The office staff were friendly and personable but the doctor that saw me clearly didn't know what she was doing. I came in with an abscess on my elbow and she did a small incision, claimed she couldn't get that much to drain, didn't look to bad she said and sent me home with doxycycline. My elbow wasn't getting any relief 2 days afterwards, so i went to my primary doctor and he sent me immediately to the ER. I've now been in the hospital being treated for an infected sepsis bursa in my elbow. They also don't know why i was prescribed doxycycline because its not as effective as other antibiotics

Staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. My appointment was at 830am but they took me in at 8:18am. I was out at 8:41am. They made the visit very comfortable and I felt at ease. Excellent service. I found this clinic online with 1100+ positive reviews and decided to get here since all the other walking in clinics in my area were all rated poorly. The best by urgent care facility in Tampa! The staff is very helpful and the check-in process is simple. You can make a reservation in advance on their website and shorten your wait. The medical tech and doctor were really good and attentive. I was out the door in about 40 minutes.

I bring my kids and family here for all my urgent care needs. Both Dr. Blasini and Dr. Grant go above and beyond to educate their patients with their diagnosis. The staff is always super helpful and attentive, great place for sure!

We just moved here recently from out of state and our son needed his out of state immunizations transferred to Florida form 680 as well as his physical for entry into the school system. We haven't yet selected a primary and school was starting soon. This place is amazing-- a small independent immediate care with staff who were all helpful, kind, and friendly. They made the process painless for getting his physical and immunizations handled for the school year. My wife also saw them for a concern the same night. I highly recommend them.

11/10 stars all the way. I’ve visited 2 other urgent cares in south Tampa over the years and always felt like a number they just wanted to get in an out, with 1 telling me I needed to go to the ER for a migraine, which is absurd. I try to avoid unnecessary doctor visits but knew I needed help and the reviews here are great, so at 10 pm on a Friday night, I was able to schedule an appointment here for 10 am Saturday. The receptionist was super sweet and I loved that I could fill out all paperwork online so I walked in at 9:55 with all my paperwork / ID / insurance completed, paid, and was taken back just after 10. Within 2 minutes of getting my vitals, also done by a very genuinely kind staff member named Matthew, I got an X-Ray. About 30 mins (very quick in my experience for an X-ray reading) after, Dr. Rodriguez came in, showed concern for my issue, treated me like a real human, and made me feel incredibly relieved that my issue was not as severe as I feared. She listened when I told her about medications that have not worked for me in the past and prescribed me alternatives, which is drastically different from other urgent cares telling me to “just take more Tylenol”. I left with peace of mind about my injury and relief knowing if I was ever in an urgent situation again, I have a great place to go.

It was the first time I went to an Immediate Care and I was extremely satisfied with the care provided by all the professionals. I was examined, medicated, had an RX… All procedures were quick and agile. All healthcare professionals were extremely kind. A very clean and organized clinic.

Very efficient! Not too busy when I went. Able to schedule online for urgent care visit and complete most forms online. The doctor was so kind and shared a pharmacy delivery service that was so easy to use! Definitely recommend.

Everyone was so nice and kind. From the front desk to the nurse to the doctor. They were empathetic towards my daughters needs and were very supportive.

It is especially convenient to have such a professional Immediate care facility located very close to my home. The online scheduling is also a plus. During Heavy COVID 19 times they would see me whereas my Primary would not. My most recent bout with sinus and ear problem is now almost resolved due to medication and advice from Dr. Eva Grant. The facility is clean, easy to get a walk in appointment. The front desk associate is very friendly and accomodating. The dr on call, was super nice and very thorough. The nurse that I had wasn't all that friendly but I guess 2 out of 3 is pretty good. Will return there if any further illness arises.

The Staff got me in so quickly, and were so helpful at the Immediate care clinic. I didn’t have an appointment and needed a Rapid test for myself and 3 other family members in order to get on a cruise. The staff had all of us in and tested within 20 minutes. They were very friendly and helpful. We had been having a lot of trouble with other minute-clinics and getting rapid tests but the South Tampa Immediate Care was on top of it and had us taken care of in no time! Thanks guys!

