    This message is for Cody who made my family and I feel uncomfortable in the store today(10/23/21) whom, kept falling us around. Advice: not all African Americans steal. We just moved down here from Tennessee and stays in Rocky Point and this store is a few miles from us. We started not to buy anything because of your actions however we bought items just to prove a point. You(Cody) please stop judging a book by its cover. We have been a Jcpenney customer for almost 20 years however after today not anymore. We will take our business to Macy's or Dillard's!

    You can find some good deals here in the clearance areas. Prices are very often times lower than marked, so anything you might want you need to check. This store seems to be poorly staffed and no one is working on the floor. I come here specifically for clearance and coupons. The store seems to be decently stocked and clean. They are doing a "face lift"/remodel right now. They removed a bunch of the cash register stands and centralized the checkout and return area, I'm sure to save on staffing.

    I don't shop malls often, but If every experience was like how Winston from the man's clothing department provided, I would gladly pay more to receive such great interaction. Winston was patient, charming, and went beyond to be helpful. Thank you Winston. That place lucky to have you in their staff.

    They would not match the online price for an item instore. So, I had the item in.my hand in the store, they said I could go online, buy it for the discounted price, wait and then pick it up instore. I literally had the item in my hand, they would not honor the online price. Unbelievable, I will never shop at JC Penny again and I will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience

    My fiancé and I were just pondering at the wedding bands when Rick came by to help us out. He was soo amazing and helpful!! We did not expect to buy our wedding bands that day but we ended up loving the them and he knew just the right ones to help us pick them out after we told him our style!! Rick was very personable and friendly, wouldn’t have wanted anyone else help us pick out our wedding bands😊😊

    Had to make multiple loops around the both floors to get to the restroom, very limited signs to point you in the right direction. Second floor was to find the hidden elevator because the down escalator was out of order, first floor was to find the randomly placed women’s restroom.

    Ok fashion, if you don't mind spending too much money on it. Very misleading signs which state sale prices with small print underneath that says "and up" when none of the clothes on the rack are actually the low price.

    Poor communication. Unable to get anyone on the phone, whether it be the operator or the jewelry department. I lost out on getting a birthday present bc they sold out before I could get them to hold it for me so I could drive there in time to get it, because no one answered. Thanks a lot westshore JCP

    12-26-22 whom ever was working the merchandise pickup register. Was not pleasant at all. It was as if 1. It was a bother for her(older women Spanish speaking) I picked up my order. You when someone goes to shop, they are giving the store & the employee funds to make a sales in order to keep the store open and getting a paycheck? Well look at you scheduled employee that worked the register at 11:13am a on 12-26-22 Assoc: 0019. Do your employees not know the value of Customer Service. Never again will I shop at JC Penny at the Westmoreland mall.😤

    Multi lingual staff. Some have a difficult time with English. Half the floors were closed offf and the shelves were bare.

    If I could put zero stars, I would we were getting the families together for my mother‘s 50th birthday and also Thanksgiving few days later called on the phone to schedule photos to be done was told a certain price over the phone told me there was a coupon they should apply after the session. After taking all the photos with 11 of us, there wasn’t form was gonna be double the amount I was told I know Was applied. Very poor customer, service and accommodating with customer needs. Girl didn’t even want to show us all the photos we took giving us a hard time about that.

    I placed my order for curbside pickup. After I placed my order, I had questions about the pickup. I tried for two days to reach the store and couldn't get to a live person. On the 3rd day I started pressing numbers until I got someone to answer my questions. The app is not user friendly at all in my opinion.

    The hair salon is underrated! Daisy and Viktoriya have done my hair. They are professional, patient, and pleasant. Vette is very nice too. I came from out of state to get my hair done with them. This salon does all types of hair. Do not hesitate to get a quote. They will explain everything to you beforehand.

    Venezuelan cashier was extremely courteous and provided an excellent customer service. Love her friendly and approachable attitude. We definitely need more people like this, especially with all the negativity we see in this world today's day.

    Clothing was strategically placed and staff was friendly. I'm a big guy and the big and tall section was right inside the door instead of in the back corner furthest from the door. I encourage everyone to get their steps in but dang.

    We stopped by this Penney's to pick up an on-line order. We received excellent service from the person at the customer service desk. She was very friendly & helpful. We shopped the store after picking up our order. The store felt old & dated. The escalator was making a loud banging noise as it operated. Not all of the shelves were fully stocked.

    Shenanigans!! Items prices are posted to look like one price and end up being more at the register!! Check you receipt before you leave the store!!! I will be closing my JC Penny credit card tired of these companies being deceitful!!

    JCPenney at WestShore Plaza in Tampa is a well managed JCPenney location that is a good place to shop for clothing, shoes, and home items at a good value. I really like the selection and displays that they have here and was able to find exactly what I was looking for.

    JCPenny wasn’t so crowded tonight, so finding what I needed was pretty easy. The staff working around the perfume sections seem a little arrogant with their disdainful facial expressions towards working class customers, but, hey, this is the world we live in.

    Huge selection of clothing online for a reasonable price. They are not yet fully set up for online Commerce though. They may want to take a clue from Amazon and Walmart. Never in my experience, after booking an order, they came back, and said, "Sorry, the item you had selected, is out of Stock". Come on Guys, in these days of Technology, you are selling stuff, you don't know if you have it in your stock? Fire your Person in charge of Inventory!!! Shame on You!!! You are not ready for E-commerce!!!

    Had a family Christmas session here at Westshore mall and Skylar (photographer from Citrus mall) was very accommodating and sweet. She made us feel comfortable and kept my 3 year old entertained. Thank you so much Skylar!
