Very nice location. Good food and friendly employees.

Aside from it being on fowler and homeless people walking around outside. The qaulity of food is really really bad. The entrees are good but the rice is undercooked and overcooked at the same time. What do I mean? The rice is crunchy and mushy at the same time. A feat I didnt think was possible unless they are reheating their leftover rice from the day prior. Do yourseld a favor there are a number of chinese resturaunts around. Do not settle for the mcdonalds equivalent.

I know Panda Express gets a lot of bad reviews but the one on FOWLER AVE. is the best. Great portions, my order is always correct, and they're polite. Love them.

At 9:00 the employees started to close and pack up food and told every customer they only had two types of chicken left and nothing else and at 9:15 they said they were closed even after multiple people were at the drive thru line. If i could give 0 stars I would, i'm a college student who's worked in the restaurant industry for years and understand when you close early when it's slow but it wasn't.

STAY FAR AWAY!! There was hair in my food and only gave me TWO pieces of shrimp with my meal… gave me no price and gave me dry burnt noodles instead. The sauce was opened and got all over my egg roll.. no sense of professionalism at all at this place. The staff is nasty with their attitude and the management couldn’t be worse. You should all be fired. This job is as simple as it gets and you still mess up my order every single time.

I would give 0 stars. This place is very unprofessional. They hand uber eats orders without confirmation and didn't want to take responsibility about the situation. Never will I order from them again!!!! They didn't provide manager name at all!!!! Very bad for business. NO NO😡😡😡😡

I have been a Panda Express lover for a while now. Their food is amazing. But I have been in the Er three times, one of the times for 2 days straight, I have had 104.5 fever, stomach cramps, headache, slight blur of vision, diarrhea 20-25 times a day, nausea, and lots more as worse as these. I will NEVER order from here after all the suffering I have went through. I hope you people realize this review and have disappointment and have second thoughts of ordering here again. I got food poisoning call Campylobacter for the past 5 days. I warn you of ever ordering at this location. If what happened to me happens to you, I promise you will regret it. The food is too salty and seems like it was microwaved definitely not fresh brained or at least it tastes like something that imitates Chinese food but. Isn't the real thing definitely too salty and not fresh? The. People working? There aren't nice enough but their food is terrible. I definitely will not eat this food unless I was starving. I had a fantastic experience at this establishment. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful meal. The people working there were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. I was delighted to find that the food was always fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and top-notch customer service!

The place is okay. That bread was falling off the shrimp, the walnuts are not abundant in the shrimp and walnut selection. I had to ask for soy sauce as well. That should automatically come with every meal just like they do with the fortune cookie. The noodles were a little overcooked and I also ordered the cream cheese rangoon.. I thought it would be something more than just a bunch of cream cheese. It was like eating a spoon full of cream cheese. The inside was not seasoned and I thought it would at least give a little more. I didn't even eat it. It was so disgusting. If I ever bite into anything else that is just a clump of clump of cream cheese, I know something. The most disgusting thing ever. It should be taken off the menu because why would you make something like this? 😒

We were occupied with work on Tuesday and couldn't find time to prepare lunch. As a solution, we looked around and noticed that Panda Express was conveniently located nearby. Fortunately, we discovered that DoorDash offers delivery services from Panda Express. It had been a while since we last had Panda Express, so we opted for their Kung Pao Chicken and Chowmein bowl. Our order arrived promptly in just 15-20 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed the piping hot and delicious Kung Pao Chicken and Chowmein Noodles bowl. The flavors blended perfectly and left us feeling completely satisfied. We really enjoy the Panda Express Bowl, it's absolutely delicious!

I ordered at the drive through so I didn't see what was wrong until I made it home. I ordered a plate with 1/2 chow mein, 1/2 super greens. How do you confuse super greens with fried rice? You can't even call it fried rice with how soggy it was. It was inedible - to say the least. Plus, apparently 1/2 is too complicated to measure because 3/4 of it was the nasty rice. From experience, don't do the drive-thru. Park, go inside (where you can watch them) & order it to go.

I had beef and broccoli which was fine and grilled chicken teriyaki with low mein noodles. The noodles were under cooked I couldn't eat them. Will try them again.

Went to Panda Express in Tampa, Fl.. chili crisp shrimp and chicken and mushroom were great. The noodles were not bad but just a little dry. I will say the noodles I had in Metairie, LA were better but the shrimp was better in Florida.

They completely messed up my order. Nothing right about the order. Rice instead of noodles and nothing but some weird looking chicken for the meat. I'm sticking with REAL Chinese food from now on. Panda Express your staff needs to tighten up especially in this economy. I don't want your coupon code that's not going to help with my wasted gas. I want my money back and will dispute it with my cc company.

Service was nice. Food wasn't fully cooked, spring rolls were soaked in oil as though they hadn't drained correctly. It was just a meal during a long trip home, but I don't know I just recalled better food and less sloppy l. Maybe it was an off day?

Very dissatisfied. Ordered a large lunch for delivery. Food was dark brown, extremely overfried eggrolls and Waltons,enedible...very little Shrimp in the box for the price I paid. No forks. Knives, napkins, no sauces in the bag at all, no cookies...57.0 dollars...and most of the lunch went in the trash can. Beware Do Not Order Any food from this location. I called corporate...they do no care.

The service was garbage, the food served was old and disgusting, when asking for a manager the young person assisting us didn't want to grab the manager and insisted on giving us more food even though we didn't want it. Once the manager did come talk to us she had the most repugnant attitude when we asked for a refund and kept mumbling under her breath as if we couldn't hear. Worst experience by far.

I've been wanting to try this place for years. I finally got the opportunity to go last night for the first time and it was so disappointing! They ran out of rice so I got noodles instead which were partially cooked and I barely got any chicken in my bowl. The Kung Pao chicken was not spicy at all and had zero flavor. Such a let down I'll never come here again.

I’ve been to several places and this is by far the worse I order the big plate thinking if I ordered three separate entrees I couldn’t go wrong the beef w broccoli was horrible the beef with tomato and mushrooms was horrible plus no meat the orange chicken was the best thing but mall food is better just don’t waste your money here it’s not worth it. Excellent service and the food is always consistently delicious. I take my family and friends here all the time just because of how spot on the atmosphere is. I love Panda and I recommend it to anyone looking for great food and service.

Idk whats going on at this one they use to be solid. Got charged for side of chow mein that i didnt receive. Broccoli beef is 1 piece of beef and 13 Broccoli heads. Guess ill have to find another one.

Love the food here; it is always tasty, hot, and available. Staff is amazing. On one visit i left my wallet. On a return visit a very pretty warm woman returned it me with everything in tact. I had no idea where it went to. Honest staff, great food, clean restaraunt and clean bathrooms with soap and a good sink. Plenty of tables and booths to sit in. If you are in a rush just use the quick full service drive thru to order up fresh hot good chinese food from friends.

This was my first time to the Panda Express fast food and Chinese I don't know about it it's sort of like walking into Chipotle and having hot tape hot food on the tables there and a limited selection it's good I guess for a quick fix when I go back if I'm really in the need

Good delicious food. My 6 year old daughter loves the rice. There is a combination of foods and they are always adding new dishes. Customer service is very slow today. I ordered my food at 3:00 for a 4:00 pickup and it was not ready when I arrived. It seemed like they were short staffed today. I did not get my food till 4:20. I asked two ladies for my food.

Basically the taste of the food is good,, but today I found this weird meat that looks like a small head with horns,, it's not a cut, it's a whole piece, I haven't finished eating because of this, I know that one basically doesn't know with Exactly how they prepare your food but it's not nice to find rare meat on your plate.
