    I had an inhumane experience with Tampa health center. I went to see Dr paterson for my annual wellness check out and he was upset I went there. He said why don't you go to see your previous Dr or go to see another Dr closer to your house. My blood sample was sent to the lab too late and I had to redo my blood test in a different place. The customer service manager Cindy Valencia apologized and reset another appointment with another Dr. When I went to see the second Dr the office manager Danielle Smith said we need to collect another payment from your insurance company and co-payment from you. It's clear to me they are only after my money with no regards for my health.

    Made appointments for my 4 year old daughter and myself for dental. I was just asked who is going to stay with her during my visit. I was told we would go back together when I made the appointment. What kind of place doesn't allow a parent to go back with their 4 year old child???? I'm pretty sure this breaks some sort of law.

    I am on a "sliding scale" to pay (D). Dr. visits are $120......but if you pay in cash, it's only $60. Which was great!......I paid my $60 the day of......and over and done with right? Wrong. A month later.... I woke up today to an email stating that they ended up charging me $450 for the 35 minute therapist consultation.......I called the receptionist and they always have no clue, nor can they fix the situation. If you call billing, they don't answer. So you are forced to drive on site....and pretty much spoon feed these people on how to do their job. I finally get to speak with a Financial Advisor (Mia?)....only for her to tell me my balance is $0. I showed her my email clearly showing that she was wrong(i have an outstanding balance). Which means that they must have changed it on site...due to my presence. So what could have been a nice and relaxing day off for me, turned into a Hell Hole experience.......because aparently.....this company has to manually change something in the system. Advice to Business: Maybe when your patient has paid in full the day of......how about not sending them outrageous outstanding balances.......and then wait until they physically drive all the way to you in person.......only for you to tell them that their balance due is $0.... Maybe try that. This tip of the day might result in happy patients that feel good about returning to your establishment. Update: I have been informed today (8-9-23) that due to inflation.....the Behavior Help bill will increase by $20. So the bill will be $160, but if you pay cash upfront....it is $80. So they say......

    These doctors are not documenting their patients information just basically telling them it's normal until it's not. This establishment and other locations have no respect for POC of any kind but at last I got enough information to get state to ram shack each TFH center. Also don't do blood work at any location they can't keep track of the test and who took the blood test.

    ArivArr at my appointment 15 minutes early, as requested being I am a new paitent. Waiting to see the financial counsler, I was called to the receptionist desk. Asked if I had an appointment with medical and of course I did at 3pm but now at 1pm I have an appointment with financial. I was told to wait now it's 2pm and still haven't seen financial advisor. It doesn't matter if I have an appointment or not these ladies run this clinic accordingly. Hopefully the doctor will be more professional. If not I'll find another clinic.

    The staff at this location are rude and miserable. I've been to many other of the locations and was treated respectfully Not at this one. Go anywhere else than here. This group needs an attitude adjustment or just plain fired

    Only giving two stars because they did what they could to accommodate for the situation. My walk in was mislabeled and was being told to leave to the ER when i already came from the ER. No one really listened to us and our situation was heard from our room with the door closed and after finally seeing who I needed to see, I was just brushed off as having stomach issues during pregnancy. Wasted my time, ER did more during my visit with them then here. They honestly didn't care. Canceling my appointment t with them and heading back to my previous location 40 min away.

    I highly suggest staying away from Dr.Patterson he’ doesn’t know why he’s doing and should retire put my pregnant gf down as missing her period even after confirming she is pregnant didn’t even give us proof of pregnancy

    I would Not give this place a star at all if there was an option for zero stars. I got there, and immediately noticed that every single person that works at the doctors office is extremely overweight and unhealthy. Followed by the fact that I waited for a full hour to even be seen. Finally seen by the nurse that takes my blood pressure. I then waited another half an hour before I got up and walked out. This doctors office is a complete joke, and I knew it as soon as I arrived to do to the ghetto location. This place needs to be shut down.

    This location is absolutely horrible!! My daughter has now had her blood drawn twice seen two different providers and has had three appointments for a physical for college! The office manager is not fit to be a manager, she is making excuses for her unorganized facility and blaming my daughter and myself for the "miscommunication". We can't wait for our papers to be completed and to find a new provider. This place is horrible.

