinions on CFA. This location is very consistent in quality and I’ve never had a missing sauce or item situation in drive thru. I had to get used to coming thru the Liang’s Bistro parking lot to their lot and then circling the building before entering the line, but after that I’m good to go.

    Here they are more focused on drive through than place the order and take out from the restaurants. One fine day more drive though cars were lined up in a long.. So I thought to grab food fast by getting inside a restaurant after parking the car outside. No one was ready to take orders because everyone was too busy to serve the drive through orders . I was waiting to go there and buy food for almost 25 minutes After that I felt I would have went only drive though instead of going inside. The other day, a female employee was drenched in the rain to get the orders during drive through. They are working hard and trying to serve their customers. We love chick fila lottt because taste, quality and fast delivery. They need to improve lot for delivery side .

    My family and I eat at this location three times a week. The customer service is always estaticing and the food is delicious. The reason for 4 stars is the long wait during and after lunch hours. I try not to go here during my lunch break because of this. Also, ordering a large fries is never full. Overall, still a great restaurant to eat at!

    Just tried the new spicy grilled chicken deluxe sandwich. I chose the pepper Jack cheese. It was delicious. So glad this location is open; we used to stop at the Steak N Shake next door before this CFA was open and it always took forever and they would invariably screw up our order. This place was fast, efficient, and deliciously fresh.

    All I can say is you can never go wrong eating Chick-fil-a. Yes the wait is always long, but the food and customer service is always excellent. This is the only fast food chain that I actually eat food from.

    I’ve never had them mess up my order 3x at once I ordered a Spicy Chicken deluxe meal. By the time I reached the window they canceled my order didn’t even have the order correct. They charged me a 2nd time for the spicy chicken deluxe meal and it wasn’t even the correct sandwich they gave me. I didn’t have time to loop back due to needing to be at work. I really hope they refund the first charge or both!

    Food was yummy. Biggest complaint I have is that this location got rid of the veggie wrap and now not all my party can eat here. The only vegetarian option on the menu has been taken off so they now can only eat fries. How does one make a meal out of fries if they can't eat chicken?
