After a horrible start to our last weekend with a different hotel with Choice Hotels, we were directed to this hotel. It was amazing. It was clean, comfortable, I loved the pool area, and over all I was just pleased. It’s not the Hilton of course but for the price and the location it was great. The staff was super friendly and more than accommodating. The Latin Grill is connected to it and they are awesome as well. It’s very safe in my opinion because unless you’re a hotel guest with a key you cannot get in the building. I recommend this hotel for sure. Yes it’s under construction but you don’t even notice. I loved it. If we visit Tampa again this will be our go-to place.

Amie & Ron, can't say enough excellent things about these folksy front desk human beings. 😀 They treated me with a BIG SMILE & let me stay a bit past my checkout time, priceless... Surroundings are very safe & relaxed. Little traffic & wide streets close to the freeway at very affordable cost makes the hotel 1 of my nationwide choice, not far from the beach. I saved it in my Google Maps. I'm a verified local guide (no fake reviews) Quality Inn at Tampa, FL 9331 E Adamo Dr. Tampa, FL 33602

Springs in one bed protruding the other had a mattress pad to cover. Both beds squeaked loudly. Only one chair available for double occupancy. We checked out early & was charged for the day, which was not disclosed. Very loud location...next to a dealership. Car horns went off day & night. Flooring needed vacuumed. They ran out of shampoo (one supplied) on the first night. I would NOT recommend this place.

This hotel is my absolute favorite place to stay the pool is amazing especially at night it looks as if you walked on to a movie seen perfect for a few friends to get together or even for one that needs some me time. The staff is always helpful and never fails for them make anyone feel right at home. The prices are great as well . The rooms floor plan is great and then rooms whole decor leave you feeling a little fancy which is not normal when you stay at a place that's low budget but yet leaves you feeling nothing but high class

The room was not cleaned properly, drawer broken, hair on toilet, baseboards dirty, under and behind bed very nasty and lights clock not plugged up ready for use. Over priced for the conditions of the building. The staff was helpful and offered a refund or to be moved the next morning. Waiting to see what my next room will look like. Very disappointing of a stay so far.

Check in was fine, the place is getting a face lift that looks good. The problems we had were that the sink was getting fixed when we got to our room and it still backed up and there was only a sheet on the bed, I had to go to the front desk to request a blanket! How is there not a blanket on the bed?

We had a great time, I was skeptical at 1st because there was a lot of reviews about noise. We stayed for a week and have a great time. Our room was in the back so noise won't bother us, we slept well. The bed was comfortable, we asked to change one of the sheets and they changed right away. The pool area it's really nice, some days the have a DJ, I felt I was like in the Caribbean, nice ambiance. You can order from the restaurant right from the pool. The food was delicious. They are making a lot of improvements. We ll stay there next year.

If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely the nastiest room ever and that’s not an exaggeration. 1. Broken iron. 2. Uncleaned stained toilet bowl. 3. Second bed had a very strong urine odor and the mattress is soiled. 4. Dirty soils wheels with hair on them. 5. The headboard, on the bed we were able to use, fell off the wall when I leaned against it while sitting on the bed. The headboard was very heavy and was being held up by 2 small screws. 6. We also encountered a couple roaches during our stay. Although the staff was friendly, with my inside knowledge of how these hotels operate, they know when their rooms are in a state like this and the other reviews prove this.

The staff was super nice. The pool was lovely and outside amenities were so relaxing. The rooms were good. Our bathroom doorknob was barely attached and the chain on the outside door was installed backwards so it didn't work but we'd come back.

This inn is in a great location, being fairly close to Busch Gardens and downtown Tampa, but it is not very clean and is uncomfortable for the price. The garbage cans and hallways were dirty, the cans rusty and spilling over with garbage. Most of the staff were very cordial, but a lady at the front desk on our second day was quite rude to us and other patrons. The complementary breakfast was very limited in selection, the options being being bagels, yogurt, and waffles that were sour tasting. The pool was nice. Now inside the room, the AC unit in the individual rooms struggle to keep the room cool during the hot Florida days. The beds were uncomfortable to us, as they creaked and cracked throughout the night and left us with sore backs the next day at Busch Gardens. The interior design for the rooms is outdated, at best, and the furniture is badly worn. Overall, for the price of the rooms, you're basically paying for the location of the inn rather than the comfort it provides.