I was literally trying to get help for some thing that is causing me so much emotional stress to the point where I want a Dr. to actually care. The point of going to the doctor is for someone who knows what they’re doing and will put in a hard-working and passion to help me. I am very upset because I have been dealing with dizziness and low sugar problems, and I did not appreciate the doctor doubting me. If I am going to the doctors to request some thing it’s because I really believe that I have it. I am tired of doctors not caring about my well-being and turning me away when I need it the most. I just wanna feel better. It would’ve been nice if they provided me referrals or resources to doctors that could help me but they wouldn’t even do that. My point is if you can’t provide the service that I need, at least refer me to a primary you believe would be a good fit for me.

I would recommend this place for sports physicals. They are inexpensive and fast, once you get in a room and see the doctor. My only complaint is that the lady at the front desk isn’t the most pleasant person. I understand everyone at the clinic is very busy, but I just wish that she would acknowledge people when they check in. I sat and waited 20 minutes. I checked their app and it said that I was the first person in line however, I watched 4 other people go ahead of me even though I had an appointment. When I approached the lady at the front desk she told me I needed to fill out paperwork…..Those papers could have been given to me upon check-in and completed while I waited.

Everyone was professional, and very kind to me. I was pleased with Dr., And her patience in explaining what she was suggesting as treatment plan was mere excellence. The front desk was friendly and inviting. Location was clean and neat. I had a great experience and was in a great deal of pain. I appreciate every detail of my experience at your location. A+

Amazing care, timely service and great doctor. I was in and out within 1 hour including the x-ray. The doctor took her time and explained how to take care of my broken foot. I wish I could take this clinic to where I live. There isn’t a place like this in Miami sadly

I was at the South Tampa location at 7:15pm, the website indicated that it closed at 8pm. There was no one waiting in the waiting room when I arrived, however, the women receptionists advised me that they were not taking any more walk-ins. I asked if they could please take one more because I was having continuous heart palpitations since earlier in the week. The one woman stated no because I would need an EKG and advised that I drive 40 minutes to the nearest urgent care that could help me because that one closed at 10pm. I was very disappointed and saddened by the service and conduct of the center. I was very afraid in that moment and was disregarded as if my health or life didn’t matter. I arrived 45 minutes before the centers closing but all that was important to them was leaving work at 8pm sharp. I guess my life just didn’t matter to them at all!

Quick check in, very friendly staff, efficient diagnosis and good explanation of treatment plan answering my questions. Had an ear infection and thought it was something else, feeling great already thanks to antibiotics. Glad I drove further a little out of the way to come here versus the lower rated Urgent Care's in my area. Thank you!

Went there today to get advice about a bad cut from falling off my bike, they advised me on it, said I could fix it up myself, and then saved me money by not charging for an appointment as I didn't need stitches, AND gave me supplies to address my surface wound myself (antibacterial ointment, non adherent dressing and coban). Really nice that they did all that for me.

The front desk person was very helpful (got water for us); the medical assistant Taylor was professional, caring, and friendly. The doctor (I think her name was Gray) was excellent—took time with us, didn’t rush through—explored options and answered all questions.

They are very nice, but the wait is RIDICULOUS. We have been waiting for a while and we may close attention to who was here before us, and who came after us. Everybody that was here after us seems to have gone and we’re still waiting. I would recommend this place they’re slow. I would recommend A+ urgent care on South Dale Mabry if you need urgent care they’re quick!

I truly appreciate the caring and kindness of the doctors I have seen and the staff. Every time I have been there, all of my medical needs were taken care of efficiently and it's reassuring to know that I can receive excellent medical care the same day with a doctor on duty.

I came in for a limited exam and met with Dr. Grant and her medical assistant Taylor. They were both so compassionate and understanding. Dr. Grant had great bedside manner as she explained what was going on. Thank you both for making this a better experience that I expected and I highly recommend this office!

I went to the clinic today to try and get a prescription renewed. They said I would have to have a full office visit before the doctor would consider my request. I paid for the office visit up front. After three hours of waiting for a 5 minute visit I didn’t feel well and had to go home. The office staff was very unhelpful and didn’t seem to care I had waited for hours. There are plenty of other urgent care offices in Tampa i would suggest you not waste your time and money with these people

I love this place! You know, despite the whole having-to-get-sick-as-a-reason-to-go thing hahaha Dr. Grant provides so much time, clarity, care, and support. I appreciate how much time and effort she gives to responding to allll of the many questions I have. I’m grateful! And all together, it’s a very welcoming, simple, comfortable process and atmosphere here.

I love being able to make a reservation on line! The staff are terrific. It was so nice to be greeted asking me how my trip was 8 months ago! The Dr. Answered all my questions, and I did not feel rushed. Starting to feel better already!

