This 3 star review if for this particular location only. This location is food quality is going downhill rapidly while their prices go up. Just to inconsistent for me. Also with each new visit the soup choices are tasting either to watery, to sweet, or to salty. Tasting like everything else other than the flavor it should be producing.

Easy and quick to start got my food and went home and they handed me the wrong order when I called the manager made it sound like it was my fault. Drove all the way back to get the right one and when I did I noticed one of the things I ordered wasn't in there when I asked she said I didn't get rung up for it and said she can charge me and have it made again making it feel like it was a mistake made on my end. Needless to say I won't be going to this location again. Should of known with my experience a few months ago when they messed up a order. Seems to be there MO

We ordered takeout food to bring back to our hotel. $38 for a cookie, 1 chicken sandwich and 3 small bowls of vegetable soup. When we got back to where we were staying, the sandwich was not in the bag! I called and eventually we will get a credit. The soup was overpriced. We ordered 3 bowls because they are small and it was dinner. Almost $7 a bowl and 1 bowl was mostly broth without a lot of veggies.

Took our order over the phone, never placed it -then expects us to pay and gives us a embrassrjnhly difficult time in the store as if it was our fault they didn’t enter the information. We have an extremely limited lunch break on a 16 hour shift and this is drawn out over 20 minutes to tell us there’s nothing they’re going to do about it. Not even an apology on behalf of their employee that took the order whom they claim to know nothing about. Meanwhile it’s time stamped the length of the phone conversation and everything only having been maybe 15 minutes prior. Do not expect any true professionalism here especially if this is how a General Manager conducts herself in from of young, certainly impressionable teens employees. Sets a bad taste for this location. We simply left, reported them to corporate for unprofessionalism and ordered elsewhere.

I am a deliver partner I have been here for almost 10 minutes now item on the table and staff is totally looking passed me, no can I help or nothing. I can understand your busy but a knowledge that there's customers waiting. At 8:32 my order is sat on the counter not the delivery table and still no acknowledgment that it's being placed there! Just rude customer service. Too busy conversating in the background with each other!

I go to Panera Bread twice a day different locations and I have been to this particular location 3 times and 2 of those times they have completely screwed up my order. I always order a Greek salad with chicken and Asian vinegar dressing and for some reason I get my order and there's no chicken in the salad. Tonight I checked my order before leaving and they basically threw my salad together with nothing I order. I will not be going to location again and I highly recommend to everyone to check their order before leaving the store. I asked for a full refund and they seem reluctant to give me a full refund.

Times are tough for everybody. But when my Panera that you order from on a regular basis, raises the price of all their food and charges a convenience fee and a delivery fee. I guess I expect to get a decent meal. I received my food and the 1/2 salad is more like 1/8 salad with two chips of bacon and no avocado and a chicken bone in the salad. That hurt, but Lucky I didn't chip a tooth. I ordered red onions on a sandwich and they give you two very small strips of red onion and hardly any ingredients in the sandwich. I have to say I am completely done with Panera. This is specifically from the Panera on Bruce B Downs in Tampa, but I have had similar experiences around Tampa. I've been a faithful customer for years and I have never seen a bigger disappointment in an order in my life. My bill was almost $50. Ordered for two and I got enough to feed one person who would be very hungry when they finished. Not worth the time or money! Stefanie M Order #821342528

Order off the website went in to pick up food. Grabbed bag that was labeled as mine got back to work to realize the flat bread pizza was missing like most people only have a hour lunch and could not go back. So I called only to be told it was under the bag which I grabbed the bag nothing else was there to be told they could not bring it to me so asked to refund it to take 5 to 7 days wow just lost a customer.

Lately I've gone and it's been bad customer service. There's always a register down. Something was off about the coffee. The people working line talk about the customer and you can hear them . The intior feels like it needs an upgrade. The cups are never by the kiosk anymore. I didn't get my birthday pastry. Saw a lady with limited English having a hard time ordering. I've never heard them yell hot bread and when I asked if it's true that you can get a bit of the hot bread the register person thought I was begging for food. I simply wanted to know of that rumor was true. And since being on the sip cup I'm there more often with my toddler and wish they give her a free slice of pickel every visit just to make her feel special.

The worst Panera I've ever been to. I ordered a sandwich that had chicken in its name, and guess what? There was no chicken whatsoever. All it had was greens, tomato and some green sauce. Did they think I wouldn't notice? Also, my sister's Mac and cheese was extremely watery. The chicken soup I ordered was mostly broth. The manager there also could care less that our order was messed up. Panera has gone downhill. Seriously, don't waste your money.