I can’t understand how this hotel received almost 4 stars on Google out of over 1k reviews. When we arrived, the lobby appears nice/modernized. However the line and seemingly disgruntled other customers in front of us should have been the first warning. Unfortunately due to it being a busy sold out weekend, we didn’t really have a choice of other hotels to switch to. The room card maker was not working so we couldn’t go to and fro from our room without getting an employee. Which meant the same for all the other guests checking in that day. Which also meant finding someone to help was difficult at times. Honestly though I could have dealt if that was the only problem. The room itself was disgusting. It had a funky smell, blood on the doorframe, a bathroom that was enough to give you nightmares, and questionable “clean” sheets. I literally slept on top of towels as I was so grossed out by everything.

The pool is very nice, but we didn’t get to experience it outside of a few minutes one morning. That’s probably the best part of the whole place. Staff interactions were hit or miss. I tried calling in to see if the hotel would match online rates and the guy on the phone was rude because he “had a line” - bro, just tell me that and I would have been okay on hold…. If every other hotel wasn’t $200 we would have gone elsewhere. The two different women who helped check in / out were very nice though. The breakfast was very basic. Hotel waffles, yogurt, and some apples and oranges - that’s about it. Some eggs, bacon and sausage would be nice. The pillows are unusually small. Full size pillows would have raised my review to 4 stars but I expected a little bit nicer accommodations for what we paid for. Florida Man(s) also like to hang out in the parking lot.

The hotel is clean and remodeled nicely with a large pool area. At night, the lighting affects, throughout hotel, especially the pool area is nicely done. There is a Latin restaurant attached to the hotel that on Friday & Saturday nights, it turns into a nightclub. Salsa & English music. No cover charge & the drinks are moderately priced. The only “negative” is the breakfast that needs more options. Only waffles & coffee is served.

The lobby smells and amazing!... But it's a bit much for a first impression. The gym has dumbbells which is nice for me. There's an attached restaurant that you are provided a discount to for staying at the hotel. Parking is ample and convenient. The bed fortunately doesn't feel like cardboard but it could be a bit better. I didn't hear anyone in the rooms next to me but my door or window seems PAPER thin. I could easily follow conversations outside of my room. But that said it was short lived. They have oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and waffles for breakfast. All in all I nice place to stay. 👌🏿

This was a nice, clean, well maintained hotel. There is a bar attached out front, as well as a club/lounge. It's in a pretty good location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I-75 is less than 5 minutes away. I had a nice, pleasant experience at this hotel.

I've stayed here more than once. This time for 4 nights. Too long. It has the potential to be a really nice place and still keep prices down. Just fix the stuff that guests report to you. Also there is a Honda dealership next door that uses panic buttons to find cars on the lot, all day - how primitive. Very annoying. Most of the hotel staff are nice however. With all that being said, I don't think I'd stay again. They just need to step it up a bit and take care of the problems mentioned here. Their idea of a renovated room is not mine. A renovated room had a toilet with no door? A glass shower with a shower curtain and questionable mat? Please. Walls were paper thin in that room as well. The guy next door was always coughing and sounded like he was in my room.

Wow do I really have to start with how awesome this place is. Staff super friendly and very accommodating. Plenty of on site entertainment and food. Location is great. I would highly advise anyone to spend the week or night in this fabulous establishment. Pool and outside area's they speak for them self..

