You wont see a doctor you will only see nurse practitioners that see upward 250 patients per day. These people are rude and get upset when you attempt to ask questions regarding your treatment. Dont trust them to keep your child safe. They just want you to shut up and pray for the best while they are negligent. I told the doc I wanted to transfer so she all of a sudden decided to mark me as high risk so that I couldn't go to my preferred doctor. Too bad for her that the new doc saw right through her tactics. These people will snatch the joy right out of your pregnancy! I literally get an elevated blood pressure every time I have to go to this place because the treatment is so poor.

Amanda that does the ultra sound is good at the ultra sounds. But I'm a husband that comes with my wife and she makes me feel as a man I shouldn't be back there with my wife. Alot of the Staff actually makes me feel this way. I wish they would re train these people on having common Courtesy and Respect for everybody.

Literally only giving 1 star to leave a review! This is the HORRIBLE doctors office I have EVER been to! Every single time you call, you hold for 45+ mins, nobody EVER calls you back, the doctors DO NOT CARE about their patients! The nurses, to the receptionist staff are all RUDE and do not show one ounce of compassion to a sick child. Even the “answering service” staff was rude and hung up in my face while trying to reach someone regarding my daughters allergic reaction and mocked me about what was going on with my child! This place is lucky I don’t take matters to the next step! My child has been sick for weeks and nobody can ever answer or call back for an appointment. Not even when I go in person can she be seen anytime soon! DO NOT come here! Will be switching my child ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE OMGGG!

I don’t understand why this place has bad reviews. I was high risk, so I was transferred here from Polk County. I loved the doctors and the nurses. They took my concerns seriously and since they worked in conjunction with Tampa General, the couple of times I was hospitalized, I saw the same doctors! The only thing I found hard was getting ahold of someone on the phone but I genuinely have no complaints. I especially LOVED the ob on the post natal side.

You will be on hold forever just to cancel/ ask a question/ or schedule an appointment. Being pregnant and having to wait this long and counting, is unacceptable. The worst. After two hours of waiting after some lady puts me on hold they’re terrible. How about someone else answered the other line instead of the two hour and more one, with that call i was on hold for less then 30min. I got no reason to lie the photos are there but they gonna block it of course. I requested several times that i dont want to see a certain doctor because of how i was treated plenty of times by them and they still keep putting me with her. The whole building and the staff need an evaluation no one is listening to people’s complaints when they’ve had enough.

I've been here for 2 pregnancies, they are wonderful! Yes, the wait time can be kinda long, but I don't mind because the peace of mind I get from going someplace where they know their stuff is invaluable. They always treat me with respect and answer my questions fully. I don't know what I'd do without them! I highly recommend!

The worst, Rudest eye doctor, treating people like cattle! I had an appointment at 10am, I showed up at 9:45am they didn't update me or take and now it is 11:45am! when I asked what is going on? the answer was you still have 3 patients ahead of you "sometimes the wait time is greater than 3 hours" they added! A very pitiful/chaotic place NEVER AGAIN

I live in another county and have to come here. I love most of the staff. They are normally very helpful and polite. This is my third pregnancy going here, one miscarriage. The wait times can be awful 2-3 hours but i try to get the first appt of the day. This is a teaching facility so sometimes you have to go over your history and problems a couple of times. With the birth of my daughter i felt like i was delivering with a midwife. They doctors listened to what i wished to have done, most of which they do regardless. Most of the time you wont see the same doctor at the appointments. I have been lucky to see the same one on most of my appointments. I go in for my third sono today and will have weekly ones starting in a few weeks. I have no major issues with them at all. Though if i could deliver locally i would just for convenience.

Horrible experience and very rude, borderline discriminatory. If you go here, they will assume you have no life, just schedule appointments without any input from you. You dont even have to ask for one. Apparently the thought process is you have no job, your on welfare and have 10 kids and 8 baby daddys because thats all us black women right? Going to the office manager wont help either, immediately placed blame back on me and I ended the call. So not only could you possibly deal with the above, you will NEVER get a clear answer on anything effecting your health. Some important piece, will ALWAYS BE MISSING. But you're in too deep now so its either stop and start all over or keep going. I dont know if this is across the board with TGH or not. But you would be better off going to a private dr at least with TGH or USF. Horrible. I was desperate for help. Dont make the same mistake I did. My uterus matters too.

I wanna give a special thanks to Ms. Susan Bingham. She saved my life and was very concerned about my health. The urology department there ignored my health concerns. Thanks to her, I was sent to the hospital to get a blood transfusion. I am grateful for her. Made a complaint about the urologist, and they still haven't called me back. Can't wait to go to my appointment, they sure gonna hear a piece of my mind. If the doctor don't care about my health concerns, it's time to find another. I just want to make sure it doesn't happen to another patient.

I read the reviews prior to coming here and was not looking forward to being a patient here. I was pretty much forced to come here by Womens Health Care at THG (which was just an awful experience) as they claimed my pregnancy was high risk. However, all I can say is wow! This place has been nothing but amazing so far. The staff stay busy but always friendly. The wait time has been long but expected. The longest I have waited for my appointment after arriving on time was about 30 minutes or so. The long wait time was explained to me on my first visit and is understandable. They do not turn away high risk patients when they run late for their appointments instead things get delayed. I appreciate this as things come up and not everyone can make it on time to their appointments. So don’t blame the staff for doing their jobs! I love that majority of the required lab work and ultrasounds are done at the facility so everything can be done at one appointment. The interior of the facility is very clean and well kept. I have yet to encounter any rude employees at all everyone seems to take pride in their positions here. I love all the free programs they have to offer for expecting mothers. The nurses and doctors are extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I have had. If anything changes I will be sure to provide an update. If your on the fence about coming here like I was give it a chance, I’m glad I didn’t let the negative reviews discourage me.

Waiting room staff was very odd and unprofessional. They did not greet me, was very rude and seemed to be making fun of me while I waited. Since I have had my visit last, it has been pretty much impossible to get ahold of a nurse. I had to call 5 times, was on hold 30+ min each time, and then was never called back when I was promised I would be. Also, the clinic was “temporarily closed” multiple times when I would try to call. (Pretty sure staff just turned off the phones because they didn’t want to do their job). Also, my doctor said she couldn’t prescribe me medication I have been prescribed for 10+ years. Honestly the worst doctors office visit I have ever had. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

My sons were discharged from their practice because the doctors and staff are committing fraud and I said something about it . My son had an appointment and was only seen by a part of the nursing staff and not the doctor herself even thought she signed saying she did, after having a problem with my sons prescription and wanting to speak to the doctor or make another appointment the lady at the front desk wouldn’t allow me to make another appointment ,speak to my sons doctor or leave a message she was very rude and only after I told her what they were doing was illegal did the doctor call me back . She fixed the problem very quickly but a few days later I received a letter saying he needs to find a new doctor. They are definitely doing illegal things and now causing me and my family problems because of this

It is a horrible place in every way, I would never recommend it to anyone
