Although the service is pretty good for the most part, the food itself is mediocre and definitely not as fresh as they claim on their menu. For the last two times i have gone i have ordered the BLT eggs Benedict and the Smoked salmon eggs Benedict. The bacon on the BLT was hard, but the poached egg was delicious and cooked perfectly. The hollandaise sauce was lacking in seasoning though and the tomatoes had no flavor weirdly along with the arugula it was just not a very good combination. The next time i went decided to try the Smoked salmon Benedict. The salmon was soggy and flavorless, like it had been frozen and then defrosted in the microwave. Again the hollandaise was lacking flavor but the egg was again cooked perfectly. The potatoes are delicious though and the environment is very nice, small and homey in way. The employees are pretty friendly from what i recall.

Been to these in a handful of cities. Pretty consistent and busy in the mornings. Staff here was nice. Good place for breakfast or brunch. A half roast beef and soup with some French toast and oatmeal. Split a couple things with your family and friends.

Absolutely love First Watch! Always has the best fresh food with amazing service! Fresh buttermilk pancakes that you can get in many varieties! Eggs taste so fresh along with the well seasoned potatoes. Also the toast is very good bread is rich. Turkey sausage links are always a plus can’t here. Love getting mimosas and the kale tonic drink. My favorite place to come and have breakfast don’t hesitate First Watch is the spot!

Ordered with door dash this morning and clearly you can see in the photo on my computer I cannot add any special instructions no big deal I called and politely explained my issue and asked the lady if she could remove the cheese and beans from the chopped salad since I wasn’t able to write it, Our food is deliver and we received this rude note for absolutely no reason. Instead of just handling the no cheese and no beans they hand wrote us a nasty letter like I was lying about not being able to modify on door dash.

I’m going to be completely honest with my review , me and my spouse drove 6.5 hours from Atlanta to come to Tampa for a weekend get away , this was the first spot we came to while visiting Tampa . We came in was seated and dirty table with dirty silverware. We waiting on our waitress for almost 15 minutes just to learn she was standing at the table next to us doing nothing , when we were finally able to place an order another customer came in and I can tell he was a regular. As we are waiting to place our food order I notice our waitress is catering to the “regular “customer every need . When she finally come back to our table to take our order I asked for plastic silverware . I literally watched as me and my spouse sat there for approximately 25 minutes with no food no plastic silverware but the regular customer behind us has everything at this point from food to his coffee . When the food finally comes out it is cold ! I politely asked for a manager immediately and AJ was nothing short of amazing she handled the situation with no hesitation and apologized multiple times on the server behalf . We were well accommodated . It wasn’t until after the manage spoke with him he waitress then she came over and apologized. Overall the food was good but the servers are trash ! Aj needs a raise asap because reading the other comments this is not the first time this has happened and it’s unacceptable!

This is the quietest first watch I've ever been in. Unfortunately I think they're about the profit margin only. It's not in the greatest shopping plaza. They don't have outside seating which I prefer especially when the music is loud and too cold inside. Also small portions

Great place early in the morning. I was there 15 minutes after op opening, and it was delightful. My order was for takeout. The young man at the front was very cordial communicating with me and another customer that was waiting for their food. Very welcoming space.

Walked in Tuesday, not busy hostess sat us at a dirty/wet table many other tables available Bacon Brussels hash had 4 Brussels sprouts, burnt bacon and 4 sweet potatoes. I said my bacon is charcoal black/burnt server said that’s our million dollar bacon! I replied I had it many times before never burnt or crumbled!

I eat a gluten free and red meat free diet. This restaurant has accommodated my needs very flavorfully. Friendly server and we never feel rushed to leave. Quality of food and drink are excellent. A go-to favorite of mine.

The food is generally good at First Watch, but we have gotten not such great food from the restaurant on Henderson in Tampa. The Brandon and Valrico restaurants have very good food and service though. I prefer the one in Valrico on Bloomingdale and Bell Shoals. It's a little farther out for me, but the food and service have always been great.

Poached eggs way overcooked. Onions on hash way undercooked, hard to eat. Only one piece of toast. Very small amount of strawberry jam. NO fresh orange juice or grapefruit juice. Watermelon juice was very good!

I always have had a positive experience here. This restaurant is very clean and organized with attentive professional waitstaff. I like their morning meditation, BLTE, blueberry pancakes, and omelettes. All their food and beverages are fresh. I highly recommend this place. Thank you

Only my second time at a First Watch. Both experiences were great. The second at 3712 Henderson in Tampa was exceptional. The primary reason was our server, Gabby. She was friendly, pleasant, and professional. She is an exceptional server with a passion to make make her customers feel like family. Well done, Gabby.