Long detailed review‼️ I checked into this location on Thursday Feb 22nd and checked out Sunday Feb 25th, upon entering it had a nice lobby area, very bright and staff was very welcoming, especially Jamar. This hotel does have a bar/restaurant attached that stays open until midnight. The pool & patio area was nice although we didn’t have time to swim. Walking to our room, the set up is more of a motel because the door rooms are basically outside, there is a wall of windows with some exit doors but the windows don’t go to the top of the wall and have a huge space between the two. Entering the room, it was somewhat small, we selected to have a king bed. The room wasn’t the cleanest, the tub could have been much better and there was, what appeared to be a dead insect near the toilet, the next morning it was gone so it was very much alive. We spent most of the day away from the hotel but arriving back to the room, there was a roach in the bathtub, I immediately had my husband take care of killing it but we picked all bags up from the floor. The remainder of our stay, Friday - Sunday morning, we saw more roaches and other insects in our room. Also the walls and door might as well be ply wood, u could hear literally everything! The bar/restaurant would wheel the trash out, I could hear it every single night, it was like they were standing outside my door pushing it back and forth. The drunken patrons would be loudly talking and sometimes yelling, I barely slept the 3 nights I was there. There was ALWAYS car alarms going off at all hours of the night and if you think u will sleep in since u didn’t get any sleep the night before, think again because you can hear everything so loudly, if guest walk past your room talking, it sounds like they are in bed with you. One morning a car pulled in blowing the horn to greet housekeeping who then began to yell back and forth to one another right outside my room. Had I seen the reviews before I booked, I would have found somewhere else to stay. This location was selected by friends who were having a wedding and this location accommodated them by providing a discount. I wouldn’t recommend this location and I will be reporting them to Florida health department! I was able to capture a roach as I was leaving my room to checkout, it’s not the best photo but another reviewer was able to capture one in their room a few months ago. Beware of this location and your belongings! Also I did not eat breakfast due to obvious reasons.

Highly recommend this newly renovated hotel. New floors, amazing beds, and a nice flat screen TV. Beautiful pool, patio, and restaurant on site. Feels like i’m at a resort for an affordable price! The staff was exceptional and very accommodating, upgraded my room to two queen beds, pool side, with a smile, and without me having to ask! I’ll definitely be coming to stay here again!!! 10/10!

WOULD APPRECIATE IT THE OWNERS OF THIS HOTEL WOULD CONTACT ME BEFORE THIS HAS TO GO TO COURT!! I have pictures of the beg bugs and roaches and i have videos of Sheila promising the refund. Absolute garbage!!! BEDS BUGS and absolutely refuse to refund after promising to refund! Roaches and bed bugs! Wasted over 1000 dollars for 6 nights and the worthless management Sheila offered to refund and then refused to do that when we came to check out and get the refund. This hotel and its manager sheila completely ruined our family vacation!!!

The pool and the grounds were exceptional! I've never seen anything quite like it at a moderately priced hotel like this. Large heated swimming pool with fountains, lights, outdoor bar and extensive grotto like seating areas. The room was well furnished and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a plumbing issue and we woke up to a large area of the rug in the room soaking wet. When notified, the staff seemed properly concerned.

Had some slight mix-up with online reservation but the folks at the hotel got it straightened out and we had a great stay. There's a Latin grill/restaurant which become a hot spot at night. Not close to high traffic's areas but that contributed to the Charm. Great outdoor pool area that would definitely be another plus in the warmer months.

Not too much and nice pretty pool and fountain in pool quiet provides a nice leisurely smokeing area and you got everything around you and a bar restraint in front that’s quiet popular but you can’t hear any of it in your room

The manager here is amazing! The rooms are reasonably priced a the cleaning crew really does a great job! The staff has been so sweet and accommodating! The renovation is beautiful ! I love the courtyard/pool area! Their premier rooms are gorgeous and very affordable! I would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

Read decent reviews and seen it was newly remodeled and liked the price so we booked for three nights. Would NOT stay here again unless I was in a pinch. One night maybe but three nights, no! It wasnt horrible but more of inconveniences. It’s definitely a party spot bc they have a pool and a bar at the pool. So the room #145 was clean and that was nice but the sink doesn’t drain, the toilet barely flushed, the tv barely worked, probably something to do with the sensor. For a weekend stay there was no parking. They also have the conjoining doors to each room that I could unlock and open and then there’s the other person door, so that’s creepy. You can hear everyone outside and in the rooms if they raised their voice. So again one night maybe for the price but if you are trying to enjoy your stay, and that kind of stuff annoys definitely would not stay there. Their lobby is so nice but it’s definitely clickbait.

