    I love Dunkin Donuts. This is the location closest to my house so I'm there almost every day. However, after my experience this morning around 9am, I will no longer return to this location. Because of a simple misunderstanding, the lady assisting me at the window was VERY rude and said something about me coming in every day with attitude? I was just trying to confirm my order. I have had multiple cheery conversations with this employee alone, so I have no clue what she was referring to. I went back inside to ask for the manager, and unfortunately that WAS the manager who got rude with me. I have been in upper management for 5+ years. Even if I had been rude or had an attitude (which I remained very calm) that is not the customer service these "managers", or any customer service representative, should be displaying.

    This is the worst dunkin, they have advertised for years of being 24H but are never open past 10. Employees have waved me off at 2 am instead of taking orders while playing on their phones. Today after circling the drive thro twice with no answer, I went inside to order a Hot coffee and hash browns. Instead I received an Ice coffee, upon telling the cashier she simply walked away without acknowledging me, and o didn’t get my food.

    Waited at the drive through speaker 15 minutes to place my order. Nobody asked for the order so I pulled up to the window. Nobody was at the window either. Someone finally showed up and refused to take my order at the window. At this point there was 10+ cars behind me because it was morning rush hour traffic. I left. Extremely rude employees that are not even trying to make it look like they are doing their job.

    I just love their Mango Smoothie! The photo attached is one of the two we purchased. I like to put mine in the freezer and eat in small amounts. I was surprised to discover that this one was really just ice cubes in the top part. The other one was perfect. Just not sure how the person making it didn't notice all the ice. Plus I'm not aware of ice being an ingredient for Smoothies?! I have been going to this location for the last 10 years for their Smoothies. I find theirs to be the best. Really, no joke.

    I usually don’t do reviews. But right now at this moment 5:18am, at the Dunkin on Hillsborough on January 22nd 2024. I’m not sure what this associate name is, but she was ABSOLUTELY RUDE. I’ve been coming to this location for years, never have I been treated like this. The lady was rude from the speaker she was yelling and get demanding and the only thing I ordered was an ice coffee. I got to the window and payed and I asked for my receipt “she said second window really loud infront of my face.” I got to the second window she brought my coffee and shoved it in my hand and said “there’s your receipt.” She gave me no receipt. I will be getting corporate involved because this is outrageous!

    I go here anytime between once to twice a day the people there are awesome the great attitudes always willing to help my signature ice caramel craze is always on point and if not for some reason cuz they're training somebody believe me they will fix it with no problem love this place

    The customer service here is horrible. Instead of fixing the product the way requested and paid for...the representative decided to argue and close the window. This interaction occurred at this location on Friday 11/26 between 11-11:30am. As a paying customer we should receive the product as requested and not attitude when its incorrect. This is unacceptable and should not continue to be tolerated. Boycott this Dunkin Donuts...I will never stop here again....poor customer service continues because we continue buying...our money matters!

    The workers are good kids they try there best to help customers the young ladies have always been polite to me.But today I ordered a brown sugar cold brew with a little cream and I ended up a bag of sugar and a gallon of milk and a few tablespoons of actual coffee. It tasted absolutely amazing I could feel my teeth rotting as I drank it it was awesome 👍🏾👍🏾

    It doesn’t say anywhere in the store that $50 bills are NOT accepted, yet our payment was turned down “because too many people are giving us fake money, especially $50 bills” was the response we got. Not only that but the cashier, after delivering the news, just turned around and walked away from the register and continued doing other chores, leaving us waiting to finish our purchase and payment with another employee that had to come to the register for that.

    I was just denied three dozen donuts wasn’t explained why, the manager just denied me the access to purchase three dozen donuts for my classroom.this location is unorganized and horrible service. I spend way too much money at dunkin to experience this type of service.

    I don’t understand how management is not aware of what’s going on in this store. The service here is poor came through the drive thru a couple of times and no one answer and clearly their are people in the store lights on car in parking lot and the website states it closes at 10pm. Many other times I requested donuts and they tell me they don’t have donuts and they never have products they are always out of something. Many other times in the morning they will say they are not serving hot foods why do even have the store open if you don’t service at 100% false advertising and the sad part is this store is the only store on the East side of Tampa with so much potential

    I love Dunkin’ Donuts but this location isn’t it. I order a cappachino the lady laughs because I say hot. Every time I got to Dunkin’ they always ask hot or cold? I was just trying to figure out what was so funny? She could’ve been laughing at something else but it was so unprofessional in my opinion. To top it off I asked for cream & sugar. She goes “it already comes with cream & sugar but okay “. I’m thinking like ma’am I want more just allow the customer to ask what they want then maybe she was just letting me know. She didn’t give us our receipt. Honestly I’ll never come back to this location. My cappuccino wasn’t even filled to the top but it’s cool . I won’t be coming back

    There lucky to even be getting a star from me. My husband and I stopped by around 7:30 one evening and they already had the doors locked telling us to go through drive thur. Which would have worked but we wanted ice-cream.

    The customer service at this location is horrible. The latte I drank made me sick - I don't believe they keep the equipment clean or properly wash the container used for steaming the milk. Never again!