    Do NOT trust the schedulers to answer any meaningful questions. Talk to a PA or nurse before scheduling or you will waste hours like I did. On top of all of this, PA Keitzman tops my list of worst listeners ever. AND she doesn’t manage her time well. She will be late, I guarantee it. I suggest working with anyone but her.

    Just got to this location and they informed me the lab crew goes to lunch from 12 to 1pm. It would ne nice to have this on the website. The lab goes lunch from 12 to 1pm. They do not return from lunch on time. They do not do appointments is first come first serve. Is now 1:30 and they finally call my name.

    I don't like this place because. I've been complaining about pain and for the life of me. I can't get any meds prescribed to me. Pain on a daily basis that interrupts my daily living is horrific. Doctors want you to let them know if you have any concerns or need anything? You tell them and " for what reason""? I mean yeah maybe a referral to someone that I guess can actually help me.

    Nurses who take vitals are very rude . Had to sit in waiting room for an hour when my appointment was an hour before . -10/10 would not recommend coming here

    I went there because I needed a dentist that takes Medicaid and was on a list with another dentist for 8 months waiting for an appointment that didn’t come. They gave me an appointment and it took a couple of months to get in the office but they really gave me one! I was amazed at the office and how much there helping the people in need! It was the biggest dentist office I’ve ever been too and they were helping many patients and had plenty of staff! The best part is the staff, they are awesome caring souls and dr. Osborne is doing gods work I am sure!!!! The best experience by far by any doctor I have ever experienced!!! This is a tightly ran operation with the best of the best taking care of you all along the way!! Thank you all so much, Louis

    I will like to change my doctor to a blk doctor for the sample fact my doctor doesn't do good at treating my pain she give me low doses of pills my last visit was great because of blk doctor she subscribed me enough I'm not a racist but I had blk doctor before her she got transferred I got the white doctor who tell me what she can't do blk doctors understand they own race then dental denied me dental work cus of my kindey problem what pulling a teeth got to do wit my kidney news flash I don't have a kindey doctor anymore cus my kindey is better had me go threw all that waiting jus to send me to another dentist

    The providers are great. I miss Dr Reece Geml but now going to Lolita Shapiro and she's fantastic! She's very kind and really listens to you. Front desk staff is great, with the exception of a few that seemed to have an attitude for absolutely no reason, like an older woman w/ short blonde hair at Westshore location n a couple of them at 22nd St location. They're not real pleasant and i KNOW I'm not the only one who thinks this. Anyways other than that, terrific place

    I really enjoyed my visit . Dr. Wilson is so wonderful and very knowledgeable. The MA was super. The scheduler who scheduled my appointment did a fantastic job. I’m glad to see all the friendly faces from the front to the back.

    I went there based on location. It’s weird how they secretly ask your yearly income. When meeting the doctor/PA she promptly told me they are there for the “under served” I’m ashamed…did I do something wrong?

    Pediatrician Is a no go at this location was not fair to my newborn the Doctors was rough his tdap Vaccine was done in the wrong place in his leg that caused him to have a abscess for 3 months I have removed him from their Pediatrician and switched to a nicer more gentle pediatrician hope everyone else does the same don’t take your baby to them

    NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT.... The scheduling team sucks, Maria schedule me for an appointment to see a doctor that was scheduled off. Its a shame how they have you waste your time to drive here and the doctor your assigned to is not even in office. WASTE OF GAS WASTE OF TIME. The nice lady at the front desk was kind enough to find me an appointment that fit my schedule and when the doctor was going to be in.

    We had a very good experience in this health center. Dr. Hanson was amazing and a sweet lovely lady. Before suggesting any medicine she made sure with blood culture that the medicine will work.

    I had a pleasant experience with the nurses while I was getting my Covid Vaccines in the drive thru set up. I did get a bill in the mail that caused me concern. The payment department rep was very understanding and assured me both shots were free and I did not need to pay. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service to help me get back to normal and my job.