Absolutely Shocking.. I was scared ad the price was low. I too was scared as most Quality Inns are filled with bed bugs, Roaches & Drug Dealers. These rooms are remodeled brand new didn't find a bit of mold in pool area. Air Vents clean, rooms clean Now again they are dead center remodeling but clean about it too.. Plus smoking is dedicated to only one certain area outside on property Really appreciate it was in room 207

  • 3/5 Linda H. 7 months ago on Google
The floors were damp from the moisture in the room. The non-skid on the tub was almost gone, and the tub was very slippery. The air conditioner had an odor to it. The WiFi was terrible.

  • 3/5 Mariana B. 2 years ago on Google
The place is really beautiful. I got surprised with the decoration. They also have a bar/restaurant in front. The pool is beautiful. There is a small gym. Room is normal for the price. The only issue was a crazy lady that started yelling midnight until 1. I call the reception and after 20 minutes the police came. I don’t know if this is frequent or if was a exception.

  • 3/5 Sean D. 7 months ago on Google
Place is ok for the price. I’m sure it used to be great back in the day. It’s still pretty cool just a little old. They have give it a face lift recently but it isn’t as nice as the photos online look. I was originally given a room that hadn’t been cleaned which they fixed immediately. Still kind of a hassle though after you carry everything to the room and have to go back tho the office. I would stay here again though.

Our room was ok. Except it was never cleaned. The pool was amazing. At night they had colorful lights going and music playing. Wasn't too far from Bucsh Gardens and Adventure Island. Breakfast wasn't the greatest either. Staff was kind and friendly.

    1. Rooms are annoyingly HUMID. 2. Shower curtain and towels weren’t cleaned at all. Pretty gross. 3. Bath tub had hair in it still 4. Microwave is literally rusted inside all over ( same with fridge ) 5. Walls are thin and you can hear scum people yelling at each other all night 6. People smoking weed at the pool full of kids Pros: 1. bed is nice 2. Floor was new 3. Bathroom sink was new 4. Pool area is nice 5. Looked like the cleaners actually do there job just need to replace towels and curtains etc

Hotel has signs everywhere stating no smoking, 100% smoke free, $250 fine for smoking etc... checked in and went to room. 3 guys sitting outside our room smoking. Room is okay, but flooring is warped, has broken seams and soft spots all over. Bathtub is stained, stains on wall. AC barely works. Minimally adequate for the price, but not "good".

  • 2/5 Tiffany B. 1 year ago on Google
Don't stay here if you plan on sleeping. The walls are really thin so you hear the neighbors... Everyone likes to hang out in the halls or party in the parking lot so music is going all night. The bathroom is really small. The pool is nice, so hot tub or jacuzzi. I understand it's a holiday weekend but people are rude.

I am VERY surprised that this Quality Inn has a 3.8 overall rating. Perhaps there are rooms that have been completely overhauled by professionals, but my room certainly was not. Here is why this place deserves 2-Stars instead of 1-Star. The lobby was done very well. Very nice. Although I didn't use it, the pool area looked good from a distance as well. Here is why it deserves a 1-Star. The paint job was like a five-year-old did it. The floor was done shabbily as well. The bed I would give a rating of two. It looks like a new comfortable bed, but it certainly is not. The bathroom? OMG. The tub looks original to the build of the hotel back forty years ago. It completely has delaminated. The toilet was not only dirty, but it had numerous brown mineral streak. The table with 2 chairs? I wouldn't even touch them. Absolutely covered in stains. For those who rated this a 5-Star, I am assuming that they got a nicely renovated room. I guess when you find a hotel with relatively high ratings, but is the cheapest in the entire area, you need to be ready for disappointment.

Five stars right from the beginning. I spoke with Vanessa at the front Desk very helpful and polite and very accommodating. Room was clean and nice, and it was very quiet. Very clean and nice property. Will definitely stay again. Choice reward member.

Great staff. Clean room. Enjoyed the restaurant. Nice layout...pool deck, outside enclosed patio area. Room to gather n visit. Bed slept great. We had a poolside king...wasn't a fan of the positioning of the shower or toilet. No privacy at all.

