Went to try to visit my friend and was told to go to different places at different times by multiple people. They need to get their facts straight and be more considerate of their patients. My friends being treated her was told that no one was coming to see her while we were being sent on a wild goose chase trying to figure out what door we needed to go to. Only one person was legitimately helpful the whole time.

Tried to visit my friend and was sent to multiple different locations throughout the Gracepoint campus. We spoke to 4 different employees and nobody seemed to know how to direct us to where she was or even get the visiting hours right. The staff even told my friend being treated that nobody was coming to see her when there were literally 4 of her friends all over the campus trying to find her. If you need help seek elsewhere. These people have no idea how to interact with other human beings and I'm legitimately concerned for the well-being of my friend and the other patients there.

Just got a call to confirm my appointment. The girl calling already sounded irritated as she was giving the date and time. I asked if it was a virtual or in person appointment. She then tells me “that’s what I’m asking you”. Never once did she ask. She then says “that’s why I’m calling you, you have to tell us”. So I say I don’t know how it was scheduled, I have multiple other appointments, I can’t see your system so I’m asking how it was scheduled. She then again, highly irritated, says that’s what she’s calling that I have to tell her. So I say “virtual is fine” wanting to get off the phone with this girl ASAP. She says “so you’ll be onsite for the appointment?” Now I’m irritated and say “I just said virtual is fine”. She decides to hang up on me. Dosent seem like very good customer care especially for a mental health facility.

This is my current review - I was seen in the hospital on 6/13/23 for mental reasons… was referred to GracePoint and so far I am NOT happy with them. Again I was seen for mental health issues, referred, and then placed on the back burner. This place is horrible with communication. My first appointment was virtual, I got 2 separate texts messages with 2 separate times for my appointment. I called GracePoint to confirm my appointment time and it turned out someone canceled my original appointment without contacting me and rescheduled me for a later time. Again, nobody called to communicate this with me. Here I am, my 2nd encounter with these people and I’m expecting a virtual phone call at 1:30, here it is 1:55 and I’m having to call them. Only to be told that now apparently I have TWO insurances …. So they canceled my appointment. Again, no communication. Nobody called me to tell me to call my insurance and try to fix the issue or they would have to cancel. I had to call myself to get all this information. I still have yet to be evaluated. I am a stay at home mom. Mental health should be taken seriously. Especially from a place specifically catered towards mental health patients.

Hey everyone! I went to this place for a mental breakdown and it was the worst decision of my life. I was explaining the flaws of this place to a family member on the phone and it made the staff so angry (who don’t know what they’re doing by the way) that they took me to a room and injected me with something that made me completely blackout. The staff and place smells and the food will make you sick. How it stays in business I’m not sure but I would never wish upon my worst enemy to go to go here. Just warning anyone who feels that they’re in a bad place to pick anywhere else! Thanks:)

I don't know where I would be without the help of Gracepoint. From the moment I began therapy I have felt safe and stable. The therapists have been amazing. They listen and the feedback is helpful. Thanks for giving me my life back.

I highly recommend Gracepoint Wellness for Mental Health needs. I have always been treated with the utmost respect I have always felt understood and treated with concern. Alicia Parks, APRN has been by my side with my mental health for 9 years, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking help in this area. She is smart, caring, knowledgeable, and funny. She is easy to get along with and I feel very comfortable when I have my sessions with her. Gracepoint Wellness has helped me through the years. If you're seeking help this is the place to go for your mental health needs.

If you have any other choice do not go here . No one knows what the other is doing . I have been trying for days to get a return to work letter and no one knows who to speak to . Records says in patient , in patient says out patient and everyone shrugs their shoulders . When I left I felt sort of ok , now my anxiety is back through the roof thanks to lack of communication and everyone passing the buck. This is asinine .

I realize Gracepoint is considered last line of resource for people with no insurance or other financial difficulties but my goodness my experience has been nothing but negative. I have HCHC (at the time i was not aware of other psychiatric care options) so I had to chose gracepoint to receive my care. I was seeing Alicia Parks, NP and she has a wonderful personality very funny and witty however what turned me off completely, she prescribed me a medication and after 2 days of taking it i got a horrible reaction and ended up in the hospital. I called the following day and left a message for her (which my call was never returned) and even called AGAIN the next day and still my call was not returned.. i believe when dealing with psych meds there MUST be an emergency line or on call doctor these meds are very delicate and anything can happen! after that experience i requested to see a psychiatrist who knows more about medications and their possible side effects to which my claim was denied by the manager stating (Alicia gave me the right quality of care and she sees nothing wrong with what she did...) ok whatever. It was time for my next appointment with Alicia (through a zoom call) and her demeanor towards me was COMPLETELY different. very dry and not interested. let's just say this Gracepoint outpatient just wants to get you in and out your not special to anyone there your just another patient. don't even bother calling and leaving a message because you won't get a call back. They do not work with you.. if you just got out of the psych ward and need to see somebody immediately oh well you can wait a month for your next appointment. just disappointed in my overall experience.

I normally use the telehealth, but my first office appearance was on 25 October and my therapist. Sherry was super nice very understanding very patient and I hold high praise to Alicia Parks. She’s always been there when I needed her.