Came to have breakfast with a friend and good conversation. What did we get? A great atmosphere, an amazing waitress, and priceless time to catch up and be able to focus on our conversation without feeling rushed. Our waitress, Candace, from the beginning was friendly and welcoming. She had a positive spirit through her smile that was just infectious and helped one feel not just welcomed but appreciated for choosing to dine here. I don't go to the spot often so not familiar with the menu. Candace made recommendations for what is popular. I love it when a server knows their menu and can speak to it. I had a chickenrita. (or something like that). It was great. Perfect. Also had biscuits and turkey gravy. It's like my comfort go to. And the biscuit was outstanding. I ordered an extra one for my friend. The biscuit was perfect and still had crisp to it. Oh my gosh. Just worth it. Best side ever. And it's turkey crazy how bad can it be for my health. Well done First Watch.. staffing, food and atmosphere is great. I will definitely want to do again. So much so, I had to complete this review before leaving the parking lot.

We were greeted promptly and seated right away. This place has an abundance of choices because of that it was hard to decide, everything sounded so good. I went with the Italian Inspired Omelette and it was delicious. To bad this place wasn’t closer to home it would be my regular breakfast joint. If your in Tampa check them out you will not be disappointed.

First time here, it was easy to find parking, staff was friendly and our order was ready quickly. I had a wrap and fresh strawberry juice, both were good. I specially recommend this juice, it was really refreshing. Would come back again and definitely recommend this place. They have healthy options, not just traditional American breakfast (which is also so good).

update 10/24/22: only an apology and the console of better management. they used this review to snuff out the fault in their service. that's nice. definitely been to better first watch restaurants. this is not the one to go to for you brunch needs. Service was not great. Seated a table of 8 and the waitress forgot about us after ordering food ahead for the kids. Had to go to the front to ask where the waitress went. Then when she was ready for our order. It took them 45 minutes to an hour to bring out the food. We waited a whole 2 hours before we got our food. Management didn’t care to give us the courtesy to update us on service. Don’t know if it was a party size problem or a staffing issue. Either way a heads up that they couldn’t service a party that big would’ve been nice. Would’ve taken my business else where. Won’t be returning to this location for brunch needs/outing

This is a common weekend pick for us, especially if we are looking for breakfast, althoygh the ham and cheese sandwich is a terrific lunch option. They have several fresh and healthy menu options. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because they lack a little on cleanliness. Their silverware and glassware are often not washed well and their tabletops have a finish on them that leaves them constantly sticky even when they are clean.

My extended family and I found this place the first day of our almost 2-week holiday. On each day of our holiday we have eaten at this restaurant for our breakfast. We love the service and the range food options which cater to those looking for healthier choices to those more traditional eaters. The service is quick and friendly and food cooked to perfection each time.

Excellent food and friendly service! An excellent choice for a casual breakfast in a bright, welcoming atmosphere. My favorite is the Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl and the Morning Meditation fresh juice.

So this place has great service and super workers but the timing is EVERYTHING! It is in a prime location specifically for the local residents. However there's many people that are traveling and find what they're used to from other parts of the country. So they gravitate towards the specific location. It's not as big as some of the other First Watch locations I've been to. The workers try really hard to stay on top of things to keep everybody Pleasant. But because of the amount of people that go in there the kitchen gets slammed and it takes a while for you to get your food. Mind you it is very hot when it's delivered but you may end up waiting for it for quite some time and fill up one coffee and water and juice. Food is phenomenal Services even better just make sure you plan your time just right. Sundays after 10:30 a.m. plan to wait a good 60 minutes. Don't let this deter you check it out!

My coworker brought in blueberry muffins from here for work , and I love sweets and breakfast/ brunch. Had to check this place out, a cozy little place, could maybe use some more decor ? Doesn't matter haha, the food was delicious! I got a drink called Purple Haze to go and it's light and refreshing , not too lavender-y. Staff was friendly and helpful .

I love it here. Coffee is so so, but food is always fast, hot and good. Grits today were not great, but my server was empowered to address it without a manager or any hassle. Great service from Rebeca, my omelet was exactly as I ordered and it is clean and open. Nice atmosphere. Yes, it is a chain, but local people work here and I like this location a lot!
