Stop what you are doing right now and make reservations for brunch here asap! There are a lot of places in the Tampa area for brunch, but none hold a candle to this restaurant as far as a bottomless mimosa and Sangria option as well as the highest quality, unique food on the menu. Every single thing on the menu is perfectly crafted and absolutely delicious. The service is on point and never did my mimosa run dry. The location is awesome and they offer outdoor seating. Definitely put this spot in your brunch rotation as you will not regret it one bit.

It’s our second visit and Bulla hits it out of the park again. Dylan was phenomenal, and ensured our food came out quickly and that service was top notch. This is quickly becoming one of our favorite Tampa spots! The branzino was scrumptious and each course was carefully prepared! Way to nail it.

Absolutely loved my first visit here. Our waiter was phenomenal!!! The food was well prepared and delicious. My foreign exchange student (from Spain) said the food reminded her of home and was very good! I will definitely be returning in the near future. 10/10 would recommend.

We loved brunch at this spot! Everything was so great. The manager and sous chef came to check on us to ensure we were enjoying our meals. We did the 3 course brunch, which we highly recommend! We had our first dining experience this evening at Bulla Gastrobar. Our waiter, Anthony K., greeted us with infectious energy, eager to tell us all about the menu, his favorite tapas, drink specials etc. every recommendation he made was spot on. We ordered six tapas for our table of three, as Anthony K. recommended, and it was perfect. Each dish was spectacular. It all came out with impeccable timing. I will tell you that this restaurant offers a culinary experience that is a 10/10. However, our waiter, his personality, his fun and hilarious interactions with us, and his obvious enthusiasm for his work makes this dining experience over the top, a 15/10. Every business needs someone with this vibe. Actually- the world needs this vibe right now! Bravo! We love you Anthony K and Bulla!

Food is great. Drinks not so much. For a Gastro restaurant I would have thought their drinks were done with natural ingredients. I would have gave 4 stars but Andrea our server made us push back to 5 stars. She was very attentive and on point!!

Came here with family who was visiting from out of town. Our server Dylan was great, providing explanations and suggestions and prompting us to go outside of our comfort zone food-wise, much to our culinary delight. Ambience was good also - we showed up at five so it was only the bar that was full. Suggest the short rib (though seasonal so hopefully still around) and the Montaditos. Will definitely be back!

First time at Bulla Gastropub, it exceeded our expectations with our server Natalie’s recommendations of food! The Grilled Steak over cheese grits were yummy, my shrimp pasta was just right- wasn’t too heavy. The meatballs were cooked perfectly well with the marinara sauce! The desserts were off the chain good as well! Try the French toasts and the vanilla and chocolate ice cream over the fudged cake!

Best service ever. Anthony K.was not only knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations, he provided wonderful service. He anticipated our every need. The food was delicious. We got three course brunch meal with unlimited mimosas and the espresso martini (Anthony K. suggestion!). This is a must go and you can’t go wrong with Anthony as your server!

Flynn was Great! We sat at the bar for Happy Hour...starts at 3pm. Sam came over, she was very pleasant. Always making sure everyone is having the Best Experience. We enjoyed two Old Fashioned Drinks - Original and Spanish. We enjoyed the Mediterranean salad and kale salad - just wonderful. Then We enjoyed Chorizo Cheese dip. To finish off the night we delved into the Paella of the Day. Amazing. Great variety of Food and Drinks. GO Enjoy!

Our server, Bambi was amazing and so sweet with attentive quick service. The food was amazing and I highly recommend the three course brunch meal which was worth the money and tasted amazing!! Also the environment was really chill and the surrounding workers were funny and very nice as well.

Everything we tasted was delicious. Came here for a birthday party in their private room. We would have loved to stay and enjoy outside patio to share a few more drinks since it was raining and no one was out there but was told it would cost us $500 an hour because it was reserved. We were told we couldn't even stay until their reserved guests arrived.

We had Amanda as our server, she was amazing! She explained the menu and gave us great suggestions. Food was very good and tapas were excellent. Great place to come with friends, family or a date.

It was a lovely night… our first time at this restaurant. We sat outside. The cocktails were lovely. We had a charcuterie and cheese board… upgraded everything. We did 8 tapas (two people… just my husband and I). He had just come back from Scotland.. but we wanted to go out. The food came out perfectly. We didn’t feel rushed.. it was perfect. Brianny our server did an amazing job even though the restaurant was busy. We will definitely be back. Thank you!! ❤️

Our server Jesus was fabulous! He helped make our 46th anniversary extra special. The food was amazing and authentic. The manager Carlos was a delight to speak with. We had the Chef's board, the Gazpacho which was amazing , the seafood paella and for dessert, the almond cake.

