I’ve been to much worse Chinese buffets if it’s any consolation. This place is bad. I could break it down by cleanliness, atmosphere, food quality and more. But why? It’s all bad. The only part that isn’t a complete mess is the single waitress we saw. She was great. Super friendly and knew everyone. But yeah. Gross. Styrofoam plates and cups. Incredible. It almost seems like a fever dream now looking back. Awful. Wouldn’t recommend.

Perfect restaurant for people without smell or taste! Horrible dining experience. Food was bland and tasteless and the entire restaurant smells disgusting. Our waitress was grossly incompetent and spilled water on us, our food and table TWICE and refused to clean it up. Look at the picture attached, is this really worth $10 per person??? The food smells rancid and the selection is minimal. The sushi is of unknown date of origin and tastes abnormal. Management is incompetent and is hiring chefs and waitresses who don’t speak English and have no experience. Would rather not eat than go here again. The waitress with the red hair needs to be fired immediately and management needs to hire better chefs. Don’t waste your money here!

I’m giving them 5⭐️‘s because when you walk in you have to scan your wrist to check temperature first place I’ve been in that has that loved that. They give you one glove to pick up tongs the food was great the honey chicken was delicious 😋 Can’t wait to go back this is the first stop can’t stop thinking about that Honey Chicken Lawwd It was Delicious‼️ My Daughter just said She can’t think about nothing else but This Food👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

First time back since covid. Still my fave buffet. The paper plates and utensils they use now threw me off but it works. Food was fresh and good variety. Friendly staff.

Haven't been here in several years. Wanted to take my son out for a nice dinner. What a total rip off and disappoint this place is. Probably the worst buffet I've ever been to. The lukewarm, dried out and bland food was terrible, maybe three old pieces of sushi were left with no one making more. Hardly any selection to speak of unless you think jello and old fruit makes a buffet. Disgusting bathroom stinks of urine and has trash all over. $39 for total garbage. If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I'm so disgusted and disappointed by this place that I'm thinking of contacting my bank and trying to dispute the charges. I can't believe this *#$! hole is still in business 06/23/23

The experience was very nice Lucy our waitress was very sweet and very talkative witch is very delightful in a restaurant. Tampa Buffet is a 👪 oriented restaurant the food is very tasteful they only have Pepsi products sweet teas unsweet teas wines and beers a different kind I didn't try the spirits though I don't drink. The food was very good like most buffets you have your selections the desert what is a delight to have at the end nice atmosphere would go again not bad pricing either for two people to have a nice dinner without spirits under fifty bucks not bad at all for a nice dinner have to go check it out it's one of the better buffets I've been to yet

On vacation and second time here. Everything is excellent. Customer service is great, food great, clean restroom. Dollar increase in price but since they use paper plates it's understandable

Just opened their sushi buffet!! Totally amazing and what a great price! Their food over the past months has incredibly improved, especially the seaweed salad. Moved from New Jersey and found this little gem, absolutely love it! Very clean, family owned - incredibly nice people and the husband is the chef!! Highly recommend their sushi buffet for a date night and they have sake!!! Will continue to support this locally owned restaurant!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This is the first time I went to a buffet and ate out of a paper plate with a paper fork.. no plastic knives were available and the staff didn’t think anything of it Tried to give my son chicken nuggets and fries but the food was cold. Best thing at this establishment was the syrup lemonade. Save your taste buds and your money. 10 / 10 would not recommend.

Never thought I would write this review. Been coming here for literally decades but never again. My wife and I are on day two of dealing with stomach issues after eating here. I could overlook the Styrofoam plates and cups or the small selection. I shouldn't have overlooked the old food at unsafely low temperatures. Nostalgic mistake that my stomach is paying for. Stay away.

Nice little buffet right in Britton plaza. The things I'm happiest about are the calamari and crawfish. Both were fresh and small batch. Calamari was tender and the coating was crispy, crawfish were plump and fresh. Mussels and crawfish were both washed properly with no dirt or shell fragments. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Staff constantly tidying up the line and putting fresh food out. There was a lady eating off her plate standing at the buffet line but I won't count them off for that. Overall not a bad little spot. My check was $19.

Very clean place, very friendly staff, very attentive to our plate needing to be removed off table. Excellent variety of hot food. Well worth the money. We drove 39 minutes and passed two different buffets because the customer service was 5 star excellent.

We went for lunch on Sat and the buffet was a good price of $12.99 for adults, and around $8.99 for children under 10. The food was ok, some of the chicken was over cooked, and the variety was ok, not stellar, but not horrible either. But one frustrating point was only offering a military discount on Mondays. To me, if you’re in a town with a lot of military & choose to offer a military discount, offer it consistently every day. It builds rapport with the military community and would likely net you more repeat customers. If you’re only going to offer it one day a week, you’d better be sure your food and service are memorable enough so folks remember to come back.

Waitress is nice but that’s about the only positive. Food is cold/dry/stale in many dishes. Just not fresh. Egg roll was the hardest, worst I’ve ever had. Noodles and rice very little flavor. Sushi do not recommend. It’s 20.95 for buffet and drink and then add tip. $25 when lean cuisine in the microwave is 10x better.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE GOING HERE!!! ❤ 😍 💖 All of the food is excellent! 😋They have a lot of seafood! I love the peel and eat shrimp! It's always clean and well stocked! The employees are always nice and it's a more quiet atmosphere. I like Golden Corral and it's about 2 minutes away from my home but I LOVE Tampa Buffet even more! which is 20 minutes away!

This buffet is great, I have no idea why it gets so much hate in other reviews. It’s clean, newly renovated, good selection made fresh with better quality ingredients than other buffets I’ve been too. Yes, the sushi selection isn’t the largest variety so if you are expecting a sushi feast this isn’t the place. Overall the service, atmosphere, & food was great!

Owner had her kids running around without shoes and eating off the buffet with their bare hands. They also charge kids as adults starting at age 10 but do not have it listed anywhere in their establishment. Won't be returning as this place has gone downhill.

The food is like...decent i will say...but ABSOLUTELY nothing to be excited about, the CHAIRS look like OUTSIDE BENCHES. And they are HARD. And covid BEEN "over", they've been giving you styrofoam cups and plates for so long... and because we get the cheap plates, it makes me feel like ..im not getting my moneys worth, as if im eating at home or something...its weird..the place is relatively not so dirty but ...if i had to describe this place with an emoji, it would be: 😐 its just completely... neutral.

Few options, high kids price, poor quality service, first and last visit to Tampa buffet , I do not recommend it. disappointing😞

Food was NOT fresh and it definitely not good. Some of the items taste like it has freezer burn, some items are stale, the little cakes and dessert they have are HARDDD and flavorless. EVEN THE FORTUNE COOKIES WHERE STALE!! Extremely Disappointed 😞

A few items were good. Rice for the sushi undercooked. Owners kids running around.... I get that...not a big deal but the price was high for what was available. My local buffet blows this one away for the same price. For $12.00 no big deal. For over $20 a person no way.

This restaurant was excellent the food 🥘 is fresh you have to understand Covid & inflation effected everyone including the food industry the prices are reasonable all good reasons why this restaurant gets five stars ⭐️