    The customer service here is terrible.The person that wears the pink flower bonnet is very rude, after waiting to order 10 mins and continuing saying hello and no answer I drove up to the window the bonnet wearing girl proceeded to tell me I could not order a cup of coffee at the window.She stated I was lying about waiting. I asked her why would I lie about something so trivial. Needless to say to say the name calling started. She proceeded to say zi was not going to get coffee today,I show her my Starbucks coffee and my walnut my Banana nut bread so it wasn't for me the coffee was for someone else.I don't buy from that store.She told the customer that was parked at the window I always come there and start something that was an outright lie that's why I went to Starbucks. The prices at Dunkin are just as high but Starbuts the service is great. This is is the Dunkin on Hillsborough and 37th. Service is horrible and they are always out of something.

    Terrible customer service. The lady at the window was rude. They gave my order to the car in front of me and had to remake my order, which took another 8 minutes and then acted put out when they finally brought my food to the window. Will not be going back to this location.

    They dint srir the coffee. They don't open front door till like 7am. They can't get orders done correct They forget half your items and have to look back. U usually order to cold drinks and a doughnut. This location Def can be better.

    Terrible. It took them about 30 minutes to get my order out, even though I was the only person there. Then they messed up the order. I had ordered one of those coconut refreshers, a coffee and munchkins. They have me two coffees and one donut. The girl who took my order claimed she didn’t know how to make a coconut refresher after that. Terrible service

    I have always stopped at this Dunkin for the past 4 years and have always been treated well until today. Drive thru rep had the worst attitude and I decided to leave and was yelled at through the intercom. Just plain rude.

    I left this Dunkin today and traveled a mile or two West and received both QUALITY service and food. I will not return to this Dunkin anymore. It's ridiculous for the employees to be this disgruntled with their 5 inch nails banging on the cash register out of frustration. Comical with the dramatic show displayed when I simply asked for my order to be taken at the window due to an issue with the intercom. My children and I were highly amused! We just finished our breakfast from the other location and all is well! 😁

    I come to this Dunkin’ because it’s on my way to work but the past couple of times the service has gone down the drain. Last time I went everything in my order was wrong. What was suppose to be hot was cold and and what was suppose to be cold was hot. And missing items. When I walk in to see how they van fix it. The girl preparing the food was on her phone texting.

    Their coffee is good, but the credit card machine is always down, which makes it impossible to get a good cup of coffee. I’ve driven to this location four different times different weeks and it’s been that same, if it’s not the machine they are close and it’s early which is surprising. This is very inconvenient for those who don’t carry cash and at times when you’re desiring a cup of coffee early in the day and they are close. I try calling the store to make sure the machine is up and running before taking a drive to their store, they don’t answer the 4 times I called.

    I am so upset the marquis clearly states 5 am to 10 pm. I pull up to get 2 iced coffee at 9:40pm, just got out of work. The girl working 06/06/23 says they are closed...this DD is one of my favorites, I spent over $150 a month here, not sure who this employee is but its posted on line, till 10pm. I was asking for ICED COFFEE. I left. It'll be awhile before I spent money here. There's never been any incidents with the other employees who work here.

    Went to get donuts. 30 minutes before close was just going to grab whatever they had. Haven’t had donuts in years. Already threw them out for the evening. What’s the point in being open until 10? Please do better. Hire better. Train better. It’s ridiculous

    Customer service is great here. Unfortunately signature drinks at this location are not worth the signature price. The barista never puts the “signature” parts in the drink. No extra drizzles, toppings, most times it just a regular flavored latte. They could really improve on attention to detail.

    Place was fine got my questions answered very nicely, the guy working there was not rude or didn't sound irritated when I asked my questions & then was very sweet when he asked me to move up to get out of others way in drive thru. The wait wasn't long & I was very happy with the outcome of my drink. Very delicious

    Unfriendly service. I come here to get my simple coffee order in the mornings alot. The staff for the most part is friendly, but the cashier/attendant I had this morning was uncomfortably unfriendly. I don't expect everyone to be chipper and over excited, but this experience left a bad taste. The product I purchased was good, but if that's the type of service I have to look forward to I'd rather go to Wawa.

    Charged for Caramel syrup (not extra) when I order caramel latte (10 cents per pump) and charged 1.50 for oat milk. Much more expensive than other Dunkin I recommend going past this and trying another Dunkin

    This location was not people friendly. For starters, I pulled into the parking lot with a line of 10 vehicles in the drive-thru. If you’ve ever been to this location that means the cars were lined up out in the street. Once I saw the line of cars I decided it might be better to go inside and order so I found a parking spot and did just that. However, the problem with that was that I walked in and didn’t walk out with any food. The location had at least 10 employees. Four of which looked at me, but none of them acknowledged me. I stood there for a good 10 minutes before deciding it was probably best I leave. To be clear during that 10 minutes, those same four employees looked at me multiple times(twice to 3 times), but yet again failed to acknowledge me. Not even an “we’ll be right with you”. Each time they looked at me I flashed a smile and nodded good morning. Apparently, that did not matter. I still did not receive service so I left.

    Recently I was there and the manager had the nastiest attitude!!!! My order was not right. The chai latte was not even hot and it was suppose to be a medium.