A good place for breakfast. Had scrambled egg and avocado, scrambled egg brioches, and spinach artichoke souffle. All of these were good and served hot. The price per person is less than $10. The kiosk offering is available, too.

The inside of the restaurant was quite loud and we had a difficult time ordering. Our Asian Salads were pretty sparse on the chicken, the soft drink counter did seem to work well. No sticky floors and the rest rooms were ok. The staff were helpful and kind to my elderly parents. They had just a couple handicap parking spots.

Lots of employees talking, one cashier working never ask for help, we had to wait for long time because he was helping a costumer. Coffee cold and no regular coffee on the counter. I had been on others Panera Bread and employee have better attitude

Great food and chill spot to get some work done in the evening, I usually grab a booth if I have a notary appointment. They have the BEST soup and I am obsessed with the Broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. On my last visit I tried the Strawberry lemon mint charged lemonade…it was delicious and had way more caffeine than I expected.

I love the people the community around the University of South Florida and the hospital are really a lovely clientele you know I hate to say the homeless person is supposed to be welcome to come in but they are stinky but you could sit anywhere in the whole place there's some booths that are easy on your back. For some reason they're not allowed to toast the bread on your tuna sandwiches but I joined the sip club for $10 I hope it's indefinite it's supposed to be for a year that's what a old-timer told me I was at the Dale mabry one!! One time recently... So go easy on the caffeine drinks or your blood pressure was l. Spiked those cold drinks are packed with caffeine. They're called supercharged so I should have known by the name they gave them exotic fruity and caffeine tea drinks cold.

Love Panera locations but I've never ordered 2 cinnamon crunch bagels and them not be cut in half or asked if I wanted toasted. Had to drive all the way home to realize I had to cut them myself. If I wanted cold uncut bagels I could've saved my gas and ate the regular ones I already had at home. Also I ordered a half of a turkey sandwich which tasted like it came straight out of the fridge. I've seen & had better.Think I'll stick to Wawa going forward.

Panera's is always a good meal. No preservatives. Fast service. Pick your own seating arrangements. Take your time with business associates or friends. Changing options. Great beverages. Very clean. The best combination of fast food and sit down. Ready pick up always. Even faster for your lunch breaks. They cater too.

Best Panera of 6 tried in the region. Service not terrible (!) and environment was clean. Croissants are legit… and they keep cold real butter on hand. That’s the proper way to offer well-made, flaky croissants 👍

Ok overall flavours, baked dessert at below minimum diversity. I always feel portions are child portions with adult pricing..sigh. maybe change soup bowl design..always seems half full...maybe the fluid volume is there but appearance is "light"... value would be ok at $8 not $11+ Still, there is a value to hang out for hours undisturbed...🤔

I love this panera! Food is always great and comes out quick, lots of seating, and many of the seats have accessible plug outlets. My only gripe is the ordering kiosks: they're known to delete your order so you have to start over, and the card scanners are extremely finnicky.

First off, I lave loved Panera for years. I finally branched out and tried something new and absolutely loved it. The Chipotle chicken and bacon Flatbread pizza was AMAZING! The staff is always so nice and understanding despite it being middle of the lunch rush and I ask questions.

A couple of days ago I ordered French Onion Soup, Tuna Sandwich, Drink and a Brownie. The French Onion Soup was watered down and had a little bit of Cheese Shreds in the soup. It was absolutely horrible. You would be better off heating up a can of Progresso Soup. The prices have gone up quite a bit for ok food. The other items were good. They also have removed Chocolate Scones. That was a bad decision. I think I’ll be ordering my soup at a larger chain from now on.

I’m disappointed in this location. They had excellent service for awhile through the curbside option. Sadly they no longer offer that. My last two orders have been rapid pickup inside the restaurant. Both times I’ve received an alert that my order was ready when they weren’t able to fulfill it. The first time they offered great service, calling me to inform me of the issue and making it right by working through a resolution. Today they totally dropped the ball. I received the app notification and email about my prepared order. I called them because I realized I would be later than planned and didn’t want them to think I wouldn’t arrive at all. I was told a few different stories by a rep who seemed as if he was auditioning for a sitcom. This was not the time for a snarky attitude… The first response was that they couldn’t fulfill the order. When I asked how that could be given that I had an email saying it was ready, he “investigated” and told me someone else picked it up. It’s the last time this year that pink ribbon bagels will be sold so I tried to work with him to find a mutually beneficial solution. Nope. You can have other bagels or a refund. That doesn’t really help me get the seasonal bagels that I ordered… Strange that in all of the years of food pickups this was the first time someone else took my order. It happened to be on the final day of pink ribbon bagel sales for the year… Irony or a tall tale? I guess I’ll never know.