This is hands down the finest healthcare experience I have ever had in my life. I walked in, was seen by a nurse practitioner BEFORE I had even completed a single page of paperwork -- at the front desk she was already triaging my emergency, asking me various questions, and routing me the right way. I was treated expeditiously at all times, but with compassion and respect -- and medical expertise. For my symptoms, they had an EKG and CAT scan done in no time flat and found no issues. The attending doctor was astute and responsive. I remember several years ago having a similar experience when this was then Memorial, and all I can say is their high quality hasn't changed since they changed their name. (Note I added this comment later.)

I’ve been there multiple times for myself and for my kids. We’ve never had to wait terribly long, the staff has always been friendly, capable and caring, and we have always seen the doctor. We’ve been for both sickness and injuries, and they have been great for both.

Making an appointment online was simple as was the virtual check in process. Doctor was quick and efficient in her explanation and diagnosis while displaying compassion. All things I look for when seeing a physician. This will continue to be my urgent care facility of choice.

Needed my DOT physical on short notice as I have just moved to Florida. Online appointment system worked great. Appointment was on time and the staff was awesome. Doctor was great and very efficient getting through the paperwork. Highly recommend using this location!

Amazing service. In and out. The doctor was wonderful. I always revive great service here. It’s my go to urgent care if needed. They have haloed me and my 3 kiddos on several different occasions.

This is by far the best urgent care that I've experienced in tampa, the staff here are excellent and friendly. I never have to wait long and it's always nice and clean.

If I could literally give this place 0 stars I WOULD. I came in with a serious allergic reaction hives all over my body head to toe and you could NOTICEABLY see how bad it was. The two girls at the front desk young - one with blonde hair one with brown REFUSED to take me because they closed in 40 minutes and told me I should just go to the ER because they didn’t wanna wait for the shot to kick in to help the allergic reaction. There was absolutely no one in the waiting room and they told me they were busy. I’m literally repulsed that they wouldn’t take me. Please do yourself the biggest favor EVER and stay away from this urgent care everyone in this office is literally terrible from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors they literally could care less about you.

Disgusting facility!!! Go to minute clinic across the street at CVS. SERIOUSLY DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE ACTUAL CARE. My boyfriend made the unfortunate decision to go here when he got the flu. It took three hours to finally see a doctor when there were only 3-5 people in the waiting room. It looks like the front desk staff are more worried about talking to each other then getting people through to see a doctor. This isn’t even the worst part, my boyfriend paid for his appointment at this rinky dink establishment and paid for his prescription but unfortunately lost it. He called back to get a new prescription which most doctors have no problem with doing as it is not a controlled substance. Simply tamaflu, but Dr. Grant would not refill his lost prescription for him because she “didn’t feel like it was necessary”. He tried to explain that the medication was helping him and if she could simply refill a portion of it and she wouldn’t. She is the type of person that is more concerned with money than actually helping individuals. Don’t go here!

Great local walk-in clinic. Front desk person was great. The medic who first checked my son was polite and professional. Then Dr. Tseng listened carefully, took his time with us and was very thorough in his explanation. Highly recommend this place.

People are praising health cate workers as heroes but clearly this place is not. They say they are open until 8pm not the case. They say they accept walk ins not true! This place is falsely advertising the reality. Made it there with my son in pain and we were turned away. They said at 7:30pm they were not taking anymore walk in’s because all their rooms were full with patients in the back. Then do not advertise that you are open until 8pm. Don’t waste your time going here you will be turned away. They don’t care about your pain level and they are not open until 8pm. Find an urgent care that really cares for people!

I think everybody there is great… I would like to say that I'm actually feeling better today than I did yesterday so thank you The clinic was great it was easy to get an appointment the staff was wonderful the doctor knew exactly what was wrong… Although I still hurt. However with that being said I would go back again without hesitation

I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen by Dr. Nelson. He was very kind and a good listener. He said what his plan was and wanted my input since I’ve had a history of osteoarthritis. He wanted to know what had worked for me in the past but gave me other options to consider as well. He promptly called my prescriptions into my pharmacy and I was able to start my medicine within an hour of seeing him.

The staff and the doctors are very nice and knowledgeable! I went in expecting a long wait but I was seen right away. Excellent service!! A+

The staff was very kind and friendly. The wait was a bit long but that's expected at most urgent cares. I am happy with my the services I was provided and will be back (hopefully not any time soon lol).
