Overall, this Tijuana Flats location was really exceptional. The food was very delicious, and the staff were immensely friendly. As soon as we entered, the staff greeted us and instantly came to assist. There was no long wait for the food (dining in), and the portions of food were large. Without a doubt the best part of this place was the Hot Sauce Bar. The hot sauces were amazing, free to try and plentiful!!! This was the first time we visited Tijuana Flats (and this location) and it was a great experience. 100% deserves 5 stars for everything, especially for how friendly the staff were.

I had the shrimp quesadillas for the first time. They were delicious! My hubby had chicken dos tacos. Everything was great! Everyone was really nice also! We love this place. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

The food was pretty mediocre and bland, though most items on the menu did have vegetarian options. I didn't know it was possible to make a bad tasting margarita, but they used some kind of flavored salt that had almost a smokey taste. Also it was weirdly yellow? The service was fine, considering its a place where you order at the counter.

Everything costs extra and the chicken was completely unseasoned and flavorless in the burrito, just seemed like cheap store bought chicken shredded and stuffed. 0 flavor. Hot sauces weren't that unique in taste (for me, atleast) and my brother ordered a cup of rice on the side that was so tiny yet costed well over $5.

Atmosphere is cool, dined in with a friend, but I ordered a to go order that had no chips but it did include the nacho cheese that I couldn't use for anything. Tacos themselves were not very flavorful. I probably would not return

I go here often because it's cheap. Definitely not as good as authentic but the price and sauce bar carry the place. Parking is sometimes an issue.

Togo order was ready 20 minutes after the time given at the time of order. Tacos were absolutely atrocious. The cookie dough flautas were the only thing good about this experience

I order my food online at 7:01 on a Saturday night. The app told me it would be ready by 7:21. I arrived at the store at 7:25. There were a few people in line and a few more in the dining room, but overall wasn't that busy. I also noticed a couple of people standing at the online order pick up area waiting for their food. My food wasn't out yet, so I sat in a seat and waited a little bit until it was ready. At 7:35 my food still hadn't come out, so I went up to the counter to ask if maybe they had the food ready in the back. I was told that they were still working on it. At this point I'm a little annoyed because the people who had ordered their food in line when I got there had gotten their food already. I only ordered the quesadillas and the dos tacos. So the fact that it would've been faster for me to order in person was a bit annoying considering I had ordered online over 30 minutes ago. By the time it hit 7:41, I had officially ordered my food 40 minutes ago and still hadn't seen it. So I went up to the counter again and asked how much longer. I was told that they were packing it up and it would be out soon. So I went back to my seat and a minute or so later, they gave me my food. I was about to drive away when I noticed that they only gave me one of the two things I ordered. So I went back inside and asked where the rest of my order was and was told that they "forgot to pack it." The entire time I was there I only saw one employee working. I saw two more people there; one other employee and the General manager. The one girl who was working had curly hair and was coming out to the floor to apologize for the plethora of mistakes on people's orders, running food, and seemed to generally be the only one hustling to get things done. I REALLY hope she's an assistant manager! She deserves it! The General manager wasn't doing anything as far as I could see. He was loitering around in the back, strolling between stations, grabbing a cup of water from the fountain and sipping on it while watching the amount of people waiting for the online orders, and chatting with employees. Not once did I see him do anything to help. One other employee I saw who was primarily at the register kept leaving it to do other things while there were people still in line waiting to place their order. Overall, HORRIBLE service! I understand if they might have been understaffed, maybe someone didn't show up for their shift, or there were a bunch of new people working that night. But regardless, the GM should be hustling to make sure that orders are being sent out correctly, ALL his employees are hustling to get things done, and filling in where needed. Having worked in the food industry before, this was completely unacceptable. I woke up this morning feeling with the worst stomach ache I've had in a long time. And the last thing I ate was my tijuana flats meal. I would really hate to thing I was served bad food, but after the service I recieved last night, I wouldn't be suprised.

