To Dr. Martinez, I give a 5 star because as a doctor he’s GREAT! The office team not so much. My parents have been going to the Tampa location for years, and the experience gets worse every time. Starting by when you call, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE DAM PHONE. They take for ever to send prescriptions to the Farmacy, always have issues with follow-ups, and appointments cancellations without notifying in advance. I don’t know if doctors are aware of these situations, but I’m honestly so tired of their bad customer service. Please!! train your staff because patients are not animals. People don’t go there to see your faces, they do because they need health services. That’s all.

Please please please don’t go here. They are dangerously bad. Here are the fI’ve reasons not to go here: 1: They misdiagnosed me saying I had a rare terminal condition. I went to get a second opinion and they were completely wrong. The other doctor said a first year student in medical school wouldn’t have made this type of mistake. I had to let family know I wasn’t dying. 2: They triple book time slots to make the most money they can. You’ll sit there for hours waiting in a tiny packed waiting room 3: They over prescribe medicines. The list was so long that I knew something was wrong 4: They will constantly try to sell you or try to get you to take tons of tests that had nothing to do with your symptoms. They wouldn’t stop asking me to do sleep testing along with other non-lung tests. 5: There paperwork was so disorganized, my insurance company and other labs kept denying treatment due to typos or wrong descriptions. Please please please, don’t go there. They should be put out of business

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They told me I needed to have a sleep study done, I asked if I would owe anything for it and was told no. Then started receiving calls from them saying I owe for it because my insurance didn’t cover it. They also misdiagnosed me and told me the issues I was having could get better “75% at best” and that it would be a life long issue I would have to deal with. They didn’t respect my time or money. Every visit I had, wether in person or through tele-health would take hours just to be seen. I never had a consistent doctor, every visit I was being treated by someone else who would take me off the inhalers the previous doctor would prescribe and prescribe/recommend something else. This was a weekly issue, even with insurance the inhalers were very costly and I couldn’t keep up with constantly having them changed after only a week of use. The Nurse Practitioner Christi was very rude and pretty much called my husband and I idiots and then said she was “just kidding”. She also made fun and put down the profession I wanted to go into. I ended up getting frustrated with all the issues I was having with this place and decided to cancel my next appointment and get a second opinion from a different, more reputable pulmonologist. I found out that I wasn’t having any of the issues the doctors at pulmonary and sleep of Tampa bay said I had and was told I would improve and be completely cured in a few months. I am happy to say that almost 2 months after stopping my care at pulmonary and sleep of Tampa bay and visiting the other pulmonologist, I am completely cured and haven’t had any symptoms that I was having before. If you’re skeptical about the diagnosis/treatment you’re given at this place or get thrown from doctor to doctors that are unprofessional, I highly recommend you get a second opinion from somewhere else.

My mom has been going there for several years. While the doctors are outstanding, the office staff and how they handle the patient inquiries is below standard. They NEVER call back and forget about trying to speak to anyone. So frustrating and so unnecessary. Called several weeks in advance of mom's appointment to ensure they have proper referrals from primary. Left message. No call back. Day before appointment they call to inform appointment will be cancelled due no referral. This has happened more once and is so fixable: PLEASE RETURN YOUR CALLS!

I am already looking for another Dr’s office. The staff is completely incompetent and beyond rude. No one knows what’s going on and they sit and talk instead of working. I have never gotten a straight answer and when I do get an answer, it changes with the next person I talk to. You’ll also wait for hours because they’re triple booked. I can’t believe how horrible this place is.

Today, Oct 5th I was scheduled with Dr. Martinez for an evaluation for a possible in lab sleep study. I was called and told that Dr. Martinez was out sick today, and I could either reschedule or be seen by an APRN. Boy, am I glad I decided to have my OV with the APRN. Christee Bond, the APRN was outstanding. She not only examined me , but listened to my concerns. She was professional, and caring. What a great bed side manner. She was a true professional who was genuine, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I am so happy she was my provider. She is an asset to your organization.

Did my sleep study here and had a good experience, everyone is courteous and professional. They remodeled, and it looks very good.