  • 3/5 Brannon H. 1 year ago on Google
So the hotel itself is quite good. Rooms are attractive and well maintained. The pool is also great. What you may not know when you’re booking a room here is that there is a nightclub inside of the hotel. That means after the nightclub closes in the early morning hours, there are tons of drunk idiots in the parking lot blasting music, screaming and revving their engines. Good luck getting sleep. Also, couldn’t get any hot water in the shower, so good luck showering.

Im really glad that I didn’t have to spend much time at this place. This is unfit for people to stay in. The only positive was that I was able to be checked in a bit early and head to my business duties . I was initially given a room that was being worked on and I had to be switched to a different room. The new room’s bathroom was in a very poor condition , the bathtub , and the floor lining the bathtub was coming off . The room smelled and faced an auto dealership . It was questionable whether or not the room had been cleaned. Both nights I came back the restaurant next door was bumping with extremely loud music . I honestly didn’t feel safe staying here as a woman traveling alone . If you’re looking to save money please go elsewhere . This place is in need of extensive renovations . Don’t even bother with the complimentary breakfast , there really isn’t one .

Worst hotel I've stayed at in a while, my room had water damage all over, my coworkers room had a tub full of dirty water and thick long black hair all in it.not once we're the rooms cleaned when asked for a cleaning . The atmosphere was very loud. Restaurant was nice food was good but it's a little ridiculous that actual hotel guests can't park because of restaurant customers. Not to mention the noise level. No one can sleep or relax with all that noise.

This hotel could be a great place but the service hospitality and cleanliness is holding it back .the front desk clerk was rude in a nice kind of way if you know what I mean. My son was so excited to swim in the mornings at 9 o clock because the pool area was locked up like fort boss and not once did it open even near nine ..how disappointing .trash everywhere and the breakfast was not what it was in the picture.last but not least we asked for late check out and the nice rude front desk lady told us she couldn't do any more late check outs .so the pool didnt open on time until ten and checkout was eleven .

Good hotel a short drive from the Fairgrounds with friendly, attentive staff, and clean rooms. Amazing pool area!! Some issues with soundproofing but nothing earplugs won't handle. Dinner at the Latin Grill was delicious as well.

(Pictures Coming Soon) This place seems to be or have mostly gone through a renovation. However, definitely a nice place to stay. The room phone and television have about 4 grandchildren per say. The room is great in size and has all expected amenities. The pool is quite perfect, being both small in look, large in feel, and has a rather beautiful lighted waterfall. The bar is attached to the hotel (Review of the bar can be found by clicking my profile!)

The room I stayed in had roaches!! During the day the roaches didn’t come out but when I came back to the room around 10pm the roaches started coming out. All over the dresser and the fridge. I couldn’t even put my leftovers in the fridge because the roaches were there too. I had to throw my food away. The front desk didn’t tell me the “restaurant” or whatever it is turns into a club at night and there was NO parking for hotel guest. I drove around the parking lot 3 times hoping for someone to leave until I found a guy on the golf cart that said we can park where the cones are. I was only staying there for 1 night and it was a last minute decision but if I knew there was roaches I would’ve never stayed there. I was up all night because I was paranoid that the roaches were going to be in the bed. I should’ve cancelled the reservation and got my money back. DONT STAY HERE

If I could give this place a zero I would. Do yourself a favor and Run FAR from this place. Our room smelled so badly of sewage that got worse every time we flushed. It was so bad by morning that we threw up and had to change rooms. When we told them what happened they acted like WE were the inconvenience. The first room we had was like a run down motel. The second one was a little bit better, but you can tell they don’t care what it looks like in there. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower, fixtures were falling off the wall, paint was peeling and the water in the shower was Luke-warm. The only good thing about this place was the Latin restaurant attached. DONT STAY HERE

The room was clean, attractively decorated, adequately maintained, and bug free. It was mostly quiet. The breakfast was satisfying, with waffles and pancakes. The pool was a beautiful, tropical area.

My family and I recently were here for a vacation. The manager was amazing and really made sure our vacation went well. We had a little issue with our first room , the manager she quickly found us a new room and saved our vacation. The place was nice and the rooms were so nice. The pool was awesome 😎. I really can't thank the staff here for making our time here completely amazing 🤩