The staff was extremely rude and impatient. Many of the patients had to do their jobs taking care of the higher need patients as they were constantly on their phones or making tik toks behind the desk. My whole 4 day stay we were only permitted to go outside twice and never did anything except watch TV/Movies all day. Only time with the psychiatrist was 2 questions for less than a minute, and somehow able to determine our capabilities. The Psychiatrist tried to force me to stay after the 72 hours Baker Act, and he didn’t even know my name. Know your rights before you come here, they will try and deceive you to force you to stay there longer

The initial conversation was quite harsh by the front desk representative but I was able to contact the referral agency and when I finally got an appointment setup they were quite nice and easy to communicate with. The assessment was via video which was nice she setup everything via text and was able to electronically sign up releases for my medical records thank goodness. Overall, I wish they provided resources for housing as I was seeing in my research they had access to housing. All in all, I appreciate the follow up review would recommend to others for sure.

I’ve been treated with GracePoint since 2019. Since the beginning they have been top-notch outpatient facility. Dr. Pavan Pancholy is the best psychiatrist I ever had in my life. And my psychologist, Mrs. Maura, help me in my darkest professional times of my life. Thanks 🙏 for having the best professionals for the patients needs.

The worse part about people not caring about their jobs is the people who suffer because of it. This is the worse place to go to to get help. Not all but some of the staff have horrible attitudes and should not be in this line of work. This whole institution is a joke.

I love Gracepoint's Service. I'm going through some things right now, and the emotional support they provide is a welcome solution to my issues on a day to day basis. I see 2 doctors there. One is my therapist and the other is my psychiatrist. Both are wonderful to work with. I def recommend this place!

So far so good. I scheduled an appointment for my daugher over the phone, they verified insurance and were helpful responding to the issues with insurance. They gave us an appointment with Kelly Murphy, the Outpatient Assessment Clinician. She did all of her interview session in a virtual call. Then she provided an appointment for the psychiatrist for evaluation. I actually had to change the appointment and move it down and they worked with me on that. Finally, the evaluation was done virtually and the psychiatrist understood everything, she was caring and understanding. She was able to prescribe and send the prescription to my preferred pharmacy. So, later my preferred pharmacy did not work for us, so we had to request a new prescription to be sent to a different pharmacy. This is done through a voicemail and we're waiting for that, but they called and let me know that they got our message and are trying to get a new prescription to the new pharmacy. Hopefully it all works out well.

My nephew was recently discharged from this facility. I can tell you that my sister his mother was extremely grateful for the care, communication, and empathy that my nephew and his mother received from every dept in the campus that was a part of his stay and treatment The food and cleanliness was also on point. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs this type care!

Dr. Nicole Ridell ( I apologize if I have misspelled your name) is amazing. She takes her time to listen to you and together comes up with a plan for your care. She returns calls in a timely manner and is all around a wonderful lady that saved my life from a very dark place. More than once.

DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE! They have refused my sister's psychiatric medication, they have refused to allow her to wear even a sports bra in a male and female mixed group with zero locks on the doors so any patient can just wander into her room at any point in time and do God knows what. They will not communicate with you. They will not give medication in a timely manner, they will not answer patients questions, just tell them tood bad, so sad, wait for a judge to do something on Monday, and this was a voluntary trip. DO not take your family member here because this place doesn't want to help them they only want copays and funding. Take your family to a private facility like Harmony but DO NOT GO HERE! THESE PEOPLE WILL LOCK UP VOLUNTARY PATIENTS AND GIVE THEM ZERO ACCESS TO THEIR FAMILY OR LAWYERS. I have gone through this process with many facilities over the past 20 years with my sister and I have never seen one function this poorly. I'm just glad they don't do electric shock here or I may not even get my sister back at the end of this. Do not go here, please go elsewhere, somewhere they actually want to help people.

My ex-wife is a patient in the adult services, Baker Act patient. My ex-wife appointed me as her Healthcare Surrogate. My ex-wife was in the process of selling her trailer before she was admitted. While she is in the facility, she called me and asked me to bring the necessary documents for her to sign the trailer over to the buyer. I called Gracepoint and was told they would facilitate this for my ex wife. So my daughter and I traveled the 45 miles to Gracepoint. When we got there, a very rude woman named "Molly ?" told me she would not let my wife sign the documents. "Molly" insulted me for mistakenly saying my ex-wife was my wife. Someone could have told me when I called(3 times) that "Molly" won't allow my wife to sign the documents and my daughter and I would not have traveled 90 miles round trip for nothing. My wife needs the proceeds badly from selling the trailer, but "Molly" just doesn't care.

I want to say that this place is amazing. My therapist Jessica is a woman who takes interest in what her patients need and what her patients are going trough. She listens and is very attentive to even the smallest details. I never felt heard or trusted someone how I trust Ms. Jessica. She is very empathetic and truly truly does an amazing job because thanks to her I truly feel I am doing better and I am getting better. Jessica is one of the best therapists gracepoint has had in a very long time if not the best one ever ✌️

I have a psychiatrist and a psychologist there and both of them take the time to listen to me and try to give me feedback on handling my own issues that I have been a manic depressant. I do recommend going there if you really want to help yourself then you have to ask her to help first and be willing to be open-minded to try new things and suggestions. I went there voluntarily to get the help that I needed knowing that I needed medication to help level me out and having the one-on-one time with my doctor and my therapist makes all the difference in the world to me, no I don't know anything about being Baker acted so I can't speak on that particular side, never been there as an inpatient always been outpatient and I've never had issues with my doctor or therapist would recommend if you really want the. help

My last appointment was set for a zoom with a wrong doctor instead of my doctor of several years. Gracepoint said it was a mistake made by the appointment scheduler processor which would have cause me to be a no show with my doctor at their fault. But I would have still needed to be seen as a walk in even though it was a office error.