Very upset with lack of communication and patient portal. I was told I missed an appointment yesterday but on the patient portal it reads no upcoming appointments. I’ve been waiting on a sleep study and the authorization person has yet to complete it or notify me of results and canceled the appointment without notice or at least communication. At my first appointment I waited for an hour for the provider to come in. Now they can’t even tell me if I’m going to be charged for “missing a visit” again when my portal has no upcoming appointments listed.

I wish that I could giving this office no stars. The doctor that I was assigned to within 10 minutes said I was a fraud, that I needed gastric bypass surgery and that I needed to lose 150 pounds as well as move more. I felt degraded by this medical "professional" she was abusive in her bedside manner as was not even interested in anything that I was saying to her. Just have major surgery (for which I am NOT a candidate) lose over half my body weight and exercise which I do regularity. Not sure how the main doctor would feel about this but I am NEVER going back

I love this office, the staff (all of them except one and i can’t remember her name ) are amazing, kind and helpful. All the ARNP’s i have seen are great and Christee is my favorite NP. Anabel answers messages so quickly and is super kind and helpful not to mention patient. If you’re sick and need to be seen they will work you in. They do everything to try to treat you completely and not just put a band-Aid on your problems. They are also up front and honest about everything with you and they actually listen which is refreshing. I highly recommend this practice.

The whole staff is very thorough and friendly. It is so refreshing to receive care from a doctor's office who really show that you are important to them. I will leave a doctor's office in a minute if I'm not happy but this is one office I know I will not have to change. Thank you so much for your wonderful care!

If you have an appointment here, take the whole day off of work. You’re definitely not going to be seen at your appointment time. It’s so frustrating and time consuming to come here.

I have been utilizing clinic for years. The staff is very attentive and kind. Dr Zanchi has a really good bedside manner and pleasant to work with. Christee is who I have seen my last few visits. Very personable and listens to my situation and works to get me the best treatment for apnea possible. Thank you Christee and team!

Young Dr but very knowledgeable, took time to speak with me and not at me. He explained my care in detail elaborated what was going on within my lungs and sleep disorder as well as next steps in care. Very pleased with Dr and office staff as treated with dignity and respect.

This Clinic is one of the top clinics in Tampa Bay. I think I was the 1st person diagnosed with Narcolepsy When they did my 1st sleeping test and Dr. Bond was reviewing the results, they were kinda off. She immediately sent me to do a 2nd sleeping test but this one consisted of a whole day and sure enough, it came out that I had Narcolepsy. So I was the 1st Patient to be diagnosed with Narcolepsy. I have to thank Dr. Bond for taking the time checking the results and discovering that condition for me. But it doesn't end there. Then I was being treated for the condition but I was not seeing any results and on one of my appts Dr. Bond asked me how I was doing and she changed my medication and what a change of life.. it has been like a miracle. I'm able to stay awake during the day and have more of a normal life.

Dr. Christee Bond is AMAZING! I dont normally leave reviews but I just HAD too! Going to any doctors office gives me anxiety and I usually try to stay away as best as possible due to always running into rude doctors BUT this place was DIFFERENT. First, the office staff was very understanding and wasnt rude at all when I mistakenly forgot my insurance card but they didnt mind and was able to find a solution. Second, the wait time was SO quick! I only had to wait 5 minutes! When I was seen, Dr. Christee was super friendly and funny! She took her time with me, and REALLY listened to me. She made my anxiety go away and made me feel important. She went above and beyond what I expected in doctors which is rare. Because of her, I will definitely stick to this location from here on out for future needs.

