I absolutely love chilis. I ordered takeout from there recently and I got the Santa Fe burger which was really good. The takeout was ready fairly quickly (around 15 mins). Whether you want to get take out or dine in, chilis is the perfect chill spot. They also are not expensive and they have lots of different deals such as the 2 for $25. Some of my other favorite menu items include the southwestern egg rolls, the chipotle chicken fresh mex bowl, the chicken crispers, and for desert I absolutely love the molten chocolate cake. I have never had a bad experience at Chili’s and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a casual night out!

So, we went to the bar to have a few drinks and order takeout while watching the bucks game. We both got the two for $25 meals. How do they forget the mashed potatoes and slop the meals into boxes along with almost no margarita chicken 🤦‍♀️. We spent over $80 there and got less than valuable quality. Sucks I guess.

Food was delicious and visually appealing, only complaint was there was only one waitress and busboy working front of house no hostess so waitress was overworked. Bad management, worrying about overhead instead of thinking about employees and quality of service. Sad to see a skeleton crew when their is over 10 tables seated, only reason I rated 4/5 for service is the staff did the best with lack of manpower. As far as management 0/5, when a manager of a multi billion dollar franchise can't keep enough staff to properly run a store it's a reflection on their inability to manage and should be fired. If this is the case next time I will contact corporate, I've been eating at Chili's over 2 decades and never seen this lack of service due to improper staffing until this past year.

I went with friends( party of 4)on a Saturday night about 7pm. It was busy, but we were seated within 10 minutes. Waitress was great. Very friendly attitude. They offer burgers, fajitas, steaks, and various salads. All types of beverages ( berry lemonade, soft drinks, ginger ale. Food was served very fast. Overall great experience. Enjoy!

I met a friend here for lunch. We love Chili’s. Our server was friendly, she was a little slow on checking back on us but other than that she was great. The chips were a little under cooked and soggy. We got another order that was better. We split the Triple Dipper which had double egg rolls and mini burgers, it was fantastic. I had strawberry lemonade, there’s is the best! I would recommend checking out this location

The place is dirty. The doors, first thing a person sees is full of hand prints and needs cleaned. The hostess was sitting at a dirty table and nobody acknowledged us for at least 7 minutes. The food was ok. Nothing like it should be. Unfriendly staff, the restrooms were gross. The outside area was dirty and trash all over. Very disappointed. Experience wasn’t like it should be.

We love Chili's and go to them often. Unfortunately the full rack of ribs i ordered was more burnt and crunchy than juicy and delicious. My daughters chicken breast was a little over cooked as well. Service was excellent. I believe it was Amber.

My Chili's/curbside experience was Awesome. The young man was waiting and came to me right when I pulled up to him. He said he saw me coming allllll the way around the corner, which I thought was pretty funny. For dinner, my meal was a hot, juicy, well done 6oz classic sirloin with creamy loaded mashed potatoes, and broccoli that was steamed to perfection. I ate the salad for breakfast. It was still nice and crispy. And that citrus balsamic vinaigrette dressing...wow. I've got to find out if they have it bottled. Shucks, even my strawberry lemonade had the perfect kick. Great wrap-up to an Amazing birthday weekend. Thank you Chili's!!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chili's after church, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from the hostess and quickly seated at a comfortable booth. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, with upbeat music playing in the background and a friendly buzz of conversation from the other diners. Our server, Sarah, was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring that our drinks were always refilled. What's going on? Come in to pickup my food and when I get home the bag of chips looks opened and not even 1/4 of the way full, the Caesar salad's sauce it's not even Caesar (some type of vinaigrette)... I can't afford keep going back to get these issues resolved... Lesson learned. Please check your order before you leave this restaurant. Edit: Yet again another issue... Ordered and paid a Molten Chocolate Cake and never got it on our order. We had multiple containers and although we did check them, never even thought about the missing desert until next morning when I was throwing away the containers... I don't recommend to order to go here and honestly I'm hesitant to even come inside now.

Haven’t been to a chili’s in a long time so I was super excited! Got there and asked to sit in a booth and the hostess flat out said “no you can’t” then asked if I could wait for one and he said no again. No explanation. Wasn’t welcoming and was very dismissive. He’s a middle aged white male. Not sure if he was having a bad day or something but the atmosphere was very bleak after that. So we left!

This is a great place to have lunch. The lunch crowd is small. The service is surprisingly great. The food is good. I recommend the bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich. It's delicious and filling, and the price is comparable to some fast food establishments' value meals.

I would have given 0 stars if they would let me. I come to this chilis all the time for carryout and something is always wrong with my order. I was there last week both mine and my husband's food was cold and sloppy. My burger wasn't even on the bun and the fries were mushy and ice cold. They got the drinks wrong, and didn't give straws or cutlery. Please don't waste your money here you might as well be throwing money in the garbage. Lastly I made a complaint to management and haven't heard from anyone it's been over a week. C'mon Please get it together do better!

I myself really like this🎊 Chili's. Sometimes, you can tell they have a lot of business because after the rush, it takes them a moment or two to spot check and be presentable for incoming traffic. I normally sit at the bar. I'm not sure of the women who serve their names, but they are spot on! 👌🏾 Fast to get your order or acknowledge you when you sit, and they will be right back. They bring the food hot and acceptable! The drinks.. BEST AROUND!

We got seated quickly, food was very fresh, drinks were great, service was friendly and attentive. They got a good system. It's a great reflection on the management.

Chips are great , salmon is pretty good, other fish a little scary . Burgers are good. Fries are good. Chicken tenders are good. Curbside service is a little slack, just plan to go in .

