The
office
is
nicely
decorated,
and
that's
about
where
my
good
feedback
stops.
Never
had
an
issue
with
GYN
care,
but
when
it
came
to
OB
care,
they
really
dropped
the
ball.
There
are
a
couple
good
doctors
(Gorgue
and
Aladina)
and
a
few
nice
staff
members
(ultrasound
tech,
RN
Vanessa,
and
Jessica
in
labs),
but
overall
a
nightmare.
The
doctors
don't
even
look
at
your
chart
before
they
speak
to
you,
and
you
end
up
answering
and
clarifying
the
same
things
at
each
appointment.
Staff
argues
with
each
other
in
front
of
you.
I
had
to
firmly
request
certain
tests
that
they
deemed
'unnecessary'
that
actually
did
end
up
being
necessary.
I
was
also
given
mixed
directions
and
opinions
at
each
appointment.
I
was
put
on
a
medication
until
15wks
that
included
two
shots
a
day,
just
to
be
told
I
didn't
need
it,
and
that
it
was
harmful
to
myself
to
have
been
taking
it
when
I
received
a
second
opinion.
When
I
arrived
for
my
anatomy
scan
I
was
told
I
needed
to
go
elsewhere
for
it,
even
though
4
weeks
prior
I
was
told
by
the
doctor
to
schedule
it
on
my
way
out.
My
bloodwork
was
sent
to
the
wrong
lab
twice,
causing
me
to
have
to
come
back
in
for
retesting.
I
was
labeled
'high
risk'
causing
me
to
be
a
patient
of
two
offices
and
doubling
my
appointments,
and
again,
upon
second
opinion
was
told
that
I
was
indeed
NOT
high
risk.
I
decided
to
leave
the
practice
for
a
new
one
at
25wks
due
to
the
added
stress
of
the
office,
and
my
husband
and
I
leaving
each
appointment
frustrated
by
the
lack
of
communication
and
confusion.
The
communication
between
doctors,
staff
and
patient
are
absolutely
horrible
and
I
wish
I
wouldn't
have
given
the
office
so
many
chances,
and
had
switched
earlier
in
my
pregnancy.
The
office
only
seemed
to
care
when
I
was
contemplating
leaving,
I'm
assuming
due
to
them
having
to
refund
me
the
money
I
had
already
paid
for
my
delivery.