This place is horrible. You can sometimes wait for over an hour to be seen, you might see the ACTUAL doctor for two minutes, the staff are condescending and incompetent, the parking lot is unsafe, and there are no medical masks in sight in this tightly packed place. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. The first appointment I ever had was spent with a resident physician for one hour. He was kind but also clearly inexperienced and did not introduce himself to me. When I mentioned I had PTSD, he crudely asked: “From what?” I don’t see how that answer would benefit either of us and no one with PTSD wants to be asked that question for obvious reasons. I saw Dr. Zanchi for maybe two minutes tops. He asked some questions and when I explained I had fibromyalgia, he condescendingly replied: “I’m sure you do.” I was shocked at how rude he was. This was after he and a nurse criticized and staffed the resident physician in front of me, in the small room we were all in. That’s very unprofessional and should NOT be done in front of a patient. After this interaction, I noticed my chart was completed incorrectly anyways despite spending all that time. While trying to leave, I couldn’t get out the parking lot without the help from another patient who was trying to take my spot. I was completely boxed in because the parking lot is very small and narrow. I almost had an anxiety attack because I had to get to work! The next appointment was also a nightmare. It was to follow-up my sleep study and I was waiting for over an hour to be seen. I’m always early for my appointments. When I was finally in a room, Nurse Moodey popped in her head quickly saying “Hello-I-will-be-right-with-you” so fast it took me a few minutes to process what she said. She popped in much later to ask why I was there, where I took the sleep study, and other basic questions she should’ve known. When she finally came back, she tried to go over my results with me but could not answer a lot of my questions. I thought a nurse specializing in sleep would know how to explain sleep study results to me. Overall this place will make you claustrophobic, tired, and stressed. I wish I followed the previous, low-rated reviews and did not waste my time and energy here.

I found my experience very pleasant compared to my last visit. My Dr. was very kind and patient with me and listened to my concerns. Even though I was early for my appointment they saw me right away. It's nice to feel you have an Dr. and the staff treat you with respect and dignity and not like you're a burden to be rushed through to get to the next patient. Thank you so much for making my visit less stressful than it already was. Thank you Dee Sandman

In response to the last review and the changes implemented, I have been trying to contact ANYONE at the office for 6 days. Today, day 6, I spoke with someone in the billing department. She was extremely rude and loud because I needed to speak with someone else. This office is awful. Just avoid it.

Each visit to the Habana or WesleyChapel Office, all employees are very attentive, helpful and caring. They truly make me feel like a human and not just a number.

I want to thank Anabelle for going ABOVE AND BEYOND for my mom. She really worked hard to take care of a last minute surgery clearance. She even called me at 6:15 PM on a Friday holiday weekend just to update me. The surgeons office dropped the ball and thank God for Anabelle, mom was able to get her surgery today.

Great staff with amazing attitude, fast service and beautifully designed, both the office and the private sleep study rooms. Dr. Modh gets 10 stars-he's excellent!!

Terrible place to get a sleep study done. The APRN who did my initial evaluation pre sleep study did not listen to anything I told her. She also spent 20 minutes telling me one of the maintenance drug that I take (which has nothing to do with the sleep study) was not what she would prescribe but she knew a great cash clinic that could provide me what she "knew" was better. Way to push your own side agenda. She also wrote the wrong reason for my sleep study - probably because she wasn't paying attention. The one saving grace for this place was the night nurse during the sleep study, she was very nice and professional.

Dr. Zanchi is a very caring doctor. When I let him know about any concerns I have, they are addressed by him and he takes the time to really listen and explain what needs to be done to further my progress.

I have been a patient of this practice for a couple of years now and I have always had a great rapport with office staff and Dr Martinez! At one point I tried to see another pulmonologist and found out that not everyone ACTUALLY cares about their patients like Dr. Martinez and his staff. I also want to give a shout out to Anabel! She is the best. She will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure patience are getting what they need after they see the doctor. I will never leave and try another pulmonologist, it is not worth the humiliation I felt for myself as I had to walk back in there and said "I am sorry" They welcomed me with open arms as if I had never left! If you want a doctor that will give you the best treatment possible PLEASE give this practice a try...I think you will love them Respectfully, Marian Horsman

Always friendly, let's you know what's going on with your health and how to improve it. If you have to do a sleep study, it's very comfortable and the people are friendly and polite. I have trouble sleeping and I fell asleep quickly both times. I would recommend them if you want to be comfortable with your doctor.