Food was great and the place was pretty busy. My server kinda disappeared in the middle and towards the end, so I had to find her and ask her for a box and some lids for the sauces. Other than that, I still had a good time!

I haven’t visit chili’s in years, the food quality is certainly different from what I last remember years ago. The Triple Dipper is a all time favorite however, the Buffalo boneless chicken and the chicken crispers are not my quality of chicken. The Cajun chicken pasta, I’m not a fan of the sauce at all, but loved the presentation of my dish. The hamburger sliders & drinks was great however my daughters and I did not really enjoy the food at all. Joey the waiter was awesome, great customer service, he was such a pleasant spirit.

The food was cold. We ordered shrimp tacos and a ribeye steak. The steak was well done when I ordered medium and there was supposed to be garlic butter sauce none what's so ever and there was shrimp which doesn't even come with the meal. I would give no stars but impossible..... Total waste of over $40 dollars. I need a refund in full!!!

Great tasting food. The service could improve some. It was ok. No one was rude but it seemed a little like we were forgotten. I'm sure it was probably that service crew were under staffed that day. Other than that I am sure I would go back again.

I Uber eats… wrong items in the triple dipper & couldn’t even eat the wrong items because the wing sauce was all over everything. Didn’t even add sauces…. Forgot my additional side of $5 corn on the cob. I tried. Just gross.

Eddie my server was fabulous! My food was prepared precisely the way I ordered it. Tasty, hot, and flavorful! Only wish the management would reupholster the bench at my table. Seating single diners there isn't the only solution.

They are a bit forgetful sometimes but the service is pretty good and the food is always very tasty!!

Between 3 and 4 stars. I eat at this location occasionally and it is usually pretty quick service and standard fair. The food is served hot and tastes as expected. Tonight we found that the menu has changed so if you have a favorite it may not be there anymore. Two for $20 has been replaced by 3 for me and the pricing varies by entre. I tried the cilantro-lime carne asada which came with black beans and rice. The steak was very chewy (had to spit out a few bites) and the seasoning was almost overwhelming. The black beans and rice were delicious and perfectly cooked. My husband order the “individual chicken fajitas” which may have been smaller portions than the old version but didn’t seem to be. They were the same as always except the cast iron pan did not stay hot long enough to cook the vegetables so he had to eat a lot of raw onion. Luckily, he doesn’t mind so his dinner was fine. For the appetizer we got the three dips for the chips not realizing that the salsa would be excluded. The server was kind and grabbed us a cup anyway. I ordered the chili for the first time ($1 up charge) and did not like it, VERY GREASY! The reason I am giving this review a 3 star rating was the service. We apparently went at peak time tonight (Friday at 7:00) and the place was packed. We were offered the bar and when we declined the hostess went and cleaned a tiny booth. That was fine. The wait was only about 10 minutes. Ordering… that took almost 30 minutes. Our waters were brought and then every other table was checked and orders taken. I had to wave the server down to get our order in. The appetizers came out in about 15 minutes and then the food was 10 minutes behind it (about 55 minutes after sitting). The server checked on us twice during the meal but never brought the drink that came with the combo. We ate and then had to wait almost 30 minutes for the server to come back and check on us to request the check. Again, 3 stars because the servers were standing at the back of the room chatting while I tried to stare them down and my husband held his hand off the table with the credit card. When I brought up the missing drinks the server said there was nothing he could do because they come with the meal combo (BUT we NEVER GOT THEM!). He could get me a tea to go though. Did I mention that the baseball game started when we arrived and was in the 6th inning at this point… 1 hour and 50 minutes! My frustration was very high at this point but the manager was very gracious and comped a cheesecake for our missing drinks before we left and he listened while I expressed my frustration with the server. This interaction almost has me changing to a 4 star. Overall, I would still recommend this location if you enjoy Chili’s food. This was the first time I have had a negative experience here and will go back again in a few months when meetings bring me to Tampa. The manager saved the day and has my return patronage as a result of his leadership skills.

We were in Tampa with some friends ww came in they sat us down at a table right away. The service was excellent thecstaff was really nice. The food was really good decent price. The decoration was good kind of rustic feel. We had a really good time.

So I ordered curbside pickup Sunday afternoon. Thought they may be busier than usual, so I didn't order asap pu, but added an hour. Got there on-time, still had to wait 25 minutes for my order because they were waiting on one item. Needless to say, by the time I got home, everything was cold. Did like the sausage tho. They should notify you on the app if your order is running that late.

Their secret sauce burger was amazing. It was a very unique taste that I cannot describe, and their employees are really friendly. The thing I really liked was the interior of the restaurant. It was for sure an enjoyable experience, and great choice to pick this restaurant.

My 95 yr old uncle said it was the best chili he's had in a while. Had just enough kick. Scarfed it up. 🙂And the chips and salsa is always a hit! Good service. Not crowded. Food came out quickly and correct.

The place was practically empty when we went here for lunch on a Monday. The service was quick and food was chain quality. It was interesting that they put people right next to us in a relatively empty restaurant. Staff was friendly and the manager also stopped by.

The food was great. It was the service that was the issue. The host was extremely odd. He looked at us so weird. I told him that we were a party of 6 and we need 2 children's menu. He stood there just counting. Then when he brought us to our table he stood in the way blocking my husband and 2 kids from sitting. He was standing where the chairs were, not at the end of the table. Took him a bit to realize he was blocking them. Then our waiter, took my plate without asking if I was done. Which I wasn't. He was so quick with it that it was a bit humorous but I was still dumbfounded bc he never even asked if I was done. That was appetizer. When he came back for the order, he walked away while I was in the middle of ordering to help someone else. I don't mind that he needed to help someone, I just would've appreciated it if he excused himself since I was in the middle of ordering. But like I said, food was great.