I went to Bulla twice and both times I had a great experience. All the tapas we tried great, the service was marvelous. They open their rooftop bar at 5pm and it is awesome. Their drinks are top notch! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

I had a birthday party brunch at Bulla Gastrobar for about 12 people and it was a great experience. Everyone commented on how great the food was and the service provided by our server Bambi was excellent. I made most of the arrangements all online through their portal and was assisted by the Operations Manager Samantha. They gave us a warm and friendly welcome and even though we got there an hour early due to a mix up on the time that was my fault, they still gladly accommodated us. Parking is easy and safe in the pay garage right behind the restaurant. The Seville room has a nice view of the bustling city street on a Saturday morning with floor to ceiling windows, but still maintains an air of privacy. Thanks again for a wonderful event!

Lunch was so good! We loved the paella and we're pleasantly surprised by how good the burger was! Atmosphere is great. I miss getting tapas from my time in Spain and this place hits the spot.

Went with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. The food was good, the drinks average I have an old fashioned smoked. The atmosphere disappoint me. The music was to laud it is no what I was expecting. Our server Liz was very nice and attentive. We not stay for dessert. We decided to go to another place for a better old fashion and dessert.

Visited Bulla tonight for dinner. Absolutely loved everything. The fig jelly was the best I’ve tasted. We ordered the steak, truffle potato and mushroom foam, what a treat! Liz was very helpful and never rushed us. We will definitely be back!

Delicious brunch and bottomless mimosas! We had the 3 course Brunch Prixe! I'd absolutely recommend this deal as the food was very tasty. The bottomless mimosas deal has different options for drinks like white sangria, cranberry mimosa, and other classic options. Fabulous restaurant in SOHO area of Tampa. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, and also has bar seating. Very open and airy with lots of windows. The outdoor seating area is pet friendly. Absolutely delicious food. They also have a small plates menu that let's you sample a variety of different things. The montaditos and tuna tar tar dish are 2 of my favorites. I have never had a bad meal here. Our server Andrea was absolutely fabulous!

Had the new lunch special that was 2 for 15.50 and the food was amazing and drinks were strong. Had the chicken pinchos and patatas. And the bougie palmer. Must try!

I love this vibe and place. Food is so authentic and amazing, the service is always great, and the atmosphere is fun. I absolutely love their Octopus Carpaccio and Ham Croquettes (forgot to take pictures). I love Spain, so having a taste of it in Tampa is awesome! Great cocktails but if you arrive early, take the elevator up to Luna Lounge and enjoy while you wait for your table. Definitely try Bulla Gastrobar, you won't be disappointed.

The weekday lunch special at Bulla is undoubtedly a fantastic deal, offering great value for the quality of food you receive. One of the standout dishes that I had the pleasure of trying was the Salmon Carpaccio. It was truly amazing! The delicate slices of salmon were incredibly fresh, and the combination of flavors was a burst of delight.

Great place!! We love it. Last night we celebrated my husband’s birthday and everything was good! They were extremely accommodating adding more people to the original reservation. Dylan our waitress was great and very attentive the whole night. We will keep going to one of our favorites Spanish restaurants in town.

Bartenders were both on point (Walker and Kayla) and ensured both my food and drinks were safe for my allergies. Thank you to Walker for making sure no nuts made it near my plate! Kayla, I appreciate you making my espresso martini per request. It was fantastic! You both make a solid personable duo behind the bar. Only reason atmosphere was a four was because of other bar guests— I tend to only have the capacity to talk to the bartender(s) when out alone.

The tapas are incredible and the vibe is 🔥🔥🔥. Sat at the bar and Walker and Nabil took care of us! Had a great time when brunch turned into happy hour. Will definitely be back! The brunch flatbread and garlic shrimp were my favorite items.

Tried their food at the Atlanta location once, it was all great. But it was extremely difficult to find a parking around this location, we parked in a lot that is reserved for the restaurant across. We decided to order the dishes we had last time at Atlanta, and I have to say that Atlanta definitely makes it better. There weren’t many seafood in my paella, and my favorite appetizer (grilled octopus) was burned. We also tried the baguette with brisket app, it was the best item we had there that day.

Maybe I'm not hip enough, but when I'm spending $100+ per person, I expect more from my waiter than, "I got you". This was his answer to everything. He was semi attentive and seemed like he just wanted to leave. The. Food. Was. Awesome! The seafood paella was worth the wait and incredible. Except for one or two pieces of calamari, all of the seafood was cooked perfectly. The rice was flavorful and had the correct amount of crispy on the bottom. We had several of the sharing appetizers and my only food complaint would be to ask for just a bit more on the portion side. Nothing from the kitchen was lacking. All in all, we will return.

food was tasty! the chicken paella was good but in my opinion mid in flavor. the plate that enjoyed the most was montaditos each time the beef was well seasoned, with the jam on top sweet and salty combo was 10/10 overall my experience was good!

