One of my bracelets with pave-like crystals fell off and I lost one of the stones. It was a special birthday gift from my sister several years ago, so it has a lot of sentiment. Great work and great people. They made some much-needed adjustments to my custom Ring Splints that I wear to keep my fingers from hypertension go due to EDS. The modifications were done very well, timely, and they took a lot of care to measure my fingers and make sure they understood what I was asking for before starting work.

Went in to ask about having my ring cleaned and inspected since i've moved here from another state and can no longer have the jeweler I purchased it from maintain it. Jennifer stopped what she was doing to clean the ring on the spot (it was sparkling when she finished with it) and check for loose stones. I used this jewelers to repair my watch. First they said it was a battery and gave it back. It ran for one day. I brought it back and they said it had to be sent out to be repaired When they called me to pick it up, it ran for a day. I gave up. Went back to Boston and brought it to the jewelers that I’ve always used here. They called me the next day and said all it needed was a battery. Not sure what Chargers jewelers did, but they charged me to do nothing. Be aware
