BEWARE!!! My first and last time ever stepping in this Qdoba location. I went to pick up my order, I stood by pickup wondering if my food was ready or not. Started looking for two minutes and finally found it. The lady at the register saw me looking but never greeted or said I’ll help you in a second. So I took that as alright I found my bags let me get it. As I reach to get the only two orders that were mine on the shelf, the same awful rude and unpleasant lady employee yells ”hey you can’t just grab them you see that I’m busy”, mind you she is only at the register and their wasn’t very many people. She continues and says “we don’t have time to make reorders because you end up grabbing the wrong order” there was no signs nothing I assumed it was like chipotle where you grab your pick up order and leave.she was so loud for no reason and embarrassed in front of others. Becareful guys when you pick up your order god forbid you from even trying or you’ll get attacked by that girl! Overall food is ehh. No flavor in rice nor chicken. Chips overly salty. Guacamole was super chunky with avocado sliced pieces not even smashed. One thing tho is they fill up the bowl

Stood in line for 10 minutes before walking out. me and my daughter were the only ones waiting to be served because other people walked out before hand. The manager did acknowledge us while talking online orders but continued to make orders instead of waiting on customers that did right in front of her. I'm so 😡 upset. Awful customer service. Why not take care of us then go back to online orders. Will never return to this location again.

Well, I’ve always liked Qdoba. But, this was more like a rice filled Burrito with meat flavoring. AND, we paid for a Salsa and after driving all the way home….The ticket for it was in the bag, but no salsa. Another employee who thinks they deserve $15/ hour who can’t get a simple ticket right. I called. The Mgr was apologetic. I don’t want anything free. I just wanted them to know so they can maybe coach this employee. Don’t people realize what a pain it is to get your order to go and they miss something? No one’s perfect. I get it. But this isn’t rocket science.

My coworker introduced me to Qdoba this week. The chips, salsa and queso were my initial things I had and today I ordered a bowl with the beef steak. It was delicious! The amount of food you get coincides with what you pay and the quality is great from what I can tell so far. I'm from Texas and we don't have Qdoba there where I'm from but we did have Taco Cabana and I'd say this is like Taco Cabana. Not fast food but not restaurant style. I do recommend it!

This was my first time eating at Qdoba and I’m very impressed. I ordered a custom bowl and a side of chips & queso. This is a really good Chipotle alternative. I’ll definitely be eating here more often.

I wanted something good and easy for our family Christmas Eve dinner this year. I ordered the chicken and steak taco bar for 10 and it was awesome! I had it delivered (which was on time) to our place of business. It was packaged and labeled perfectly and easy to transport home. Qdoba even included warming trays with chafing fuel. My family loved it! I highly recommend Qdoba for all your entertaining needs. They exceeded all my expectations. Great job!

Stopped coming to qdoba ever since they discontinued the soup. Happened to call and check if it was back and was super excited to hear the soup was back and stopped by to pick some food. All I need is just rice meat and soup. Don’t take any other sauces, corn, lettuce, salsas etc. I asked for some extra rice and they said it’s a charge of $2.09 for an extra scoop. The soup was also a small spoonful. Paid $12.54 for the brisket bowl. An extra cup of soup was $4.99 Never coming back. Ridiculous prices.

Great service and very tasty food. I was pleasantly surprised. The salad in the shell with all of the toppings and the lime vinegrettes was incredible, especially at the bottom when everything soaked into the shell. I look forward to having it again.

Manager Chua gave me the best service I have ever had. She knows how to manage her team well. Highly recommend this location specially.

Such great service. When my burrito was accidentally put into another bag, right away they took full responsibility and made me a new burrito right away. What was a bad situation turned into a great one, which keeps me coming back, along with the great food.

I've not been to a QDOBA since 2019, when I moved from the other side of the country here, to FL. They aren't anywhere near as plentiful here as on the west coast. Needless to say, I was happy AF when the gf told me about this one. We went, I got the burrito bowl with chicken and carnitas and it was AWESOME. Qdoba...I've missed you and I WILL be back.

This place is always clean food is always fresh The employees all need a raise because they are special sweet and hard workers. Great place if ur in the area You won't regret it 🦋

I had not eaten at qdoba in 20 years but he wanted me to pick some up on his lunch break. It was close to USF where I was getting some work done. Had the surf and turf which was not too bad, wish it had a little more rice. He got the quesadilla, simple and filling. I was torn on the queso and the lady suggested a mix of the regular and spicy and it was good. Overall: a quick lunch and plenty of food to tide me over.

Believe it or not, this was my first time going to Qdoba. My best friend tells me every time she stops by, and she's always pleased. Well, now, I can appreciate that report. I had shrimp over the white rice and black beans. The portion was good, and the meal was delicious. Yes, I've been back😉

Food was good. Bizarrely, they didn’t give me cutlery nor napkins for my bowl…. And docked stars heavily for not having these basic things out for customers to pick up.

The food was amazing. I got a burrito with beef, with chips & queso. My salsa on my burrito was missing but other than that everything was really good and well seasoned. Way better than Chipotle.

Qdoba is usually good but this one in particular is not so good they dont add enough food into the bowl!!! in any other qdoba they pack it but in this one it was only filled halfway.

I love this Qdoba. This time Steven (or Stephen) helped me build my nacho bowl and it was so good. Friendly service and clean dining area, definitely going back, thanks!

Never order a single burrito from this place. Every fing time, they make a tiny burrito with barely enough portion size for a single taco. I hope you stub your toe, daily.

For the lunch we were looking to order through door-dash. I opened the app and found that QDOBA allows order through door-dash so we decided to order from QDOBA. After browsing through the menu we ordered Citrus Lime Chicken Salad, Guacamole and Chicken Protein Bowl. Through doordash we got the order in 30 minutes. The bowls were made of fresh ingredients with healthy stuff. We loved our bowls as the quantity was enough for one and made us full. Loved the food from QDOBA.

After months of my friend raving about this place, I went. It was SO GOOD! The food was tasty, the staff was polite, and I had a great time. I will definitely be going back.

I know that this restaurant has been there for years, but im not sure how. I completely dislike going to a restaurant that you order off the posted menu, and then the person making your order asks you "what do you want in it". If I had exclusions, I would have mentioned when ordering. The food was marginal, nothing bad but definitely not something that I would be in a hurry to go back and have again. I don't mind paying for good food, but $15.57 for half a quesadilla and a raspberry tea snapple, is a bit much. The checkout clerk was very happy to tell you your total, and forget to give you the free chips and queso (sign up special - that she was very adamant about clearing the use of code) ..... but also forgot to give you utensils, nor did she say "thank you", "you're welcome" or "we're glad you're here, enjoy". IMO, This place leaves alot to be desired.

I’m a regular at Qdoba and I love this location. The employees and management are amazing. The food is consistently delicious also. Highly recommend!

No different than Chipotle ,Moe’s, but the steak was good.

Food was above average, but the service is lacking. The burrito maker was sassy, out of it, and made my friends order incorrectly. The cashier, however, was an absolute sweet heart and made my day! (Picture shows the stuff she didnt ask for in it 😅) Food was awesome other than the slight service mishap!

Always fresh, and delicious. Never had a bad experience here. Employees are always in a great mood and portions are perfect.

This is very good place to eat. The food is so fresh and yummy. Their normal chicken bowl with green salsa and queso is so yummy. The quantity is enough for 2 people or 2 times. Staffs here are very nice. I would recommend Qdoba to my friends and families, will go again.