This place is amazing. Top 2 calamari I’ve ever eaten. Maybe number 1. Short ribs are awesome. Desert are awesome as well. Our server /bartender craig was so nice and informative with any questions we had about anything on the menu.

Our first visit. We came at 11:30 with a reservation. At first arrival I wasn't happy with asking for a booth and the hostess said no problem and then sat us at a regular table and told us that they had reservations all day even though no one sat at those booths the entire time we were there (mind you... we had a reservation.) So that set the trajectory for the entire meal.... or so I thought... Our server came over, clean, crisp and knowledgeable. Introduced herself as Myah. She quickly got us waters, went over the specials, upsold us her personal favorites and even got us both to have the unlimited mimosas and sangria. We aren't big drinkers so we only had 2 a piece but they were worth it! She never let our glasses empty. She's was charming and quick. We enjoyed everything and had a wonderful time despite the first impression with the hostess. We will certainly return. She was easily one of the best servers we've ever experienced. The papitas bravas were crazy good! I had the croquettes de Jamon and I loved those. The eggs Benedict were ok... not the best but the churros made my heart sing! Also the rose sangria makes the whole day better! Lol 🤣 😆

Kristina was the best waitress ever! Knowledgeable and fun! Very attentive and made our first experience here amazing. The food was some of the best we have eaten! Not a bad dish in sight. Would definitely recommend and will 1000% be back!

Bulla has excellent drinks and food. Our server, Myah, was fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We typically come here on the weekend and get charcuterie and cheese, several small plates to share and maybe a large plate. Everything is excellent. I especially like the chef's board and pan con tomate. The Bulla hash is excellent as well.

I spent a great afternoon at Bulla Gastrobar and enjoyed great food and a great time with my family. The place is immaculate, the food was delicious, tasted fresh, flavors were on point and our waitress Stefany did amazing, she handled the amount of tapas, dishes and drinks we kept ordering, with a smile and with a great outgoing personality, she was really awesome. The Sangria, definitely one of the best I've had, tasted really good, refreshing, no bitter taste or strong wine taste. Compliments to the chef and kitchen staff, all the food we had tasted fresh, every single dish I tried tasted fresh, clean and absolutely delicious. The croquettes are probably the best I've had, they feel like melting in your mouth, nice and crispy on the outside but creamy in the inside. The Spinach Salad with Salmon had a clean touch and the pair of purple and golden beets with the dressing and the salmon is a winning combination. The albondigas (meatballs) were so good, they came with this amazing red sauce that were infused with Latin flavors and accompanied with bread, really good bread. The Cuban sandwich is probably the best I've had in this area but I'm not exaggerating, they took this staple of South Florida Latin food and elevated with that delicious marinated pork and everything about it, felt like an unit. The pan con tomate was so nice, the tomatoes tasted clean with the serrano ham and the bread and sauce, again another example of how every component of the dish felt like an unit. The Garbanzo Frito is their version of the Spanish bean soup and it is a winner in my opinion, the broth was amazing, not salty, the ham, the garbanzo are there in abundance and they add kale to it which gives it another dimension. Now for the dessert, the coconut flan and passion fruit sorbet makes it on the list of best desserts, the taste of the coconut is strong, yet warm like flan should be and then you have the passion fruit sorbet that really shows the emphasis they put on freshness, we enjoyed it. I have to say I already feel like I need to go back to Bulla just to eat more of the food, some many options, I totally recommend this place.

Went for lunch w/friends but I had to leave early for a meeting. My friends grabbed my $17 spinach, beets, walnuts, goat cheese & grilled chicken salad to go for me. I was a bit disappointed when I opened the bag at work. There was A tiny piece of goat cheese and an equally tiny amount of walnuts. It was a big pile of spinach with chicken & pretty beets. (Pics for proof). Bummed for sure! Not worth $17. The chicken was tasty as was the dressing (hence at least two stars) & the waitress (Andrea) was pleasant while I was there. Usually can’t go wrong with salad … that wasn’t the case today.

Excellent!!!! If you’re living or visiting Tampa , this place has to be in your Places to go list. Since you arrive to this place you can feel the nice atmosphere, waitresses are kind , my server was nice and friendly, food is delicious, drinks are very good and desserts are full of flavors. The menu has variety of options and everything I tried was good .

This place was great! The food was really tasty for brunch and the service was better. Andrea was the best and friskiest waitress I’ve had in a long time. She was on her game and was money throughout the whole meal. The hostess took great care of us when we came in and Mike, the MP, was on his game and got us situated quickly. We ate at Bulla as it was a neighborhood restaurant, the reception, seating, service and food were great. Our server Alex recommended paella, octopus, salmon carpaccio, tuna tartar and flan as dessert, all were perfect, he was kind and very attentive, we had a great experience.

It was our first time being here and Sara made it an enjoyable experience. She was amazing and went through a bunch of menu items. The food and atmosphere was amazing and I will be back again. YUMMY