Inconsistent with the to-go orders. If you think this is an appropriate amount of chicken for a soft taco I don't know what to tell you...I've just about had it with this place. I enjoy the food but every time I bring it home I have to hope the order is correct or they even put an appropriate amount of meat in it.

Attempted to order online. In addition to my other modifications, the lady reading back the order said beef and I corrected her to steak. She emphasized that this is why reading back the order ensures the order is made correctly. Get home after picking up my to-go order, completely wrong. I asked for a megajuana burrito with steak no pico, no beans, no jalapeños. Pretty straightforward. The burrito I received was just a regular megajuana burrito with everything on it exactly how it’s listed, zero modifications. Listen, for $12/hr the job isn’t that difficult, but how are you going to reiterate that reading back ensures the order is made correctly when you people literally got nothing correct? Unfortunately, won’t be returning to this dump. Update: Sent my review to their email based off the generic “sorry for your dissatisfaction” email. No reply, not surprised. Management is clearly a direct reflection of how poorly this location is run.

Great location. This chain became one of a our favourites and had never let us down. We always stop by when visiting Florida. Great atmosphere, food, and service. Counting the days to go back.

Great decor, and ambience with beautiful service. Was all A+ until the food arrived. The $10.99 chicken fajita burrito contained merely traces of chicken. Blame it on inflation/owner's need to be profitable.

Never been to this location in our local neighborhood. We've been to many others in the area. We decided to go for Taco Tuesday as they have great Taco special. I was told it was an upcharge for Carnitas which I expected. However, It would've been nice to get more than a speck of meat. The Taco was huge and covered in LOTSA lettuce and I was told the meat and cheese was on the bottom. (FYI not a good presentation at all) Well there was stuff on the bottom but very little meat. I almost took them back but just want to eat and it wasn't like they were bad, just made with very little love. The second Taco had a little more but still not what it should. I really felt like Tijuana Flats was the one getting the special. not me. If I had to guess, I would say whoever made my Tacos was more worried about getting back to whatever was more important to them than me being a happy customer. The reception and service was great. However, we will never return to this location. Left talking about disappointment, not how good anything was. No Love in the Taco

This place is great! I come here at less once a week. Everyone on staff is really personable and upbeat. I enjoy talking with them even if I'm just ordering. They are very knowledgeable of the menu and know what goes with what.

When we first walked in we were greeted by a friendly server. You have to order at the counter and then sit and your food will be brought to you. We had the Taco Tuesday special (2 tacos, chips and a drink for $6.99) and it filled us up. The food was so good. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was welcoming.

Food is great because it’s TF but this location is awful for takeout. Nothing is ever ready when they say it will be, orders are consistently wrong, and portion sizes seems to vary from order to order

regular at this place. the assistant manager, sarah, is always so extremely nice and awesome, and polite. super quick and knows every regular that comes in and out of that place. so amazing! shoutout to laura as well! she’s a funny one

Been to this place couple of times for Dinner.. Food is really tasty.. The Ambience is really cool with glittering lights.... Staffs are really nice and responsive... We ordered Crispy Shrimp Tacos and Shrimp Bowl.. They have 6 to 7 varieties of Sauce for TO-GO orders from Mild to Extremely HOT...

Too much cheese on soft shell tacos and not enough meat. The flautas aren't what I expected and they give u a very small side of rice and refried beans.

Dylan was very nice and food was top tier. He was able to accommodate our meal and was being very helpful. Thank You Dylan.

Management here is really great and make some great suggestions. The non-manager workers though are okay but like they don't know what how to ring things up always and it's kind of frustrating lol overall though, love this location!

I came in today to get a meal. The young man to take my order was very rude and nasty. Absolutely no manners, he looked too cocky threw stuff around and gave a lot of unnecessary attitude. He has curly dark brown hair and looks no older than 17, obviously no customer service experience whatsoever.
