I
had
a
bad
experience
with
the
delli.
I
came
in
around
11:15
to
beat
the
lunch
crowd
and
there
was
only
on
lady
making
online
orders
which
is
fine.
She
said
to
wait
a
minute.
Ten
minutes
later
another
lady
comes
up
and
starts
making
a
sub
for
a
fellow
Publix
employee.
The
other
lady
said
can
you
help
this
customer
that's
been
waiting.
She
basically
continued
to
make
the
Publix
employees
sub.
Then
I
said
to
her
what
about
me
I
am
a
paying
customer
and
now
I've
been
waiting
for
about
15
minutes.
I
said
the
whole
purpose
of
me
coming
in
early
was
to
beat
the
lunch
crowd
and
not
be
late
for
work.
Then
some
words
were
said
in
Spanish
which
I
think
is
very
rude.
At
that
point
I
said
I
want
to
speak
with
the
manager.
Then
the
first
lady
made
a
rude
gesture
in
Spanish
like
yeah
ya
yeah.
Finally
I
guess
a
stock
person
who
overheard
the
argument
got
the
store
manager.
I
spoke
with
the
store
manager
and
told
him
my
experience
with
trying
to
get
a
sub
made.
Then
the
other
lady
got
very
defensive
with
the
store
manager
and
said
something
like
she
was
on
break
and
not
on
the
clock.
Well
it
appears
that
it
was
a
misunderstanding.
However,
on
break
or
not
I
think
it
presents
a
bad
image
when
a
paying
customer
is
waiting
for
over
15
minutes
while
a
Publix
employee
is
taking
care
of
another
Publix
employee
and
a
paying
customer
is
not
being
taken
care
of.
It's
just
bad
business.
I
will
not
shop
at
this
Publix
again!!!
